Last time on Tales of Tamers Xilla: On Patch Hiro group were preparing themselves to set out to Mistral as they discuss the past and how to bring back their friend Ichigo. Yang told the group she has a way to find their friends in Mistral by find her mother Raven. Weiss escape her home as she met up with Jerico and Solene as the trio plan to leave Atlas to head to Patch. They were join by Miku who reveal herself as a Digimon Tamer and her partner Strabimon as she join they on their trip. Meanwhile Blake was blaming her self about how it her fault that her friends are always getting hurt. The others assure her that not the case as they will never leave her side. They soon discover that Adam plan to attack Haven academy. Blake decided to stop him and take back the white fang. Lastly Takato group race to reach Kuroyuri to help their friends who are in danger from a dangerous Grimm. They got tot them as Takato unleased his BanKai to face the Grimm call the Nucklavee.

Chapter 41

No safe haven

Rika Pov: For spirits sakes, I swear at times that the world is out to get us. The last few days we had were total shit. 1rst some nutjob try to kidnap my sister Ruby, then Qrow get poison by that bastard. But now take the cake since were in a ruin village with half of our group who knows where while we have to fight a powerful looking Grimm. I look to Jaune. " Jaune, take Qrow and get him to safety. Renamon, you and the other Digimon look after him." I siad as I pull out my weapon. "Are you certain of this? She ask me. "I am, we'll hold it off." I said as we got ready.

Heroes vs The Nucklavee

Ruby aim and open fire on it as her shot just bounce off of it. The Grimm thrust it arm as it stretch at us. "Mode!" I shout as we quickly scatter to avoid it. "Fear the infinite darkness! Ignite terror!" Elize shout as she shot the large purple beam at it as it push the Grimm back. It screams as it strike at her. I jump in front of Elize. "Cyclone burst!" I shout as I sent the wind shot to block it. "Take this Shining cannon!" I shout as I shot the beam of light into it chest. It took my arte head on as it only burn the Grimm chest sightly. Damnit what does it take to kill this thing. "Were doom!" Teepo shout. "Takato where are you?" I ask worry. "Moeru Talho!" A voice shout as a fire blast force the Grimm from us. A figure appear in front of us. It was Takato in his Bankai armor. "Sorry I'm late guys." He said. "Thanks the spirits, what the hell took you so long!" I shout at him. Takato Pov: "Sorry Rika, the mountain was farer then we thought." I said as the others drop down. Ren and Nora stare at the Nucklavee. "It really it." Nora said scare.

"So, you the one who hurt Nora!" Birdramon shout as she dive at the Grimm. The Nucklavee arm stretch to grab the champion head and slam her into a building as she change back to Biyomon. Ren ran out at it as he start to slash at it wildly. The Grimm soon slap him away. "Ninja blade!" Falcomon shout as he threw his Shuriken at its back. It human half twist around to smack them down. Goro threw his chakrams at it to distract it. "Baby flame!" Dracomon shout as he blast it in the face with fire. The Nucklavee screams and knock the little dragon away. "Crushing strike!" I shout as I dive at it. I slash it in the chest, but my strike wasn't deep enough. I jump back in time to dodge it claw. That when Ren ran past me as he started to strike at it recklessly. Danni t Ren, I was worry this would happen. He lost himself to his hatred. The Nucklavee grab him with its arm and slam him into a building several feet in the air. "Don't touch my Ren!" Nora shout as she jumps at it. But the Grimm pin her by her weapon above Ren. He look at her. "Ah stop looking." She said as she close her skirt as Ren look away with a blush. I use this to slash it back as it let go of Ren and Nora.

Once they were on the ground I flash step to them under a porch. Ren try to ran back to the fight but I stop him. "Ren get a hold of your self." I said trying to calm him self. "No, nothing will stop me from killing that." He was cut off when Nora suddenly slap him across the face. He look at her and saw she was crying. "You promise to always to be there for me. Your all I have left, please stop this. I don't want to lose you too." She said. Ren look shock by her words until he took a breath and calm own. "Sorry Nora, I'm alright now." He said. as she wipe her tears. "Good you don't worry me like that again." She said. "I won't." He said. "Now that settle, let get back to the others." I said as we regroup with the others. "How it going?" I ask. "Not good Goggle head." Rika said. "Anyone got a plan?" Goro ask. "I do, we need to pin it. Rika, Elize take out the front legs. Takato, Goro you got the back. Me and Ruby got the arms. Nora the horse. Ren the rest is up to you." Jaune said. "Right." we said.

Heroes vs the Nucklavee round 2

"Dark embrace!" Rika shout as she binds it right front leg. "Dread wings!" Elize shout as the swords stab into it left front legs. Gor combine his chakrams as they become a large ax. He ran at it and slide to take out it left back leg. "Tail whip!" I shout as I spun to cut off it right back leg. The Nucklavee screams as it swung it right arm at us. But Ruby use her semblance and turn into petals to dodge it She then stab her scythe into the arm to pin it to the ground. I saw Jaune place his sword into his shield as it became a great sword. He roll out of the way of it other arm. He swung down to get the arm to the ground, he then stab it to pin it. "Nora now!" He shout. On top of a building above the Grimm was Nora with her back turn to us. She fall off and flip around as she slam her hammer onto it horse head taking it out. Now to finish it. Ren walk up to it humanoid half as it screams in his face. "For my mother." He said as he cut off the right arm. "For my father." He said as he cut off the left.

"For everyone you ever killed." He said as he strike the chest leaving a gash. "And for myself and Nora!" He shout as he behead the Grimm killing it for good. It went limp as it start to dissolves. It look to be over. "We did we won!" Ruby cheer. "I'm just glad that it over." Jaune said. "it far from over blondie Nail bone!" A voice shout as a lighting blast came out of nowhere and blast us off our feet. We look to see a tall orange skeleton with a black orb in his chest. He wore black pants and has black wings n his back. his face was cover by a black mask with bat wings like ears. In his hand was a staff with a yellow orb at the top. Goro check his D-arc. "[Skullsatamon ultimate level undead Digimon. He a craze monster who will wipe out all in his way with his nail bone attack.]" he said. "Jeez, that fight was a let down. I was hoping that Grimm would do you kids in. Oh well, more fun for me." Skullsatamon said with a laugh. "Seriously, not what we need right now." Rika said. "Were in no shape to fight." Elize said. "But we are." Palmon said as she and the other Digimon got ready. Only Falcomon and Biyomon stay back. "Then it time to go ultimate." I said. "Digi-modify Matrix Digivolvtion activate!" We shout.

Wingdramon was a large dragon with dark blue scales. His chest was white as his head was cover in a bone like helmet. He has a large lance on his back between his wings. Jaune check his D-arc. "[Wingdramon ultimate level dragon Digimon. He can move at supersonic speeds as he take you out with his sonic blaze breath attack.]" He said.

Tamers vs Skullsatamon

Wargrowlmon charges at him as he swung his claw at Skullsatamon. The undead Digimon jump over it with ease. "Nail bone!" He shout as he blast Wargrowlmon as he stop in place. "I can't move." He said. "Taoism spell!" Taomon shout as she threw her symbol at him. Skullsatamon vanish and reappear behind her. He slam his staff into her back to knock her down. "Lunatic dance!" Cresenmon shout as she slashes at him. He block it with his staff and grab her leg. He then threw the rabbit Digimon into a building. "Flower cannon!" Lillymon shout as she shot energy balls at him. Skullsatamon swung his staff to deflect them. "Lighting buster!" Raijinludomon shout as he shot the lighting blast at him. "Let mee show you real lighting Nail bone!" Skullsatamon shout as he counter the weapon Digimon attack and sent him to the ground. "Sonic blaze breath!" Wingdramon shout as he shot a white flame at the undead Digimon. Skullsatamon spun him staff to block it.

"Ok kiddies, you're starting to bore me. Best to finish this." He said as he walk toward us. But suddenly Ren, Nora and their Digimon stood in his wway. "Oh what do you cowards want?" He ask. "It true I was scare last time I was heard. I wasn't able to protect my family." Ren said sadly. "And I was only able to cry." Nora said. "But I'm no longer that frighten child, I will not run." Ren said. "I stop crying and became strong, so I will fight!"" Nora shout. "I will not let you harm my comrades." Falcomon said. "I will fight by Nora side." Biyomon said. "We will defeat you!" They shout as two of there cards glow blue. "Let break his legs Ren." Nora said. "Agreed." He said. "Digi-modify Matrix Digivolvtion activate!" They shout as the swipe the cards through their D-arcs.

Falcomon warp digivolve to Crowmon

Biyomon warp digivolve to Garudamon

Crowmon was a large crow with purple head feathers and a gold helmet with a red tassel. He has gold claws on the front of his wings and white feathers around his neck. Lastly he has 3 legs. I check my D-arc. "[Crowmon ultimate level black wing Digimon. A master of sky combat as he strike you down with his savage emperor attack.]" I said. Garudamon was a large red feather humanoid bird man. She has a red helmet with blue hexagon marking and dreadlocks. Her hand and feet were yellow bird claws. Rika check her D-arc. "[Garudamon ultimate level phoenix Digimon. She has a strong sense of justice as she defeats evil with her wing blade attack.]" She said. "Take him down!" Nora shout.

Crowmon and Garudamon vs Skullsatamon

"Who cares, your nothing but sitting ducks for me, Nail bone! Skullsatamon shout as he shot toward them. Crowmon vanish from sight to dodge it while Garudamon slap it away. Crowmon then appear as he tackle the undead Digmon forcing him back. "This is for trying to harm my friends Savage emperor!" Crowmon shout as he shot a dual lighting blast from his wings as they slam into Skullsatamon. "Oh man that was a shock." He said as he saw Garudamon grab him and threw him into the air above us. "Finish him!" Nora shout to her Digimon. "With pleasure Wing blade! Garudamon shout as she shot a rd energy bird at Skullsatamon. He cries out as it hit him and he explodes into data dust. Our Digimon return to normal as the battle ended. "That was awesome!" Nora shout as she hug Ren who gladly return it. Elize how Qrow holding up?" I ask as I saw her with Rika and Ruby at Qrow side. "It not good Takato." She said sadly on the verge of tears. "Is there anything we can do?" Ruby ask. "No sis." Rika said as she punch the tree. Suddenly a light shine down on us.

We look up to see an airship. I let out a laugh. "This proves you should never give up hope." I said. Once the ship land, I explain to the pilots our situation. They agreed to help us as we got on board. I sat on the edge with Rika laying her head on my lap. "By the spirit, I'm tire." She said. "Well love, our troubles are far from over." I said as I saw Ren and Nora leaning against each other. "True Takato, but were going to find it again once we get to Haven." She said. "There no doubt about that. We need to find Kenji to bring him back and him back. And as for Cinder were taking her out once and for all." I said as we sail across the night sky.
