Recap
Last time on Tales of Tamers Xilla: The gang survive the train clash as they found themselves in the center of Vale. But their troubles were far from over when the Grimm started to flood into the city. The gang did their best to hold the Grimm back. Lucky for them their friends Team Hasz and Jnpr came to their aid in the nik of time. What more they were with Keisuke old friend Rina and her partner Veedramon along with the Biyomon that Falcomon been looking for who somehow became Nora partner. They were also join by Ludger, Jude, Mila, and Erika as they were able to turn the tide as they seal the hole to stop the Grimm. After ward they arrested Roman. Believing the threat is over the gang went to get ready for the Vytal festival unaware of the evil that move in the shadows.

Birds of a feather
Takato PoV: It been a day since the breach. The city is being rebuild from the Grimm attack. The whole thing was intense, but lucky for us it ended in our favor. Roman Torchwick was arrested and turn over to Ironwood who plan to find out what he knows. Hopefully we can learn who this unknown Digimon and woman is soon. Right now, everyone is in the lunchroom to relax after yesterday events. We were currently watching Rina and her Digimon partner Veemon stuffing theirs faces. "Oh boy I was famish." Rina said as she lean back in her seat. We all look to Keisuke. "So Keisuke, how do you know her?" Ruby ask. "Oh, Kei Kei is and old pal of mine." Rina said. "Kei Kei?" I ask trying not to laugh. "Don't ask, she was a client from a past case I did during my Hudie days. She from another earth then mine." He said. "So how is greenie here and how did Nora became a Tamer?" Rika ask.
"Well as you know we were on a 1st year mission one that didn't need a teacher for." Jaune said. "It wasn't anything too major, just have to take out some Grimm bothering a village not to far from Vale, it went like this." Hiro said. Hiro PoV: 2 days ago: We were on an airship heading to a town north of Vale. Our mission was simple, take out a group of Grimm attacking the town. "So what the name of this place again?" Zoey ask sitting on my lap. "Pheonix bluff, the town is on a chiff. There only one way in from land." Ren said. "I'm surprise a teacher didn't come with us." Keisuke said. "It ia a small town, the report say it a small group of Grimm. Not to mention were quite skill." I said. "Indeed Hiro-dono, Prof Ozpin think wee can handle this task." Ryudamon said. "What more there been reports of a large flying creature in the area." Sven said. "It could just be a giant nevermore, we dealt with one before." Nora said. "Maybe, but just in case be on guard." I said. "Don't worry Darling, I'm sure we'll be fine." Zoey said as we got off our ship. We saw the town gate and head to it as it opens.
We saw a brown hair woman wearing a brown dress. "Are you the huntsmen in training?" She ask. "We are maem, Teams Jnpr and Hasz." Jaune said. She let out a sigh of relief. "Thank goodness, I'm Skyla the mayor of Pheonix bluff." She said as she let us in. When we reach the town square we saw a large wooden statue of a bird. "What that?" Meicoomon ask. "That is a statue of our town guardian. A long time ago, a Pheonix made its home here on these bluff. When the area was first settle the Grimm attack. The Pheonix defended us from them. Since then it protected the town. But sadly when once the town became strong enough on it owwn, it vanish. We have pray that it would return one day." Skyla said as she look at the statue. "Incredible, I wish we could have met it." Zubamon said. "It was a long time ago Blade head." Zoey said. "Actually you might could meet one is the Rumor is true." Skyla said.
"What rumor?" Ludomon ask. "A few weeks of go one of the villagers claim to seen a baby phoenix in the woods east of here. From what we learn it look like a small pink bird." She said. "A pink bird." Falcomon said shock. "Yes, we try to find it to bring it to the village for it safety. But it said for us to go away and then sent green fire at us. So we decided to leave it be. But it the reason we ask for your help. The group of Grimm we wish for you to hunt have invaded the forest and were worry about the chick." She said. "Don't worry maem we'll look into it." Pyrrha said. "You have my thanks, best of luck." Skyla said as she walk away. "A pink bird that shoot green flames, it have to be Biyomon." Falcomon said. "One of the runaways?" Dorumon ask. "If it is her, then she cold be in trouble." Keisuke said. "Let us check the forest for her and the Grimm." Ren said as we left the town. It didn't take us long to reach the forest as we have the Digimon take point. So far we didn't see any Grimm.
Let just hope we can find Biyomon and get out of here. We fan out to begin looking. "Go away." A voice said as we got on guard. "Did anyone else heard that?" Jaune ask as he jump. "Go away!" It shout again. "Yes we did, but where is it coming from?" Sven said. Suddenly a blast of green fire hit the ground infront of us. "This is your last warning go away!" It shout. "Biyomon wait it mee." Falcomon said. "Falcomon?" It ask as a figure drop out of the tree tops. It was a small pink bird with red beak and claws. It has blue eyes, and on the edge of it head feathers were blue with a curl on it forehead. Zoey check her D-arc. "[Biyomon rookie level bird Digimon. A festy little Digimon who get into trouble with her Spiral twister and Spiral wing attacks."] She said. "Biyomon I finally found you." Falcomon said as he ran to her. As soon as he got close Biyomon peck him on the head. "Falcomon you big jerk do you have any idea how worry i was!" She shout at him.
"Oh boy Bi gonna lay it into you." Zubamon said with a laugh. " Zubamon, Ludomon your here too?" Biyomon ask. "Yep, so are Bearmon, Palmon, Lunamon, and Fanbeemon, were only missing Herissmon and Vorvomon." Ludomon said. "Biyomon how long have you been out here?" I ask. "I don't know a few weeks I guess, after we split up I ended up here, the only people I seen are the humans that bother me or those odd black Digimon." She said. "So, you ran into the Grimm." Zoey said. "Grimm, you mean the black Digimon, they bother me a few times but I took them out with no effort." Biyomon said as she puff her chest out. "You must be a tough old bird, you like breaking any legs?" Nora ask. "Only when needed, no one can match me." Biyomon said. "That because no one can match your crazy." Falcomon said as he shook his head. "That why I have you." She said as she hug him. "Well Bi you can come with us." Nora offer the Digimon. "Really thanks." She said. "Now that we found her, can we get going Darling?" Zoey ask.
"Right let go." I said. But suddenly the Digimon stop as they tense up. "Something wrong?" Pyrrha ask. "I feel something." Ryudamon said. "Grimm?" I ask. "No, it feel digital in nature." ludomon said. "Could it be a bio emergence?" Keisuke ask. "What a bio emergence?" Ren ask. "It mean a Digimon is going to appear in our world ninja boy." Zoey said. "It that the case Zoey, then our D-arcs would have alerted us." I said. "Then what is it?" Dorumon ask. "No clue it coming from this direction." Biyomon said as we made our way to a clearing. Once there we saw something we couldn't make sense of. In the center of the clearing was a large purple hole in the air. "Oh pretty." Nora said as she reach for it. Keisuke quickly stop her. "Wait that a dimensional portal, if your not care full you'll end up in another world." He said. "How you know that?" Jaune ask. "Because I came to this world from one. When I started my journal as a hacker there is this woman Mirai Mikagura. She someone who help people who are involve with Digimon she refer as Digidestined." Keisuke said.
"And this portal her work?" Ren ask. "Yeah, Mirai has a Digimon that can pen rifts in space." Keisuke said. Jaune got close to the portal to look at it. "I think I see something." He said. "Banzai!" A girl voice shout as someone exit the portal and kick Jaune in the face knocking him to the ground. "Jaune!" Shout Pyrrha as she went to check on him. We look at the person that came through. It was a girl around 18 with short green hair. Her eyes were a light amber color. She wore a black hoodie that had the center open to reveal a black and withe bar. She also has black shorts and boots. She start to look around. "So this is Remnant huh, thought it would be a lot weirder." She said. "Ah Rina, I swear your going the death of me one day." A small blue and white lizard said as he jump from the portal as it close. I check my D-arc. "[Veemon rookie level dragon Digimon. Thie little guy cam be quite fierce with his Vee headbutt and vee kick attacks]" I said. "Sorry Vee Vee, this is just so cool." Rina said as she saw Keisuke.
"Kei kei your here what up." She said greeting him. "Friend of your?" I ask with a smirk. Keisuke sigh. "Sort of, she is Rina Shinomiya she was a client from my Hudie days. Her Digimon is Veemon." He said as he turn to Rina. "How are you two even here?" He ask. "Oh well Vee Vee and I were just hanging out when this big creep attack us and took away Vee Vee big form." Rina said leaving no idea of what she said. Veemon sigh. "In normal terms, A Digimon attack us and stole my power to Digivolve." Veemon said. "Then Mirai told us that he came to this world to do some bad stuff. So she gave us this D-arc thingy saying it would help Vee Vee get his power back." Rina said as she show a blue D-arc with an amber ring. "Who attack you?" Ask Sven. I notice Veemon look to hesitate. "He call himself Grimmon, that all we know." He said as we heard a growl. We turn to see some Grimm. "Speaking of Grimm." I said as we got ready. "Yosh let go Vee Vee." Rina shout as she jump and kick a beowolf in the face. "Oh Rina, Vee headbutt!" Veemon shout as he tackle into one.
"She just attack a Grimm with out a weapon?" Jaune ask. "I like her." Nora said. "Let go." I said as we rush at the Grimm. "Doryusen!" I shout as I sent a shockwave at one. "Katana attack!" Ryudamon shout as he shot one down with no effort. "Whirling top!" Zoey shout as she spun at a boaratusk. "Tricobezoar!" Meicoomon shout as she shot a hairball at a beowolf. Keisuke duck under a mantis and blew it head off with his shotgun. "20 dive!" Zubamon shout as he tackle a creeper. Sven use his chains to hold an ursa down." "Metal blast!" Dorumon shout as he shot it dead with his iron balls. Jaune use his shield to stun a boaratusk. "Wall raltz!" Ludomon shout as he slams his shields into it. Pyrrha use her sword to disarm a beowolf and then stab it in the head. Ren open fire on a nevermore flock. "Ninja blade!" Falcomon shout as he use his ninja stars to finish the bird like Grimm. Nora let out a cry as she swung her hammer at a boaratusk. "Spiral twister!" Biyomon shout as she shout a spiral blast of green flames from her beak to take out the rest of them.
We look to be in the clear. "Wow Biyomon, your one tough little chick." Nora said as she lean on her hammer. Biyomon puff out her chest. "Damn right I am, problem is most Digimon don't see that because I'm small." She said sadly. Nora went over to the bird and flick her head curl to get her attention. "Then don't listen to those jerks. What they think doesn't matter, you just have to prove them wrong. Take it from me, I used to to be a cry baby but now look at me. I was able to prove people were wrong about me and so can you." She said. "Prove them wrong?" Biyomon ask herself. "Well our job here is done Darling." Zoey said. "Yeah, let head back to town to rest. We'll head back to Vale tomorrow." I said as I turn to Rina and Veemon. "Would you two like to come back with us?" I ask. "Sure this Vale place could be fun." Rina said. "Ok then let be off." Sven said as we head back to town. The next morning, we were getting pack to head back to the school.
"Well that everything, we got done pretty fast." Keisuke said. "True, I wonder if Takato group were able to find what we need." I said. "They said they were heading to Mountain Glenn again to search for the White fang." Ren said. "True, let hope they found something." Jaune said. "What the white fang?" Rina ask popping up from behind us. "Jeez some one need to put a bell on you." Zubamon said from Keisuke arms. "To answer your question Rina, there a group of Faunas terrorist." Pyrrha said. "Oh you mean the animal people Mirei told us about. I want to meet one, hm I wonder what kind of Faunas I would be." Rina said as she took a thinking pose. "Man what a air head." Zoey said. Veemon chuckles. "Yeah that Rina for you sometimes she in her own little world." He said. "Anyway we should to our ship." Sven said. "Right let go." I said as we head out side. Once we reach the town plaza we heard screaming. We saw Skyla running to us.
"What happening?" I ask. "Creatures are attacking the town, their not Grimm!" She shout. We saw the ones attacking were Troopmon. "Great just the wake up call we needed." Nora said. "Let get them." Rina said. "I agreed, if best we defeat them." Sven said. "Right let go." I said. "Digi-modify Digivolvtion activate!" We shout.

"Kuzuryusen!"I shout as I quickly stuck down 9 of them. "Metal armor blade!" Ginryumon shout as he use his spears to take out a few. "Hexa strike!" Zoey shout as she took out 6 of the Troopmon. "X-scratch!" Meicoomon shout as she cut down a seventh. Keisuke use his sword to block a Troopmon shot as Zubaeagermon dive at it slamming it to the ground. Sven got on a roof to shoot at any in his sights. "Power metal!" Dorugamon shout as he sent a metal spike into a group. Jaune quickly cut a Troopmon down and then block gun fire from another. "Assult claw!" Tialudomon shout as he stab it with his claw. Pyrrha was gunning them down with her rifle. Ren ran past them cutting them with his guns' blades. "Kunai wings!" Peckmon shout as he launch his Kunais at them. Nora fire her grenades at them blowing them to hell. "Spiral wing!" Biyomon shout as she was cover in wind and dash the Digimon cutting them up. Rina simply punch and kick at any that get close to her.
"Vee breath Arrow!" Veedramon shout as he fire a white flame burst from his mouth at the last of them. "That should be all of them." Jaune said. "Wind cutter!" A voice shout as air blades rain down on us causing us to get blown back. We look up to see a a large blue scale snake like dragon. It has red wings and it head was cover by a white bone helmet with yellow hair. Ren check his D-arc. "[Airdramon champion level dragon Digimon. It terrorize the skies and those who in it with his Wind cutter attack. ]" He said. "So, your the Tamers that been giving us so much trouble." Airdramon said as he land on the town statue and wrap his tail around it neck. "Your nothing but a bunch of weaklings, best to finish you quickly before the fun in the city starts." He said as he crush the bird head. "You have to get through me first jerk face." Biyomon said as she stand in front of us. Airdramon look down at her and chuckles. "You, don't make me laugh you little weaking." He said as a grenade explodes in his face.
We turn to see Nora was aiming her weapon at him. And she do not look happy, I think this is the first time we see her mad. "Yo bone head! Don't you dare talk down to my friend! Just because she small doesn't mean she don't have the strength to kick your sorry ass!" She shout as she stand next to Biyomon. Biyomon nods. "The same goes for Nora, we'll take you down." She said. "So get out of our way!" They shout as a ball of light appear in front of Nora. She grin as she grab it and it turn into a pink D-arc with an orange ring. "Let kick some ass Biyomon!" Nora shout. "Right!" Her partner shout. "Nora!" Ren shout as he threw her a card. "Digi-modify Digivolvtion activate!" Nora shout as she swipe the card.

Birdramon was a large orange feather bird that look to be on fire. "The phoenix have return!" Skyla shout. Jaune check his D-arc. "[Birdramon champion level Pheonix Digimon. This mighty fire bird is know to burn her foes to ash with her meteor wings attack.]" He said. "Well now that is interesting, let see what you got little bird." Airdramon said as he rose to the air. Nora jump on to Birdramon back. they flew up after him.

"Wind cutter!" Airdramon shout as he flap his wings to shoot air blades at them. Birdramon shot across the sky to dodge them with an much grace. She then turn around and dive at Airdramon and tackle into the Dragon. She them began to slash his with her talons. Airdramon was able to push her off. But he fail to see Nora falling at him from above. She spun around as she slam her hammer to unleash an explosive strike to stun the Dragon. "Birdramon!" She scream as the fire bird caught her and rose up. "Meteor wings!" She shout as she flap her wings to launch fires balls that slam into Airdramon turning him to digital ash. We watch the two land in front of us. "Oh yeah you guys were so freaking awesome!" Rina shout. "Damn right we are." Nora said with a grin. "Hey guys, is any one else worry about what Airdramon said?" Jaune said. "Something about the fun in the city starting." I said. "I think I might know." We look to see Keisuke looking at his Scroll. "I just got a text from Erika, she said Grimm have invaded the city and the others need our help." He said.
"But we won't make it in time." Pyrrha said. "We will with our new ride." Nora said as she gesture to Birdramon. "Let hurry." I said as we all climb onto the Digimon and took off for Vale. Takato PoV: "It took us half an hour to get there and you know the rest." Hiro said. "So over all you took out a group of Grimm and an Airdramon. While Nora and Biyomon became partners and we get Rina and Veemon to help us out, I say we have a win." Koga said. "Yeah, I guess it is." I said. Rina climb onto the table to get in Rika face. "Yo sliver eyes, Kei Kei told me you make weapons right?" She ask as Rika raise an eyebrow. "I do why?" She ask. "You can make one that would suit me right?" Rina ask. Rika pull out her notebook. "This is my mother notebook, it where she kept her weapons designs. Rina what kind of fighting style you have?" Rika ask as she and Ruby look through the book. "Oh, I'm a 3rd decree black belt, my hands and feet can put a full grown man on his butt." Rina said. "So a brawler like Yang huh, oh Rika how about this one." Ruby said.
Rika look at the page. "Hm similar to Yángs but use the feet as well, will work Rina" Rika ask as she show the Greenette. Rina grins. "Oh yeah." She said. "Cool let get what we need for the forge, it should take a few days." Ruby said. "Not to mention we need to train for the festival since it next week." Weiss said. "Oh yeah time to show our stuff." Yang said. "Then let give them one hell of a show." I said. "Yeah!" We all cheer.
