Brittany's Point of View

When we were at the restaurant, Cid had been curious about my life, so I ended up talking about myself a lot. Talking through everything I ever knew helped me process my life until that point. So many lies had been said in my old life. Things I hadn't even thought about. I had gotten to the part where I found out about Shadow when I saw a familiar face. "That's Scrooge McDuck!" I blurted out while pointing.

"Yes. He's the owner," Leon replied.

Scrooge came to our table. "I heard my name. How can I be of service?" He wondered.

"Don't worry about it, Mr. Scrooge. Brittany just got a little excited. She's Riku and Yuffie's daughter," Leon introduced.

"Oh my! It's a pleasure, Brittany. Why, I haven't seen you since you were a wee tot," Scrooge commented.

"Hey, kid, you want any dessert?" Cid offered.

All I could do was nod. I was basking in the presence of a Disney character. "I know just the thing! I'll have the chef whip up something special," Scrooge declared.

When Scrooge went into the kitchen, I snapped back into reality. "A favorite from the game, I take it?" Leon assumed.

"More like from anything Disney! He's a legend!" I exclaimed.

Cid ruffled my hair. "Glad you're happy," He said.

"You know, he said he hadn't seen me since I was a tot. How old was I when I left Radiant Gardens?" I wondered.

"You were about three years old. It wasn't long after Alison was born that Sora took her and you to hide on Earth," Leon answered.

"I wonder if I would have had any memories of it if Sora didn't erase my memory," I mused.

"You might have, but you were pretty small," Leon mentioned.

It made me wonder what sort of life I led before Sora erased my memories. I didn't know much about it. Just a few memories I had regained through Namine.
