Star followed her saver as they walked through town avoiding the main roads, Star was trying to keep her cool as she followed Jackie as they neared what was left of the castle.

"Not far now, princess." Jackie said

"I don't get why you are helping me?" Star asked

"Why not, it's not like I have anything better to do, plus you got Tom killed and I was freed." She said

"But aren't you, you know dead?" Star asked

"Kinda." Jackie then lifted the back of her cloak and showed a tail. "Had to make a deal and I fulfilled my end of it." She said as they got closer to the remains.

"So, do you know why people are treating me much worse than usual?" She asked, Jackie then pointed at the castle, Star's eyes widened since she was too far and distracted she didn't see how destroyed it was.

"W-What happened?"

"From what I know, a huge explosion occurred and half the castle was destroyed." She explained, Star had a worried look.

"I don't know, I even warned that idiot to get out of here." Jackie added as they continued walking closer.

"What about my family, what about Marco!" She asked as she was about to run, but Jackie stopped her.

"Calm down princess, right now I don't think you'll be ready for what's next." She said

"I don't care, I need to find them, I need to know if they are okay!" Star said, Jackie sighed.

"Fine, then I better get out of here then, just keep going down that way, but don't say that I didn't warn you." She said as she turned around and left, Star watch as she left she then turned around and headed to the castle as, she got closer she noticed the workers looking at her, she felt weird, as she got closer to castle and saw the destrution, it was awful, star started to tear up as she walked closer and looked around the area that was her wedding area. She then walked around as more memories started coming back her perfect day was ruined, but as soon as she finds her family things will get better.

-Meanwhile-

Marco was entering the carriage again followed by Hekapoo, Marco sat back and loosen his collar.

"Damnnit how many more do we have to do." He asked

"Luckily were done for the day." She said as she sat down.

"Look can't we just head back, I need to get back to work." Marco said with a yawn.

"My Prince, you're exhausted, It would be better you to rest." She said

"Are you kidding, Star is out there I have to find her." Marco insisted, Hekapoo sighed. "My Prince, for now you should just rest, i'll take you back to the castle." She said. Marco just groaned and crossed his arms and fell back in his seat.

-Hours Later-

Hekapoo as she looked at the list she had of the kingdoms they had visited then she looked up and saw Marco sleeping, she sighed as the carriage bumped knocking him down, she chuckled but regain her composer and went to look back at her list. As they made it back to the grounds, Hekapoo awoke Marco but as she was to touch him, the carriage bumped and she fell on him, waking him up.

"Hekapoo, what are you doing?" He asked with no emotion.

"I was just trying to wake you up and then we hit bumped." She said as she backed away and sat down composing herself.

"I asume were back at the castle then." He said

"Yes." Marco then looked out the window and saw the campground, he then sat up and got out of the carriage, he stretched and headed towards his yurt. "I'm going to change, before digging." He said as he went to his tent, once he was there, he noticed that it was glowing.

"Hekapoo my family went back home yes?" He asked

"They should've." She said, Marco soon cautiously went to his yurt holding a rock as he looked inside he was so stunned by what he saw he dropped his rock, in front of him was his lost bride.

"Star?" Marco said making her turn to him, she was still wearing her tattered wedding dress, but she didn't care.

"H-Hey, Marco." Star said. Marco then went up to her.

"I'm sorry I couldn't wait, I just didn't want to worry you so much and…" She was then silenced by his embrace, Star started to tear up as she tighten her grip on the back of his shirt and wrapped her tail around him, they parted a bit and Marco soon kissed her as they parted, they looked into each other eyes.

"I'm so happy that you're okay." He said with tears coming down his eyes

"Me too." She said as she hugged her husband again. "I can't wait to see Mom and Dad too." She added, which stunned Marco.

"Are they okay, oh they must've been worried sick, right, I should've seen them first." She went on, Marco then backed away and gave her a somber look. "What's with the look?" She asked with a nervous chuckle, Marco couldn't look at her as he tried to find the words. "Marco, where are my parents!" Star started to panic. Marco took her hand and led her to the infirmary there Star noticed that guards avoid looking her way as they reached a room, Marco gestured her to go in, Star opened the heavy door and looked around, it was messy, torn paper and candy bar wrappers littered the floor she then looked into the corner and saw something blue and hairy. Star went up to it, as she reached her hand out and touched it, the thing jumped and looked back, Star was shocked as she saw her mother before she could say something, Moon jumped her and pinned her to the ground, Moon gave her a crazed look.

"You! You liar!" Moon then tried to strangle her, but the guards pulled her back, Star backed away terrified.

"Momma?" Star asked

"You fucking liar! I should've killed you!" Moon yelled as they held her back. Star then ran out the room passing Marco, trying to hold back her tears.

"Star!" He called out as he tried to catch up to her.

"Marco what's happening, why did she attack me?" She asked grabbing her throat. Marco soon explained everything. After the events, Moon just broke down at first she tried to dig but she just tore off her fingernails, afterwards when someone mentioned Toffee's name they would attack them, it got to the point where they had to put her into solitary confinement.

"I'm sorry, Star." She then looked at him and asked

"Where's my Father, Marco, where is my dad?" She asked historically. Marco then gave her a somber look.

"He was at the base of the explosion from what they told me, they couldn't find anything of him." Marco explained, which worsen hers mood. She then hugged her husband and started crying, Marco then hugged her tighter and patted her hair.

"I'm sorry Star." Marco said as she cried in his arms.

-Later that night-

Marco managed to get Star to sleep after dinner, watching her sleep soundly put him at ease. As he left the yurt he was soon met by Hekapoo.

"H-How is she?" She asked

"I just got her to sleep, what do you need?" He asked sternly

"Sorry to intrude, I just needed your input on this real quick." She said as she directed him, as Marco followed he couldn't help but look back at his yurt worrying about Star.

-Elsewhere-

Jackie was sitting by a campfire eating her food when she heard something.

"Whose there!" She called out, just then a hooded figure came out. "Who are you!" She asked getting ready to attack.

"Realx it's me child." The figure said as they pulled down the hood to reveal Eclipsa.

"Sorry, I'm trying to be careful here, I don't want to take on Tom's charges.

"Don't worry about that dear, I only came to thank you for bring back the princess." She said

"Yeah well, you managed to get me free from that curse so consider us even." jackie said.

"Are you sure, I did promise you that I would take you back to earth." She said

"I thought about and figured what's the point people think i'm dead anyway." She said

"Then how about a new deal?" She asked

"What kind of deal?" Jackie asked, Eclipsa smiles as she began explaining.
