"So here's the plan," Gideon whispered, coming to stand beside Ginny, as he wrapped his arm around her shoulder and pulled her close.
"We kill Potter, and then we won't have to wake up for any more early morning practises." Fabian added, standing on the other side of Ginny, as he pulled her close to stop her from shivering.
"I was going to suggest killing the other Qudditch teams, but you know killing Potter works too," Gideon added, pulling Ginny away from Fabian and back towards himself.
"Or hexing him, that seems a lot easier," Fabian whispered, yanking Ginny back towards him.
"True, easier to play off than a dead body," Gideon nodded along as he jerked Ginny back in his direction.
"How about we not pull apart one of our best players," Frank said as he trekked through the light snow towards them.
"Sorry," the twins chimed in unison, as they released Ginny.
"It's ok," Ginny grinned shaking her head at just how much her uncles reminded her of Fred and George.
"Did I hear someone say best player?" Sirius called, as he strolled out of the change room, James behind him.
"Someone said dead captain," Gideon mumbled under his breath.
"How about we just toss the quaffle back and forth to warm up," James called as he opened the case, and pulled out the quaffle.
"I don't think that's going to help us warm up," Fabian mumbled.
"What?" James asked, looking up from where he was crouched over the balls.
"Nothing," Ginny grinned, shooting her uncles a death glare, while trying not to laugh.
"So how long do you think this practice will last?" Gideon called out, addressing James.
"Yea, Gideon and I have a thing-"Fabian said, causally.
"I hope it's not too long," Michaela, said, as she jogged across the pitch towards her teammates, pulling on her gloves as she went.
"Exactly what we were saying," the twins chimed, glad they had backup.
"I have a study group in less than an hour, that I can't miss," she added, shooting James an apologetic look.
"That's fine, you can leave early," James responded.
"Oi, what about us?" the twins asked outraged.
"If you want to leave early, you're going to have to come up with a better excuse," James laughed.
"Hey, we're in seventh year too!" Gideon protested.
"But we all know neither of you know what studying even is," Sirius laughed.
"Let alone opened a book all year," James laughed.
"Come on little Molly, help us out," Fabian whispered to Ginny, as the rest of the team mounted there brooms.
"We won't be out too long though, will we?" Ginny whispered to Sirius.
"James has a whole detailed plan, that if we're lucky will only take us two hours," Sirius responded laughing.
"Well I think I'm sick, I don't want to get worse before the game," Ginny added, innocently as she saw James look over in their direction. "And I don't want the rest of the team to get sick too.
James eyes got larger as he blew his whistle getting the attention of Frank and Michaela who were already in the air.
"Oi listen up, Ginevra is sick, and I don't want the rest of you lot catching it, so we're going to make this practise really short, then the rest of you should stay away from her. That means you Padfoot," James finalized before he kicked off, carrying the quaffle with him.
Sirius shot her an apologetic look as he followed his best friend into the air.
"I hope you're happy," Ginny whispered to the twins.
"Immensely, not only is practise cut short-"Fabian started.
"But now we don't have to run into you and Black snogging all over the castle," Gideon smirked, as the two of them flew up to meet the rest of the team, identical grins plastered on their faces.
