(Instrumental) – (As the music begins were shown the forms of both Arthur, fully armored, and Ryuichi in his Kuoh Academy uniform as they appear standing back to back in darkness with their swords pointed to the ground before all fades to darkness and then the title appears.)

(I'm stuck in a never-ending dream. Where my wishes and hopes cannot be seen) – (As the title fades were shown Ryuichi as he stands in Glastonbury Abbey looking over King Arthur's grave in thought.)
(And it's killing me, but I can't let go) – (In the main room of the ORC, Rias is shown to be looking out the main window with a forlorn look in her eyes before closing them in sad contemplation. A tear falls from her right eye as she thinks of Ryuichi.)
(There's a sadness raining down on me. And the future is looking oh so bleak) – (Ryuichi stands in forested area of Kuoh Academy in the middle of the rain as he summons the Invisible Air in his hands, looking upon the blade wondering what form it really is. Rias watches him from outside with an umbrella over her head as her fears manifest in the form of Riser Phenex with his back behind her yet on fire.)
(But I'm holding on, so dearly, to precious memories) – (The two then suddenly turn to and see each other from their respective spots looking back at each other with longing in their eyes and smiling at each other. Rias' fears in the form of Riser banish away in the process as the Rain stops and the sun soon shines through the clouds.)
(To protect the ones I cherish I've got to be stronger) – (The scene then changes to the rest of the ORC, Issei, Kiba, Koneko, Asia, and Akeno, in the daytime as everyone is together talking and enjoying tea as Ryuichi looks in the mirror and sees King Arthur's visage over his.)
(Don't want to hesitate, I wanna to be braver) – (The scene then cuts to Kiba and Ryuichi standing far with their blades drawn for training as the two swordsmen prepare to duel with the rest of the ORC cheering them on.)
(So no matter what may come I can face the morning sun) – (The next scene then turns dark as it shows the Fallen Angel group, with Dohnaseek, Mittelt, and Kalawarner sitting in the rooftop of the church and ray are levitating above them, and a large group of stray exorcists on ground floor.)
(Brave Shine!) – (The two sides begin their conflict, with Ryuichi engaging Dohnaseek with his Invisible Air as sparks fly.)
(Cause you brought me to your world and gave me light) – (Rias and Akeno then blast the large group of Exorcists with both lighting and Power of Destruction, clearing away a good amount of them as Koneko unleashes a shockwave by slamming her fist to the floor, erupting the earth and taking out many of them too.)
(On the night I suffered most, you saved my life) – (The scene then pans to Kiba and Freed as the two attempt to strike the other with sparks flying between.)
(Wielding all the things that we believe in; A test of faith I know I can win) – (The scene then show Issei and Ryuichi as they take on Milttelt, Kalwarner, and Raynare. The next scene swiftly changes to Ryuichi charging up his sword with light before slamming it to the ground, blinding everything in yellow and white light.)
(I'll grant us love and peace for all time) – (The scene then cuts to Ryuichi after the fight as he stands with Excalibur in his hands as everyone rallies in front of the ruined church as the group then smiles at their newest friend and he walks to join them.)
(Cause you shine!) – (The last scene shows King Arthur's grave at Glastonbury Abbey with Excalibur stuck into the grave marker as the title card shows once again.)

Special Chapter: From The Shadows They Strike
A Week Before The Familiar Forest…
Life had been going on as usual, school life, contracts, and deliveries. Over and over and over again.
To be honest I was starting to think that Riser Phenex had never been born in this version of the DxD world.
That feeling haunted me for some of the week as I could only think, was Rias arranged to be married with someone else?
I mean she still hasn't been brooding at all. Besides that kiss she gave me, wasn't really anything special right? Just her teasing her servants right?
But regardless, life went on and one day in particular would change everything in the long run on my journey with the ORC and my friends…
"A new request and for me specifically?" I asked Rias wonder.
"Yep, this person is actually one of Koneko's contractees, but she's double booked right now. Normally this person just needs some heavy lifting done which is why she takes the job but since your getting used to your Rook powers this will be some good practice for you." Rias explained.
"Okay, then I guess that works. Alright, wish me luck guys!" I said as I was taken away by the magic circle.
As I arrived I was brought in front of what looked to a company building, Velvet Inc. Huh, weird name but I guess I can't judge anything by its cover.
Knocking on the front door I was then greeted by a man who appeared to be in his early thirties. His eyes looked very uninviting, but he physically seemed to be no threat.
He was wearing a long red coat with brown furs at the top of it. With a long yellow scarf around his neck.
"Ah, I see. So you're the one they sent right?" The man asked me.
"Um, yes. Do I know you from somewhere?" I inquired as to his strange question,
"No, but I've heard of you from a good friend of mine. My name is Waver Velvet and I'm in charge of this company." He introduced himself.
My eyes widened at the revelation of his name, this man has the same name of the young man who was the Master of Iskandar in Fate/Zero, but if he truly is Waver Velvet then are there other people from fate in here?
No, I already know that Morgan has messed with time, so its possible elements of both timelines have been mixed together which includes people and locations.
"So what exactly did you need from me and what is this company for?" I asked trying to stay in character.
"Well I'm actually a researcher whose interest lies in Japanese archeology and culture. My company engages in small excavations and digs to find lost artifacts from Japan and even China from time to time." Waver explained.
"I see so I was told you would need some muscle for equipment and such?" I asked him again staying on task.
"Yes I already have help but it never hurts to have more join in. Three others were already here." Waver said as he moved aside and showed three other people in the room.
Each one was female wearing different outfits as they came into the light they were made even more clearer.
One of them was obviously of Chinese descent, her twin buns in her hair were a dead giveaway with v-shaped bangs on both sides parted at her forehead. She also had shoulder-length black hair and green eyes.
She was also wearing a navy-blue shirt that was tight fitting on her form showing off her cleavage, She was also wearing a white backpack with blue denim jeans and white tennis shoes.
Another was a brown-haired woman, young possibly in her twenties with green eyes as well. Rather tall, she wore a white sweatshirt with what seemed to be a gray t-shirt underneath. She was also wearing a white headband on her head.
Like with the former she too had a gray backpack instead on her back.
The final one seemed to the oldest. She had ginger colored hair with red highlights in them. She wore a facemask that covered the right side of her face. She was also wearing am olive drab green jacket with unlike the others she was wearing short shorts with brown boots and fingerless gloves.
She had a smaller carry on bag in her arms over her shoulder.
The Chinese girl introduced herself first, "I'm Xuelan, I'm one of Waver's pupils and I'm a student intern here."
The next one was the brown-haired one "I'm Karlamine, I'm also a student intern with Xuelan here as well."
The one with the red accents then introduced herself, "I'm Isabella, I'm a mentor to these two so I help whenever I can. Nice to meet you kid. "
There names were an even greater shock, these three were of Riser's peerage. What were they doing here? Did this mean Riser was curious of my power or of Excalibur? No, he couldn't have known about the sword already.
Keeping my cool I introduced myself to the group, "Well I'm Ryuichi Naruse, its nice to meet you lovely ladies."
Now with the introductions out of the way, Waver then spoke up and told the group their task.
"Now then, we'll be joining into the mountains for scouting out a dig site I've been told may have the remains of an unknown castle than was once made here by a clan during the Warring States period. Our job is to simply scout out the possible area of excavation and then we'll mark it for later digging." Waver explained all of us nodding along.
With all of that out of the way, me and Xuelan were the ones loading up all the excavation materials in a van while Karlamine and Isabela were discussing things with Waver.
Afterwards, Waver the turned and asked to all of us, "Well then is everybody ready?" All four of us nodded in confirmation.
Waver then beckoned me to sit shotgun with him as we discussed all things history, as a history buff myself. Little did I know to the conversation the ladies were having in the back of the truck.
"So this is the one Lord Riser talked about right Isabela?" Xuelan inquired of her fellow devil.
"Yeah, its him just like we planned keep an eye out and then we strike when the time is right." Isabela replied as she crushed her first in her other hand.
"Agreed, as soon as we get there far enough as possible, this won't be an issue." Karlamine added as she.
Hours Later…
We had finally arrived at our destination. A large clearing surrounded by forest in nearly all directions but around us were what seemed to be ruins of old stonework and construction. Possibly the remnants of a castle or tower perhaps.
However as the group had gotten higher a fog had started to settle in making visibility not unbearable but hard to see.
"Now let's take a break, its been a while since we started up the mountain path. No need to tire ourselves." Waver said.
"No kidding, my feet are killing me." Xuelan said as he sat down on the grass.
"Mine too, this backpack is killer on me every time we go out." Karlamine joined in.
"Or it could be you always want to out do Xuelan all the time Karlamine." Isabela explained as she seemed perfectly fine.
Isabela then takes out some water bottles and hands them over to the two. Waver then after looking about the landscape turned to the rest of us and told us to take a quick rest since it would take some to set up everything.
The girls found their own spots and laid out some blankets to rest on. I did the same and finding a nearby tree I decided to rest in its shade with my back to it.
As I drifted off to sleep I found myself dreaming again…
Dream Begins…
Once more the image was of Camelot, although this time seemed to be one of cheer and revelry.
Many were cheering and laughing; men at arms, servants and knights were enjoying the night away after their last battle against a band of celts from far north.
Once again the kingdom had known victory and protected its people and despite the losses many had returned safely.
The king's reign seemed blessed by the heavens themselves, some saying that Arthur himself was ordained by god.
But Arthur threw away these claims, saying that he only wished for the safety and prosperity of Britain and its people.
As the fun died overnight, Arthur returned to his bedchamber. Most nights he was alone as he had no official wife to speak of it was a hot topic recently among the knights when their lord was to be wed and what a momentous occasion it would be.
But little did the people know the King already had a lover of his own who right now sat in the same bed as him.
"Ven, as always I have missed you." Arthur said to the beauty by his side as he stroked her cheek.
"Ha-hm, I will always wish for your warmth my love. Now please, take me here and now. I've waited long enough." She said.
"But Ven if we do…" Arthur began to think of the consequences, but a finger was put to his lips to stop him.
"It matters not to me anymore; I've given everything to be with you. Now do your manly duty." She teased him as she laid herself before him.
Has anyone else been in the castle, they could hear there love making but none did as it should be… foe their sakes and their child's.
Dream Ends…
I then jolt awake at the end of the dream, to looks around at the sun still high in the air but a cool breeze in the air.
"Who is this 'Ven' woman and how far did she go with Arthur? Does it have anything to do with me? Why else could I see all of these vivid dreams
I then looked around to see none of the girls were nearby and Waver was absent too. Had he gone on ahead of them?
As I looked around there was not a single trace of him left. No footprints, no or leftover items, not even a note.
However, my thoughts were stopped when suddenly…
*SHING*
I felt the cold steel of a blade to my throat I turned to see that's in fact Karlamine with the blade and her appearance changed. She was now in European armor planting in addition to Japanese body armor.
"I should've known from the moment I saw you three it was more than meets the eye." I said with a sigh.
I stood still as Karlamine walked around to face me. From the brush I then heard 2 more people coming through.
Xuelan and Isabela. The former in her qipao, the latter having ditched the leather jacket in favor of a tight-fitting green and brown jacket. One that now accentuated her own cleavage.
"I'm sorry Ryuichi this is just how it has to be. We have our orders." Karlamine said.
"Geez, Karlamine I know your up front, but do we have to end him now?" Isabela said slightly annoyed.
"I mean we had to walk with him all the way here, only to just kill him like that really is disappointing." Xuelan joined in her compatriots annoyance.
Karlamine continued to look me dead in my eyes not even once looking at her fellow servants; "Don't you both remember this is the one who was said to have killed a Fallen Angel on his own despite being Low-level."
The others' eyes widen in for a moment before they turn their attention to me with serious looks.
"You mean this is the guy who killed a Fallen all by himself. Well then, I haven't gone slumming in a while. Maybe its time to see what this cutie's got, eh?" Xuelan said as she got into a battle stance.
"Yeah, and besides, I wonder how much this little Rook has grown since then, maybe a little test is necessary, don't you girls think?" Isabela posed to the other two.
"So is this how you guys are gonna go through with this? After all we've been through on the journey up here?" I posed to them fists now balled in anger.
"It's not personal, Ryuichi. We're just doing what our master has ordered us to do." Karlamine explained.
"If he's so damn worried about me he should come here himself. Not hide behind others like a coward. A true king is willing to dirty his own hands, his cowardice proves you follow the wrong master." I declared with a dismissive shake of my head.
Insulted Isabela shouted, "You dare insult us?! Even though you are a servant of Gremory, you're no match for us!"
"Well then…" A spark flies as I quickdraw the Invisible Air knocking away Karlamine's sword and gaining some distance from the Phenex trio.
They then readied themselves for battle; Isabela taking a battle stance, Xuelan doing the same but her hands and feet become coated in flames, Karlamine then coats her sword in flames as well.
Just as all of us are staring each other down, suddenly around us the sky became dark and the ground slightly trembled as things began to dig from the ground around us.
Digging from the ground wasn't actually the living dead, but something else entirely.
As they rose from the ground, they had skeleton-like bodies but as they all started to surround us. They didn't have skulls in place for heads but strange looking mouths near their heads.
Some were armed with daggers, bows and others with long swords. Around 10 of them surrounded us on all sides in a circle. Now forced into one spot all of us were forced back to back together.
"Well right now I think we can all agree, this is not a good situation?" I said to them.
"Yes, it seems whatever the hell these things are they've got us surrounded." Xuelan pointed out.
"But I guess at this point talking is wasted." Isabela said.
"All we can do is fight!" Karlamine said proudly. As such we all broke off to fight smaller group of these skeletal warriors. Despite their weapons, they weren't dangerous at all.
The only ones to lookout for were the archers. But I couldn't shake this feeling from me. Where had I seen these creatures before?
As I slashed another in half and then bisected the one behind me. I looked to the trio to see their progress.
Xuelan was ripping through them with her flame-coated martial arts. She had already taken down many since we started. She had just finished one with an axe kick after tripping it.
Isabela seemed just as fine as one tried to slash her from behind only to grab its mouth and shut it. Then she crushed it between her hand.
Karlamine like me had gone through some of them with her flame sword and was even cutting down arrows that nearly made their mark, but her reactions were impressive. At one point she had slashed through one of the sword-wielding skeletons swords' and sliced right through the middle of it.
But despite our best efforts these things seemed to be never ending we had gone from 10 to now having fought nearly 30 of these creatures.
But as we cleared out another group our fatigue started to show as all of us were panting now out of breath.
"We can't keep this up forever we have to get out of here and away from the town so as to not lure them there. Let's head into the forest down the path." I insisted.
Realizing our situation and no other plan, the trio nodded in agreement and we made our escape. However our pursuers wouldn't let us go without leaving us a present as we ran down the path through the forest they had set a line of archers on the ridge back behind us.
As they kept firing for us I looked to my right and then suddenly one of them cried, "Ahh!"
"Karlamine!" Isabela cried out to her fellow devil. As I was the closest to her she was now falling forward if she did she could get hurt or worse.
So using Mana Burst like before, I then used my newly gained speed and caught Karlamine as she fell forward. As we tumbled own together, I took her in my arms as I then hit a tree at the bottom of the path.
As we both grumbled in pain I asked her, "Karlamine, are you alright?" She opened her eyes and noticed the position we were in a how close we were.
With a blush she pushed me off and answered, "I'm fine I did not need your help."
Ignoring her hostility, I too got up and joined the rest of the group. "Looks like our friends don't plan on letting us leave alive."
Xuelan punched and knocked over a tree in frustration, "Yeah, we have to stop them but how they're just never-ending."
I then moved to answer he query, "Actually I think I've read about these things before. Those things are called Dragon Tooth Warriors. They are products of Old Magic, or magecraft."
"Yo mean those things are golems. Soldiers made from magic itself?" Isabela asked.
"Yes, and that means if we want to stop them we have to find the caster and defeat them. We stop the caster and these things we stop being created and we can finish them off for good." I continued explaining.
"So let's find them and kick their ass." Xuelan said excited as she brought her fist into her palm.
"It's not that easy, magecraft is notoriously tricky to sense, I imagine none of you are sensors or experts in magic are you?" I asked being hopeful.
Unfortunately, they all shook their heads in left to right signaling none of them did.
"If only we had Mihae or Lady Ravel with us we could find this bastard." Karlamine said in frustration.
"For now we have to at least search the forest around here they know we're here so they must be nearby guiding them somewhere. We should team up in pairs and search from east to west from here. No use going alone if we're surrounded all alone." I proposed.
They nodded in agreement. I went with Isabella while Karlamine and Xuelan went off in a pair we waved each other off and sent off in search of the culprit behind these attacks.
"So why exactly does 'Lord Phenex' want me dead?" I decided to prod on the issue while we were running along.
"To be honest I do not know. All I was told was there was a servant of Gremory named Ryuichi who needed to be eliminated." She explained.
"Sounds like a real swell guy I can tell. So exactly why did he send all if you if he's so powerful on his own?" I inquired again for answers.
"I-I don't know he seemed so annoyed when he asked us. All he told us was to not report failure back to him. But now…" Isabela went silent.
"Look if he can't understand that you're fighting for your life right now. Then he doesn't care about you." I said angrily.
"H-He does, Lord riser took us in when we had nothing and were on the last vestiges of life, we owe him everything!" Isabela countered.
"Then why isn't he here to help you?" I countered back. She stopped and went silent.
"A real king helps those who are need. Be it a civilian or a fellow retainer. Let me tell you, he doesn't deserve your undying loyalty." I said to her face.
"Y-you don't know anything about Lord Riser." She weakly said in defense.
"Look that's not important, let's just keep going." I said as the two us picked up the pace and continued onward until we ran into some old friends again.
This time it was mostly ones with knives and swords than attacked us. Everything was going well until a number of them appeared from a nearby wood line and two were about to get the jump of Isabela.
Cutting down the one I was facing. I raced as quickly as I could just as Isabela had noticed the ones behind her in one powered swing I took out the both of them in one go.
"Are you alright?!" I asked her as more of them started to appear.
"Yes I'm fine, got off guard for a moment. Sneaky bastards." She replied.
"Well this is just not looking good for us." I replied in kind as another group approached us. Only for suddenly a beam of water to eliminate a good portion of them. With the dust settled the remaining few were mopped up by someone wielding a naginata in their hands.
Isabela and I got into a defensive stance until I heard the voice from the dust, "Well that's another annoyance taken care of, Tsubaki are you alright?"
"That voice is that…?" I started to deduce who it could possibly be.
The culprits then appeared as two girls wearing the female Kuoh Academy uniforms appeared from the dust. Both wearing glasses, but one wielding the naginata.
One had violet eyes while the other had two different eye colors. Heterochromia I think it's called.
"Wait I know those uniforms. You all are from Kuoh right?" I inquired if the two strangers.
"Yes, I'm Sona Sitri, the Student Council President and this is my Queen, Tsubaki Shinra, the Vice President." She introduced both of themselves.
Tsubaki bowed in reply. With me doing the same in respect.
"Wait, why are you out here? How are you out here? I thought some kind of barrier was put up in the area?" I inquired as to how they gained entry.
"We had received an anonymous tip of smiting happening in the mountains on the outskirts of Kuoh. We broke through the barrier in the west and went to investigate." Sona explained.
"Now then why are you and another group of devils up here?" She demanded.
I gave her a quick rundown of the situation and what occurred. I also told her of the potential threat we faced. I never thought I would see it but Sona and Tsubaki's eyes both widened in shock from y explanation.
"You mean to say someone is trying to kill us on this mountain using these golems and the only way to stop the flow is to find the caster correct?" She asked.
I nodded in acknowledgement. Putting her glasses up she started again, "I see, so you've been trying to find the culprit for a while I see."
"Yes, but since none of us are talented in magic or magic sensory we've been forced to split into two groups." I explained.
"Yes, I sensed another group else where and sent my other servants Tsubasa and Ruruko to assist them, they should be heading this way as we speak. I think its better that we all meet halfway, lets head back to the path where you all separated." She directed and the four of us flew off and a few minutes later we saw four others on the pathway.
Karlamine and Xuelan were fine. They were joined by who I guess were Tsubasa and Ruruko, one with blue hair and brown hair, respectively.
"Well nice to know you guys are fine. Any more trouble since last time we meet?" I asked them with concern in my voice.
"We got ambushed but these two came from nowhere and came to help us." Karlamine answered. As her wound from before was now bandaged. Her hand band from before was gone so she must have used that.
"As things stand now, we can't keep this up even with reinforcements, we have to find the caster of this spell and stop them. President, I know it's a lot to ask of me but can you and Tsubaki help us in this?" I implored them.
"But of course, anyone who harms a fellow devil is an enemy of mine. Besides Kuoh is my territory as well not just Rias'. If you would give us a moment to prepare ourselves." Sona said as he said Tsubaki seem to prepare themselves to find the source of all this chaos.
As the Phenex servants seemed to chat amongst themselves I was left with Sona's other two remaining servants Tsubasa and Ruruko, taking the time I decided to introduce myself.
"I was told you two work for President Sona, my name's Ryuichi Naruse and I'm in service to Rias Gremory as a Rook." I said.
"Tsubasa Yura, I'm also a Rook for Lady Sona." The blue haired female answered.
"I'm Ruruko Nimura. I'm one of Lady Sona's pawns. I hope you'll take care of me." She answered too with a bow.
"So you're the other piece Lady Rias picked up huh? I heard through the grapevine you beat a fallen all by yourself. Wish I was there to see it." Tsubasa said in slight amusement.
"Well it was a tough fight, he nearly had me but in the end I just knew I had to beat him or else my friends could get hurt if I didn't do anything." I replied.
"Oh, a guy willing to get down and dirty. Me likey." Tsubasa said a teasing smirk on her face. I think this girl is someone all on her own not Akeno levels but something else.
"Oh, Tsubasa stop you'll make him blush, if anything I thinks its awesome what you did for your friends. Keep it up, I do hope we can be friends in the future." Ruruko said as she held out a hand and I shook it.
After a few minutes, Sona and Tsubaki came back after completing their sensing ritual.
"We've sensed a strange power coming further north of here. In that direction maybe a ley line that is being used as a magic source." Sona explained to us.
"As it stands we should split up once more in two teams of 4. One team will stay outside and hold back the enemy while the assault team will head inside the ley line area and clear whoever is in there causing all of this, understood?" Sona asked sternly.
"Yes." We all replied in kind. Tsubaki was the one in charge of the defense team with the Phenex servants, while I was with Sona as she would lead the assault team to the caster's location.
As we traversed further north up the mountain path occasionally running into more Dragon Warrior ambushes we finally made it to the top of the path and found what seemed to be the old remains of a temple.
Of course, places like these are surefire places for ley lines to be made even if they're abandoned.
"Tsubaki, hold out here." Sona ordered her Queen. "Everyone else, follow me inside." She told the rest of us.
"Yes, ma'am!" We all replied.
As we entered the temple I had actually forgotten how big it looked from the outside. As we walked through the corridors surprisingly everything was quiet. Until Sona stopped everyone putting her hand in the air as a signal.
Pointing ahead she pointed ahead as all hid behind the nearby walls. Taking a peek inside from around the corner all I could see with my vision even enhanced was a dark, shadowy figure. But I could make out some fine details.
This shadowy figure seemed feminine in appearance it was holding a banner in the air that it seemed to be concentrating its magic at. It also seemed to carry a sword on its hip as well. Wearing armor on its body from a small helm piece, vambraces and greaves.
This shadow and that figure… that's the Jeanne d'Arc's Alter form. But how was it here? Why was it here? Who put it here?
"N-no way, that can't be…" I whispered in disbelief.
"Ryuichi, what's wrong?" Tsubasa whispered in worry to my confession.
"N-nothing. But as it stands Lady Sona there is no quiet approach right now." I told her.
"Yes, seems we have no choice but to be dynamic." She said. With that she left her hiding place and immediately began charging a water spell.
After a few seconds, a large water blast was directed at the shadow servant causing it to stop its ritual and defend itself with its banner spear.
"I don't know who or what you are but in the name of the Sitri clan, I will stop you here!" Sona announced.
"Geez, is this one a closet otaku unlike Rias. Sheesh, this girl needs to lighten up." I thought in the moment, but the action brought me back.
The shadow responded in a distorted voice, "Hahaha! You're already too late, I've gained enough power from this rundown shack for a thousand of these golems. What can little girls and boy like you lot do?"
"Surprisingly quite a bit if you can believe it, Tsubasa go. Ruruko, you have my permission." Sona ordered.

We turned to see Jeanne using a blast of fire magic to blow away Tsubasa and Ruruko away from here.
"Ahh!" Both yelped out as they were knocked away by the blast. Sona ran for Ruruko, while I ran and caught Tsubasa in my arms before she hit the wall.
Tsubasa opened her eyes after a second or two and say me holding her, "Hah, my hero."

I ignored her however as I clashed with Jeanne's banner which unfurled as I struck showing its distorted version of the holy maiden's banner.
"Who sent you here? Who do you work for?" I demanded from the corrupted servant.
"Oh, wouldn't you like to know big boy. Maybe if you get on your knees and beg maybe I'll tell you." She replied with snark in her voice. With no obvious winner of our clash we both pushed each other back.
Rushing each other we both attempted a series of slashes and strikes as we both tried to outmatch the other. Sparks flying from our weapons scrapping together as neither of us gave an inch.
Jumping away from each other she still had a smile on her face as if she were enjoying herself with this fight.
"You know while you lot are staring at this one, your friends are in for a big surprise I left them a few more gifts than I knew what to do with. So you might want to go give them a hand before its too late." She taunted.
"Damn you! Sona, head back outside with the rest and help them out there! I'll deal with this witch!" I bellowed out to the Sitri King.
She didn't argue as the trio ran outside to assist their fellow devils.
"You bitch! I'll make you pay!" I bellowed out to her in anger.
"Oh my, did I get on your nerves? Did I threaten one of your girlfriends little devil or should I say… little Arthur?" The last part she revealed made my heart stop.
"W-what did you just say?" I replied however in the moment my guard lightened, she took that chance pushing me away and with a quick stab she skewered me in my stomach.

I jumped outside to face her again to see that everyone was still facing off against the Dragon Warriors who were know surrounding them from all directions. I then joined them once more as they were all surprised to see me but were worried at sight of my wound.

"Are you okay?" Xuelan asked.
"Yeah, I'm fine. But things are not looking up for us." I said pointing out the obvious.
"AHHH! I've had enough of these games! It's time to end this!" Jeanne said as she planted her banner in the ground.
Wait is she? The Dragon warriors then parted ways as a white, crimson flame began to surround Jeanne's form.
Wait that's her Noble Phantasm! IF she uses that we'll be burnt to cinders with nothing left and impaled to boot.
Not even Sona for all her ability can probably block something like that. But we can't just retreat.

"Arthur?" I asked the voice for an answer.

Everyone else, looked on perplexed at what I was doing, "Ryuichi what are you doing?!"

("Seal unlocked: Galahad!")/ "Seal unlocked – Galahad!" We both continued. Everyone else looked on in worry and for some fear of what was about to possibly come.

Jeanne then finished first, "La Grondement Du Haine!" With that final command a torrent of flame rushed at us until…
("Manifest, Lord Camelot!")/ "Manifest, Lord Camelot!" Then a bright, yellow light appeared around the Air and the blade of Excalibur for the first time manifested before me.
Just like before on instinct I thrusted the blade into ground and right before everyone's eyes the image of the walls of Castle Camelot appeared around them as a protective barrier. As Jeanne's flames from her Noble Phantasm finally reached they couldn't do anything but circle and later would return to their sender.
"I-Impossible! How can you use that?! AHHHHHHHHHH!" The only sound that could be heard was Jeanne's screams as the flames burned around her the sight almost a more gruesome version of her execution by burning all those years ago.
After the flames raged, the spears ame long after and skewered her from below. As the dust settled, I nearly doubled over in pain but Tsubasa and Xuelan caught me before I fell.
"I don't know what you did Ryuichi, but you saved us all." Xuelan said with a smile on her face.
"Yeah, you really were cool out there, we thought you might have lost it for a moment." Tsubasa says a smile on her face as well as they each put an arm over their shoulder.
"H-ha, ha-ha. Your welcome." I said weakly. We were all happy until we heard something moving in the dust. As it settle it showed Jeanne had actually survived her wounds and was standing. The spears still skewered all over her stomach with blood all over her stomach and armor.
"Guh, I-I won't let it end here. I'll take you with…" She never finished as her hand began to glow suddenly two arrows appeared and sniped Jeanne in the head causing her to finally perish and turn to small dark lights that were whisked away into the darkened sky.
All of us were shocked, looking around for the assailant I traced the arrows from the only path I could figure out. As I looked around with everyone I saw a figure in the trees dash away among the branches as they escaped.
"W-wait!" I said as I escaped the grips of my saviors only to fall over in pain. But for a slight moment I thought I saw brown hair flowing from the inside of that hood they were wearing.

"I wanted to say thank you for your help back then when I was shot and for saving us just now. I wanted you to know that we now owe you a debt for saving our lives. We vow to keep it as well." Karlamine informed me.
My widened in surprise at her confession I looked to the other two who nodded in agreement. Isabela also joined in, "You did recue us and fought alongside us despite us trying to kill only a few moments before all of this began. For that I am grateful."

Although singed he still stands up, the blade glowing a yellow white light.)
(This world can beat me down a hundred times but into the light I'll always rise) – (Ryuichi and Riser then engage in single combat with the two devils fighting evenly in three quick time images until Ryuichi falls back towards Rias, the redhead by his side to check on him.)
(A lotus flower so pure, right up to the end) – (As Riser smirks in what seems to be victory he begins charging another attack for Ryuichi to then hold Excalibur high in the air at the same time as the sword begins to glow with a golden hue. Rias then joins Ryuichi as she adds her power to the blade changing its color from yellow to crimson red.)
(Until it blooms, a bright red) – (The two then unleash their greatest attacks as the two clash it causes a massive explosion when in the next Excalibur stuck in the ground with Riser's jacket flowing in the wind on its blade.)

AN#1 – Here's my special chapter for High School DxD: Heir of Camelot, in this special episode Ryuichi is faced with assassination by three of Riser's servants until they are interrupted by Dragon Tooth Warriors.
The group initially is able to escape until the arrival of Sona's group helps them turn the tide. The shadowy figure turns out to be Jeanne d'Arc in her Alter form who was working under Morgan Le Fay.
