Now that Torchwood One was gone, Torchwood Two didn't really talk to them and they would likely be forever wondering how the entirety of Torchwood Four had disappeared, Jack was the only thing stopping Ianto from scrapping off the logo. They were a secret organisation they hardly needed to advertise but trust Jack to want to make a dramatic entrance.
