86. Unexpected reunion

Hello and welcome to the next chapter of Tales of Tamers Xilla! Today the gang return to Patch and will meet someone surprising. So let get to the chapter. Last time on Tales of Tamers Xilla the gang was spilt up, one ground is taking the sword back to Spyros while the other head to Patch to rest before they go to Vale. Rika was feeling upset by Cinder attempted to Kill Hikari as Takato was able to help her snap out of it. When they went to meet the others they were attack by Neo posing as Elize. They force her back as they gather everyone on deck to figure out who Neo is hinding as now. They were able to discover her and defat her in battle. Afterward they question as She blame Takato and Ruby for the death of her Uncle Roman Torchwick. But thanks to Erika semblance Neo learn the truth and ask to join the Tamers to get revenge on Cinder tricking her. With their new allied the Tamers arrive on the Island of Patch.

Chapter 86

Unexpected reunion

Normal Pov: Salem Lair: Grimmon was seen walking into a large room with several figures waiting for him. The 1st his most loyal servant Parallelmon, the 2nd was the Digimon in charge of the Mountain Glenn operation Myotismon. To the right of the vampire was a black fur ram man with blue chest armor and yellow eyes. He is Mephistomon. Piedmon was here tossing one of his swords in his hand. Lastly there was a giant black jester like rabbit creature in the corner he has a green line going down the middle of his body with yellow eyes. He is Kerpymon. These five are the generals of Grimmon army. "Look like were all her except Dominimon who is overseeing our plans in Spyros." Grimmon said. "Yes, my lord." Parallelmon said with a bow. "Kiss up." Mephistomon said getting a laugh from Myotismon. "Any news on the Chrono core?" Grimmon ask. "Nothing new to report, the target continue to evade us." Myotismon said as he crosses his arms. "I thought with the world bing made whole finding it would be easier." Kerpymon said.

"We should focus on finishing off the Digi Destined." Piedmon said as he touches the scar on his chest. "Four you all to fall again, if I recall each of you fell to the humans." Parallelmon said as the four glare at him. "You got something to say mutant?" Myotismon ask as he got ready to use a crimson lighting attack. Grimmon then spoke up. "Enough! He speaks the truth Myotismon, you and Piedmon were slay by the original 8 while Kerpymon was destroy by the legendary warrior, who children now partner with the Tamers. And Mephistomon fell to the same group of humans we face now. I brought you all back hoping you would learn from the mistake of underestimating them." Grimmon said. "Then what are we supposed to do about them then?" Piedmon ask. "We must take careful steps with the Tamers." Grimmon said. He turns to Parallelmon. "Where are they now?" He ask. "They just arrive at the island of Patch master." Parallelmon said. 'I see, I already sent several of my soldiers and 2 of the 12 to aid in vale. We'll let them handle the Tamers for now. The rest of you get back to finding my core." He said.

They nod and leave the room leaving Grimmon alone. "Nothing will get in my way, not even you Chronomon." He said. Takato Pov: It been a few days since our encounter with Neo, thanks to Sven and Erika, we got her on our side. The others weren't too keen on the idea, but I assure them that Sven will keep his eye on her. We soon reach the island of Patch and are currently heading down the road to Ruby and Yang house. "Ah it so good to be home!" Ruby shout happily as she skips down the path. "Yep, wonder how dad and Zwei are doing since we been gone?" Yang ask. "Wonder if he built that pool like he said?" Bearmon ask. "We'll know when we get there." Hiro said. "Oh, I hope so Darlin, it been such a long time since I have a decent swim." Zoey said. "It also a nice place to rest before we head to Vale." Ren said. "Agreed." Sven said as Neo hang off of him arm. "It reminds of the forest of floor 22 where we use to have our house back in SAO." Asuna said. "Maybe we should build a house out here?" Kirito ask. "Well, there are plenty of open spaces on the Island, you just need to talk to the mayor about getting one." Qrow said.

"Sweet." Syakomon said as she floats next to Asuna. We soon came to Tai Yang home as the blonde man was tending to his garden. He soon saw us. But soon a black blur clash into Blake and knock her down. It was Zwei as he was licking her face like mad. "Gah get him, get him off!" She shout. "Zwei!" Ruby shout as she picks up the corgi. Tai Yang chuckles. "Look like I'm not the only one who misses you." He said. "Hey Tai, how are things?" Qrow ask. "Pretty good, we got the pool all set up wanna see." Tai said. "Wait we, there someone else here?" Ruby ask. "Yeah, and you won't believe who." He said as he led us to the back yard. There we saw a large pool with someone swimming in it. They got out to reveal their selves to be a woman with long black hair and red eyes wearing a red two-piece swimsuit. "Mom!" Yang shout in shout. "That your mom?" Penny ask. "Raven what the hell are you doing here?" Qrow ask as he reach for him sword. Raven smirk and cross her arms. "What can't I come and visit family?" She ask. Raven sigh. "Tai I'm going to get dress; can you handle this." She said as she went into the house. "Tai Yang why is she here?" Jaune ask.

"Listen kids Raven was in shambles when she shows up a while back and needed a place to stay." Tai said. "Of course, she does, did she tell you how she kidnapped me and my friends?" Weiss ask. "Or how she tries to kill us at Haven?" Nora ask. "She did, she even told me about this Salem woman and about the Maidens and the relics." He said as he then turns to Yang. "But more importantly that she regrated all the bad choices that she made. Yang, she want to be a part of our lives again." He said. Yang turns away. "Well, I don't want anything to do with her." She said as she and Bearmon walk away. "I'll go talk with her." Rika said as she follows her sister. "Well tai there a lot to fill you in on." Qrow said. "That there is." I said. Rika Pov: By the time I found them, I saw Yang was angerly punching at a tree. "How long has she been at it?" I ask Bearmon as he sat under a tree. "Since we left the house, I never seen her this work up before." He said worry about her. He not the only one.

I walk over to my sister. "You, ok?" I ask. "I'm just peachy." She said as she kept punching. "Look, I know it not easy seeing your mom after what happen." I said. She turns to look at me. "Really, let see she kidnapped our friends and try to kill us! Were better off without her." She said. "But she your mom." I said. "She let us she left ME!" She screams as she punches the tre so hard it broke in two and clash against the ground. I saw she was crying. "I just wanted to know why, now that I do, it is tearing me apart. She doesn't care about me!" She shout as I slap her across the face. "If she didn't care then she wouldn't have come back to your dad!" I shout at her. I then took a deep breath. "And be happy you still have your mom." I said. She looks shock by my words. "Rika I'm." I cut her off. "It fine look, Raven wants to be here. You should go talk to her and see how she feels." I said as I turn to walk back to the house. When I got back I was Ruby was playing with Zwei. She looks up at me. "How Yang?" She ask. "She need some time alone to think. Where everyone else?" I ask.

"Everyone except me, Weiss, Koga and Takato left to explore the town." She said. "Did they fill Tai and Raven in?" I ask. "Yep, I saw Raven out front." She said. I nod and head to the front of the house. I saw Raven in her normal outfit sitting on the front porch. She looks at me and Renamon. "Renamon go, I'll be fine." I said. "Alright." Renamon said as she disappears. Raven chuckles. "Sending away your pet, not worry about being alone with me?" She ask. I cross my arms and glare at her. "No, it better we talk alone. I'll cut to the chase, I spoke to Yang, she believes you abandon her, and she upset because of it." I said. Raven look away with an expression of sadness. "Why do you care, your Summer child with another man, you have no blood tie to Yang." She said. "Blood tie or not, Yang is still my sister, and I don't turn my back on my family. Yang needs you." I said. "I don't deserve to be her mother. I left her when she was a child to fulfill my duty to my tribe. But it was a mistake, I did it because I was scared. That being with her, and Tai would make me weak." She said.

"So, I watch her from a distance, but I ended up missing most of her life." She said as she tries to keep it together. "It what she said at Haven when everything starts clashing down around me. It was then I knew I needed to make things right." She said. 'Then tell her what she means to you. I'm sure she will understand." I said as she looks at me shock. She then smirks. "You sure seem to know a lot of about being a mother?" She ask. I smirk back. "If you been wat6ching me, then you should know by now that Takato and I have a daughter after all." I said. "Yes, that little white hair girl." She said as she turns serious. "Be there for her no matter what." She said. "I will, now there some other matter we need to talk about. My friends Kokoro and Penny are the Summer and Winter Maidens, we need you to show them how to use their power properly. Me too for when I kill Cinder." I said. She let out a whistle. "So, you paln to become the Fall Maiden?" She ask. I nod. "Yes, I have since the Fall of Vale, will you teach us?" I ask. She closed her eyes and lean back in her chair.

"I will have to see what you three have 1st." She said. "Good one more thing, I need to know what really happen to the last Spring Maiden. When you spoke of her in Haven, I could tell there was sadness in your voice." I said. Raven sigh and pull of an old photo. It should her, Vernal and a girl with short green hair wearing a green shirt and white shorts. She has a pair of cat like ears on her head. "Her name was Flora; she was around the age as your friend with the doll when we took her in. We were shocked to learn she was the Spring Maiden, at first, I wanted to use her for the sake of the tribe. But over time I grown to care for her. She was skill, and well manor, always did what she was ask. For five years she was one of us became strong, and in a way like a daughter to me. Being with her made me rethink about what I did with my life and wanted to return to Tai and Yang. I was about to when it happens." She said. "What do you mean?" I ask. "I'm sorry the Schee girl told you about what happen with Nox Terros correct." She said. "The guy who killed Koga dad, the way of part of your tyribe. You kick him and his lacky out for attacking your Faunus members." I said.

"That part of the reason, Flora was sucking a kindhearted girl, she took it upon herself to keep our members form killing one another. But one day Nox try to take over the tribe, Flora was trying to get him to see reason, but there was no reasoning with taht monster. He lands a fatal blow on Flora, I would have kill him on the spot, but Flora said that too much blood was spill. So, for her sake, I banish him and those who serve him. Afterward Flora died in my arms saying she was happy to have me as mother. I couldn't take the apin and close myself of form others. And that how I became the Spring Maiden." She said. "I'm sorry for your loss." I said with my head down. "Thank you, now I believe we should see the others." She said. "Right let go." I said. I now understand Raven reason for why she did what she did. Takato Pov: After explaining everything of what we learn about to Tai and Raven, we all went to do our own thing. Me, Ruby, Weiss, and Koga decide to stay at the house as the others head out.

Renamon came in and told me Rika went to Talk to Raven. The 2 of them soon came. "Everything ok?' I ask Rika. "We were just having a chat." She said as Yang came in with Ruby. The blonde look at Raven. "Hey." Yang said. "Hello." Raven said. "Man, the tension is so thick in here you can cut it with a knife." Koga said. "Agreed." Weiss said. That when Guilmon look at the window and growls. "What is it boy?" I ask. "Trouble." He said. "Let check it out." Ruby said as we head outside. There we see several Beowolves surrounding the house. "Grimm great." Tai said. "This shouldn't take us long." I said as the Grimm charge at us. "Crushing strike!" I shout as I crush one into the ground. 'Pyro sphere!" Guilmon shout as he blasts one down. "Frost fang!" Rika shout as she froze a beowolf with an ice arrow. 'Power paw!" Renamon shout as she shatters it into bits. Koga dodge a claw strike form one and then took it head off. "Blue cyclone!" Gabumon shout as he spun to take out a group. Ruby got on the roof of the house to snipe at the Grimm. "Poison ivy!" Palmon shout as she grabs one to threw it into another.

Weiss form a gravity glyph under one as it was crush into the ground. "Gear stinger!" Fanbeemon shout as she shot her stingers at them. Qrow swung his sword to slice a few in half. Raven draws a light blue blade and stab one as it froze in ice that she soon shatters. Tai grab one by it head and tore it clean off. "That the last of them." He said as he dusts off his hands. "Now comes the worst part." Yang said. "What do you mean?" Tai ask. "She mean me human." A voice said as a large figure land in front of us. It was a man wearing a black bodysuit with brown pants and shoulder pads. He has green fur pelt around his waist and he wore a green wolf mask on his head with long green hair. In his hand was a long knife. Koga check his D-arc. "[Merukimon mega level God man Digimon. As the fastest of the Olypimas 12, he'll swiftly strike down his foes with his 1000 and mirage image attacks.]" He said. "Another one of the 12 like Vulcanusmon?" I ask. "Indeed, Tamer of the Hazard, I'm here to avenge his death." Merukimon said as he brandish his knife. 'Here we go again." Ruby said. "Yang watch out for the other while we handle this." I said. "Biomerge activate!" We shout.

"Lighting joust!" I shout as I shot the lighting blast at him. Merukimon vanish and reappear next to me as he did a round house kick to knock me back. "Spirit strike!" Sakuyamon shout as she sent the fox spirits at him. Merukimon quickly cut them down with his knife. "Rose Rapier!" Rosemon shout as she stabs at him. He sidestep he to get close. "1000 fist!" He shout as he punches at her with amazing speed the plant Digimon was launch back and slam into the ground. "Ruby!" Yang shout as she ran to her sister side. "Mach stinger victory!" Tigervespamon shout as she stab her rapiers at the god man. Merukimon parry off her attacks and then punch her in the gut to knock her back. "Don't you dare touch her!" Shout Metalgarurumon as he lunges at Merukimon. Merukimon grab the wolf by his wing and slam him into the ground. "Weaklings I don't see how Vulcanusmon could lose to you. No matter, I will fulfill my duty." He said as heads for Yang and Rosemon. But then Raven jump and stab her sword into his right shoulder.

He tries to grab her as she jumps off and land in front of the girls. She points her sword at him. "You will not touch my daughter!" She shout. "There nothing more noble than a mother protecting her child." He said. Raven sigh. "I don't deserve to be her mother; I abandon her for my selfish gains and for failing Flora. I was a coward, and she must hate me for it. But I wish to try and fix my mistakes. I won't run away from her anymore!" Raven shout. "Then you can die with her." Merukimon said as he swung his fist at Raven. But Yang ran out out and stop the fist with both hands. She struggles to hold it back. "You were right, I did hate you mom, but right now I can see that you do care for me. And I don't want to lose you again!" Yang shout as she push Merukimon back causing him to step back. "Yang." Raven said with a smile. Yang look to Merukimon. "Oi furball, I will not let you hurt my family anymore!" She shout. "Neither will I." Bearmon said as he stood next to Yang. "If you want then your going to have to go through us!" They shout as Yang D-arc glows with a yellow light. "Let show him how it done Bearmon." Yang said. "Let do it Yang." Bearmon said. "Biomerge activate! "She shout as they were cover by light.

Marsmon was a large humanoid Digimon, his upper body was red with his arms on fire as he wore white metal gloves. He has a leopard skin pants with red and grey boots. His face was cover by a white leopard pelf with a red horn. [Marsmon mega level god man Digimon. a member of the Olympias 12, who excel in close combat with his corona sanctions attack.] Merukimon look shock to see the new Digimon. 'It can't be, Marsmon is it really you?" He ask. Marsmon cross his arms. 'It is Merukimon, This will be your only warning leave now or be destroy." Marsmon said. 'You would side with the humans!" Merukimon shout. "They are my friends, don't forget I just merge with one." Marsmon said. "Then die traitor!" Merukimon shout as he charge at him.

Merukimon jumps and kick at Marsmon who grabs his leg and threw him back. He them body tackle Merukimon to force him to slide back. "I will end you Mirage image!" Merukimon shout as he create several copies of him self as they surround Marsmon. They soon begun to attack him, but the onslaught didn't last long as Marsmon swung his arm out to caught the real Merukimon by his neck to knock him back. "Good bye my friend, I hope you can forgive me in your next life Corona sanctions!" Marsmon shout as he sent a barrage of burning punches in to Merukimon. "You will not escape his wrath!" Merukimon shout as he explodes into data. We all turn back to normal. Yang sat on the ground as Raven eld a hand to her to help her up. "Are you ok?" She ask as she help Yang to her feet. Yang pull her into a hug. "Do you promise not to leave again?" Yang ask. Raven wrap her arms around Yang. "I Promise." She said.

We smile as they were able to work things out. We look to Bearmon. 'So, your a member of the Olympias 12?" Renamon ask. He nod. "I am, I was surprise to discover that when I regain my mega form But don't worry about me turning my back on you guys, My place is with Yang now." He said. "What did Merukimon meant by his wrath?" Ask Ruby who was worry. "He meant our leader Jupitermon who most likely team up with Grimmon. He became fearful of Humans because they created the eaters. It why he wanted to wipe them out and cause the mess with the royal knights." He said. "Make sense since we now just encounter 2 of them, which prove they are working with Salem and Grimmon." Weiss said. "Which means were in for one hell of a fight. " Koga said. "So what, we'll take them out too." Rika said. "That we will, now were gonna need to clean up this mess before the other get back." I said. "Well at least I can expand my garden now." Tai said with a grin. 'Same ol Tai." Qrow said as we got to work.
