It was night at the moment, but Taiga was not ready to sleep just yet. She had to understand situation since it entailed one of her students and a future student of hers so... yeah, it was important!

She had months to let the reality of the overall situation sink in. Magic is a thing, John is a frigging Kamen Rider, most of his guests at the flats were former 'heroes' (mostly heroes, but still!) and Scathach-sensei was actually Scathach the Witch from Scotland!

There was a lot to unpack, and a lot more to understand but... time was kind, and her brain managed to safely understand most of what was going on. All the while also welcoming the pregnancy Taiga was now blessed with. Her grandpa was shocked but had to concede to John when he offered to marry Taiga in due time and even provide her with house, food, and all sort of care needed for a woman so 'delicate'.

In truth, Taiga would have been pissed at being treated like a fragile flower, but the pregnancy had the curious effect of making her quite happy in being coddled by someone she knew was going to marry her quite soon.

"Pretty much," John assured, causing her to sigh. "But I can assure you I will be acting as a safety blanket for them."

"Hm... what about the other girl? Miyu-chan, that is."

"Well, from what I know is that she was sent here from the same place these cards come from and that the cards' creators may eventually try to catch her."

"Any reason why?"

He leaned back, scratching the back of his head and then huffing. "It's complicated, but she has similar energies to Illya in terms of her Wishcraft affinity. It means that her body is geared to be used as a medium for a wish-granting device."

"Like the holy grail," Taiga guessed, remembering that explanation and seeing things match up. "Wait, could it be another one?"

"It could be. And that's bad."

Like a genie in a bottle, this grail thing was as reliable as it could get with some absurd wishes. Taiga didn't need to be the smartest gal in Fuyuki to know that the risks were too high compared to the rewards.

"Hmm... and that guy? Zelretch? Is he going to act on it?"

"He is working indirectly to 'lessen' the chances of this mess happening. After that Goetia's fiasco a while ago, he has been active to not get things swept under the rug before he can do things himself."

Which was a way to say 'He is trying, but he is not going to do it all on his own'.

Taiga still took it with a positive mindset as she knew that John was going to fix it in due time and... that there was plenty of time to focus on other things. Such as a rather pressing point that she hoped the situation hadn't changed at all.

"Speaking of 'wishes', is our little plan with Caren still a thing for this weekend?"

John blinked and then nodded. "Y-Yeah."

"Great!"

... "Any particular reason you are waiting for that specific hang out?"

"None!"

Lies! But Taiga couldn't let her husband know that she had plotted the bestest way to make their family bigger! Since Caren had managed to steal a 'ugh, fine' from her father in regard to pre-wedding impregnation sex if it was to 'tie the knot' with John, it was now a matter of timing.

The day she was known to be ovulating would be subjected for super-fertilization pills and meditation to make her body ready to take it all and prepare a baby. Yes! Caren was utterly hooked to this and-
