Sup guys? Lighting Wolf here, back with another story, this one about Kill La Kill. Enjoy the 800-word chapter. I don't own KLK, Trigger and a few others do.
Gaete hummed and cracked his neck. He knew for a fact that something was off. Then again? Things had been off in the world for a while.
"Ugh… What was I thinking about?" Gaete asked himself while he cracked his neck and let out a yawn. "I'm thinking my brain is breaking down." Gaete muttered to himself while leaning on the table.
Gaete was one of the few people in the world who seemed to have his thoughts not focused on something. Gaete also knew for a fact that there were people watching him.
"I cannot believe I'm so tired. I shouldn't have stayed up more to complete that quest on my game." The 19-year-old teen stated. Gaete got up and started to walk away from the counter where he had made himself breakfast.
Was playing video games lazy and something that made him feel like a lazy man-child? Yes, but it was something he did when he wasn't busy working on helping people with tech questions.
Gaete hummed while putting a bowl in the sink. He grunted and rubbed at the orange T-Shirt which felt more like a second skin then anything. Gaete tapped his fingers on the stone counter while leaning on it. His faded black jeans clung to his lower half like an animal pelt.
Gaete knew for a fact that he was starting to get backed up when it came to making computers. His order book was filled to the brim which made the teenager wonder why he didn't hire anyone to help him.
"I'm going to have my head burn down." Gaete muttered to himself while rubbing at his temples. He looked at a half-disassembled computer which laid on the coffee table in 2 pieces.
"I cannot believe there's an idiot who ended up pouring coffee in the computer." Gaete stated while he cracked his neck. "And they ruined the damn hard drive. Why do some people seem to think that computers are like toys?" Gaete questioned before sitting down to start messing with the computer.
While Gaete would identify himself as probably one of the biggest nerds in the galaxy? He would do so knowing that he was someone who could look at a computer, figure out every upgrade it would need to be a masterpiece. Then mentally jot down every piece in his mind.
"People think I'm crazy for trying to fix up computers when it comes down to it." Gaete muttered to himself while cracking his fingers. "And the fact that I talk to myself to help myself focus. But no, they have to whine and all that." Gaete whispered while picking up 2 components of the computer.
He started to mess with them, slowly putting the computer back together piece by piece. Gaete knew for a fact that he'd also have to deal with the cost of the parts.
Still? That meant he was billing them for the parts as well. Gaete started to slowly get the computer parts all put neatly into a pile. He wanted to work out what he had to replace, what he could fix back up, and what was disposable.
"Seriously, how the hell do you get mud under the damned CPU?" Gaete questioned himself while he rolled his eyes. "No, I shouldn't ask that. It just means I'm going to have to shell out another 20 dollars to get the replacement part." Gaete stated and ran his fingers across one of the computer components in question.
Gaete sighed and got up to get himself some soda. He'd have to mess around with fixing up the computer anywhere. Gaete knew for a fact that he'd be barely getting any sleep tonight.
"Ugh, my brain is killing me." Gaete said and grunted while walking to the fridge. He hummed and opened the fridge to look for the soda. "Where the hell is the soda?" Gaete muttered to himself while slowly moving through the items.
"Ugh…" Gaete said before something fell out of the computer. He looked at the piece with confusion while it glowed. "What the hell?" Gaete muttered while he rolled his eyes and sighed.
Gaete slowly walked over towards the computer in question before something exploded. Gaete was thrown to the ground and blinked.

Phew, first chapter done! I want to point out that Gaete is going to meet the main characters but not before I set up the villain and such. Next chapter will end up being in a few weeks to a month and will show Gaete receiving a power up as you will. Until then, Lighting Wolf out!
