In the very early hours of the morning. Towa was startled awake by her brother's horrified scream which nearly caused her to fall off her bubble. Hell even Bulma had been awoken with a start from the sudden scream.
Towa looked around but saw nothing out of the ordinary before she looked at her brother with a what the hell sort of expression on her face. Goku was pressed against a wall while looking absolutely horrified as he stared at Bulma as though she had grown two heads or something. His hair seemed to be standing on end more so than usual, while his tail was bristled outwards. He also was as white as a ghost.
"What happened!? What's wrong!?" Bulma screamed while she looked around frantically as she sat straight up on her bed.
"Y-Y-You've lost...y-your...balls!" Goku stuttered as he practically shouted out loud in pure horror.
Towa blinked a few minutes to search her scrambled brain to understand what her brother was talking about. Once the past memories of the series came to her, she smacked her face as she had a deep embarrassed expression on her face.
Oh you have got be fucken kidding me!!! It's way too early for this, shit!!! Towa screamed in her head as her face darkened more in embarrassment. Why me, Kami?! Just why?!
"What do you mean the dragon balls are gone!!!!" Bulma screamed in a mixture of alarm and fear. She jumped off the bed to run over to where she was keeping the dragon balls almost stepping on poor Towa's tail in the process had Towa not yanked her tail out of the way upon seeing how Bulma wasn't paying any attention.
Towa grumbled under her breath bitterly before she got up and went to get dressed for the day. Once she was awake, it was almost impossible for her to go back to sleep, unless she was sick then that was a different story entirely.
Bulma opened the pouch frantically only to reveal the dragon balls were still there and were just fine. She let out a sigh of relief before her anger kicked in. "Don't you ever freak me out like that again, Goku!!! You must've had a bad dream or something. Now go back to sleep, it is far too early for this, shit." Bulma scolded just as Towa exited the bathroom wearing the same style of clothes from the other day.
Goku was still horrified. Towa sighed as she got up and walked over to him. "Goku...we need to talk...i can't believe i have to have this kind of talk with someone who is supposed to be older than me." Towa grumbled as she took his wrist and dragged him outside. "Bulma, we will be back in a few minutes."
Bulma rolled her eyes as she went to make coffee since her beauty sleep was so rudely ruined by Goku. Once they were outside Towa let go of Goku's wrist. "Towa, I'm serious! Bulma really is missing her-" He started.
"Goku, girls don't have balls, we just aren't born with them." Towa said bluntly as she interrupted him with her face a deep red color out of embarrassment.I can't believe i have to do this kind of talk with someone who is supposedly older than me. Kami, this is so embarrassing!! Didn't grandpa Gohan teach him this shit already?! Goku looked ready to faint at her words but Towa sent a blast of icy cold water into his face to prevent him from fainting.
"Sis, that's freezing cold!" Goku yelled.
"Good it was supposed to be, in order to fully wake you up, idiot. We are so getting you some form of an education if it is the last thing I ever do." She said coldly as a form of a promise. "We might as well do some training...and then get some breakfast afterwards." Towa added while walking pass her brother.
"I can go look for some dinosaur eggs before traveling again." Goku offered making Towa's stomach twist in protest at the suggestion of food all of a sudden.
"On second thought...let's just skip breakfast...my stomach is still upset from yesterday." Towa said as she looked a bit sickly at the idea of eating food only to throw it up in a moving car.
"You're still sick?" Goku suddenly asked in concern.
"I'm not sick! My stomach is just upset, look...let's just train. Just drop the issue." Towa grumbled bitterly as she still looked embarrassed and sickly.
The two began training but when Goku suddenly picked up what he thought was a large boulder to break.Turned out to be a giant sea turtle. Once Towa saw what Goku had picked up, she had paled dramatically.
"Goku!! Put down the giant sea turtle, it is not a rock and I do not want to go to jail for murdering a protected species, let alone pay for it! We don't have that kind of money, in order to pay the damn fines!" Towa yelled with watery eyes since she was scared for the turtle's well being. Sea turtles had been one of her favorite animals in her past life, so yeah she was a tiny bit protective of them.
"A turtle?" Goku asked in confusion as he looked at what he had actually picked up.
"You gave me quite the scare, kid." the turtle said looking nervous.
"Whoa! You really are a turtle!!!!" Goku yelled with wide eyes as he looked at the poor creature he mistook for a rock.
"I told you it was a giant sea turtle, now put him down, gently!!!!!" Towa shouted feeling a bit insulted that he hadn't believed her as Goku set the poor creature down gently.
"What are you two shouting about out here?!" Bulma demanded as she came outside with only her nightgown only for her eyes to land on the sea turtle. "And, what's with the sea turtle?"
"We found him. Well, more like Goku found him." Towa said as she corrected herself.
"I see...but what is a sea turtle doing so far away from the ocean?" Bulma asked in confusion.
"Pardon me, but could i trouble you three for a bucket of salt water and some seaweed?" The turtle asked suddenly.
Towa quickly went inside to get a bucket, salt and some sea weed. Once she was outside she used her elemental abilities to fill the bucket as she then poured a large portion of salt into the water.
"A water dragon!?" The turtle asked in surprise while looking at Towa in confusion when he saw her use her elemental abilities.
"Half water dragon actually." Towa said to the turtle as she gave him the food and the bucket of salt water.
"Oh thank you." The turtle said as he gulped down the bucket of salt water and ate the sea weed.
"Your welcome." She said with a smile.
"So why are you so far on land?" Bulma asked once he finished.
"Well, you see...i went to gather mushrooms...but i took a wrong turn and ended up lost. I been wondering around for the past year trying to get back to the sea." Turtle said sadly. Bulma went back inside the house only to come back with a map.
"I hate to say it but you're going in the wrong direction entirely. The sea is roughly 140 kilometers to the south from here." Bulma said as she checked the map and pointed their location before pointing to the sea.
"Oh dear..." Turtle said sadly.
"Hey, we can take you to the sea." Goku offered.
"Really!?" The turtle asked with watery eyes full of hope.
"Really." Goku said firmly. "I'll even carry ya on my back."
Bulma looked ready to blow a gasket but before she could say anything Towa interfered. "Please Bulma? We can take a quick detour from our journey, also my stomach is still upset from yesterday's ride. Pretty please?" Towa said with watery eyes as she gave Bulma her best puppy dog expression.
Bulma sighed as her anger subsided. "Alright...Alright...just don't give me that look...we will all go." She said making Towa smile as she hugged Bulma. Bulma sighed as she lightly ruffled Towa's soft hair. "You're lucky you're so cute."
I'm not cute! Kami, why do people think that I am?! Towa thought in irritation at being called cute.
The Turtle truly looked ready to cry at how helpful the three were towards him. Bulma brought out her second bike again as Towa and Goku walked. Goku carried the turtle on his back. They began heading towards the sea.
What the little group did not know, was that someone was patrolling the area, who often robbed unexpected travelers on this road. This being was a wanted Bandit and sadly he had noticed the group approaching, when he had pulled out his binoculars to scout out the area for potential travelers to rob as he stared at our heroes.
His eyes first landed on Bulma, that slowly moved to land on Towa, then onto Goku and then finally his eyes landed on the turtle on Goku's back. He licked his lips as he looked on with hunger filled eyes as his vision locked and focused mostly onto the turtle.
"How nice they brought me, breakfast." He laughed as he slowly lowered his binoculars down onto a boulder, before he took his position to ambush the group. Once the group was close enough he then jumped down from his hiding spot startling the group as he landed right in front of them.
"Halt! How did you three humans know sea turtles are my favorite dish?" He laughed as he pulled out his sword. The sharp blade freaked Bulma out badly. Towa looked annoyed but not impressed. Goku looked rather confused as Turtle looked scared out of his mind.
The sheer size of the bear-like humanoid with a dark red mohawk hair style, honestly looked like a pro body builder who could easily turn you into a pretzel. Also the large oversized razor sharp scimitar like sword was not helping matters much.
"What dish? I don't see a dish." Goku said in confusion as he looked around.
"Goku, he plans on eating the turtle and before you ask, no you cannot eat the turtle. They do not taste good." Towa growled. True she never had turtle meat before in either life and she had no intention of ever trying it, even though she did hear turtle meat was good and knew in a life of death situation, you had to do what is best for yourself even if you really didn't like what it would involve.
"Now hand over the turtle or else...things will get rather messy. If you catch my drift." He snarled as he cut Goku off from asking any more questions. Sunlight caught the sword's blade revealing its deadly sharpness as it gleaned in the light.
"Give him the turtle, give him the turtle!!!" Bulma said fearfully.
Before Goku could react or say anything. Towa snarled in rage as she acted much faster. She suddenly sent a spiraling sphere of water into the guy's stomach, sending him flying a good several yards away as he hit a boulder with a loud satisfying crack.
"Okay, let's go." Towa said ignoring the fact she just totally pissed off someone who could kill her.
"Towa!!!" Goku yelled with wide eyes in disbelief at what she had just done.
"What!? I don't deal well with bandits or poachers!" Towa spat in irritation.
"You're going to pay for that girly! Now you will pay for it with your life!!" The bear man shouted as he charged at Towa with his sword raised. Towa blinked as Goku suddenly tossed the turtle very high into the air making him scream in terror, before suddenly shoving her behind himself for protection.
Towa blinked rapidly in confusion at what just happened, since this was happening faster than her mind could process.
"No one hurts or threatens my little sister!!!" Goku shouts as he suddenly punches the guy hard in the gut sending him much further away from them, compared to what Towa had done the first time. Turtle screamed as he came falling back to earth but Goku quickly caught him before Towa could fully figure out what just happened.
This time however the bandit wouldn't be getting back up or would be even coming back. At least not without help from the Dragon Balls wishing him back, that is.
This was due to the very real fact that a rather large dinosaur looking creature which had been out on the search for food, had also set it's sights on the group and it had been waiting to ambush them as well. Its big yellow eyes had narrowed on the group.
It saw its chance and came lunging from its hiding place as it caught the bandit within its massive jaws and then ate the poor fool in a gruesome, brutal and messy sort of way, right in front of our heroes.
Towa, Turtle, Goku and Bulma all had looks of pure horror on their faces as they watched what just became of the bandit. Towa's mind screamed the loudest in horror, since that was not supposed to have happened. That event also never happened in the anime or in the manga. When did this turn into Jurassic Park or Jurassic World?! Towa's mind screamed in horror. Holy mother of Kami, what the fuck!
"It ate him...it actually ate him." Bulma said fearfully.
"We should probably go, like now...before it decides to make us desert or something." Towa said very slowly once she found her voice. "And never ever talk about this event ever again." She added while looking confused, horrified and startled all rolled into a single emotion.
"Agreed." Bulma, Turtle and even Goku said as they quickly left the area by going around the massive creature as it continued to devour its food and before it can see them.
After a while they finally reached the sea. Once they arrived Towa smiled. She had missed the smell of the ocean and its sheer beauty. She missed the deep sea diving, the deep sea exploration, the deep sea fishing and just being out on the sea.
"Whoa! That's one very wide river." Goku said with wide eyes as he set the turtle down gently onto the warm sand.
"It's an ocean...not a river. We so need to get you an education, Goku which i am sick of mentioning all the time." Towa muttered under her breath that went unheard by the group. Turtle honestly looked ready to cry upon seeing the ocean again.
"The sea...I never thought I would see it again...how can I ever repay you three?" He asked.
"You don't have to repay us. We were happy to help."Goku said grinning.
"You three need to be rewarded though...I know...can you three wait right here...I'll be back very soon." Turtle said.
"Sure thing." Towa said with a smile as Turtle swam away.
"What could a turtle give us?" Bulma asked blinking in confusion.
"Some sea shells can be worth thousands of dollars if you find the right buyer. Who knows maybe even pearls. Ah! Wait a minute Goku, don't drink the sea water!" Towa yelled when she noticed Goku about to drink the sea water. However it was too late Goku had just swallowed a mouth full of sea water and gagged.
"Who poured so much salt into the water?" Goku gagged. Towa shook her head as she sighed.
"Sea water is also known as salt water...we are so getting him an education or even asking the wish granting dragon to make him smarter when the world isn't in danger." Towa said softly with a sigh before she began looking for sea shells and placing them in her pouch where her book was.
"If I had more time to prepare, I would have changed into a swim suit." Bulma grumbled as she walked around in the shallow water. Goku grew bored so he began building a sand castle. He then glanced at his sister who was gathering up sea shells.
However he laughed like crazy when a tiny crab suddenly clamped down onto her tail making her shriek and run around in a panic while screaming for someone to get it off of her. It took Bulma a moment or two to calm Towa down and get her to stay still long enough to remove it. Once it was removed Towa held her tail to look at the damage with watery eyes.
Hearing Goku laughing at her misfortune, her head snapped towards him with a look that promised revenge. Grabbing the crab in a fit of rage she walked over to Goku who was laughing too hard to pay her any attention. Her eyes twitched in anger as she then dropped the crab and the crab suddenly clamped down onto Goku's butt making him scream in pain as he jumped up to his feet. Towa smiled sweetly at the sight before her. Bulma sighed as she went to get the crab off of Goku.
"That wasn't nice Towa!" Goku yelled at her as he rubbed the spot where the crab got him.
"Neither was laughing at me, when it latched onto my tail, idiot!!!" she snarled as the end of her tail bristled outwards.
"i'm not an idiot!!!" Goku growled at her.
"Oh yes you are!!!"
"I am not!!!"
Before Towa could say another word Bulma hit them both upside the head. "Knock it off you two..." She warned them as the two held their heads.
"He(She) started it." Goku and Towa both grumbled at the same time as they pointed at one another.
"I don't care who started it, i'm finishing it!" Bulma spat. The two siblings sent each other a glare and looked away. Another two hours went by before in the distance they finally noticed a turtle was coming back but this time an old man was standing on the back of his shell.
"Whose that with Mr. Turtle?" Goku asked in complete confusion.
"Beats me...but the old man looks familiar to me somehow." Towa said while trying to remember where seen the old man before as she crossed her arms. Oh right, this is Master Roshi, Gohan's teacher along with the ox king's! Her smile than twisted into horror as all color left her face as a sudden thought came to her as well as a heavy realization set in that she had completely forgotten. Oh fuck, that means I become Chi-Chi's sister in-law, when Goku marries her. Oh fuck!!! I can't stand that woman!! Aaaaaaarrrggghhhhh!
"Towa are you okay, your face went slightly blue." Bulma asked in concern.
"Everything is fine!" Towa lied as she laughed nervously while on the inside she was crying in frustration. Goku stared at her in confusion and in concern.
