Alison's Point of View

"Whoa! I had no idea. So you're stuck here until the coronation?" I asked after Brittany had finished explaining the events of the day.

"Yeah. My dad is really peeved about it. He even went so far as to say that Kairi isn't my mother. I know that she's not my biological mother, but she's always been there for us. That's way more than my dad can say," Brittany huffed.

"Sometimes, I wish we had never found out that the world of Kingdom Hearts existed," I sighed.

"You know, I would never admit this to anyone else but me too. It was great at first, but with all this drama, things have gotten so overwhelming," Brittany agreed.

I plopped down on the couch and closed my eyes, thinking of a time when we were innocent and clueless. "Let's go back! Just the two of us! We'll figure something out," I suggested.

"Aly, I can't," Brittany replied.

"Why not? Nothing is holding us back. We can use a dark corridor," I brought up.

"No. That's not it. We can't just turn away from all this. Whether we like it or not, this is our life now. Running away from your problems isn't the way to solve them," Brittany explained.

There was a knock on the door. "Must be Braig," I mumbled. I opened the door to find a familiar face on the other side. "Dad!" While it wasn't my real father, Sora was still my other dad.

"Alison? What are you doing here?" Sora asked before he glanced past me. "Brittany too? What's going on here?"

"I think I'm grounded," Brittany mentioned.

"I took a walk, and Merlin invited me in for tea. Yuffie found me and invited me over," I added.

"Wow. Come here, you two." He opened his arms up, and in seconds, Brittany and I were in his embrace. "I miss you guys." The minute Yuffie stepped in, Sora's entire demeanor changed.

I almost can't believe that this makes 150 chapters. I'm not sure if I'm proud or feel like it's excessive. I suppose at some point I'll have to come up with some ending. I haven't even thought of a good one, though I'm working on it. Not that this will end anytime soon, but someday.

I just finished Re:Mind Limit Cut. I'm pretty happy with myself. Though I did it on standard, the Data True Organization XIII was so hard. By the time I was done, I had Ultima Weapon and was at level 99.
