"Luffy!"
The whole crew yelled as Robin ran to his side. She felt his forehead and said "He's burning up. We need to get him back to the ship and fast!"
A hoard of Marines started running towards the crew and they needed to run.
Zoro grabbed Luffy and Franky grabbed Usopp and Nami while the rest followed behind as protection.
They made it back to the ship and Jinbe sailed them away from the island.
They were still being pursued by battleships and Franky used a Coup de Burst to escape. Everyone was okay except for Nami and Usopp injured, Chopper exhausted, and Luffy with a high fever.
With Chopper out of commission for the time being, all the crew could do to help them was first aid.
A few hours later, Chopper wakes up and sees some of the others sleeping.
He notices that everyone was okay until he turned and saw Luffy, Nami, and Usopp.
Everyone else was still awake besides Robin, Zoro and Franky.
"Robin. Robin wake up." He said as she woke up.
"Hi Chopper, how are you feeling?" She said.
"I'm fine but what happened to everyone else!?" He said loudly as he woke up Zoro and Franky from their nap.
"Nami and Usopp are okay for now but Luffy's fever won't go down." Robin said, getting up and looking at the captain.
Zoro had been sitting next to the captain on the floor.
Chopper got up and looked at him too.
He then asked Sanji if he could get some towels and cold water. "Sure thing." Sanji said going to grab a bucket.
He then asked Robin if she could pick him up and bring him to his medical table because he was still a bit tired and couldn't make it there on his own.
She brought him there and he made an antibiotic for Nami and Usopps cuts and other wounds.
He went back to Luffy and checked his temperature and was shocked.
"The temperature is just rising and rising! He's not getting better, he's getting worse!" Chopper said.
"What!?" Brooke and Zoro said in unison.
"But he never gets sick so what's causing it now?" Brooke thought as he began to look worried and went outside to get some fresh air.
Sanji was out there looking at the night sky and smoking. "Luffy is not getting better and Nami and Usopp are fine for now but they still haven't woken up" Brooke said to Sanji.
"Maybe we should take a break, we've been up all night. Ill make some food for everyone." Sanji said making his way back inside and to the kitchen.
After a snack, most of the crew went to bed while Sanji, Robin, Zoro, and Chopper tried to stay up.
Chopper was treating Luffy and Robin was helping him while Zoro and Sanji stayed outside to watch for the Marines in case they came back.
The night went by quietly and in the morning, everyone who stayed up had fallen asleep.
