I wake up the next morning to Colby holding me closely. I turn to face him and smile as I think about how nice it's been to spend some much needed with him before the lead up to Money in the Bank.

I slowly get out of bed and head into the bathroom for a quick shower. For our last day in Vegas we are going horseback riding up in the mountains, there's just one problem, I'm terrified of horses. When I was little, I fell off a horse at a school camp and it stomped on my stomach and ever since then I've had a fear of them. So today should be very interesting and not in the good way.

Once dressed in dark jeans and a white t-shirt with brown ankle boots I turn to see Colby starting to wake up. I slowly crawl onto the bed and lean my head into the crook of his neck. He sighs and I feel his arms wrap around me. "Morning." I greet.

"Morning." he mumbles with his eyes closed. "You smell good."

I laugh. "It's called a shower and perfume."

"How long have you been up?"

"Not long, I was just waking you up to tell you to start getting ready."

"Oh that's right, horse riding today."

"I'm heading downstairs for breakfast, I'll meet you down there." I inform him. He pulls me down to him and his lips attach to mine and I kiss him. "That was sweet."

"I'll be down shortly."

I head to the kitchen and find Renee brewing some coffee. "Morning lovely." I greet.

"Hey, how did you sleep?" She asks.

"Passed out." I laugh. "It was a fun night. Also the moments I've had some alone time with Colby have been good too."

"Have you had much alone time since you started dating?"

"Yes and no, we are always on the road, so we don't get much time, as you know."

"True." she agrees. "How do you feel? You finally got the guy."

I smile. "I feel good."

"I don't think I've ever seen him this happy."

"Thats because he doesn't have someone controlling him."

"I've never seen you this happy."

I smile. "It's because I always knew I wanted him, but every time we came close the timing wasn't right, but now it is and I'm grateful that it's going great."

"And now that you are with him how do you feel?" Renee wonders.

"I feel whole. Ever since I met him, I felt drawn to him, and him being with Leighla, that was a no go to begin with, and then everything that happened after that, the timing was right." I respond. "What about you with Jon?"

"Now that Jon and I have started talking about us in public it's been hard."

"Our men have a loving fan base, unfortunately that comes with haters."

"I do my best to ignore it."

"Same here. Colby and I haven't even posted anything about us yet and already our fans are going nuts."

"That also might be because of your current working storyline too."

I chuckle. "That too."

"But just ignore it.

"I will. But there is no need to worry, now that you have me, I'll always have you're back if those haters hurt you."

"I wouldn't want to be the haters then."

"When it comes to my family and friends, I would take a bullet for them, as well as attack online trolls that are afraid to go out in the real world."

"What we talking about?" Colby asks from behind us.

We turn to see Jon and Colby walk into the kitchen. "Oh just girl talk, and online trolls." I answer.

"What are they saying now?" Jon grumbles.

"Oh nothing yet, but if they do, watch out!"

"You girls ready for today?" Colby asks us.

"Yes." Renee answers.

Jon turns to face me. "Have you ever been on a horse?"

"A very long time ago and I don't want to relive it." I respond.

"Are you afraid of horses or something?"

"Uh no."

Colby turns to look at me and laughs. "OMG you are."

"I'm not."

"You're lying, why are you afraid of horses?" Renee asks. "I thought you weren't afraid of anything."

"Everyone has fears."

"Why horses?" Colby asks curiously.

"If you must know, the first time I got on a horse it bucked me off and stood on top of me." I reply.

"What?" The gasp.

"The horse got spooked and it bucked me off, I fell underneath it and it stood on top of me."

"When was this?" Jon asks.

"When I was 10."

"And you haven't been on a horse since?" Colby asks.

"Haven't been near one."

Later that morning we arrive at a farm and walk towards a large stable in the middle of a paddock. We meet the owner George and he shows us our horses for the day. Renee gets given a white horse named Sandy, Jon gets a brown horse named Brent, Joe gets a big horse called BB, Galina gets a sweet horse called Ginger, Colby gets a massive horse called Boris who I'm staying far away. "And for you Miss Smith, we have Charlie, who is a very sweet girl who is very lazy." George assures.

I turn to look at my friends. "Who told?" I ask the group.

They all chuckle and Renee raises her hand. "I may have called in advance to warn them."

I glare at her and turn to face Charlie. "How old?"

"6 years old." He answers.

"Does she get scared?"

"Only if she hears loud noises and gets close to Ryder, who isn't going out today."

"You are going to be fine." Renee reassures.

"That's what the camp director said and I ended up with broken ribs."

"I can assure you Charlie is our safest horse." George repeats.

I nod. "Fine."

"Good, we will get them all saddled and we will be underway."

Once saddled and ready to ride, each of us mount our horses and I just stand there scared. Colby comes up behind me. "You don't have to do this." He whispers.

I turn to him. "I don't want to ruin the day."

"You won't. You have a legitimate reason to be scared but the only way to overcome that is to get on." he advises. I nod and he bends down to boost me up. I step my foot into his hands and mount the horse. I grab the reigns and get my barrings. "See not so bad."

He walks away and mounts his horse with ease and the workers start leading us out of the stables. "Thank you."

We follow the trails for the next hour and stop at a clearing and we hop off the horses to give them a rest and allow us to observe the beautiful view in front of us. "This is beautiful." I admire as I take in the view.

We all stand together taking in this moment. "We don't do this enough." Renee mentions.

"Do what?" Jon questions.

"Moments like this, just taking the time to just sit and take it in." Renee responds. "We are on the road all the time we never get a chance to just have a moment."

We nod in agreement. "I guess we have to start doing this more often then." I reply.

She smiles at me. "How was your ride up?"

"Shaky." I answer and they laugh. "The next two weeks are going to be crazy though."

"We just have to find the time to do things like this." Joe advises.

"If you guys are hungry we have prepared some lunch." George alerts.

We step away from the ledge and take a seat on a wooden bench. "Do you do this everyday?" I ask curiously.

"Yes, I take people out on rides and let them take in this beautiful place."

"How long have you been doing this?" Galina asks.

"My family has had this farm passed down from generations so a while and I hope it stays that way." George responds.

"You have kids?" I ask.

"One on the way."

"What made you start up these trail rides?" Colby asks.

"Because I love horses and I want people like you guys to enjoy this experience."

"Do you have many people scared?" I ask curiously.

"There is always one in every group and they always get Charlie."

"Thanks for taking us out today." Renee thanks.

After our day out horseriding we make our way back to Jon's for a BBQ and some drinks. The guys head to the basement to play some PlayStation. "Typical." I mumble.

"They are boys, you'll get used to it." Galina laughs.

"We haven't even been home a minute."

"Let them have some fun, they don't get to do this on the road." Renee advises. "So how did it feel getting back up on the horse?"

"I was scared, but if I didn't get back on, I wouldn't have started to concur my fear."

"I'm going to go get changed, are you going to be right here?"

"Yeah, I'm just going to turn on the TV."

"I'll be back soon." she says and leaves. I crash on the couch and take a breath. I hear the buzzer go off at the gate and Renee comes back out. "That's werid we never get people."

"Do you want me to get it?" I ask.

"There's a camera at the buzzer." she points out. We turn the camera on and see a figure in a black hoody. He suddenly turns to the camera and my breath hitches. "Is that?"

"Adam." I whisper.

"What is he doing out of jail?"

I start to shake. "We are getting hungry." Jon says walking into the kitchen. He sees me and walks over. "What's wrong?"

"Adam." I whisper pointing to the camera.

Jon turns to check out the camera and sees Adam's figure staring into the camera. "What the fuck is he doing out of jail?" he bellows. "Joe, Colby."

I go to stop him. "No don't go out there."

"He should be rotting in jail Serena. Look at you, you're petrified, the only way for you to feel safe is if we get him." Jon says as Joe and Colby walk in the room.

Colby sees me and frowns. "What's wrong?"

"Adam somehow got out of jail and is outside my gate." Jon growls.

Colby's eyes go dark. "He's where?" he growls and walks over to me. "It's time we teach this fucker a lesson."

I try to stop Colby. "No don't go out there." I plead.

"We are getting him once and for all."

I stand there frozen as I watch them walk out the front door. We face the camera and see Adam start to run away when the gate opens and Colby tackles him to the ground.

I instantly run out of the room after them. We run towards the gate and see Colby holding down a struggling Adam and Joe on the phone. I freeze as Adam looks up at me. "Hello Serena." He greets tauntingly.

"Adam."

"Surprised to see me."

I gulp. "Yes. You should be rotting in jail."

"Police are on there way." Joe informs us.

"How did you get out?" I ask stepping towards him but Renee stops me.

"They seemed to have a holding issue in Miami jail." Adam responds.

"I'm sure the jail here has plenty of room."

"Wow, look at you, so brave." he teases. "Just a few second ago, you were speechless, just like you were when I took your virginity."

Colby suddenly punches him in the face. "Colby stop." I order.

Everyone looks at me wide eyed. "What?"

"Get him up and face me." I direct. "Get the waste of fucking space up." I repeat and Adam looks at me wide eyed. Colby smirks and pulls him up to face me. I take a couple steals forward. "You chose the wrong time to come back into my life." I say darkly. "You tried to kill me, you broke my neck, you nearly ended my career because of your petty jealousy."

"Wow, you have changed." He chuckles.

"Yes I have and it's because of your fucking family." I shout shoving him down with force and he looks up at me shocked. "You ruined my life multiple times, but you never defeated me." I state and start laying in punches. "You made me strong. You are pathetic, and are nothing but a waste of space." I exclaim. "I have changed, and because of that I get to finally concur my fear, of you." I grin and kick him in the ribs. "You should have stayed in jail, because now I am going to ruin you." I threaten. "You have violated your restraining order, your sister violated hers, and now I get to finally take out my frustrations on you." I smile and kick him again. "You ruined my life and now I am going to make you pay." I finish and unload on him some more until my knuckles bleed and he's out cold.

I flip my hair back and wipe my face with my knuckles and I hiss in pain. I turn to look at the others and the adrenaline has started to fade and Renee and Colby catch me. "Hey. It's okay." Colby whispers.

"You did it." Renee praises. "You concerned your fear."

I look up at them and smile faintly. "I did."

The police sirens are heard in the distance. "We are so proud of you." Joe praises.

"Thanks." I smile. "I don't know how he got out, but this time I am making sure he stays in."

The police arrive and stop in front of us and they get out. They walk up to us and see Adam on the ground. "Are you alright miss?" the female officer asks me.

"I will be." I answer.

"Do you want to tell us what happened?"

"Yeah." I answer and she walks me inside as Colby holds me closely.

Once I've told the officers what happened, they take Adam away in police custody and hand him over to officials where they will take him back to Seattle and I'll be having a trial. I lie in bed with my bandaged knuckles and Colby is combing his fingers through my hair. "Are you okay?" he asks quietly.

I turn to face him. "I can't believe he got out, but I finally got to do what I wanted to do for so long."

"You got to show him how strong you are."

"I got to concor the one fear I couldn't because I never got the chance to and now I have."

"You should be proud of yourself."

"When I saw him through the camera I didn't know what to think, I thought I was seeing things but he was there just waiting."

"He was trying to get to you, but you got to him, and boy did we want to lay in some punches after you."

"You would have killed him and I wanted him to remember." I laugh as he pulls my face to his and kisses me. "Thank you for being here."

He kisses me. "Always."
