Philemon Kaleidus is the CEO of Midsummers Dream Laboratories, an acclaimed organization in the city of Lungmen heavily centered in Arts research. Proclaimed to study various fields such as history, astrology, mythology, psychology, cognitive sciences, among other subjects. A day after the Doctor's rescue, he signed a cooperative agreement between Midsummers and Rhodes Island, offering great amounts of resources and support in various areas of our company's specialties.
As the one who labeled the Arts that Dr. Ren uses as Persona, under a branch of newly found Arts known as Ego Arts, we hope to be able to understand more regarding this new branch of Arts with the support of Philemon and his company

Philemon Kaleidus showed up one morning the day after the rescue of Dr. Ren, introducing the presence of Midsummers' Dream Laboratories to Rhodes Island. Their sudden arrival can be said as a surprise, especially since their company was a practical unknown to us until that moment. It soon became apparent that his purpose was to lend us his support in our struggles of curing the Infected. After meetings with the various Rhodes Island higher-ups. With Amiya and Dr. Ren, and eventually with Dr. Kal'tsit, an official agreement was signed, and Midsummer Laboratories became official business partners with Rhodes.
Not much is known about the CEO himself, however. His home country, his birthday, even his race is something that we had difficulty determining. What is worth noting however is how he is presumably the founder of a new branch of Arts known as Ego Arts. This branch of Arts, completely separate from the widely used Originium Arts, instead stems from the souls of the users of these Arts. The Personas employed under the Doctor and Operators Morgana and Wolf fall under this Arts Branch. Due to its recent discovery and the potential such Arts carries, a lot of research has been initiated to delve deeper into the intricacies of Ego Arts and its applications. Our own researchers will also strive to help Mr. Kaleidus in his exploits.

So! After the previous chapter that I struggled to pan out, along with the patchwork I had to do, I figured I can kick back for a bit, and add more to the Operator Files. This time, it's the true Master of the Velvet Room, who made his appearance in the first two mainline Persona games, Philemon himself!
Seriously though. When will we see Philemon back in a mainline Persona game?
Anyway! New Year has graced us, and with it, a new year filled with possibilities to the fullest! And we get to experience the festivities of Arknights' 3rd Anniversary right at the very beginning! Imagine celebrating summer in WINTER though! Luckily enough, where I'm at, there's no winter!
I will most likely write some more into my Files here before continuing to write my mainline story. Just to relax myself for a bit. Expect two more down the line in these Archives! If there's anyone you want to see be written here in the Archives, tell me in the reviews!
