The next day I arrive at Smackdown. I have two segments tonight, one involving Colby in a segment backstage and a match with Naomi. I quickly drop off my stuff and make my way to hair and make up.

Once I'm finished there I look at the finished look and I'm happy with the results. My hair is straight and I have a bold smokey eye. For my gear tonight I'm wearing a matching black and grey set with silver studs.

I walk towards catering and find Nicole and Nattie. "Hey." I greet.

"Hey you look great, I love the gear." Nicole compliments.

"Thanks."

"What are you doing tonight?" Nattie asks.

"I have a backstage segment then a match with Naomi."

"Nothing with April or Saraya?" Nicole asks.

"Not tonight, I'm still angry from Monday so I'm taking out my frustration tonight."

"We can't wait to see it." Nattie expresses.

I'm called to set where I find Colby. "Hi." I greet.

He turns around and smiles. "Hey you look great."

"Thanks, not so bad yourself."

"You ready?"

"Born ready."

"Good."

I am pacing back and forth forth angrily and the crowd boo instantly. "I can't believe this is happening." I grumble.

The door opens and Seth walks in. "There you are." he sighs and the crowd boo some more.

"I have had the worst week."

"Same here sweetheart, but you have to pull it together."

"I'm trying, but all I can think about is those stupid divas."

"You need to calm down." He advises. "I get it, AJ snuck her way into the title match, but you need to get over it and remember why you are champion and that you have The Authority behind you all the way."

This makes me stop pacing and I finally turn to look at him. "You're right." I sigh. "I let AJ get in my head, and Paige made this happen, and I know I can beat those two, I just hate that I have to fight both at the same time, when I prove time and time again I deserve better."

"You deserve the world Sarah and I am going to be there making sure you get it." he professes and the crowd aww.

I smile shyly. "You would do that?"

"In a heartbeat."

I smile again. "That's really sweet of you, you just made me feel better, thank you."

"Any time." he smiles and caresses my cheek and the crowd cheers slightly as the screen goes black.

We make it to gorilla and find Trinity and Ariane. "Hey." I greet Trin.

"You ready?" Trinty asks.

"Sure am."

"Good luck."

I watch the ladies walk out and once they are in the ring my music blares and the crowd boo loudly.

I walk out with Seth and we stand at the top of the ramp with my title around my shoulder and the crowd boo us loudly. "Here comes the Divas Champion and it looks like she has someone in her corner." Cole alerts.

"And her opponent, being accompanied by Seth Rollins, from Seattle Washington, she is the Divas Champion, Sarah." Eden announces and the crowd boo loudly.

We make our way down the ramp laughing. "Don't they look great." JBL expresses.

I make my way to the ring and Seth makes his way to the commentary table. "It looks like Seth Rollins is joining us." Cole announces as I taunt the crowd as they boo me. "Seth welcome."

"Gentleman." Seth greets.

"Nice to have you here." JBL welcomes.

"It's great to be here."

"Can I ask why you are?" Cole asks.

"To have a front row seat to watch this match, is that a problem?"

"Of course not."

I put my title in the corner and stand up across from Naomi. "Divas action starts right now." JBL announces.

The referee rings the bell and I instantly charge at Naomi taking out some of my frustration. "Sarah instantly charges at Naomi." Cole announces.

"She's had a routh week and needs to take out some frustration." Seth reminds everyone.

"You two seem awfully close."

"So."

"Michael stop asking personal questions." JBL scolds as I tackle Naomi to the floor, followed by some hard rights to her ribs. "Some hard rights by the champ."

I pull Naomi up into the corner and start jabbing my shoulder into her ribs in the corner. Naomi drops to the floor leaning against the turnbuckle. I quickly run the ropes and deliver a low drop kick into the corner. I pull her away and quickly cover her but she kicks out. "Naomi kicks out." Cole announces.

I place Naomi into a headlock and squeeze tightly. The crowd starts to cheer her on and she slowly gets to her feet. "No." I shout and pull her down by the hair and the crowd boo.

"There's the nastiness of the champ."

I stand up and taunt the crowd raising my arms as the crowd boos. "Oh, boo hoo." I mock.

"That a girl." Seth chuckles.

I pull Naomi up and push her into the ropes. I go to deliver a close line, but she runs the ropes and takes me down with a close line of her own. "Naomi with a closeline." Cole announces.

I get up she kicks me in the stomach. She runs the ropes and delivers a running drop kick. "Naomi with a drop kick to Sarah." JBL continues.

Naomi covers me "1." but I quickly kick out and roll out of the ring. "Stay away." I shriek and the crowd boo. "Oh shut up."

"The crowd better shut up, you don't want to make her mad." Seth warns.

Naomi follows me out and I ram her back first into the barricade. "Ooh." the crowd echo and boo. I laugh as I see Naomi in pain. "Oh Naomi, are you okay?"

"And just like that Sarah takes control." JBL announces.

"That's one of the things she does best." Seth admires.

I pull Naomi up and roll her back in the ring. I climb the apron and start climbing the corner and make it to the top. Naomi struggles to her feet and as she stands I deliver a flying cross body taking her down. "Sarah with a lovely cross body."

"It sure was." Seth agrees.

I cover Naomi "1, 2." but she kicks out and Cameron and the crowd cheer her on. "Shut up Cameron." I shout.

Cameron climbs up on the apron. "Shut it sell out." Cameron shouts.

The crowd cheers as my eyes go wide and I stand up slowly. "Uh oh, Cameron should of just shut her mouth." Seth sighs.

"Sarah's eyes just went wide." Cole notices.

"I think Cameron just realised her mistake." JBL replies.

I walk towards Cameron. "What did you just call me?"

She gulps. "You heard me."

"What was that? Nothing to say now?"

Suddenly the crowd cheer as Naomi pops up and rolls me up. "Naomi with a roll up." Cole says quickly. "1, 2 and" at the last second I kick out and get kicked in the face. "Ooh." the crowd cheer. "What a kick." Cole exclaims. Seth looks shocked as Cameron hops down and Naomi covers "1, 2 and" again at the last second I kick out. "Sarah kicked out, she looked to be out." Cole shouts as the crowd stand up in a mix of cheers and boos. "Naomi almost beat the champ."

"Almost Michael almost." JBL emphasises.

"Don't count Sarah out yet, she's been through a lot more than that." Seth assures.

Naomi starts to get frustrated and pulls me up and whips me into the corner. She takes a couple steps back and charges at me and squishes me in the corner and the crowd cheer loudly. Naomi goes to do it a second time but I use the ropes and jump up and she runs into my feet. I quickly climb the corner and wait for her to come back. I jump and deliver a missile drop kick off the second rope. I quickly cover "1, 2." but she kicks out and the crowd cheer. I sit up angrily. "Count faster." I shout to the ref.

I pull Naomi up by her hair and kick her in the stomach. "Looks likes Sarah is done playing games." JBL notices.

I put Naomi into the position for The Kiss of Death and the crowd boo as I lift her up over my shoulder and fling her down face first. "Kiss of Death, this is over." Cole exclaims. I cover "1, 2 and 3."

I get my hand raised and the crowd boo loudly. "Sarah won yet again." JBL says excitedly.

"That's what she is boys, a winner." Seth enforces. "Now if you excuse me, I have a woman to congratulate." Seth finishes and leaves the announce table. He climbs in the ring and I turn around seeing him. He walks up to me and raises my hand. "You are looking at the future of this company." he declares out and the crowd boo us loudly.

I turn to face him and grin. "Let's go."

We walk up the ramp and once we reach the top we turn around one last time and I raise my title.

After the show I dash off to my hotel room to get ready for my date with Colby. I quickly shower and begin to do my hair and make up. My hair is in curls flowing down my back and for my make up I've gone for a subtle shimmery smokey eye and false lashes.

Next I change into my outfit; a pale pink off the shoulder 3/4 sleeved crop top with white skinny jeans and beige ankle boots.

About twenty minutes later I hear a knock at my door. "Coming." I yell out. I open the door and behind it is Colby dressed in jeans and a black shirt with his hair pulled into a low bun and I instantly feel butterflies, he looks handsome. "Hi."

He looks at me speechless. "Wow, you look beautiful."

I blush. "Thanks."

"You ready?" He asks.

"Yes."

"Then let's go malady."

"So what are we doing?" I ask curiously.

"It's a surprise, let's just say, I've been wanting to take you out on a date for a while now, so I'm going all out tonight."

"All out?"

"Just you wait."

We arrive at a restaurant and are escorted to a table. "It's nice in here." I say looking around.

"It is." he agrees as a waiter comes over to our table.

"May I order you some drinks?" the waiter asks.

"A glass of Pinot Gris and a beer please." Colby orders.

"Thanks for taking me out tonight." I thank.

"Don't mention it." he responds. "So how is it having April back?"

"It's great I missed her."

"You two were close."

"Yeah we got really close once I got back, and the whole SEZ storyline, all we did was talk."

"Speaking of, you rocked that."

"Thanks, I loved attacking AJ."

"And you get to do it again now."

I nod grinning. "That I do. You said you knew it was me the whole time?"

He grins. "I could recognise your eyes anywhere."

I blush. "So what are we doing after this?"

He smirks. "It's a surprise."

"You aren't going to tell me anything are you?"

He shakes his head. "Sorry sweetheart it wouldn't be a surprise if I told you." he grins as the waiter comes back with our drinks. "How's crossfit going for you?"

"Good, I think I'm getting better."

"In a few months you'll start to see the improvement and you'll thank me."

I laugh. "How do you find it not being apart of The Shield anymore?"

"It's different, I'm used to being with the guys, but this will mean more for me."

"It will, and besides the feud between you and Jon goes back years so it'll be fun to watch."

"Plus I get to work with you."

I blush again. "Stop making me blush."

He chuckles. "How's your mum?"

"She's good. I'm seeing her in a couple weeks, her and Eliza are coming to the Miami show, and this time I won't be hauled out in a stretcher."

"No you won't." he responds. "Do you enjoy having your mum back in your life?"

"I do, I just wish my dad was around."

"You were 14 when he died?"

I nod. "Yeah, the anniversary of his death is in September."

"How do you act around that time?"

"Last year I couldn't really think about it because of rehab and everything, but I usually just take the day off and think about him."

"I'm sorry you lost your dad so young, but he would be incredibly proud of you for what you have accomplished."

I smile. "Thanks."

After our meal Colby and I get back in the car and he asks me to put a blindfold on. He then helps me out of the car and he guides me down a concrete path. "Where are we?" I ask.

"Nearly there." he replies as we come to a stop and he slowly unties my blindfold. "Okay ready?"

I nod. He takes off the blindfold and in front of me is a theme park and my mouth drops. "Colby."

"I wanted our first date to be something fun, and I know you love rides so I hired out the theme park."

I squeal. "Colby this is insane, is this all ours?"

He nods. "All ours." he answers. "Where to first?"

"Fastest ride." After exhausting ourselves on rides we leave the theme park. "This was so much fun." I exclaim as we get back to my hotel room.

"It was, did I surprise you?" He asks.

I nod. "You certainly did, thank you, I had the best time."

"I'm glad you did, I've been wanting our first date to go off without a hitch."

"It went off with flying colours, I had a great time thank you." I thank and lean in and kiss him softly. I look up at him. "Want to come in?"

"Sure." He accepts.

Once inside I open up some wine and we cuddle on the bed. "I have a feeling people are starting to find out about us." I mention.

"I do to, mind you, I did tell Jon." He responds.

I glance up at him and chuckle. "I told April."

He laughs. "It's been good to take things slow, we've allowed ourselves the time for us, but sooner or later our nosy friends will want to know everything."

"They are going to want to know every fucking detail, but thanks for being so patient with me. Waiting for me."

"It was worth it."

I nod in agreement and stare into his eyes and slowly lean in to meet his lips with mine. We instantly mould together and soon enough the kiss becomes seductive and I can feel his tongue asking for entrance. I make him wait a little longer but he finally thrusts his tongue in my mouth. He suddenly lifts me up and places me underneath him.
