A/N: "Hey guys I'm incredibly sorry for the extremely long wait, I had alot of writers block on the way I didn't had much motivation to continue it, but here it is, I hope I'll be able to do more in the future, enjoy!

In a peaceful day of the Loud House, everyone has a breakfast with pancakes. As for Link he really loves pancakes, and for whatever reason he loved Lynn Sr's home made pancakes.

Link: "Well I gotta say Lynn these pancakes are the best, really honest by the way"

Lynn Sr(Feels appreciated): "Oh uh… thank you"

Rita: "Wow Link I didn't think you'd really appreciate my husband for once"

Link: "Yeah whatever"

Lynn Sr: "Well I'm glad you enjoy it cause, this is probably the lowest ranked dish in my restaurant"

Lisa: "I'd give the pancakes a 2.5/10"

Lynn Sr: "I just really wish there are more guys like you, maybe my pancakes will get a better rating"

Right after he said that a portal opens up, and 3 different Links came out of it.

Link #1: "Link Sanchez, Earth dimension L-01, you're under arrest for crimes against the council of Links"

Lynn Sr: "Ooh maybe you could try one of my pancakes"

Everyone then looked at him with disbelief.

Lynn Sr: "What..? These guys are Links I'm sure they'll enjoy my pancakes"

Lynn Sr. Then got hit in the head with a gun knocking him out, everyone got shocked and started to worry.

Lori: "Uncle Link do something…"

Link: "Don't worry sweetie these guys are just… me, I'll be quick I just have to go to their dumb clubhouse"

Lola: "You guys have a clubhouse?"

Link #2: "Do not question about the council of Links"

After that's done, the Links placed handcuffs on Link and started taking him to the portal.

Link #3(Gets a thought): "Wait… bring his *Burps* Lincoln"

Lincoln: "Wait… what?"

Link: "Hey leave my Lincoln out of this"

The 3 Links ignored him and proceeds to put handcuffs on Lincoln, the duo are then taken to the portal after they went through the portal closes. Everyone at the dining room (Except for Lynn Sr. Who is still knocked out) only stood silent after experiencing of what just happen, Lynn Jr. Then spoke up.

Scene change

Somewhere in the multiverse, there's a huge space station with city inside it, a portal opens up as Link and Lincoln are still handcuffed, Lincoln took a look around as the city is filled with Links and Lincolns. Link and Lincoln walked as the Link guards are still standing beside them.

Lincoln: "Whoa Link what is this place?"

Link: "The citadel of Links, a place where Links and Lincolns make a society in the multiverse, it's also the secret headquarters of the council of Links"

Lincoln: "Whoa this place seems cool enough, what's that about the council of Links"

Link: "Lincoln, if you know me well you probably known me as a criminal"

Lincoln: "What does that have to do with this"

Link: "Well… many Links suffered the same problem and all, so they started banding together and formed this stupid council"

Lincoln: "What's the problem with that, forming up a team could help you guys out"

Link: "I'm a Link Lincoln… we don't work together or bond, or anything, this whole citadel seems stupid as well"

As Link continued ranting about the citadel, Lincoln only sees the many type's of Lincoln's out there, he saw a bunny version wearing lavender instead of orange, a Lincoln who only wears underwear where ever he goes, and a Lincoln who is actually ace savvy.

Lincoln: "Wow a superhero version of me"

Link: "Geez you're easy to be impressed, so yeah most timelines have a Link and most Links have a Lincoln"

Lincoln: "You gotta take me here sometimes"

Link: "Whoa, hell no"

Link and Lincoln finally reached the council of Links, as they went in the Link guards take their position near the entrance, the duo is then greeted by Links in a big courtroom, with different hairstyles.

Lincoln: "Aw geez Link what do we do?"

Link: "Just shut up and let me do the talking"

Link IV: "Bring out the holograms"

A big hologram showed up as it is filled with pictures of dead Links.

Link IV: "27 Links brutally murdered in their own timeline, and I believe that you're responsible for this L-01"

Link: "What y-you think I did this, you know I'm not the only Link against you where's that other guy?"

Link IV: "Oh he's dead"

The hologram showed a Link wit sci-fi style laying dead.

Link IV: "So it is obvious that you would do such a thing"

Lincoln: "Uhh… Link?"

Link: "Shut up Lincoln, I got this!"

Link(To the other Links):"Look, I would do something like that if I have obvious reasons, but for this? I think all of you suspected me to be the murderer because I'm the biggest criminal around here"

Link IV: "You're more than that L-01, you're a terrorist"

Link: "I'm a Link, and Links don't like governments, and look at all of you, you just became something a Link swore to defeat"

Link IV: "Enough of your excuses"

Link: "Well guess what, I think we'd all like to be accused if there's evidence"

The Links at the court then started chattering, as Link smirked knowing his plan is working.

Link: "Now if you excuse me I gotta get home and start eating some pancakes thank you"

Link IV: "Well evidence is it? Alright then, grab his portal gun!"

A Link guard then grabbed Links portal gun and placing it on a computer, it shows all the dimensions Link has entered in the past.

Link IV: "Well would you look at that, it seems that you've visited the timelines with the murdered Links"

Link: "Oh crap"

Link IV: Link Earth L-01, the council sentences you to the machine of unspeakable doom"

Lincoln: "Unspeakable doom? Wh-what is that?"

Link IV: "It is never spoken only us and the accused gets to know about it"

Link: "Well I heard enough"

Link punched a random Link guard which caused him to shoot the handcuffs, as Link broke free he took the gun and freed Lincoln from his restrains, Link grabs his portal gun then the duo rushed out of the room into a hallway. As they continue running they noticed several Links coming after them, Link uses his portal gun to create portals with monsters and obstacles in them. After knowing reinforcements are coming Link opened a portal for him and Lincoln to go through.

Butt world

First they ended up in butt world, Lincoln couldn't take a deep breathe knowing the area he's in has a pretty bad smell, he stopped knowing a portal opened up as Links continues to capture them, Link grab Lincoln by his wrist and takes him to another portal.

Pizza dimension

A sentient pizza dials on a phone.

Pizza: "Hi I'd like one large person with extra people please?"

A portal opens up right beside him as Link and Lincoln went through followed by a bunch of Links, and they disappeared to another portal.

The Loud house: Movie dimension.

As Lincoln battles Morag on a dragon, a portal opens up right behind him as Link got through he sees the movie Lincoln and grabbed him by the back of his collar.

Movie Lincoln: "Ahh who are you..?"

Link: "Someone you'll never meet due to your timeline"

Link then threw him to Morag causing both of them to fall for their death, right after they fall, Lincoln(L-01) then went out of the portal.

Lincoln: "Did I just heard me screaming?"

Link: "You pretty much did a battle on a dragon in this timeline, and probably you died here also"

Lincoln: "Wow, good thing I'm not that guy"

Link opened another portal, for the both of them to go through.

Chair dimension

Chair: "Hi I'd like one large phones with extra phones please"

A portal opens up, Link and Lincoln went through catching their breathe.

Link: "I think we lost them come on Lincoln"

Link and Lincoln walked out of the house into a town with chair people.

Lincoln: "Hey Link? Is it true what you said? you wouldn't kill other people would you?"

Link: "Lincoln I'd kill them if they messed with me, now come on we gotta find a way to clear our names"

Link and Lincoln decided to lay low in a restaurant, also ordering phone foods.

As Link started examining his portal gun, he couldn't help but see Lincoln smirking at him.

Link: "What is it?"

Lincoln: "Oh nothing, just seeing those other timelines of you and me I guess we have a closer connection after all, I mean I didn't think we would be good together at first but now, I think I see something about you and me"

Link: "Oh yeah, that's correct Lincoln, after all you are a camouflage"

Link then continues to examine his portal gun, Lincolns smirk turned into a confused look.

Lincoln: "What..?"

Link: "It's pretty straight forward"

Link puts out a piece of paper and a pen and started drawing waves.

Link: "You see… Link's are pretty smart and all, which makes them really traceable due to the smart waves they put out"

Lincoln: "Okay…, so how do they remove those waves?"

Link: "Personality waves aren't really easy to deal with so you need a diversion wave, and with that the uh… Lincoln waves are pretty great for it"

Lincoln is only flabbergasted now knowing the main reason why he's the one invited on adventures. Lincoln asked again to make sure.

Lincoln: "Is that because our personalities are so different?"

Link: "Yeah it's what every Link uses in the multiverse, you know how bad we are"

Lincoln was about to say something when he heard the voice of other Links he turned around to make sure and saw a couple of armed Links asking the waiter. Lincoln whispered to Link notifying him about the situation.

Link: "Aw crap, alright let's bail"

The Links turned to see Link and Lincoln clothes on human chairs, they turned it around knowing the people are gone, they looked outside to see Link and Lincoln in their underwear hoping on a police ship as they flew away.

At The Loud House

Link's from the citadel came to the Loud House along with their Lincolns to guard it.

Rita: "Wow… uh… Link? Is this all necessary?"

Cop Link: "Sorry *Burps* Rita we're just doing our job, I'd hate it if a couple of look alikes came to my place"

Lynn Sr: "So… how long are you guys staying?"

Cop Link: "Until we find your Link"

Lynn Sr: "Well, in that case maybe you'd enjoy some pancakes while your here" *Puts out a tray of pancakes*

All the Links rushed in to get the pancakes in the process of knocking Lynn Sr. out.

Lynn Sr: "Ow"

Meanwhile upstairs the loud sisters only stare at the Lincolns who attempt to fit in Lincoln's room.

Lincoln #1: "Get out of here I was here first"

Lincoln #2: "Nuh uh I got dibs on the bed"

All the Lincolns then started beating themselves up.

Luna: "Should we do something about this?"

Lynn Jr: "Nah, let's just enjoy it, I bet my money on that Lincoln to win cause he's got alot of scars"*Points at a Lincoln with scars*

Lisa: "Well, obviously the one who is playing it smart has a 95,68% of winning this" *Points at a Lincoln with a slightly bigger head*

Lana: "Impossible, that guys head is too huge the one with the lizard tail is definitely gonna win"*Points at a Lincoln fused with a lizard"

The loud sisters then started betting their money hoping for the Lincoln they choose might win.

Scene change

Link and Lincoln still in the ship now having the same clothes they bought from a random store, are now making chase to the bad Link.

Link: "Well lucky us we're able to find the same clothes back there huh bud"

Lincoln didn't say anything as he kept looking out into the window.

Link: "So, after all that chasing I realized my portal gun acted weirdly, obviously someone hacked it whoever this guy is sure is a dangerous Link, I mean I am a Link but this guy just crossed the line"

Lincoln still didn't respond. Link couldn't take it anymore as he angrily asked.

Link: "Alright that's it just tell me what's wrong, you don't have to make me feel bad all the time"

Lincoln finally spoke.

Lincoln: "Well that's exactly what you should be feeling right now"

Link: "Oh pretty funny Lincoln, I guess you haven't recovered from the truth, and you know what? the truth hurts, as much as it hurts you or anything just live by it and eventually it won't be much of a big deal"

Lincoln: "Its not that simple Link! I-"

Link: "Whoa Lincoln stop"

Lincoln: "Oh there he goes again, not listening to a word I said"

Link: "No, look!"*Link points to the front*

Lincoln, looked at his front seeing alot of humans, no… Lincolns naked in pain covering a big dome, Lincoln is in complete shock seeing himself getting tortured.

Lincoln(To Link): "W-who would do such a thing?"

Link: "One Lincoln is enough to hide from the bureaucrats, but when you place alot of them in agonizing pain that creates a pattern that can even hide from other Links"

Link landed the ship, the duo came out and went into the building, they started exploring for a couple of minutes but found nothing.

Link: "Wow this Link is trickier than I thought, well I'm out of patience Lincoln come here and help me blow this place up"

Lincoln: "I'm not helping you Link"

Link: "Lincoln if this is still about how Lincolns are treated, then so help me stop thinking about it, yo-you're making it like it's a pretty huge deal"

Lincoln: "THATS BECAUSE IT IS LINK, LINCOLNS ARE HUMAN LINK WE'RE MORE THAN JUST A HUMAN SHIELD"

Link: "You know what Lincoln you're right, you are more than that, you're our impenetrable human armor, live with it and SHUT UP!"

Links yell can be heard in the entire building as the duo got ambushed by lobster aliens, they tried to escape but couldn't move, a Link with an eye patch small clapping, along with his Lincoln also with an eye patch confronts them.

Evil Link: "Well well well look what do we have here"

Link: *Realizes*"Crap this was a trap I should've known if it weren't for you Lincoln"

Lincoln: "Why are you blaming me?"

Evil Link: "Alright that's enough you two,*to Evil Lincoln* Lincoln take take the Lincoln to the cell"

Evil Link takes Link away as Evil Lincoln takes Lincoln away in opposite directions, the Lincoln's walked for a while, Lincoln was really glad he got separated from Link , but from some reason he felt bad and wanted to help him "NO" He said to himself, Link treated him like he was nothing, even after everything they've been through, but Lincoln stll had a small feeling he wan ted to help him.

Evil Lincoln: "We're here!"

Lincoln snapped out of his thoughts as he and his evil self are now in front of a door, Lincoln knew what's gonna happen next so he tries to talk some sense into his evil self.

Lincoln: "Hey man is this really necessary? You know Links treat us as human shields, and so maybe I don't know maybe we could do something to rebel against your Link and we'll free all the other Lincolns outside how does that sound?"

Evil Lincoln:*Trying to unlock the door* "I would if I have the opportunity but it's just to risky, Lincolns can't stand a chance against Links"*Finally unlock the door*

Evil Lincoln pushes Lincoln inside, Lincoln turns back right away and escapes but the door closed right before he could make it. Lincoln turned around to see what's happening as it turns out he's not the only one, but many other Lincolns trapped, hungry, dirty.

Lincoln: "Well I'm screwed"

Meanwhile, Link is strapped into a chair with a helmet, as Evil Link prepares something.

Link: "Hey, man, uh… look I know why you wanna do this you wanna team up with me to destroy the council, and uh… I get that but I don't need you"

Evil Link: "Well I would, but what's the point in doing so while teaming up with you"

Link: "Oh la di da, you wouldn't outsmart me to do something for you , you know?"

Evil Link: "Oh I know you alright, you're one of the Linkest Links out there, but I'm not here for you"

Evil Link pushes a button activating something in Links hat.

Scene change

Lincoln(Banging on the door): "HELP HELP HEEELP!"

Lincoln tried his best to see if he can do something but nothing, Lincoln felt like his shoulder being touched, he turned around to see other Lincolns bald with robes and some kind of marking on their forehead, the Lincoln in front spoke.

Religous Lincoln: "There is no need for panic my child"

Lincoln: "I can't just do nothing, I mean there's gotta be something to do right?"

Religious Lincoln: "Do not worry my child, one day the one true Lincoln will bless us all and will be freed to his hands at last"

All the Religous Lincolns: "Praise the one true Lincoln"

One of them gave Lincoln a little book with a story of how the Lincolns made their own religion.

Lincoln: "Has anyone ever tried doing something around here"

Religious Lincoln: "Nobody has ever tried most of us have put our faith on the one true Lincoln, hoping one day we died as we are brought to a very sacred place"

Lincoln: "Are you serious? you're just accepting what's coming to you?"

Religious Lincoln: "Indeed my child that is why we mus-"

Lincoln: "Can you stop calling me my child w-we're the same age!"

Lincoln sighed as he looked at the other Lincolns, Lincoln spoke to himself.

Lincoln: "Is this how Lincolns are? Lazy, dumb, no creativity whatsoever I mean we're the man with a plan are we? Why are we like this? Is this why Link did this to me cause he thinks I'm as bad as the other Lincolns her, NO!"

Lincoln marched right into the center of the room, preparing for a speech. The Lincoln all gathered to hear what he has to say.

Lincoln: "Attention Lincolns, I am Lincoln Loud from earth dimension L-01! I understand that you're scared cause I'm scared to, but that doesn't mean we should accept our fate. We're Lincolns we don't give up, we always have a plan, a way to escape, a way to get away from things we don't accept. The Links may see us as a camouflage and that doesn't matter, what matters now is that we Lincolns have our will to become who we are"

Random Lincoln 1: "H-he's right, I-I always wanted to be a cartoonist"

Random Lincoln 2: "I wanna be a magician"

Hammer Lincoln: "I'm more than just a hammer"

Religious Lincoln (Points at Lincoln): "HE IS THE ONE TRUE LINCOLN"

All the Lincolns cheered as they lift up the one true Lincoln. A lobster alien came through to check, the Lincolns looked at him and every single one rushed out killing the lobster alien in the progress.

Scene change

Turns out Evil Link recorded Link's memories, as Link watched in anger Evil Link watches all of the memories.

Evil Link: "Wow Link, it seems you had a blast in your life haven't ya, well too bad it'll all go away soon"

Link only stares at him in anger, but his face change once he sees his memories of Lincoln, most of the clips seem like torturing him, but some are actually good times, there even is one when he carried Lincoln in his arms as a baby, Link started to tear up.

Evil Link: "Are you crying over a Lincoln!?"

Link stopped crying trying to cover it up.

Link: "What? NO, I'm just allergic to dumbasses"

Evil Link: "Pathetic, we all know one thing about Lincoln, and is that we don't care about Lincolns"

Right after he said that, the door broke open revealing alot of Lincolns preparing to attack. Evil Link is shocked by this but he accepts his fate.

Evil Link(Being killed): "Come on you little bastards, KILL ME! DO IT! DO IT!

Link sees his Lincoln and calls him, Lincoln turned to see him strapped into a chair, Links offered to free him, Lincoln hesitates for a moment until he made a decision.

Lincoln: "You're lucky I'm not a Link"

Lincoln proceeds to free him, Link gets up and heads to the controls to free the Lincolns covering the area, then contacting the other Links.

Link: "Hey, what do me and O.J. not have in common?"

Cop Link: "Huh? W-who is this?"

Link: "I found the real killer b*itch, get your asses over here right now!"

Scene change

The Links in the Loud House pack their things preparing to leave. However their Lincolns are no longer fighting, only to be in each of the siblings room. Each of the sisters are having fun with a Lincoln, but unfortunately the Lincolns have to leave, Leni had an emotional goodbye with her Lincoln.

Girly Lincoln: "Well Leni I guess this is goodbye"

Leni(Starting to tear up): "WHAT NO WAY, we still have alot to do, you haven't even met my friends or even-"

The Girly Lincoln put her finger on Leni's mouth, he looked up to her and hug her, Leni hugged back. Outside the loud family said their goodbyes as the Links and Lincolns left through their portals.

Lucy: "For once I felt peace"

Lynn Jr: "I gotta admit that guy is one tough sparring partner"

Scene change

Link and Lincoln are now back at the citadel, the Lincolns are being sent to their own dimensions.

Link IV: "-And in honor of our pardon, we give you this voucher for a free replacement Lincoln"

Link looked at Lincoln with an intimidated face, Link snatched the voucher from them and left right away with Lincoln. As soon as they were outside Link threw away the voucher.

Lincoln: "So are you gonna say anything?"

Link: "Say what?"

Lincoln: "You know, how a little cloaking device saved your ass and all"

Link: "Just shut up Lincoln"

Lincoln got a little upset because of this.

Lincoln: "Oh come one, Link! I've just saved your life aren't we doing anything together like some happy confession"

Link: "The only confession I know is that I'm the Linkest Link there is, and also it goes without saying that the Linkest Link would have the Lincolnest Lincoln"

Lincoln: "It goes without saying?"

Link: "Did you hear me say it?"

Lincoln understood as he smiled at him.

Link: "Don't get to into it! A cocky Lincoln who knows too much, would lead to some bad stuff"

Lincoln: "What kind?"

Link: "I-I'll explain when your older"

The duo proceed to a portal as they went home.

Scene change

Back at Evil Link's base a few Links are investigating the area.

Link 1: "So, what do you think happens now?"

Link 2: "Dunno we gotta do this quick, I don't think my bladder can take al this investigating"

Link 3: "Guys, I've just found something inside that Evil dudes body"

Link 3 showed a device with a blinking light.

Link 2: "I've seen this technology before"

Link 1: "Me too, a controlling device, which might mean that Link was never alive only controlled"

Link 3: "Well if the device is still on, the killer must be still alive"

Link 1: "But who?"

Scene change

The eye patched Lincoln who walk among the other Lincolns looked back, taking off his eyepatch, and destroying the device that was hidden inside. He got rid of all the evidence as he continued to walk away plotting a plan, after all he is "The man with a plan".
