Last time on Tales of Tamers Xilla: The gang have finally made it to Merlot lab. There they begin to explore the lab to find out what Merlot is up to. They learn that Merlot was the doctor who aided the Exodus attack on Spiritius and provide the means to control Digimon. They destroy the vat that house the goop that was mutating the Grimm. From there they head to the lowest level to find Merlot and a Datamon waiting for them. They sick a mutant Deathstalker on the Tamers. It was a hard-fought battle but our heroes won it the end. Before they could capture them a Strange Digimon call Parallelmon appear and kill Merlot claiming his research was a threat to his master plans who ever she may be. With the mission over the gang decided to head back to Beacon to figure out these new questions.

Normal PoV: Location unknown: In the lair of the Grimm Queen, we find Parallelmon knelling to Salem and his master. "I see that will be all Parallelmon." The master said as the mutant Digimon vanish from sight. "So, Merlot is taken care of, good that man should have play with other people toys." Salem said. "Yes, and because of him, the test subjects for the control unit are now partner with the Tamers." He said. "Let them, it matters not if Ozpin gave a few more pawns on the board. It the end I will put him into checkmate." Salem said. "Even though one of them is your son? I mean I find it odd that the Prince of Grimm would side against you. Your dauther prove where she stands." He said. Salem frowns as she turn to the window. "True, My son have too much of his father in him. But we have nothing to worry about my friend. My daughter assure me she'll handle her brother and bring him back into our fold. For now I will let him continue to play hero a little bit longer." She said.

She turns back to him. " But for now we must focus on our plan for Vale. Cinder in form me that she is almost ready to begin phase 1 of the plan." She said. "Yes, the CCT network. Take down one tower and the rest will follow. Datamon believe it to be a major design flaw, but it will work in our favor. My, that Cinder woman is quite devious, where ever did you found her?" He ask as Salem smirk. "Oh, she just someone I met on my travels. That girl have much potential. Even more so once she have claim the power of the maiden." She said. "Speaking of the maidens how do you plan to collect them? From what you told me there are four of them and Cinder is only one." He said. "Cinder is working on becoming the fall maiden. And she have recruited two other woman to our cause, while Watts have chosen the fourth for us. So worry not every thing is set." She said. Takato PoV: Beacon: It been a couple of days since we encounter Merlot.

After everything was said and done, Ozpin call the Atlas military to secure the island. So far there been no sign of the two Digimon that were helping Merlot. There also the matter of who this unknown woman who been helping these Digimon. We have more question than we did when this whole thing started. Right now, were all back at Beacon to rest after this whole ordeal. My team along with Hikari were just walking around the school. "Man that was insane." Kenji said. as he walk with his hands behind his head. "No shit, we send days tracking down Merlot, fighting Digimon and Mutant grim. And when we finally found the jerk he get off by a Digimon that can teleport!." Rika shout as he held Hikari on her back. "Well we did learn that Merlot was the doctor who help attack Spiritius." Elize said. "Yeah so that one part of our job done." Teepo said. "And were able to save the runaways." Hackmon said. "True, but there still Parallelmon and Datamon. All we learn is that their master is working with some woman." I SAID.

'Takato, what did Ozpin said when you reported all of this to him?" Renamon ask. "He said he and Ironwood are searching through Merlot systems to see what they can discover. I told them should anymore Digimon show up we'll handle it." I said. "Not to mention we now got to train my sisters and their friends on how to be tamers." Rika said. "And we still have to find the rest of my friends, I hope they are ok." Lunamon said from Elize arms. Elize pet her partner head. "Don't worry Lunamon I'm sure we'll find them." She said. I soon bumb into someone. "Oh sorry my bad." I said. "NO it my fault I should have watch where I was going." A woman voice said. Standing in front of us was a woman with long black hair and gold eyes. Next to her was a girl with dark skin. She has short green hair and red eyes. I also saw a boy with spikey grey hair and black eyes. They all wore black school black hair woman look to Kenji.

"It been a while, Kennth." She said with a smile. I notice he was glaring at her sightly. "It has Cinder, these are your friends you told me about Mercury and Emerald right?" He ask. "You know these guys Kenji?" Rika ask as she look wary of the Trio. "I do, Cinder and I grew up together since she my mother student back in Haven." He said. "Allow me to properly introduce our selves. I'm Cinder Falls. These are my teammates Emerald Sustral and Mercury Black. Our fourth Nera is back in our room." Cinder said. as she held her hand to me. As soon as I shook it felt hot like it was on fire. "I'm Takato Outway and this is my partner Guilmon. These are Rika, her partner Renamon, our Daughter Hikari and our Friends Elize, Teppo and Lunamon." I said. "You guys have a kid, how in the hell did that happen?" Mercury ask shock. "A very long story." Rika said as Hikari hind from view. Cinder turn to look at the Digimon strangely.

She then Smirk. "So these are the Digimon creatures you told me about Kenji, they are certainly interesting creatures." She said. "Wait till you see us in action lady." Hackmon said. "So are you in the Vytal festival too?' Elize ask. "Of course it BE a good test of our skills." Emerald said. "Just don't expect to win" Rika said with a smirk. "That right, my mama and papa are the strongest." Hikari said as she wave her tiny fist at them. Cinder chuckles. "We'll see about that little one. But now you must excuse us we must be off." She said as they turn to leave. "Look forward to facing you in the tournament." She said as they walk away. "They seem nice." Elize said. "I dont't know, there something about that Cinder I don't like." Rika said. "Agreed there something off about her." I said. "It best you be wary of her, Cinder will do what ever it takes to get what she wants. It just how she is." Kenji said as Rika scroll went off. " It a text from Ruby, she want everyone to come to the lunch room. There something she want to tell us." She said.

"I wonder what?" Kenji ask. " Let go find out." I said as we made our way to the lunch room. Normal PoV: Ozpin office: Ozpin sat at his desk drinking his coffee as Ironwood was looking at the Tamers report on what happen on the island. "Is this accuted Oz?" He ask. "Yes, Merlot was using an unknown substance to mutant the creatures. My students and those from Spyros discover what he was up too and learn he was the one who help the attack on Spiritius. Along the way Ruby Rose, Jaune Arc, Blake Belladonna, Yang Xiao Long, Lie Ren and Elize Lutus all became Tamers." Ozpin said. "Then there the fact of those two Digimon Parallelmon and Datamon who were working with Merlot on the orders of another Digimon and an unknown women before they kill him." Goodwitch said as she adjust her glasses. "You believe this woman could be Salem?" Ironwood ask. "I'm not certain yet, I'll inform you when we learn more from Merlot systems." Ozpin said. Ironwood nod. "Alright for now, I will up the security for the festival." He said as he left the room.

"Sir, are you sure we should let Teams Rwby and Jnpr be around those Digimon?" Goodwitch ask. "I am Glynda. The Tamers are well experience when it come to the Digimon, I'm sure they can teach our students all they need to know. Besides, if Salem have truly allied with these rouge Digimon then we'll need all the help we can get. What are your thoughts on this Qrow?" He ask as he turn to a man sitting on the window still. He has short black hair that was turning grey and red ryes. He wore a white, black pants and a red scarf. On his back was a sliver sword. "Well Oz, I think things just got more insane. 1st a new kingdom shows up out of nowhere. 2nd my nieces now have pet monsters and there the fact that Summer somehow have another kid even though we thought she die. And lastly you have the genius idea of letting Salem kid into your school." He said as he drank from a flask.

1"Yes it all was quite sudden." Ozpin said. "Eiter way, if Salem is working with these things, then were in some deep shit." Qrow said. "For once we agree, what should we do prof?" Goodwitch ask. "For now we wait." Ozpin said as he got up and look out the window. "Qrow how goes the search for Amber attackers?" He ask. "Nothing Ozpin, who ever they are they cover their tracks well, all I saw when I got there was a shadow. What about Salem kid he told you anything?" Qrow ask. "No, he have no knowledge of the attack." Ozpin said. "Then maybe the rumor I heard lately would help. I heard Salem put a new piece on the board the Princess." He said. "I'm aware of her, she could be the most dangerous piece in play right now." Ozpin said. Qrow sigh. "Well that all I got I'm heading out. Tell my girls that I might stop by the festival, I what to meet Summer other kid." He said as he jump out the window. They watch as a crow fly off.

"Prof just who is this Princess?" Goodwitch ask. "She is as the title implies Glynda, she is Salem daughter. And unlike her brother, I don't she will turn to the light." He said. Takato PoV: We soon reach the lunchroom to find teams Rwby, Jnpr, Hasz and Jakr waiting for us. "So where the fire guys?" Jaune ask. " She call you guys too?" I ask. "Yes, we all need to talk. You remember the White fang?" Blake ask. "What about them?" Nora ask. "We as planning to take them down." Weiss said. "What!" We all shout. I look over to Blake. "I take this has something to do with your White fang days?" I ask. She nod. "Yes, a week before we met you, we went after them. There this human crook Roman Torch wick who been working with them." Blake said. "I know this Roman, he a major criminal in the underworld. But why is the White fang working with him?" Sven ask. "We wanted to know that too, we went after him but he got away." Blake said.

"Which you nearly work your self to death trying to find them. Your lucky Yang snap you out of it." Weiss said. "Your welcome Blakey." Yang said with a grin. "So why tell this?" Keisuke ask. "We want your help on this, were all a team now."" Ruby said. "We' believe we'll find them faster if we all work together." Blake said. "I'm in." Sven said as he step up. " Well guess I'm in too." Ryo said. "Same." Alcie said. "Count us in too." Koga said as he and Jerico nods. "Us too." Jaune as his team step up. "Guess I'm in too." Keisuke said. "Me as well." Elize said. "Same, we already took down one terrorist group might as well take down another one." Rika said. "Guess were all in then. So what the play?" I ask. "We found out that there White fang activity near mountain Glenn." Blake said. 'Great that shit hole again." Koga said. "But we didn't see anything there aside from the Digimon." Ren said. "They were most likely in a different section of the ruins." Kenji said.

"So, I guess we get a ship and head on over." Zubamon said. "No, in a week there are going to be mission where we can shadow a huntsmen. We find one that let us near Mountain Glenn." Weiss said. "But, first we got to get ready for the dance." Yang said. "Dance?" Alcie ask. "Yep, they have one before the Vytal festival." Ruby said. "Party time!" Jerico shout. "Guess we better get ready for it." I said. "Oh yeah." We all said.
