Mono was back to the same circular building. He groaned at the thought of reexperiencing the nightmare. Mono pinched his nose to block out the horrid smell and stood up. The rustling underneath the floor was deafening, almost sounding like a rumbling earthquake. Mono could see a huge blue thing moving in between the cracks, its blue feathers scraping against the underneath of the floor. He took a step back.

AH... I SEE YOU HAVE ESCAPED MY CHILDREN...

A disembodied voice filled Mono's head. Mono was rooted on the spot in fear.

DO YOU THINK YOU CAN ESCAPE ME THROUGH YOUR PATHETIC TELEVISIONS...

Mono was shaking. The voice was oozing with power. If whatever this thing was decided that Mono had to die, it would have done it with a snap of its fingers. Mono looked around and saw small cracks appearing around him.

I SEE THROUGH YOUR PAPER BAG... I KNOW WHAT YOU ARE... WHAT YOU CAN DO...

Mono spluttered in protest but the voice boomed in his mind.

DON'T INTERRUPT ME YOU LITTLE SHIT!

Mono felt at a loss. He didn't know why he was being accused. He didn't know what he did.

YOU CANNOT STOP ME... I AM SO CLOSE TO BUILDING MY PERFECT WORLD AND I AM NOT LETTING IT BE RUINED BY A LITTLE CREEP LIKE YOU...

The cracks around Mono widened.

CONTINUE ALONG THE PATH... BUT IF YOU STRAY FROM IT ONE BIT... I WILL SHOW YOU FATES THAT ARE WORSE THAN DEATH...

The floor finally gave way and Mono plummeted down into the abyss.
