As we left our young heroes they were on the way towards their next adventure, but before we get too that, let's see how they are doing at this moment, in this little side story.
Between The Dimensions.
After leaving their Earth the young Zero Heroes were sent into a cosmic void, inside the MUPT was in dark and they couldn't see anything.
"Hold on, I'll turn on the cabin's power." Cass said as she pushed a button, the lights turned on Cass then turned around in her chair and inspected them.
"Alright looks like everyone is in one piece." Cass said.
"Cass, what is happening?" Akira asked.
"TL: DR, we are currently traveling through the space between dimensions, now back in the past, Akira and Lara's parents along with BJ's Dad would switch with someone in the world they would go to, making travel easy and quick but since my Multi-Universe Portable Transprojector can't do that we have to transverse through this place." She explained.
"Okay, so what's the ETA till we reach… where exactly are we going?" Rose asked, Cass then turned back around to face the screen and pulled up a map with a dotted line they were following.
"About Three Hours at the latest, so we have a bit." She said.
"Okay, so what do we do during this transition?" Lara asked
"Well, your seat should come equipped with things to pass the time, but I hope that after a mission we could debrief about what happened and how we can improve, something I think Akira should be very happy to do." Cass said she then pulled out a tape recorder confusing everyone.
"Uh, Cass what's with that?" BJ asked
"Oh, I think that we should record our journey in case we die or something." Cass said
"O-kay then? Let's do that then." Cass smiled and started recording
"What should we start with first?" Rose asked
"Since we're a team we should go around and tell each other something about our roles to better know each other and to quell any long term resentment we have." Tyler said
"Alright then, I guess I'll go first." Akira added. "As you know I'm the hero which means I'm the leader, which means I'll have to make tough decisions. I also have been chosen by Excalibur and I managed to learn some new tricks, but the way I am now I can't use its full power."
"That's where I come in." Rose interrupted.
"For those who don't know I'm Rose Harven, in the past, I was working with the gentleman that kicked Akira's ass, also known as Merlin." She said
"Please don't bring that up." Akira asked
"I also took care of little Cassie when she tried to get in our way."
"PLease don't bring that up, and don't call me Cassie!" She said
"Sorry, anyway, I've been helping Akira to better control his sword by teaching him how to control his weapon's transformation by teaching him how to harness his mana, oh I'm also the scout on the team." She said.
"Scout?" BJ asked
"I basically do recon and inform others, in this case, you guys, about what I find." She explained.
"Alright, then I guess I'm next. My name is Boone Wiseman Junior or BJ for short, but you know that already and much like my father, I'm the wise man, I give the main hero encouragement and such. I think that's about it." He said
"Well, I guess that makes me the sidekick." Lara added. "I handle most of the combat, though unlike my mom I'm still in the middle of my training." She said.
"That's an understatement, mom was training all her life before she became a sidekick." Akira said.
"When did she become a sidekick?" Cass asked
"At thirteen." The twins said
"And how long had she been training?"
"Thirteen years." The twins said, for the twins it was nothing but for everyone else, it was very shocking.
"Wow um okay that's something." Cass said
"But that would explain why she has a rocking bod." BJ said
"Yeah~" BJ and Tyler said, which earned them smack against their heads by Akira and Lara respectfully.
"I guess then I'm next, I'm Tyler Mendela, I'm the medic well kinda, I'm still studying and I'm also Lara's Boyfriend." He said which earned him blush from the girl and an annoying face from the boy.
"I guess that leaves me i'm Cassandra Vilanova or Cass for short I'm handling the MUPT and taking care of anything tech-related, so you could say i'm the genius." Cass said
"A little full of your self huh?" Rose asked
"Shut it, I don't need to hear that from some wannabe "demon"." Cass said. Rose then looked at her with a questionable look.
"What do you mean?" Rose asked
"You honestly believe that "Mana" or demon exists, they don't they are just pointless propaganda that people use to scare people into being mindless sheep to follow some factitious "God"." Cass said
"Oh, so you don't believe in him?" Rose asked
"Of course not, there is no evidence to prove otherwise that some "all being" or "devil" exist." Cass stated.
"What about all the possessions or Oujia board videos?" Akira asked
"Ever heard of acting?" Cass said. "Look were getting off-topic, let's just continue." She said.
After a while the group finished their first recording, now they all sat in silence and Cass navigated, Akira was watching a video, but he was soon distracted as he saw something out of the side of his eye, he looked over and saw that BJ was napping he then looked back at his show and saw a note on the screen. He grabbed it and opened it inside was a picture of Rose in her bra and panties and a note.
"For the long trips. XOXO Rosie." Akira looked over and saw her wave at him before going back to what she was doing.
"Oh man, this is going to be a long mission." Akira said as he continued his video. After the hours passed the pod started shaking.
"Woah what is going Cass?" Lara asked
"Were reaching the border of the next dimension, hold on!" She said after a brief second it stopped everyone looked around and inspected themselves.
"Okay were not d…" Just then the cabin shook, everyone looked around and saw that they were still alive.
"Okay, so who wants to take the first step into this new world?" Cass said
"I will." Akira said as he got up and a squeezed through the rows and opened the hatch, as he stepped out he took in his surroundings and saw the night sky, trees, tall city buildings as he was about to look around a stream of fire spewed down in front him.
"Oh shit!" Akira then jumped back as he looked up and saw something flying in as it reaches the ground the fire cleared and he saw a red dragon flying down.
"I don't know who you are but you came from that hole in the sky so are you a friend or some sucker that gonna get his ass beat by the Mack-Daddy Dragon of the NYC, ya heard!" The Dragon said.
"Uh What?" Was all Akira asked the dragon soon flew over towards him Akira then puts on his gauntlet and got ready to attack
