"Battle Royale."
Hunter was angered that his friends went behind his back. Noah, the one he treated like his best friend, was the one to tell him. "Look I know this looks bad but there's a reason we went behind your back. Your dad is working with Kenji. They made the virus that brought my inner demons. Your dad told Kenji to give you it." Noah said.
"What's worse is that he's still doing the dino fights." Elisa said.
"Are you serious?" Hunter asked.
"Yes! It's probably what this big presentation is about." Noah said.
"No, I'm talking about how you guys betrayed me by sneaking around my back and think my dad is working with the same psychopath who tried to kill us?" Hunter asked.
"We should leave." Sammy said.
Yaz pulled her back "You're right, we should listen.
"We didn't want to tell you because you were spending so much time with your dad." Noah said.
"Why not just ask me?" Hunter asked.
"We didn't know how to tell you." Ben said.
Hunter went to the door "I'll talk to him." Hunter said.
He closed the door. Everyone left to find Mae. Yaz, Sammy, and Ben were outside of the warehouse a BRAD-X was moving some crates. "FEw more tweaks, and it's showtime." Kash said.
"I told you we'd make a great team." Kash said.
"Right before you tried to have me killed." Mae said.
"Never gonna let it go, huh?" Kash asked.
The two entered. "We gotta get in there and help Mae!" Ben said.
"We can't just storm the place. Not with Kash around." Yaz said.
"And that BRADX." Sammy said, noticing the BRAD-X leaving.
"We should sneak in before it comes back." Sammy whispered.
"Or we'll sneak in when it comes back." Noah said.
Landon and Hunter were in the redwoods biome. Landon was changing the sky inside the biome "Dad, my pals said you had Kash and Mae working on controlling dinosaurs. Is that true?" Hunter asked.
"Sad news it is true." Landon said.
"My real plan isn't to help Mantah Corp willingly. After your mother died I found how she died. When I thought you died I was angry I wanted to take down the Kons for good. And after we take over we get the money to feed and protect the dinosaurs." Landon explained.
"But Shadow, Angel, Rebel, Firecracker, the Eaties they're living beings not playthings!" Hunter said.
"When I explained things to Mae, she agreed to let Kash take communication research to the next level." Landon said.
"You wouldn't do that willingly." Hunter said.
Landon soon quickly realized his son knew the truth. "Kenji blackmailed you didn't he? Threaten to hurt me and my new best friends." Hunter said.
"Yes, but again I'm letting them think they're in control." Landon said.
"You won't win not like this." Hunter said.
"I need you to trust me. It be nice if your friends did, too." Landon said.
"What do you mean?" Hunter asked.
"Elisa and the Gutierrez girl broke into my office the other day." Landon said.
"What?" Hunter asked.
"They didn't tell you? I guess they don't trust either of us." Landon said.
Elsewhere in the jungle the creature that burst from Hunter's chest grew to adulthood. It about 9-10 feet tall. It's body appeared closer to a human's but with the skeleton appearing more on the outside. It has four spikes on its back the head still appears raptor-like but it's got two horns on the back of its head. There is a tail that is blade-like. It has chicken-like leggs. The eyes are dimoand-like but purple. It's main colors are black.
Elisa and Ben sneaked inside the warehouse they opened the crate they sneaked inside when Kash wasn't looking Mae gives them some devices. Kash came back "Make sure you're putting the right power cells into the controllers. These old ones had neodymium, and if they get within five feet of the control chips, they'll scramble them. Permanently disabling them." Mae said, giving the others information.
"Get ready for the presentation. I'm going to enjoy forcing dinosaurs to fight each other." Kenji said.
Some rumbling began happening a BRAD-X was firing. Elisa and Ben sneaked past the adults.
"Nice distraction. Dangerous, but nice." Ben said.
"What did you find?" Noah asked Elisa.
"Only way to fry the control chips." Elisa said.
Everyone returned to the compound "Welcome everyone where were you?" Hunter asked.
"We found Mae." Noah said.
"So sneak around my back again huh?" Hunter asked.
"After all we've been through none of you trust me? My dad is trying to stop Mantah Corp just like us." Hunter said.
"How?" Noah asked.
"By mind controlling dinosaurs?" Elisa asked.
"It's a small price to pay. Sammy, your family's been blackmailed by Kash and Daniel. This is the only way to stop them." Hunter said.
The others didn't agree. "Oh, I see and break into his office to get proof, gonna help?" Hunter asked.
"Now stay out of this war." Hunter said, as he left the room.
Everyone returned to his room.
Sammy closed the door and pressed her ear against the door.
"What are you doing?" Yaz asked.
"Making sure Hunter doesn't come in and catch us. Which feels weird and kind of wrong, right?" Sammy asked.
"If we do this, it could change everything with Hunter." Elisa said.
"Like or not we're the only ones who can help the dinosaurs." Noah said.
"Hunter won't like it, but he'll come around. He has to." Yaz said.
"And if it means not letting his father hurt more dinosaurs..." Ben said.
"Or innocent people." Sammy said.
"Then we gotta do it." Elisa said.
Landon and Hunter were with Kenji and Daniel showing the investors the mind controlled dinosaurs.
"You sure about this, dad?" Hunter asked.
"Not really but we got no choice for your mom." Landon said.
Shadow was watching within the shadows of the trees. The baby raptor watches as his parents are being controlled. Chomper was walking when he heard the Spinosaurus roars.
The five entered the redwoods biome and they came charging out "Put down the controllers!" they shouted in union.
Soon Chomper appeared and fought the mind controlled Spinosaurus. Yaz and Sammy were trying to free the raptors however they weren't close enough Shadow came in fighting the raptors and trying to pull Yaz and Sammy time to escape.
"Battle royale!" Hunter shouted.
Ben jumped on the Spinosaurus head and fried his chip. Chomper saw how Ben freed the Spinosaurus. The big super predator ate his controller. Chomper still preferred to fight the Spinosaurus.
Elisa and Noah tried to free Big Eatie. Noah was able to fry her chip. She looked at him but left him alive and crushed her control master.
The raptors were still chasing Yaz and Sammy but now they were targeting her. Shadow saw he called out to Yaz. "Sammy." Yaz said.
She got in the way of Sammy and the raptors so she was able to fry the raptor's chips.
Kash grabbed the controller Lana was using "Huh, not so tough now, are you?" Kash taunted.
She ran "Lucky you're not at the top of my "get dead" list. But you are Kons." Kash said.
The two raptors soon approached Kash "Hope you girls are hungry." Kash said.
They attacked him "They scrambled the chips." Kash said.
Shadow stood above him and put his toe claw into his chest as revenge for Kash's actions towards Yaz and Sammy. Instead of finishing him off he let the other raptors finish him off.
"It's perfect dinosaur chaos everywhere!" Hunter's inner voice said.
"I can't take it anymore!" Hunter said.
"Regardless my bro, my children will reign across this island." the inner voice said.
Chomper and the Spinosaurus knocked into a tree and this fell over Hunter, crushing him.
Soon Chomper and the Spinosaurus fight messed up the party.
The drones appeared, Chomper, Shadow, and the baby raptor left willingly before the drones arrived.
"Before you do, I'll let you know that Biosyn is interested in the chips." Lana said.
"Good." Daniel Kon said.
Kenji went over to the dead Hunter and kicked him.
"Lock them up." Daniel ordered Landon.
"For my son? Anything." Landon said.
The five were locked up. "You're just as bad as Kash." Sammy said.
"Enough! This is for your own good, you've caused the death of my son." Landon said.
"You choose to help Daniel Kon." Noah said.
"Elisa, Noah you're both fired from the Union of Progressive people will hereby take your families." Landon said.
"Wait, you two worked for him?" Yaz asked.
"Sorry Yaz, were truly sent to Nublar to steal information on the dinosaurs." Noah revealed the truth.
"You two are corporate spies?" Yaz asked.
"Yes." Elisa said.
Yaz sit down, Sammy comforted her. This reminded her when Sammy took her trust and broke it before.
Kenji unleashes his hybrid army the Ultimasaurus.
Elsewhere in the deepest part of Mantah Corp island someone was watching them.
