(I'm stuck in a never-ending dream. Where my wishes and hopes cannot be seen) – (As the title fades were shown Ryuichi as he stands in Glastonbury Abbey looking over King Arthur's grave in thought.)
(And it's killing me, but I can't let go) – (In the main room of the ORC, Rias is shown to be looking out the main window with a forlorn look in her eyes before closing them in sad contemplation. A tear falls from her right eye as she thinks of Ryuichi.)
(There's a sadness raining down on me. And the future is looking oh so bleak) – (Ryuichi stands in forested area of Kuoh Academy in the middle of the rain as he summons the Invisible Air in his hands, looking upon the blade wondering what form it really is. Rias watches him from outside with an umbrella over her head as her fears manifest in the form of Riser Phenex with his back behind her yet on fire.)
(But I'm holding on, so dearly, to precious memories) – (The two then suddenly turn to and see each other from their respective spots looking back at each other with longing in their eyes and smiling at each other. Rias' fears in the form of Riser banish away in the process as the Rain stops and the sun soon shines through the clouds.)
(To protect the ones I cherish I've got to be stronger) – (The scene then changes to the rest of the ORC, Issei, Kiba, Koneko, Asia, and Akeno, in the daytime as everyone is together talking and enjoying tea as Ryuichi looks in the mirror and sees King Arthur's visage over his.)
(Don't want to hesitate, I wanna to be braver) – (The scene then cuts to Kiba and Ryuichi standing far with their blades drawn for training as the two swordsmen prepare to duel with the rest of the ORC cheering them on.)
(So no matter what may come I can face the morning sun) – (The next scene then turns dark as it shows the Fallen Angel group, with Dohnaseek, Mittelt, and Kalawarner sitting in the rooftop of the church and ray are levitating above them, and a large group of stray exorcists on ground floor.)
(Brave Shine!) – (The two sides begin their conflict, with Ryuichi engaging Dohnaseek with his Invisible Air as sparks fly.)
(Cause you brought me to your world and gave me light) – (Rias and Akeno then blast the large group of Exorcists with both lighting and Power of Destruction, clearing away a good amount of them as Koneko unleashes a shockwave by slamming her fist to the floor, erupting the earth and taking out many of them too.)
(On the night I suffered most, you saved my life) – (The scene then pans to Kiba and Freed as the two attempt to strike the other with sparks flying between.)
(Wielding all the things that we believe in; A test of faith I know I can win) – (The scene then show Issei and Ryuichi as they take on Milttelt, Kalwarner, and Raynare. The next scene swiftly changes to Ryuichi charging up his sword with light before slamming it to the ground, blinding everything in yellow and white light.)
(I'll grant us love and peace for all time) – (The scene then cuts to Ryuichi after the fight as he stands with Excalibur in his hands as everyone rallies in front of the ruined church as the group then smiles at their newest friend and he walks to join them.)
(Cause you shine!) – (The last scene shows King Arthur's grave at Glastonbury Abbey with Excalibur stuck into the grave marker as the title card shows once again.)

Chapter 7: Things Start Heating Up
A new day comes as my alarm goes off at six. I was always a morning guy back in my old life, so I say no reason to stop now.
However today as I got up I look to my other pillow and saw Fou sitting there. Now that I look at him he's so cute; it really does convince me that he's actually real and wasn't some figment of my imagination.
But at the same time I move my arms I realize I can't like a weight has been put on it. If it's not Fou…?
I pull up the covers to the shocking sight of Yuki in my bed wearing her short dress she wears whenever she's lounging.
"Ggghh… Who wakes up at six in the morning?" I heard her complaining.
"Y-Yuki?! W-what are you doing in my bed?" I asked incredulously as she enjoyed her spot next to me in the bed.
Getting up from the bed she made her way to the door with me and Fou following her into the living room.
"Why? Why not? Besides I'm your new roommate. See?" Yuki then pointed out to living area to see stacks of boxes everywhere on the ground.
"When did you do this? I didn't see any of this yesterday at all?!" I said wide eyed.
"Oh, last night I used a teleportation spell to bring all of this stuff here and remember my contract with you allows us both to know our locations should anything happen to us." Yuki explained.
"Do I not get a say in any of this?" I asked
"Nope, not really besides how am I supposed to protect you if I'm not near you? Besides… speaking of not being near you." Yuki said as I noticed a glint in her eyes.
Yuki then tackled me to the nearby couch in my living room and proceeded to kiss me as she held her arms behind my neck.
"We still have some time before school starts and you know I've been feeling mighty lonely lately…" Yuki said as she did the contract seal appeared on her neck. A small moan escaped her mouth as she sensually lowered one of the straps of her dress.
If I don't do this the curse won't go away. This is not what my daily morning routine should encompass.

Finally making it inside the torrent of rumors finally getting to me as we both separate for a second.
"Geez, I thought I could keep a low profile, but I guess when you run with the ORC and come to school with a pretty girl on your arm you're destined to be talked about." I pointed out.
"You got that right, if only those girls knew how you really are." Yuki said in whisper in my ear.
"Hell no, I'm not doing that. I'm not involving them in this." I caught on to her scheme.
"Why not? Didn't you see some of those girls? Some of them were looking at you like a piece a steak they were willing to fight over. Besides wouldn't you know two of them are in our class. Katase and Murayama." Yuki pointed out to me.
"What? Those two? Aren't they always fawning over Kiba?" I asked.
"Sure, but he comes over to their class every once in a while to fetch you and Issei. Without their hunk in the room, all eyes are sure to wonder." Yuki continued to point out as we made our way to class.
"Just think about it." She whispered as she went in first and took her seat. As I entered I saw her and Aika seeming to get along just fine. Of course, they're both perverts so they would make fast friends.
Then Aika notices me herself and like always make her way to my desk and faces me while sitting on it. This time I swear I can see under her skirt if at all.
"So Ryuichi how's school life been treating you?" Aika asks.
"It's alright. Nothing to unusual, still having a bit of trouble in Modern Japanese but I seem to be doing decently." I answered innocently.
"You know if you need help I'm more than willing to offer it?" She told me.
"You know what sure. Just don't even think of turning this into something weird got that?" I warned her.
"Scouts honor." Aika saluted but knowing her she's lying. Everyone else began to file in overtime when I finally saw Issei and greeted him.
"Hey Issei." I said to him.
"Oh, Ryuichi how's it been?" He replies.
"It's just fine. You and your friends aren't planning anything I hope?" I ask the most obvious question.
"W-what? N-no, what makes you say that?" He nervously says fidgeting and sweating profusely.
"Are you alright Issei you look warm." I heard Asia say as she appeared just behind him.
"O-oh yeah I'm completely fine." Issei tried to convince. But Aika smiled mischievously as she joined in.
"Actually Asia, you know with Issei maybe he just got done having some 'alone time' before school?" Aika said as to innocent maiden.
"I-Issei were you?" Said nun covered her mouth as her face was covered in a blush.
"N-No, its not true! Damn you Aika!" Issei replied in anger as he gritted his teeth at Kiryuu.
I couldn't help but chuckle at the scene, while I was sometimes put off by the boy's obvious perverted nature he has a good heart so he's not all that bad.
"What are you laughing at, your no better that Hyoudou you know?" Yuki said to the side of me as she looked down on me.
"What does that mean…?" But I never finished as I turned to look at her she directly kissed me this on the lips in front of everyone.
She only held it for a second until she released and gave off her own mischievously grin and then Aika joined her by her side.
"You know I think we'll be the best of friends don't you think Yuki?" Aika asked her.
"Yeah, I see a long friendship going on." Yuki agreed with her.
"Ryuichi… You damn traitor!" Issei screamed in anger.
This is not what I wanted to deal with. As things calmed down classes went on until near the end when I heard Issei and his friends say something about enjoying the 'VIP' seat they had found. A look of realization later and I decided to hatch a devilish plan.
After they left I trailed behind them and preparing my phone's camera in hand I stood outside near the girl's locker room. If I remember the first-years would be finished so and that's when those perverts would enjoy the view.
Well not today. As the girls started coming back I was met with Koneko who noticed my phone in hand and initially gave me a suspicious look until I put a hand up in peace. I then put up three fingers and pointed my thumb inside the locker room.
Catching on she nodded and when the rest of the girls followed in behind her she had them stop and told them to wait. They then noticed me and asked.
"Naruse, what's going on?" One of them asked.
"Oh, don't worry its about to be music to your ears soon enough. In 3… 2… 1." I finished the countdown I then heard the subsequent pummeling by Koneko of the Perverted Trio.
"AAAAHHHH!" I could hear the first two scream and tumble in pain.
"W-wait please Koneko, have mercy." Issei pleaded for his life.
"You ain't about to get any." Koneko said as she cracked her knuckles and proceeded to beat Issei to a pulp and I got it all on video and this is going straight to the internet!
"You SOB! You ruined it all!" Issei threw me a punch but I lazily side-stepped him as I showed everyone else the video of the beatdown the trio received.
"It's your own fault Issei, as they say 'Hell hath no fury like a woman scorned'." Which was the apt title of this video.
"You got to admit this is really funny." Akeno replied with a giggle. Even Rias couldn't hold back as one escaped her mouth.
"Maybe this can be a lesson for you Issei." Kiba added on.
"Shut your mouth pretty boy!" Issei exclaimed in anger
"Issei, please hold still." Asia asked him as she healed him.
"No need to rush Asia." Koneko huffed, as she glared at Issei.
"Seriously Issei, how can you be such a boy." Rias said with amusement in her voice.
"What? My friends invited me I didn't want to be rude." Issei said his injuries now gone.
"I can help! If it's that important you want to see nudity, look at me!" Asia exclaimed, as she blushed and grabbed the hem of her skirt.
"She's only trying to help if you want I can give you a little peek. You've already seen me naked before." Rias said nonchalantly.
"Rias, I know you're a devil and all, but don't you have just a little shame?" I inquired of the crimson beauty.
"Why, I mean I'd do the same for you. You've already touched my breasts before remember?" She said bringing up that old memory.
My face went dead as everyone looked at me in shock at the revelation. Issei turned to me and looked between both me and Rias until he grabbed me by the collar and bellowed out in my face.

My eyes went wide as I thought back earlier today during lunch…
Flashback
As lunch started to let out I started to feel my sleepiness from today get the better of me but still I pushed on ahead as I arrived at the ORC building to see if I could get some sleep there in peace. Since usually no one's here at this time I can probably take a nap on the couch or find that guest room again.
But just as I'm about to take a nap on the I smell something sweet coming from the kitchen. It must be Akeno in there.
As I move the screen in the doorway I'm seen by the raven beauty as she smiles at my presence.
"Oh, Ryuichi here once again to ravish me before the days' ended?" Akeno teases me again.
"Akeno, they say the same trick can't work twice in a row." I shot back at her. I approached the sink nearby and began to splash water on my face. Akeno noticed this and wondered.
"Are you okay? Have you been getting enough sleep?" Akeno sounded worried with concern.
"It's nothing... Really it's just... some dreams keep waking me up. Nothing to worry about." I try to placate her as I leaned back on the wall behind me. Before I could do anything I felt Akeno put her hands on my shoulders and pin me to the wall.

"I still can't believe it, Ryuichi's actually ahead of me! He's probably got a girl already and they're probably getting some nookie during school." Issei whined.
"Oh, Issei!" Asia whined as she pinched and stretched his cheek. After all that drama at the clubhouse we all went home for the day.
Back Inside The ORC Building
Rias stares down at the group as leave to go home leaving only her and Akeno left as the ones left behind.
"You know I think its funny." Akeno piped up as she was reviewing documents.
"What?" Rias inquired.
"You know, just how Ryuichi and Issei have come. Sure Ryuichi only has one pact, but like Issei their clients seem to love them both. They send practically the same reviews about them. But that being said… Ryuichi does seem to be a little worried nowadays." Akeno explained.
"Hmm?" Rias sounded in curiosity.
"You know I've always been curious before it was Issei, but now suddenly your attention turned so quickly to Ryuichi and you have been rather assertive lately with him." Akeno pointed out.
"Could it be that-" Akeno didn't finish as Rias stopped her.
"Akeno, its good that my best friend is worried about me, but this is my own problem and as President of this club its my job to deal with those issues myself." Rias said as she regained her smile.
"Besides… this attack from a week ago and that attempted assassination of Ryuichi by his servants I can't help but be a little hesitant of what's been going on. So I'm worried for him. That and we still don't know much about his powers. They're still new to us…" Rias listed off the many issues of the past.
"I guess in some way I can understand you worry now." Akeno merely grinned at her King's personality change as she then put away her papers and bowed, "Well then if that's all I'll be going home now."
With that Akeno left leaving Rias to look out the window once again until a gray and white magic circle appeared on the floor. Recognizing it she then gritted her teeth on annoyance.
Ryuichi's Apartment
After getting back home after club duties I walk in to have Fou greet me as he has a note in his mouth.
"What's this?" I say. It was a note from Yuki, "Hey, still need to move some stuff from my old apartment to yours so I'll be back later tonight than usual. See ya then! XOXO – Yuki."
"Well that seems like her. Now then to finish my homework, then dinner and a shower before bed." I told myself as I did my tasks in that order.
Just as I plopped down on the bed my thoughts drifted to the events of today. My intimate moment with Akeno and Rias' sudden openness all flooded my minds along with those dreams of Arthur's life have been hounding me for the last few days.
Just as I was about to close my eyes a red light engulfed my room as the Gremory family circle was on my floor and then in a flash of light Rias appeared in my room right before me.

"So is that it…?" I could now hear Rias on the same verge as her eyes seemed to be ready to burst as she looked at me with that same desperate but sad look again. "Am I not good enough? Do you not desire me?"
That question for some reason lit a fire inside me as I thought back to my dream I had with Rias in the shower at the ORC, "No! That's true at all! You're the only woman I've ever desired! Hell woman I've even fantasied over you! It's taking everything I have right now to not touch you. Because… that's not who I am."
"Then why, why do you deny me?" She pleaded as her tears began to leak. "Why won't you make love to me?"
"Then tell me right now. Do you love me?" I asked her seriously. She heard my question and looked at me with wide eyes as she met my gaze.

"Rias, you're asking me to commit to an action that would have lasting consequences, and its an act that only the ones who in true love can engage in." My frustration started to boil through.

I don't want things to be like that!" I finished as my own tears had begun to fall and had now tears drops fell upon Rias' body as the shine of her body hid them.
Neither of us said a word as I got up from on top of her as she did the same as we both sat on the edge of the bed. Just as I had calmed myself I looked to Rias to see she did the same and I was stunned to see her guilty look as her eyes were stained by tear tracks on her face.
I then thought on what I had just said and done… I basically just accused her of wanting some one-night stand and then she would throw me away like some old doll she never played with again. When I knew for a fact she would never do that at all.
My own guilt welled inside me as I did something that caught her off-guard in the moment I too her in a hug and guided her head into the crook of his neck and her head came to rest on his chest as some point as well.
"I know you're hurting. You've always wanted to fix your own problems and go it alone to prove you are your own person. But sometimes it's okay to put your head on someone's shoulder and cry on it. Let them support you. You don't have to feel alone anymore." I said to her as a smile made its way to my face and I wiped away her tears.
After hearing Ryuichi's explanation for the past few minutes she had stopped crying and moved back to look at him.
"I know Ryuichi, I've always wanted to prove myself and be independent. To be seen as Rias Gremory, not the net head of my family." Rias started with.
"But right now I was thinking only of myself and not about you as well. So to apologize I want to give you something I never would give anyone else unless they earned it." She said as she grabbed my cheeks.
"What's that…" I went silent as I then felt her own lips connect with mine. She had just given me her first kiss.

However before anything else could occur a bright flash of light entered my room and a person appeared through the light. Rias could only click her tongue in frustration as I could hear her murmur to herself, "It looks like I was too late either way."
She was wearing a white French maid's uniform with long gray hair and just as beautiful as Rias herself.
"Really Rias, you're trying to break the engagement in such underhanded ways with this low born – " She suddenly stopped as she looked me over for a second.
Now while I had my own pride I wasn't about to upset Grayfia, but her sudden stop like that made me look to Rias for an answer as she could only shrug in confusion like me.
Grayfia approached me as she put a hand to my cheek and looked me in the eye and whispered so low only I could hear her, "… Arthur?"
My eyes widened at her conclusion. How could she know about Arthur, does that mean she also knows about Excalibur, Merlin? My mind is racing a million miles an hour until I heard her give a small cough and resituate herself.
Clearing her throat, "My apologies for that, but still Rias who must understand that Sirzechs and the master will be quote upset with this after you decided to try and give your purity to a low-born."
"Ouch, I'm right here you know and this "low-born: does have a name. It's Ryuichi Naruse. They also say its polite to introduce yourself before talking about another." I said slightly irritated by her previous dismissal of me.
She bowed and replied accordingly, "My apologies, how do you do? My name is Grayfia and I am a servant of the Gremory family."
"Besides that Grayfia, my purity is mine to give to who I wish, and I will not forgive you for insulting my cute servant." Rias' defiant attitude had returned. "Especially this one, I don't care if you're my big brother's queen, Grayfia."
Grayfia seemed unconvinced but remained quiet, nonetheless. She bent down and proceeded to pick up the pieces of Rias' school uniform as put the blouse on over her shoulders.
"You said your name is Ryuichi Naruse correct?" Grayfia seems to inquire, a look of genuine curiosity crosses her visage as she studies.
"Yes, that's me. What about it?" I asked her.
"If you could please, could you summon your Sacred Gear?" She asked me.
I'm hesitant, but I acquiesced as I brought out the Invisible Air, the blade now before the two Gremory women. Grayfia's eyes widen for a moment but like before she clams herself.
"You… resemble him very much." I heard the Gremory maid say under her breath.
"What do you…" I tried to inquire but she interrupted me.
"Grayfia, what are you whispering to my servant?" Rias spoke up sounding quite annoyed.
Grayfia's neutral expression returned as she spoke, "Anyways we must be going."
With no way-out Rias gives out a sigh, "Is it alright if I bring Akeno with me? We can discuss more at my HQ." Rias says.
"The 'Priestess of Thunder'? I don't mind, it's the duty of a queen to be by their King's side at all times." Grayfia seemed more than fine with the suggestion.
Rias then turned to me and blushed lightly looking at me, "I'm so sorry for tonight, I hope you can forgive me?"
"It's okay, I'm not mad. I just want to know what's wrong that's all." I told her. She then approached me again and kissed my right cheek and then waved me off.
Both of them left in a magic circle leaving me alone in my room until I heard the door creak. From the small hole Fou appeared and I saw Yuki looking inside.
"Come on Yuki, I know you probably heard all of that or at least some of it. So come on out." I demanded of her.
She did so and joined me inside me in my room as I sat on my bed with her joining me with Fou in my lap.
"So how much did you hear?" I asked her.
"Everything thing after you kissed Rias. Did you really mean all of that what you told her?" Yuki asked me.
I looked wonderous why she would ask me that, "Of course I did, I wouldn't have said it of I didn't."
"It's just that, you know what's to come right? Since you're not of this world remember?" She continues to prod me.
"Yes, and that's why I have to do something about it. I can't run away; I may have only one way to move forward but I decide the path I choose to go on." I answered.
"Acceptable I guess. Besides, that girl is just thirsty for you; you know that right?" Now Yuki goes back to her perverted side in a split second.
"Ugh, I don't need this right now Yuki, please." I pleaded with her. I think she noticed my expression and with genuine sympathy she stopped, and we all went to bed hoping this would clear my head.
News Flash!… It didn't.
The Next Day…
Class came and went and all I could think about all day was the incident from last night and what happened between both me and Rias.
The fact that it happened still feels so surreal to me, but in the end I have to face the fact it did happen, and nothing will change that. I've changed the story whether or not that was part of my fate I don't know but I can only keep going forward.
"Ryuichi are you alright you haven't said anything since class. You looked kind of pale too dude." Issei voiced his concern.
"Yeah, you didn't look so good I thought to tell the teacher to let you go to the nurse." Asia joined in.
"If something's troubling you; its alright you can trust us." Kiba added on to their concerns.
"Hah, its nothing really its not." I said tiredly after last night it was hard to get to bed as what happened stayed on my mind all night long I barely got any sleep at all.
As we arrived, we opened the door to see Koneko there already and she looked quite serious despite her expression being the same.
Rias, Akeno and Grayfia were at the main desk up front with Rias seated.
"Everyone's here, good." Rias said in an uneven tone.
"My lady if you would with your permission may I speak openly?" Grayfia asked but Rias simply put a hand up to stop her.
"Let's hear her out…" But not even Rias would finish until an orange magic circle appeared before us and a shot of flames appeared in the middle what was the Underworld's greatest piece of shit imaginable, Riser Phenex.
"Ah, and Riser has arrived in the human world. I've to see you my beloved Rias." He said. Oh, that third-person speak is going to get on my nerves.
"Okay, I already don't like this guy. Who the hell is he?" Issei asked in annoyance.
"This gentleman is Lord Riser Phenex, a pure-blooded devil and is third in line to inherit the Phenex household." Grayfia explained.
"Okay, so…?" Issei seemed to notice more was to be said.
"He's also Lady Rias' arranged fiancé." Grayfia added on.
"WHA-mhmghgmh." I covered Issei's mouth as I didn't want him shouting like a lunatic and making Rias look bad in front of Riser, we need to make sure he alt least doesn't think one of us is a weak link.
After Akeno arrived with some tea, Riser and Rias now on the couch as he had his hands on her fondling her thighs and legs. I could only clench my fists to control my anger as it was the best alternative to losing my cool.
"Ah, the tea prepared by my Rias' queen is quite superb." He said. Akeno with a fake smile and voice replied in kind.
"Thank you very much." Akeno said with a bow. I also noticed him checking out Akeno out of the corner of his eye. This son of a bitch is starting to piss me off.
Rias having enough got up which seemed to annoy Riser, "That's enough Riser, let it go. When will you get in your head I have no intention of marrying you?"
"But my darling, Riser believes you and your family are in a position where you cannot be so selfish." He replied.
"And
"I will not being my family to ruin. I am denying you the right to our name, but I will choose a man of my choice to be my husband." Rias countered.
"But remember Rias, its imperative that our line remain pure we are still so few after the great war. This union was agreed upon by your father and lord Sirzechs with the future of devils in mind." Riser pointed out.
"My father, my brother and my whole clan have made this decision as they're in too great a rush. So for the final time, Riser… I will not marry you." Rias made her defiance clear, but Riser put his hand to her chin and made her look at him.
"And for the final time, Riser bears the name of Phenex. I will not have any besmirching our good name." He warned her.
But then I suddenly myself in between her and Riser as I smacked away his hand from her. Almost everyone in the room was in shock at my actions even Rias.
"How dare you. What is a low-life like you to interfere in those above him?" Riser said as he began to get angry; an orange aura started to appear around him.
"I interfere when it affects the people I care about, so that's when its my business." I answered him as I stared him directly in the eye. My own red aura gathered as well.
"Then perhaps Riser will just incinerate you here and now." Riser threatened his aura now taking on the appearance of a bird.
"Take your best shot, I wonder how many pieces I can slice up before you regenerate I hear your invincible makes it sound all the more fun." I replied in kind. My aura taking on the appearance of a lion.
"There will be no shredding or slicing of any kind. There will be no disturbance of peace." Grayfia coldly warned us.
"When told such as ominous thing by the 'Strongest Queen' even Riser can be scared somewhat." He said.
I simply bowed to her and replied, "My apologies."
"Since my master foresaw this occurring, he created a last resort in the form of a Rating Game to be done by the two of you to settle this dispute should it come to potential violence." Grayfia explained.
"A Game?" Rias asked
"Indeed." Grayfia replied with a nod.
"Riser has won numerous games, while unfortunately my inexperienced bride has no such experience nor can she qualify for an official game. She has no chance." Riser boasted.
"We'll just have to see about that won't we?" I taunted him; he merely clicked his tongue in annoyance.
"Rias, is this cute little group the extent of your peerage?" Riser inquired.
"Yes and what of it?" She asked in response. Riser simply chuckled as he snapped his fingers. A large circle appeared once more a out came a large group of woman ranging from young to slightly older in age.
Most of them wore rather revealing clothing and the one in the middle was none other than Ravel Phenex, his sister.
" Riser has 15 pieces, in other words a compete set." He boasted once again. I looked out to the group and found the three from a week ago they also spotted me as well.
"You three!?" I tried sounding surprised. Their looks were conflicted they looked upset but tried not to make it obvious in front of their king.
"Ah, so it was you they were with that night in the mountains." I already suspected he knew about it from them, but I could feel my annoyance grow in spades.
"Those golems, you knew about what was happening?" I asked in through gritted teeth.
"Know about it? I watched nearly all of it until that damned witch or whatever it was destroyed one of my familiars watching the action." Riser explained.
"What…?" My anger now at a boiling point my fists were now clenching so hard I think blood may start flowing from them.
"Yes, after I gave them there task they were taking too long so I sent a familiar out to scout out the area. But turns out they were doing just fine. They handled those skeletal beings rather easily. Although near the end I was very disappointed in their overall performance." Riser recounted his actions of that night.
"So while all of us were fighting for our lives. Trying to stop a witch from burning this town to the ground. All you did was watch while you were screwing around with your other servants perhaps?" My tone now mono as my anger had finally reached its peak.
"So what they made it back, it wasn't that hard was it?" I could hear one of Riser's other servants scoff.
"It's only fitting that the servants serve their King well , if they died in the process it simply means they weren't strong enough to be my servants. Although at one point I did question their loyalty, but by the end they returned to me. I should at least thank you for taking care of my cute servants." Riser taunted.
The silence was broken by someone's crying I knew from the pitch it was Issei's whining, "Damn it, damn it. Issei hates this guy so much! Why can't I be this guy?!"
"Rias why is that one crying so much?" Riser inquired.
"Hah, cause his dream is to have a harem." Rias answer as Riser developed a smirk on his face.
"Oh, really. Yubelluna come here." He ordered the eldest of them over and she beckoned his call.
As she did he took her chin and the two proceeded to have a French kiss right in the middle of everyone. Rias and everybody was angry at his actions.
Issei looked shocked and appalled as Riser finished he fondled Yubelluna and taunted Issei, "You'll never have what I have not matter what you do. That will always be the case."
"So what, I'll have a harem soon and one bigger than yours Pee-nex breath. And besides, you made fun of my friend so I'm gonna kick your ass! We don't need some stupid game." Issei rushed out to attack him.
"Mira, do it." Among Riser's group a rather small Chinese girl wearing a red robe and zori shoes wielding a staff appeared before Issei but before she could hit him Ryuichi appeared in front of her like a blur and with one swipe of his sword cut it in half. Then sticking the blade in the ground and using it as a support Ryuichi then landed a powerful kick to Mira sending her flying into bookshelf on the other side of the room.
Everybody was once again looking at Ryuichi in shock. "Sorry there, that's a friend of mine you were trying to attack."
"Please don't be proud of yourself, she was only a simple Pawn." Riser said trying to front but he was embarrassed a single kick took out one of his pieces.
"Shut your mouth, a coward like you…" I turned to face him giving off a dark glare to him in the eye. "… has no right to be called a King."
"How dare you, you insult my family name and my position. I will make you pay at the Game boy; they say many 'accidents' happen during them let's hope that doesn't befall you." Riser said as she retreated to his peerage and they disappeared in a sea of flames.
As I looked back at the circle. Xuelan, Karlamine and Isabela all looked conflicted and seemed to want to say something, but they were teleported away before they could say anything.
"Grayfia… tell my brother. I will accept the game and I will beat Riser Phenex." Rias declared to the Gremory maid and her sister-in-law.
"Now its time for war." I thought to myself as I looked to the future threats beyond this. This is just a prelude to everything else.

(Finally, you've given me, a reason to be strong) – (The ending begins as Rias and Ryuichi stare at each other some distance apart.)
(And we'll stand, hand in hand, till the end!) – (The two then reach out to each other join hands as they look to the sunrise in front of them.)
(As my body's shaking, the future is out there waiting) – (The scene then cuts to the ORC as they are once more in the clubroom but this time Ryuichi looks out the window a look of worry on his face.)
(For me to grasp the light, that's trembling just like my hand) – (Ryuichi is then alone again as tensely holds his fist as the invisible air begins to manifest.)
(I gotta keep it safe from fading that's all I want) – (His gaze then turns to Rias as he then begins to cry once more. Rias too in her office once more can't help but think of Riser's flames as Ryuichi is nowhere to be seen.)
(The subtle scent of midnight - [I spent all thirty nights]) – (The scene then turns to Ryuichi's apartment as he and Rias are laid out in an intimate position on the bed. Just as the two are about to begin until Ryuichi stops Rias and looks her in the eye.)
(I glare up at the stars - [Staring into the sky]) – (The two then look each other in the eyes as the other has tears in their eyes. Until they both get up and look out to the half-moon outside together.)
(The path I see before me I know only I can change it) – (The two then look back at each other until they share their first passionate kiss together.)
(That's all that I need) – (The scene then darkens as the music picks up.)
(Finally, you've given me, a reason to be strong) – (The scene then changes to when the two in a loving embrace as the sun rises to show the two in their Kuoh Academy uniforms.)
(And we'll stand, hand in hand, till the end) – (The two then then charge out into the bright sun together hand in hand.)
(Despite the past mistakes we can't erase, a future that we can't escape) – (The scene then cuts to the ORC staring down Riser's peerage as the Phenex heir glares at Ryuichi in particular.)
(As long as I can always keep you safe I've gotta be strong) – (Another cut occurs as the two peerages engage in combat with each other. Koneko and Issei face off against Riser's pawns. Kiba and Ryuichi clash with Riser's knights. Akeno then electrocutes both of Riser's bishops with Ravel escaping before Akeno engages with Yubelluna. This just leaves Rias to face Riser alone with only Asia to support her.)
(So to your name, I'll fight through the pain) – (As Riser is about to unleash another large blast of his Phenex flame, a figure rushes toward Rias' defense as its shown to be Ryuichi who appears later with Excalibur dug in the ground. Although singed he still stands up, the blade glowing a yellow white light.)
(This world can beat me down a hundred times but into the light I'll always rise) – (Ryuichi and Riser then engage in single combat with the two devils fighting evenly in three quick time images until Ryuichi falls back towards Rias, the redhead by his side to check on him.)
(A lotus flower so pure, right up to the end) – (As Riser smirks in what seems to be victory he begins charging another attack for Ryuichi to then hold Excalibur high in the air at the same time as the sword begins to glow with a golden hue. Rias then joins Ryuichi as she adds her power to the blade changing its color from yellow to crimson red.)
(Until it blooms, a bright red) – (The two then unleash their greatest attacks as the two clash it causes a massive explosion when in the next Excalibur stuck in the ground with Riser's jacket flowing in the wind on its blade.)

AN#1: Here's chapter 7 of my High School DxD: Heir of Camelot story. Now things have heated up and the showdown with Riser is now in full swing. Noe the ORC will have ten days to train for the game. I wonder what Ryuichi will have learned to master in those ten days.
Ryuichi and Akeno also shared their first romantic moment, but as we all know was the Himejima being serious or was that all a front?
Ryuichi and Rias share their first official kiss of the series and the series picks up now as we are nearing the home stretch of Season 1. Will things go down as in canon or will things change for the better.
