Serena POV

I wake up to bright lights above me. I turn my head to my right and see a drip in my arm. I turn my head to the other side and see Colby fast asleep in the corner on a small arm chair. It takes me a moment to remember what happened and it comes flooding back.

I slowly start to sit up and Colby stirs. He opens his eyes and they slowly meet mine. He bolts up awake and walks over to me. "You're awake." He sighs.

"Yeah." I whisper. "Where are Brie and Nikki?"

"Brian and John took them home."

I cough lightly trying to sit up. "I'm thirsty."

He gets a cup of water from the nightstand and hands it to me. "Drink slowly."

I instantly feel some relief in my throat once I take a small sip. "Have you been here all night?"

"Yes."

"You didn't have to."

"I wasn't going to leave you here by yourself."

"What's going to happen now?"

"Vince is letting you and Brie take the week off."

"Did they figure out what went wrong?" I ask.

"It's only been a few hours but it was most likely on purpose." he responds.

"Do they think it was Adam?"

"We don't know, but whoever did it was after you or the Bella's." He responds. "But I don't want you worrying about it, Vince's guys are working on it."

"You don't have to stay."

He shakes his head. "I'm not going anywhere."

I wake up a couple hours later I find myself alone in my hospital room. Did Colby leave? The answer to my question is answered when a clean and showered Colby walks through the door. "Good you're up." he says a little more chipper.

"How long have I been asleep for?" I ask.

"A couple hours."

"How long have you been gone?"

"Only a little while, thought I'd shower, I stink a little." he jokes. I laugh and wince at my ribs. "I guess your ribs hurt huh?"

I nod. "I think running from the car aggravated them."

"It's good to see you're better, you're finally your normal colour."

"How bad was it?"

"You were pale, and I guess you've had a lot going on lately."

"That's true."

"I got you these." he says pulling out a bouquet of flowers.

"Colby, how sweet. They're beautiful." I thank. "Do you know when I'm getting out of here?"

"Bored already?"

I nod. "Yes."

"The doctor is coming in shortly to check on you and if everything goes well, soon." He responds. "But you'll be flying straight home and resting for the week, that is the doctor and Vince's orders."

"Wow, I may need to get some hired help to serve me hand and foot." I joke.

He laughs. "I have to get going, and get back on the road."

"Go to work."

He salutes. "Yes mam."

I laugh. "Thank you for staying with me last night."

"You're welcome." he responds and kisses my cheek and my insides start doing backflips. "See you next week."

The following week goes by and I am headed to Raw. I arrive at the arena and walk into the locker room. I enter and find Brie, Nicole and Nattie. "Rena." they greet excitedly.

"Hi." I greet.

"How are you?" Brie asks.

"I'm good, how are you guys?"

"Good." Nicole responds.

"How are you feeling?" Nattie asks.

"Well rested and ready to kick butt." I respond.

"That's the way." Nicole responds.

After getting sorted we head to our weekly meeting. "Morning ladies." Mark greets us as we take a seat. "Tonight, will be Brie and Sarah versus AJ and Tamina."

"Tomorrow on Mainevent will be Layla vs Alicia." Jane continues. "And on Smackdown it will be an eight diva tag match with Sarah, Brie and the Funkadactles vs AJ, Tamina, Aksana and Rosa."

After the meeting I make my way to hair and make-up. Tonight I decide to go with a long curly ponytail. For my gear tonight I've gone for a black long sleeved sparkly crop top with matching black shorts.

Brie and I make it to gorilla and find Sarona and AJ stretching. A few minutes later my music starts and the crowd erupts.

I walk out and stand at the top of the ramp as a the crowd cheers loudly. I raise my title above my head and walk down the ramp and make my way into the ring. "This tag team match is scheduled for one fall, introducing first, from Seattle Washington, the Divas Champion, Sarah." Justin announces. My music dies and Brie walks out next and does her Bella booty twirl. "And her partner, from Scottsdale Arizona, Brie Bella." Brie makes her way down to the ring and flips over the ropes and joins me in the ring. AJ's music starts and she skips out. "And their opponents, from Union City New Jersey, AJ Lee." Justin announces. She gets in the ring and waits for her partner. We wait a few seconds and Tamina's music starts and she walks out. "And her tag team partner, Tamina Snuka."

Brie and I have a little chat in our respective corners. Brie steps forward as does Tamina and I whisper in her ear. "Use your speed."

"Brie Bella and Tamina Snuka are starting off this match." Jerry announces.

I get out of the ring and go to my corner. "Let's go Brie." I cheer as the referee rings the bell and Brie and Tamina circle one another.

They lock up and Tamina pushes Brie into the corner. Tamina releases and Brie kicks her in the stomach. Brie quickly recovers and grabs Tamina's head and delivers a running bulldog.

Brie stands up and climbs the corner. As Tamina gets to her feet Brie jumps up high but Tamina catches her in the air. Brie tries to fight out but Tamina delivers a powerfull bodyslam. "That was a powerful body slam to Brie Bella." Cole exclaims.

Tamina shakes it off and goes to her corner and tags in AJ. AJ skips in the ring and covers Brie "1, 2." but she kicks out. "Come on Brie." I yell out as AJ puts Brie in a chokehold and I start to clap and the crowd join in to give her some motivation. "Come on Brie."

Brie makes it to her feet and starts to elbow her in the gut, she escapes and delivers a drop kick out of nowhere and collapses. Brie crawls towards the corner and I stretch my arm as far as possible "Tag." the ref yells as she tags my hand and I bolt into the ring.

"Here comes the divas champion." JBL announces.

AJ gets to her feet and I deliver a close line and quickly follow it with one more. I cover "1, 2." but she kicks out.

I start to work on her arm by twisting it behind her back. She does a forward role and reverses it and puts my arm behind my back, but I twist and do a side cartwheel and reverse it again pushing her into the ropes. "Impressive reversal by Sarah." Cole praises.

I run the ropes and she ducks my close line and I run the other ropes again. As we meet in the middle she winds herself up and I get caught in The Black Widow. "AJ has The Black Widow locked in, can Sarah fight out." Jerry wonders.

I use all my might and I feel myself start to fade but Brie starts to clap and the crowd help me and I use that momentum to pry her arm off of me, and lift her up over my shoulders and deliver a spinning face buster. "What a move by Sarah." JBL says loudly.

I cover AJ "1, 2." but Tamina breaks it up. Brie charges into the ring and drop kicks Tamina out of the ring making the save. I turn my attention back to AJ who is getting to her feet. I deliver a drop kick and she jumps right back up. I grab her head and drive it hard on my knee. "Ooh." the crowd echos.

I pick her up and place her into the position for the Kiss of Death. "Sarah setting up thr KOD." Cole says watching on. I flip her up over my shoulder and deliver the KOD. "And Sarah delivers the KOD." Cole announces.

I cover AJ "1, 2 and 3." The referee rings the bell as Brie runs in and hugs me as my music starts. "Here are your winners the team of Brie Bella and the Divas Champion, Sarah." Justin announces as I celebrate with Brie.
