Last time on tales of Tamers Xilla: With Kokoro reveal as the Summer Maiden, the Tamers head to the summer vault. Lupe reveals that the summer vault was locate in the original school in Wolf canyon. But before they could enter a horde of Grimm came to ambush the Tamers. Takato, Rika, Ludger, Lupe and Kokoro enter the school while the others deal with the Grimm. Afterward Daniel, Mercury and Emerald appear, and a battle broke out. But in the end Hiro and the others defeat them as they soon ran after. Inside the vault, Takato group found the relic but ran into Cinder, Sinclair and Neo. The fight was Brutal but thanks to their will and the aid from the sword of destruction they were able to drive them away. Now they only have one relic left to find, their location the ruins of Vale.

Normal Pov: Salem Lair: Salem sat on her throne as she looks down at Cinder and the group who just return from Vacuo. They all have their head down in shame." Salem taps her finger on the arm rest of her throne. "So, you have failed to obtain the sword of Destruction and the Summer Maiden?" She ask. "Yes, my lady." Cinder said sadly. "Raise your head my dear, I had a feeling this would happen." Salem said. Cinder blinks in shock as she looks at the Grimm queen. "You knew we would fail?" Cinder ask as Salem got off of her throne and w2alk to them with a smile on her face. "Indeed, I did, The Tamers have become stronger, and so must we." She said. "My new soldiers will require more time before they are ready." Grimmon said. "Until then, we will procced to obtaining the final relic." Salem said. "Were going for the fall relic? But we can't get to the vault because of that gate." Emerald said. "Yes, a chrome digizoid gate is unbreakable without the key to open it." Grimmon said as he taps his gun hand on his chin. "No need to be concern about that. If the Tamers are heading to Vale, Ozpin will likely have the key with him." Salem said.

"Then what are our orders?" Cinder ask. "Cinder, I like only for you to go to Vale, Angela and her team are already there. Follow her orders." Salem said as Cinder bow. "At once my lady." Cinder said as she and the other left the room. "Hey Cinder, where Neo?" Emerald ask. "Yeah, the mute wasn't with us when we came back." Mercury. Cinder smirk. "She still in Vacuo, she told me she was going to settle a personal matter." She said. Takato Pov: it been about two days since we gotten the sword. When I use it the amount of power it releases, If Salem get her hands on it there no telling what could happen. I look at the sword as it rests in a large case. I sigh as I close it and hand it to Ludger. He, Elle, Hikari, Yui, Alvin, Leia, Presa, Agria, Gankoomon, the Sistermon trio, Cfvy and Sssn were going back to Spyros to lock up the sword in the vault we made under Spiritius. "Ok that should do it." I said. "You sure it a good idea to split up?" Ludger ask. I nod. "I do, it better we get the sword lock up as soon as possible. The guys at Helioborg Study the other relics, they learn the relics give off a certain energy signature that draw the Grimm to them. This case should be able to block it, or at least that what Balan told me." I said.

"Agreed, this will also be a diversion to keep it safe while we travel to Vale." Ozpin said. "But were going to stop at Patch first, Ruby and Yang want to check on their dad." I said. "Ok I wish you guys the best of luck, and don't worry Hikari will be safe with us." Ludger said. "Thanks, I'm grateful." I said. Once we said goodbye to them, our ship begins to sail. "Well goodbye to Vacuo." Sun said as he lean on the railing. "You sure you want to leave your team?" Blake ask. "It cool, that sword gonna need a lot of people to keep it safe. Plus, I get to hang with my favorite cat." He said with a smile. That cause the cat Faunus to blush. "Right, I'm gonna get something to eat, you coming?" She ask. "Sure, lead the way." He said as they walk away. "You think they will ever just say that they like each other?" Ruby ask with a grin. "No clue, hey you seen Rika anywhere?" I ask. "I think I saw her at the front of the ship." She said. "Thanks." I said. I head to the front of the ship to find Rika talking to Renamon. Rika saw me and Guilmon coming. "Renamon." She said. The fox nods as she vanishes.

"You, ok?" I ask. Rika sigh. "I'm just worry Goggle head." She said as she turns to look at the water. "You mean about Hikari, Ludger assure me she'll be ok." I said. "She almost Died Takato!" She screams at me. She looks at me with tears in her eyes. "That fucking bitch Cinder try to kill her just to get at me." She said as she sobs. I pull her close as she cries into my shoulder. "Tell me am I really this week that I can't even protect our daughter?" She ask me. I move Rika to look her in the eye. "no, you're not, Rika your one of the strongest people I know. And in your heart, you know it too. We will make Cinder pay for what she tries to do I promise." I said. She wipes her tears. "Me too, next time she is going down." She said. "That my girl, come on let find the others." I said as we head into the ship. As we walk the hallway Guilmon start to growl. "What is it boy?" I ask. "Trouble." He said as someone round the corner. It was Elize. She looks at us and smile as she came over. "It just Elize, wait where are Teepo and Lunamon?" Rika ask. She right, they are always at Elize side. As Elize got close she took out a pink parasol. "Shit!" I shout as she stabs it at me.

Rika quickly kicks at her as Elize flip back Then in a wave of pink she changes to Neo. Neo simply wave at us and then ran off. "Her again!" Rika shout. "So that explains where she ran off, Rika find Elize and meet me on the deck with the others." I said as she nods and we split up. Once I got everyone on deck, we see Rika running with Elize, Teepo and Lunamon. I went over to Elize. "Are you ok?" I ask. "I'm fine, I was leaving the bathroom when someone grab me." She said. "They lock us in the closet." Teepo said. "Who?' Ikuno ask. "Neo, she on the ship, she just tries to attack me and Takato." Rika said. "She then ran off; chances are she already replaces one of us." I said as we all look at each other. "And with her semblance, we can't tell who she is." Weiss said. I look to Sven. "You said you have a history right, then you should know Neo best, any ideas?" I ask. "Her semblance only let her conceal herself and objects and only at one thing at a time. What more when she disguise herself as someone she can't speak." He said. "That narrow our choices then. There are only a few of us that hardly speak unless needed." Blake said.

"Our most likely subjects would be Erika and Alice." I said as we look at the took. "It can't be me; I was with Keisuke the whole time as we were working on our scrolls." Erika said. "Yeah, not to mention Sven can vouch for her." Keisuke said. "They speak the truth the three of us were in the mess hall." Sven said. "What about Alice then?" Ask Kirito. "She is Alice, I was at her side the entire time." Dobermon said. "Correct, we were on the deck with Ryo." She said. I saw Ryo nod to us. "They were." He said. "This will be harder than we thought." Hiro said. I look over to notice that Rina was staring at me oddly. "Your oddly quiet Rina." I said as she just shrugs her shoulders. "Also, where Veemon?" I ask with a smirk. She smirk as her eyes turn pink and brown and she pull out the parasol and strike at Ruby. Lucky the red reaper block in time as she pushes Neo back. Neo turn back to normal. "I have to say I didn't think she who pretend to be the loudmouth." Said Zoey. "Neo why are you here?" Sven ask as he and I step next to Ruby. She took out her scroll and type on it. "To make little red and goggles pay for what they did to me, don't get in my way Sven please." She said. "I'm sorry, but I can't let you do this." He said as he pulls out his halberd. "I'm sorry too." She said as she raises her weapon and charge at us.

Tamers vs Neo

When she got close, she jabs her parasol at me, as I quickly block it with my sword. "Tail whip!" I shout as I spun to push her back. A shot went pas her head as she saw Ruby aiming at her. The red hood girl kept firing at her as Neo does several back flips to dodge them. Sven jumped and swung his halberd at her as Neo jump onto the blade. She gave him a wink and kick him in the face. "Shakkaho!" I shout as shot her with the kido as she shatters into glass. Shit that trick again. I focus on her mana. "Ruby on your right!" I shout as she blocks Neo strike in time. Ruby then slashes at Neo feet as Neo jump back to dodge the scythe. But then one of Sven chains wrap around her leg as she was lifted into the air and was slam into the ground. She pulls a blade out of her parasol and stab the chain to break it. I use this to slash at her as she blocks it. "Give it up you can't win." I said. She looks at me with a look of pure rage and started to push me back. But then Sven came up behind her as he chops her on the back of the neck. She stumbles as she looks at him. "I'm sorry." He said as she fell unconscious. Sven caught her before she hit the ground.

"Glad that over." Jerico said relieve. "Yeah, but can anyone explain why little miss sundae was here?" Yang ask. "I agreed with Yang on this, surely attacking Ludger group would have gotten a chance to get the sword." Blackgatomon said. "She wasn't after the sword." Sven said as he lay Neo on the ground. "What do you mean?" Asuna ask. "She wanted revenge; she directly attacks Takato Ruby." He said. "But why them?" Fanbeemon ask. "We'll know when we question her, Yang and Blake take Neo somewhere and watch her until she wakes up. Elize go with them and place a binding arte on her. Everyone else search the ship for Rina and Veemon." I said. As they went to get to work, I turn to Sven. "I need to know everything about Neo." I said in a serious tone. He sighs and pick up Neo Scroll. "It like I told Team Jnpr, After I left the white fang, I needed a way to get by so, I travel to Vale. Because of my past, let say getting a decent job was impossible." He said. He walks to the ship railing. "So, I look to a bar in Vale that offer work for people with my background." He said.

"It was there that I met Neo, we work on several jobs togethers. She was a great company; we grew quite close with each other." He said as he looks away. "You love her, don't you?" I ask. He nod. "Yes, but then her uncle, Roman Torchwick call her in a\for a big job. That turn out to be the fall of Vale. Takato, she is in pain because of Roman death I need to help her." He said. My scroll buzz as I look at it. "Here your chance, she awake let go." I said as we head inside the ship. We went to the storeroom, inside we found Neo tie to a chair by Elize arte. I saw Erika, Yang and Blake were here. "Anything on Rina and Veemon?" I ask. "We found them, Neo lure them to the cargo hold with melon bread of all things." Erika said with a dead pan tone. "Greeney always thing with her stomach." Yang said with a smirk. I look at Neo who was glaring at me since I came into the room. I walk to her. "I have questions for you, I'm going to free you and Sven going to give you your scroll. So you better talk and don't try anything." I said as she nods. I broke the arte as Sven gave her the scroll. She type on it.

"What do you want to know?" She ask. "Why are you hell bent on killing me and Ruby?" I ask. She glare and type. "I lost my parents when I was a kid, I was taken in by my dad brother. He taught me how to survive, he may have been a crook, but he was my only family, and you and little red took him from me! You killed him!" She shout. "What are you talking about?" Yang ask. "She thinks we killed Roman during the fall, but he was kill by a Grimm." I said. Neo got to her feet and got in my face. "LIES!" Cinder told me it was you two!" She shout. "She a lying bitch who will trick people into doing what she wants!" I shout back. Erika step between us. "I can show you the truth of really happen." She said as her hands glow blue and she touch my shoulder. I felt a tingle as she let go. Erika then touches Neo as the ice cream girl start to shake. She then fell to her knees as she cries. She then started to punch the ground in frustration. "Neo." Sven said as he kneels to her. Neo pick up her scroll. "I'm such a fool, that fucking bitch use me to hurt you Sven I'm so sorry." She said.

He pulls her into a hug. "Don't, I should have been there for you Neo when he died." He said. Neo got up and look at me. 'Look, I know you don't trust me, and you have every reason not to. But I want to get even with Cinder. Let me fight with you." She said. I look to the others. Erika, Sven and Blake nod while Yang cross her arms. But she then sighs. "Fine, but she owns me a rematch for the train." She said. "Ok Neo, Sven trust you and the rest of us are willing to give it a try. But there are going to be some rules you will have to follow." I said. She nods. "1st, you have to remain in Sven sight at all times, but I bet you wouldn't mind that. 2nd, give us any info on Cinder or her boss Salem. And lastly, you can't hurt anyone, and you have to say sorry to Elize and Rina." I said as she nods. She then looks at Sven and gesture him to come closer. "Yes?" He ask. Neo grab his cheeks to pull him into a kiss. His eyes widen as he fell back in shock. "Damn didn't see that one coming." Yang said with a laugh. "I never seem Sven lose his cool before." Blake said as she giggles.

"Are you sure this is the right call Takato?" Erika ask. "I'm sure it will, most of my gamble's does, now if you excuse me, I need to break this to the others." I said as I walk out of the room. Man, talk about mess, wonder how everyone going to react to this.

Asuna: After our run in with Neo, we finally made to Ruby and Yang home of Patch. But we then ran into some unexpected trouble with someone from the past. Next time on Tales of Tamers Xilla: Chapter 86; Unexpected reunion. Oh, my this is gonna be trouble.
