Nick and Judy were sitting on lounge chairs in there backyard while Pandora and Olaf played in a sandbox. "Well it's been a crazy week... but we've got some well earned R&R," Nick said.
"Well, not the craziest week of our career," Judy said.
"True, but we've earned it," Nick said.

Monday Night, Earlier That Week.

It was late at night as Nick and Judy were having a double date with Harry and his partner Sawa. "Congratulations on your promotion!" Nick said as the two couples clinked glasses.
"Thanks, truly," Sawa said. "You two have had our backs since the Battle of Zootopia."
"And it's been an uphill battle just to keep our heads ever since," Harry said.
"It was our pleasure to help," Judy said. "I mean you were a rabbit and a fox. We're a rabbit and a fox."
Then Anna Blackpaw showed up. "Oh goody... what do you want this time?" Harry said, recognizing the Vampire rabbit.
"Look, I have important information I want to share with you," Anna said.
"It can wait," Judy said sternly. "Right now, we're trying to celebrate Harry and Sawa's promotion."
"But you must know-" Anna was cut off as Nick sprayed something in her face. Causing her intense pain.
"Yeah, sorry to do that. But can it at least wait until we're done?" Nick said as Anna tried to claw out her eyes. "I'll take that as a yes."
About an hour later, Nick and Judy, Harry, and Sawa had finished their double date. "Okay, what did you want to tell us, Anna?" Judy said, ignoring that Anna's eyes were red.
"Was that garlic butter your husband spritzed in my eyes?" Anna said in annoyance.
"Yes, now what did you want to tell us?" Nick said with a blase attitude.
Anna snarled in irritation before calming herself down. "Okay... we have a lead on the Night Dragons."

Angela Wilde was pacing in the living room after Nick and Judy finished explaining things to her. "So let me get this straight... there's a Vampire warlord in Forrest Vale. AND some sort of... demon thing."
"The Legion of Night. It only manifests in Autistic Mammals that have ingested Night Howlers, or otherwise have come into contact with them." Judy said. "But, we think that Draco Long-Fang is using it to control a legion of robots."
"The same kind from the Battle of Zootopia?" Angela asked, her brother and sister-in-law nodded. "The same kind that Loki and I saw on that walk... the same kind Sierra is?" She then groaned in frustration. "As if learning that all these supernatural pies were real wasn't enough!" She said in annoyance. "And that I'm babysitting a formally undead kit... now Vampires and robots are running amok in Forrest Vale."
"Yeah, it's been crazy since... well since my first day on the force," Nick said. "I mean it was crazy when we learned Anna was a Vampire. And when we first got Pandora... but this is getting dangerous."
"I know." Angela seethed. "I'll allow you two to stay here till you find whatever it is your looking for."

"I don't believe it..." Judy said in disgust as she and Nick a silver-colored mule speaking with a silver-colored gazelle.
"I grow tired of this waiting. I cannot wait another moment for this!" The Legion of Night said.
"Yeah... that's Mulerson." Judy said with disgust. "I didn't want to believe that he was alive... but that's him.
"Soon we'll have a stable foothold in Forest Vale... and I can begin again. And all shall submit to the Mule." The robot mule ranted.
"Well, this proves he's here... but not Long-Fang," Nick said.
"You sure about that?" The voice of Draco Long-Fang asked. "Because that implies that you'll leave this place alive."

Nick and Judy managed to escape with evidence. "Okay... hopefully we can get back to Zootopia without anyone noticing us," Nick said as he and his wife laid low in a motel.

Tadashi Hamada opened the door of the Wilde-Hopps home. "What the heck happened to you two?" The young raccoon/tanuki asked of the exhausted police officers.
"You don't want to know," Nick said as he and Judy slumped off to bed. "Know... that we haven't slept in at least a day."
"We'll pay you extra if you stick around Tadashi," Judy said as they fell on there bed. Snoring loudly as they drifted to sleep.

"So it's official," Bogo said grimly. "Mulerson not only survived the Battle of Zootopia. But we've got a lead on him, and Long-Fang. And apparently, they've turned a vessel of the Legion of Night into one of Mulersons robots."
"And he's a robot himself now," Nick said.
"Can't overlook that Cheif." Judy agreed.
"Well with the evidence you two managed to get in haste. We'll finally bring these criminals to justice." Bogo said. "But after what you two have been through... you deserve some time off.

"Who knows... we might even get to enjoy this break," Nick said blissfully.
"Yeah... let's savor this," Judy said in agreement. "Before we have to deal with the coming storm."
