Enjoy chapter 8!

The next morning April, Celeste and myself hit the road. "So how are you liking WWE So far?" Celeste asks from the driver seat.

"I love it. I feel like I fit in here and for once I'm welcomed and respected." I admit.

"That's good to hear. It's great to see how much you respect us and this business. You definitely will do wonders here." April praises.

I smile. "Thanks."

"So are you excited about your storyline coming up?" Celeste asks.

"I'm getting more excited with sleeping on it, it's going to be a great opportunity for me." I respond.

"You'll do great." April assures. "How's Total Divas going?"

"It was really weird at first, but the more comfortable I got the easier it got."

"Any dirty secrets going to come out?" Celeste wonders.

I grin. "You will have to watch to find out."

We arrive in Cincinnati and check into our hotel. Once settled we decide to get some dinner.

We enter a restaurant and several people start to notice us as we sit down. "You'll get used to this." Celeste assures.

"How do you cope with it?" I ask.

"You just do." April answers. "I hear you're going to Vegas for Nattie's bachelorette?"

"I am, are you?"

"We can't as we have to work, we have a storyline coming up." Celeste answers.

"But Nicole, Brie and the Funks are going, so you will have a blast." April assures.

"Glad to know, so have you seen Brie mode?" I wonder.

They laugh. "No but we hear she's hilarious." Celeste answers.

I hear my phone buzz and see a message from Nicole: Hey girl, on Thursday we are catching up with everyone for brunch in Tampa, please come? Nikki.

I reply: I'll be there just tell me where and what time?

"So are glad to be heading home for a few days?" April asks.

"That and do some laundry." I joke.

"Where in Tampa do you live?" Celeste asks.

"On the beach."

"Do you live by yourself?"

"Yes."

"Do you get lonely?" April asks.

"Sometimes, but I have some really great friends who are over all the time when I'm home. But the odd night in is nice, no distractions, or anyone annoying me."

"What was it like, leaving home at 16?" Celeste wonders.

"It was hard. I did some stuff when I first left home that I'm not proud of but I look at myself now and think if I didn't go through that I wouldn't be where I am today."

"You're brave." April whispers.

I smile. "Thanks."

After finishing some filming I head to the airport for my flight home. I walk through the terminal and notice people are pointing at me. As I'm waiting at the check in counter a little girl comes up to me. "Excuse me." She says shyly from next to me.

I look down and see a little girl with blonde hair and blue eyes. "Hi sweetie." I greet sweetly.

"Can I get your autograph?" She asks.

I smile. "Of course you can. What's your name?"

She smiles. "Tiffany."

"Tiffany it's lovely to meet you."

"I love you, you're so pretty and a really good wrestler."

"Thank you." I thank finishing my signature. "There you go." I smile giving it back to her and she looks at her poster smiling and dashes off to her mom.

I make it to my gate in time to board and take my seat. We eventually take off.

Waking up the next day I quickly have a shower and I get ready for the day. I arrive at the lunch and see Nattie is the first one here. "Hey." I greet walking up to her.

"Hello. How was your flight?" Nattie asks.

"It was fine but I was exhausted I crashed as soon as I got home." I respond sitting down. A few minutes later JoJo and Eva arrive. "Hey girls."

"Hey ladies you look great." Eva compliments.

"Thank you." We both thank.

"It looks like you've been to the gym." Nattie says observing them.

"Yeah we did." JoJo laughs and sits down next to me.

Ariane and Trinity arrive next. "Morning ladies." Trinity greets walking over to us.

"OMG, Trin those shoes are gorgeous, I love them." I appreciate.

"Thanks girl." she thanks as Nicole and Brie arrive.

"The fun ones are here." Nicole jokes as she joins the table.

"How's everyone's week been?" Brie asks.

"Good. How were your days off?" I ask.

"Great, we won in wood chopping." Nicole replies.

"Nice." I laugh. "So everyone, I'm having some friends over on Saturday, I would love if you all could come."

"Sounds like fun." Brie accepts.

"Trust me it will be, my parties are always fun."

"We'll be the judge of that." Ariane jokes.

"So are you all going to come?"

"Why not. What time?" Nicole asks.

"Around 8, bring your other half if you wish."

I wake up the next day and put on some workout clothes and head to the gym. After my workout I quickly pick up some last minute supplies for tonight. Around 5 I start preparing the food and my friend Elizabeth has arrived. "Hey Ellie." I greet hugging her tightly.

"Hey hun, I've missed you. How's WWE?" She asks.

"It's amazing."

"We've missed you around here."

"I miss you guys, but we have a show on Monday, so you're coming."

"I'll be there with the girls." She accepts. "So how is life on the road?"

"I'm tired, but I love it."

"I can't wait to meet everyone, are they nice?" She wonders.

"They are all lovely. I was a little worried at first but I showed them from the start who I was and they respected me."

"Are you wrestling on Monday?" She asks.

"I am. Now come help me get ready." I order.

At 7:30 the first fleet of my friends start to arrive. These ladies mean the world to me. Without them I would have struggled big time. "Hey Serena." my friend Lisa greets.

"Hey hun." I say hugging her.

"How's WWE?"

"Amazing. Now come in you know where everything is."

"Hey girl." my best friend Anna greets. Anna was my first friend I met when I moved out here and we clicked right off the bat.

"Hey you." I greet giving her a long hug.

"How's work?"

"Loving it, I'll tell you about it later."

"You better." she says playfully and walks inside.

"Angela." I say hugging her.

"How have you been?" Angela asks.

"I'm good come in." I invite and shut the door.

"So Serena, tell us everything about WWE." Anna asks eagerly.

"WWE is incredible. At first I was extremely nervous and I didn't know how I was going to be treated, but from day one, I showed people who I was and how hard I worked to get here and they respected me for that."

"We're proud of you babe." Ellie praises.

"Wrestlemania week was insane too. Getting to see behind the scenes and being backstage. It was so cool." I continue. "And once I got to show my colleagues my work, they respected me even more and I even got compliments by Stephanie and Paul."

"Wow, that's amazing." They smile.

"I have a story line coming up too."

"That's great." Angela replies.

"So you're all coming to the show on Monday night." I inform them.

"Really?" They ask shocked.

"I want to show you my work, so yes, I'm giving you VIP passes."

"Omg, you're the best." Anna exclaims.

"Anna I know you're a fan, but you have to act professional this is my job."

"I will be on my best behaviour." She promises.

"Good luck with that." Lisa jokes.

"Just keep a leash on her and she'll be fine." I joke and get a dirty look from her. "Love you." I say and she flips me off.
