Hello everyone I'm back to give you chapter 9 And the last Chapter of the Black Dragon arc. There will be at least 2 none arc chapters Before we get to the next hour Which will be a surprise.

Chapter 9 A shadowy revelation.
Land of Fang, Tiron
The group stands before the Dark Disciple and Gamov the former looking at them. "Ah Ryu, I expected nothing less. However, the power of the dark dragon is wasted on you." The Dark Disciple said.
"Says the guy that spent this whole time hiding in the shadows while we did all the fighting. What makes you so worthy of it." Naruto said.
"Don't you see? The dark dragon is now a truly evil blade. His Excellency has been waiting for this very moment!" Gamov explained.
"Excellency? Gamov you do realize that you've betrayed the black spiders and your brother, right?" Rachnera said.
"Funny coming from you who now stands with the man who murdered your comrades. Which means my suspicion about you being a spy for the other faction was right." Gamov taunted.
"You've done well, Gamov." The dark disciple said before decapitating the Fedora wherein spider ninja shocking everyone except Naruto.
"Totally called it!" Naruto said.
"Utterly atrocious!" Tsuru said. Yeah he was an enemy but even he didn't need to be needlessly killed by his master.
"You've fallen low Uncle." Ryu said as the dark disciple removed his disguise to finally reveal himself as Murai. "But then again why should I expect nothing less from a man who betrayed his own clan and family, not even your own pawns would be spared."
"Why!" Ayane yelled clearly enraged. "Why would you betray us?!"
"Simple, the pursuit of power." Murai said Still holding the dark dragon blade as he felt the evil power flow through him.
"Pursuit of power? You betrayed the shadow clan, Sold out the hyabusa clan to Vigoor, and your actions led to the hayabusa village's and twilight city's distraction! And you say you did it for the pursuit of power?!" Naruto said angry.
"The pursuit of power demands sacrifice, and all those sacrifice has led me here." Murai said completing his transformation as he turned into a purple skin Hulk creature crushing his mask. "The Dark dragon is mine! No objections, I presume."
"You'll find plenty of that from us!" Ryu said as he, Naruto, Tsuru, Ayane, and Rachnera prepared to fight.
"Five against one seemed a bit unfair. Let's even the odds!" Murai said summoning dozens of fiends him having control over them now.
"What's the plan Ryu?" Naruto asked.
"You four handle theFiend army, I'll take care of my Uncle." Ryu said preparing to fight his Uncle that is now the devil incarnate.
Land of Earth, Rock Village
Up above Iwa Joe was using the floating platform technique to fight the 3rd Tschikage Onoki who was launching rocks at Joe to keep him from getting close and tried to estroy him with particle style.
Joe however was more than aware of this dangerous technique and make sure to avoid the range. "Ninpo: Art of Multi Inferno!" Joe summoned 3 powerful fireballs and threw them at Onoki who levitated a giant boulder to block the attack.
He then charged a square particle cube and was about to blast Joe until he saw He was too close to the village beneath them. "He's staying below me, he knows that even if I hit him or miss him I'll do damage to the village so I won't risk firing. Crafty little lizard!" Onoki seeing his situation decided to fly away betting on Joe to following him considering he was the target.
Joe however used his Earth platform to go higher up And began to channel his ki. "Ninpo: Art of the Inazuma Storm!" The electrical energy Went up towards the clouds crating a powerful thunderstorm. He then used the lightning redirection using his left hand as a lightning rod to draw in the electricity and then out his right a powerful lightning blast aimed straight at Iwa as ninjas and civilians looked on in horror.
Onoki Quickly flew back and positioned himself right in front of the incoming attack and with No time to take a breath summoned a gigantic cube of particle energy and used it to defend himself and the village from the lightning strike causing a massive flash of light forcing everyone below to shield their eyes. After the flash went down Onoki unshield his eyes and took multiple deep breaths as that last particle style used a lot of his Chakra, He then remembered the person that did the attack and frantically searched the area for Joe.
"Grandpa! Watch out, He's coming from the right!" A girl called out from below.
Onoki hearing this turn to see the moving platform going full speed towards him and just barely dodged. He then realized that Joe wasn't on the platform. Then he felt a shearing pain from his left arm and then nothing as he turned to see that someone shot his left arm off and Joe then kicked him in the side sending him hurtling towards the ground far from the village.
The people of Iwa were in shock of what just happened. The girl that called out to her grandpa was nearly patrified until she regained her composure. "What's Everyone's standing around for we need to form a counter assault team and go after the enemy and save the Tschikage!" The girl smeared as she and other Rock ninjas rush to mobilize themselves to save their leader.
In the forest Onoki who was suffering from a major concussion as he tried to regain his bearings. His vision was blurry but he could make out the silhouette of a woman holding a rifle. Even though he couldn't clearly see her he was still able to hear what she was saying.
"My oh my, Joe kicked you 700ft from the air to the ground and you're still managed to stay conscience, how sad it will be a pain to drag you back kicking and screaming." The woman said walking towards him while pulling something out of her pocket.
Onoki tried to use his particle style Bbt due to having one arm he could not. "Don't try it, Particle style may be powerful but it requires 2 hands and concentration. In your condition that's no longer possible for you." The woman said stopping in front of him holding what look to be a metal collar.
"Were you the one that shot off my arm?! Who are you and what do you want?!" Onoki demanded.
"I'm a simple professor of Advance engineering. A simple woman that lives out in the quiet countryside of the land of Eddie who originally lived in twilight city, and works closely with the hayabusa clan. As to what I want? That should be obvious." The woman who was none other than the professor Magreta DaVinci Said as she put the collar around the old man's neck. "You as my prisoner you old fool!" The professor said giving him a death stare.
"You won't get away with this! Attacking The hidden rock village Is declaring war against the Earth kingdom! The land of Earth's council will not stand for this!" Onoki declared until he heard the footsteps of Joe.
"This is not an attack Onoki, This is retaliation and also a mission given to us by the president of the United States Thomas Leon Edison." Joe stated.
"You Mean that lion demi human that somehow managed to become president, What would that feeline want with me?" Onoki said pretending he doesn't know why they're after him.
"For your attack on twilight city a city on American soil. You attacked it unsanctioned and now you have pay for it." The professor said.
"I deny all your false accusations! If anything you're the one attacking us unwarranted! And the whole might not just the Rock village but all the Earth kingdom will fall upon not just you but the states as well!" Onoki Proclaimed.
The professor's response was her taking out we're taking out a piece of paper and unfolding it in front of The Tschikage who was shocked upon what he saw. "How could he?" the paper was a warrant for Onoki's arrest.
"While Joe was walking here I went to your capital and talk to the Diamyo and gave him all the evidence we gathered. In exchange for letting us capture you we will not declare war against the Earth kingdom but they will still have to compensate us for damages. As for your village they will handle the punishment." Magreta said before taking out a some spirit paper and threw it at a tree that opened a portal. "Okay that's enough talking let's get out of here before more unwanted company gets involved."
"Right, I can already sense a whole army coming this way at full speed, It's best not a linger here anymore." Joe said picking up Onoki who did not resist and heading towards the portal as the professor went in first.
"My Ninja will not accept this Joe, they will fight to free me no matter the consequences. A war between us is inevitable now." Onoki said.
"I already know that, and this time we'll be ready for when they come." Joe answered before entering the portal.
The Ninja of Iwa saw Joe enter the portal with the Tschikage and the Girl leading the way rushed to follow after them but was too late as the portal closed in front of her. She fell on her knees in defeat, sadness, and confused on what to do next "Grandpa!!!" She yelled out in anguish.
"Lord Tuschikage!"other Rock ninjas yelled out in anger or sadness at the loss of their leader.
Land of Fang, Tiron
We now return to the group that was in a final battle with Murai and fiends.
Ryu was fighting Murai who was wielding the dark dragon blade. Murai's Physical strength increased tremendously as one Strong swing with the dark blade made a powerful shark wave that Ryu needed to dodge or get pushed back by a tremendous force. studying himself he unleashed a swordsman technique dragon claw but was blocked by the dark blade.
"Is that all Ryu? Did you use nearly all your strength on the pathetic emperor or is this the limit of your strength." His Uncle said mockingly.
Glaring back at him Ryu took a deep breath. "Dragon Swordsman art: Dragon of heaven forward!" Ryu yelled doing an uppercut slash. "Dragon of Earth Downward!" Ryu did a powerful downward slash. The 1st attack Injured Murai While the downward attack hit the dark dragon blade and forced it on the ground while he was still holding it. "And finally, Piercing Dragon Fang!" Ryu yelled as he pierced Murai through the chest.
Murai quickly dashed backwards to keep the sword from going through any further. He then noticed that Ryu was not in front of him But was above him "Art of flying fire wheels!" Ryu Created multiple small orbs of fire and launch them at Murai.
"You can't beat me with simple techniques! Demon swordsman art: Devil Wind flicker!" With one swing of the cursed sword a powerful wind deflected the fire orbs right back at Ryu.
When the horse hit Ryu he turned into a log Indicating the substitution technique.
Murai was looking all around for any sign of Ryu until he felt an ominous amount of pressure behind him and saw Ryu creating a large spear of black energy with a purple outline. "Ninpo: Art of Piercing Void!" Ryu yelled firing the ball of crushing gravity at Murai who used the Dark dragon to defend himself but himself but the power of the void pushed him closer and closer to the edge of Volcano.
On another part of the mountain the other 4 were fighting the army of Fiends taking out the week ones were easy but more and more kept coming. No matter how many they took down 2 or 3 more took their place. Losing more space to fight they were forced to huddle together back-to-back.
"This is not looking good! At this rate they'll overwhelm us!" Tsuru said before using a KidÅ spell to create a barrier around them.
"She's right, I barely have any time to call out any strong spells!" Naruto said using Grand Repel which was able to merge with Tsuru's barrier Extending at 30' giving them some breathing. "This should buy us some time. Me and Tsuru have to maintain the barrier so you girls need to do the counter attack."
"My Ninpo has the strongest crowd control and should be able to wipe out these fiends for good. But I'll need some time and you may have to get rid of the barrier because it may decrease the damage." Ayane said already focusing her Ki.
"But they'll swarm us the moment we put it down!" Tsuru argued.
"Actually I have something that may give us plenty of time, that way you can wipe them out at without any worries. I just need you to open up the barrier from the top." Rachnera explained before creating a purple lance and threw it up into the air. When it exploded purple Web rain down on the monsters Incapacitating them by forcing them on the ground or sticking them to each other making it difficult for them to move.
"Great now I can do this." Naruto said focusing his Qi and brought Ayane close to him. "Sorry about this Ayane, just making sure you have all the power you need to do this."
"What do you mean by?" Ayane asked But was interrupted when the blonde ninja ninja kissed her on the lips. She was notably surprised and was about to react until she felt his power enter her and felt completely warmed and energized. As much as she would want to relax in it they were in a serious situation. "I'll be sure to make you take responsibility for this but for right now. Ninpo: Art of the raging sky god!"
Ayane shot a blast of purple energy into the sky that reach to 300'ft in the air and exploded into dozens of energy orbs that fell like meteor showers. This attack annihilated every fiend that was surrounding them as they all dissipated.
"They're not responding? Not that it isn't a good thing but what's going on?" Tsuru asked as she and Naruto canceled the barrier.
"I think it might be because of that!" Naruto pointed towards Ryu and Murai.
"We should let Ryu finish this." Rachnera said surprising the other 3. "Murai is his Uncle, Teacher, and betrayer. He alone should be the one to deliver punishment upon him." The others understood and remained silent as they watched how this battle would play out.
Back with the Uncle and Nephew, Murai was still barely holding off the piercing void. To his shock he could see a small glimpse of a crack within the Dark dragon blade. "Impossible!" Murai mustard all the strength he could to deflect the attack into the sky where it's finally dissipated.
"Its Over." Ryu said appearing below Murai delivering another powerful upward slash Finally making him drop the dark dragon blade that went up into the sky and landed on the ground embedded.
Murai who was gravely wounded grasped his chest as he stumbled backwards eventually falling into the Volcano. As he fell he smiled faintly. "Well done Ryu. You're ready to fight Doa and New foundation. Learn from my mistakes, and lead your clan Into the new age!" Murai said as he fell to his death.
Back up the volcano Ryu noticed a letter stroll on the ground. Knowing that it was dropped by Murai he picked it up and pocketed it for later.
"Ryu!" Naruto called out as he and the others ran over to him.
"Are you ok?" Tsuru asked.
Ryu took a deep breath. "I will be, but right now now let's get the Dark Dragon blade and leave this place." Ryu said walking towards the Dark blade. Once he grabbed it by the hilt the blade suddenly shutter. Broken into pieces.
This shocked everyone not knowing what to say about this. "It broke! But how?!" Ayane finally saying something.
"My guess after taking so many hits from the Dragon sword, and taking a direct hit from a pseudo black hole It was bound to break apart." Naruto said picking up one big piece of the shards. "So what do we do about this?"
"Nothing we can do, Broken or not we managed to recover the dark dragon and defeated the Vigoor Emperor and the Greater Fiends. So mission accomplished. Which means it's time to head home." Ryu said picking up the hilt.
"But Ryu, I feel bad just leaving these people." Tsuru said looking down at the capital city of Tiron. "They lost so much of there Military as well as their Emperor, Grand or minimal we have a hand in this destruction."
"I get what you're feeling, but you have to remember that the emperor brought this upon his people. If you guys hadn't shown up things could have been a 1000 times worst and none of these people would have survived." Rachnera explained.
"She's right Tsuru, Besides there's not much we can do. We have to let the military restore order and let whatever remains of their government take care of the reconstruction." Ryu said walking next to her and putting a comforting hand on her shoulder in reassurance.
"I just hope whoever they choose next to lead them does a better job." Ayane said before looking at Naruto and remembering the kiss he gave her which caused her to blush.
"Ok If we're all done enjoying the view let's go to the fountain where'd that teleport is and head home." Naruto as they all started walking down the mountain.
As they were walking Tsuru got a text message. What was written made her blush.
"Hears my Number if you want to hang out again. Let's stay in touch beautiful! ;)"

Tiron's Military base 3 hours later
What was left of the military base was now under control. As soldiers were portralling throughout the base Organizing rations and exterminating what was exterminating one with left of the fiends.
In a certain Courtyard what remained of the rock ninjas were all lined up on their knees with their hands behind their heads. The soldiers had their guns trained on them with the lieutenant that managed to survive getting his chopper shot down because he jumped out if it was In front of what was left of his squad is squad on his knees as well.
In another building that seemed to be a research research lab Magilou was looking over a whole lot of data, Vigoor research and weapons, Fiend experiments, information about Iwa, and Camera footage of the fights that happened throughout the nights of the dark dragon incident.
She could hear someone approaching from behind and saw that it was Asterius. "Hey there Bull man, came to say bye before you leave? Also when are the Rangers coming to pick up the skeleton, and what does the Bishop division want it for anyway?"
"Don't know? Vivi has plans for it. Which brings me to the real reason I'm here. They want you to keep it here for a while for safe keeping. The head of the ranger division will inform you when they're coming to get it. Also Your request to be the overseer of this territory has been approved. They're expecting big things of your work here in Tiron." Asterius explained.
Magilou chuckled mischievously. Unbeknowns to The group of ninja that were after the dark dragon Magilou was spending most of the night saving/coercing Vigoor's councilman So they would be indebted to her and work for her making her the new leader of Tiron without anyone Noticing.
"So, Does that bring me one step closer to becoming the new zodiac head of the Esper division? After all one of the requirements was to have a territory." Magilou said. The Esper division the Special Division of the Bishop class. Where the Bishop class deals with magical research, Esper Is research, development and all things scientific.
"There are lots of people aiming for that seat. Prove your strength and your influence and you might just secure it." Asterius implied. "Farwell for now young Witcheling, But before I go mine if I ask what's your Next course of action will be?"
"Well..." Magilou said thinking about Tsuru before smiling mischievously. "There's a certain person that I Really want to have for myself."
The Next Day, Twilight city, Animusphere Mansion, Morning
Naruto was In a big living room watching TV, More specifically the news. Him and Marie were sitting on the couch wearing pajamas and eating cereal.
"That's all for the incident involving the sandvillage, as everyone should wish the Kazekage a good recovery. Now onto our top story, The entire country is in an uproar as it has just been revealed that the tragic earthquake that befell Twilight City In the state of Delaware was the result of an Unsanctioned attack by the land of Earth's ninja of The hidden rock village orchestrated by the Tschikage Onoki who has been captured And has been brought into the States to be trialed. He is now in a special prison for superpowered individuals under the watchful eye of our country's special navy force Eagle Union. How this will affect the relationship between the UN nations and the EM nations is unclear, But right now everyone can rest easy knowing that the perpetrator of such a heinous crime has been brought in to Justice. And we ask that everyone take a moment of silence for the lives lost during the quake... And that's all, now to sports."
"So where is Old fool being held at?" Marie asked.
"No idea, Joe says the less people that knows where he is the last chances of his ninjas finding him and breaking him out." Naruto answered.
"So, What happens next? Surely those rock heads aren't gonna just stay put and let their leader rot in jail." Marie said.
"I don't know honestly, Joe says not to worry about it right now. It'll take time for them to recover after losing so many ninjas in Vigoor as well as the Tschikage, not to mention the Earth kingdom will be Reprimanding them for a long while so they can't really do anything to us right now Unless they want to get in more trouble." Naruto answered. "Other than that Joe says after what's happened he wants everyone to take it easy for a while, It's probably for the best. Just don't know what to do right now."
"Well I'm glad to hear that because I definitely have an idea, how about you, me and the gang take a trip to Europe, You know get out of the city and try to have fun. I think Fischl would like that." Marie suggested while mentioning Hayner's sister. After the death of Hayner and his father they looked around for any relatives but found none, and the mother died in an accident while they were still kids. So Janet was more than willing to take her in otherwise she would have been put in foster care.
"Awww! How very sweet of you." Naruto said.
Marie was annoyed by that response. "Its the least I can do. I mean I know what it's like to lose a father. So are you interested?"
"Of course, After that mission even I think I need a break from any action for a while. Also you know mind if we invite the others from the hayabusa village, I think they could use a trip too." Naruto asked.
"I don't really mind so long as they bring their own spending money, I'm not that charitable." Marie said as they turn to watch TV. "By the way, where's your Roommate been? I haven't seen him around the city at all for a while even before the earthquake."
"Oh Kurama? He said something about taking a trip to Japan to see someone he hasn't seen in a long time. Considering hes who knows how many Centuries old he is makes me wonder who he's trying to see?"
"Is it safe for him to be walking around like that unsupervised?" Marie asked. She has no real reason to distrust the 9 tails so far R but having someone as powerful as him walking around does worry people.
"If he wanted to do something crazy and catastrophic he would have done it by now." Naruto reassured her.

And finally done with the Dark Dragon Arc! Man this arc was very tiring, I figured I'd be done with this quickly, but with so much time at work and new ideas popping up it became longer than originally expected.
Hopefully the next chapter for Tales of EMN will be done soon as well so I could get started on that next arc as well. The next chapter will be a side story focusing on Kurama and what hes been doing and will for a little bit check in on Naruto and his vacation in Europe. After that a random story or 2 Then we'll get to the next Ack.
