19. Chapter 18

Chapter 18

Alexia walked over to where Pepper was. She ran her hand through her hair tiredly.

Pepper looked over at Alexia. "You look exhausted." She admitted to being softly concerned about the younger woman.

Alexia put her hands behind her back as she looked at the strawberry-blonde-haired woman. "I'll be alright, Pep." She admitted softly. "Just too much going on here…"

"You looked rather uncomfortable being around Justin Hammer."

Alexia fidgeted just a little bit. "He gives me the creeps. I don't know what it is about him, but there is something really off about him." She said as she sat down next to her. She let out a breath wondering where her brother was suddenly noticing that he was on the television. Her eyes widened in shock. What in the hell was he doing this time?

Pepper looked up at the screen seeing how pale Alexia had become. "Natalie. Natalie!"

Natasha came over to Pepper. "Yes, Ms. Potts?"

"What do you know about this?"

"This is the first that I have known of it," Natasha said as she looked up at the television screen.

"This, this cannot happen."

"Absolutely. I understand. How can I help you?"

"Where's Happy?"

"He's waiting outside."

"Okay, get him. I need Happy."

Natasha nodded her head. "Right away."

Alexia let out a breath pinching her nose.

"Did you know anything about this?" Pepper questioned looking over at Alexia.

Alexia shook her head lightly. "No, I didn't know anything about it. I'm not his keeper."

"Look! That's Stark." Someone shouted in the room.

Alexia let out a groan as she looked at the screen once again seeing Pepper getting up and leaving the table. "Tony, what the fucking hell are you doing? Is your blood so toxic that you are trying to end your life sooner than later?" She let out a huff as she got up to her feet quickly. She knew that whatever was going to happen she would have to report it, or Natasha would before she could get the chance to. But she needed to try and reel him in before things would get worse. She just hoped that she wouldn't be too late with trying to get him to calm down and quit doing stupid things.
