Chapter 2 The Beginning of a legend
A week after the fox's rampage the village was starting to rebuild as Hiruzen was in his office dealing with the paperwork right next to him in a basket the child was sleeping peacefully as Hiruzen thought back to the day after the foxes attacked Flashback as Hiruzen was in the council chambers with the shinobi and civilian council and the Elders as he revealed the boy's burden and what happened on that night as Minato told him about the masked man as the shinobi council was discussing what they heard the civilian council was calling for the boy's death as the feared that he was the fox reborn or that a child cannot contain the power of the fox at this time
Danzo Shimura wanted the child to be trained as a weapon for the village as Hiruzen heard this his blood started to boil as killing intent started to like off of him in waves scaring everyone in the room from the council members to the Anbu hiding in the shadows. The only ones who were not affected were Naruto as it was not aimed at him a tall black-haired woman with a crow mask and a boy with silver hair who wearing a dog mask as they were letting out a burst of killing intent almost as much as the Hokage which increased the suffocating aura of the room
the Hokage stood and said hear all who will cause harm and mistreat this boy will face punishment by execution as well mentioned the fox to him and any talks of the to the younger generation will be killed understood everyone nodded in agreement upon feeling the killing intent from the Hokage and the two Anbu Flashback end as Hiruzen turned to the basket to see Naruto sleeping the two Anbu from before came through the door and bowed to him greetings lord Hokage A yes crow, dog right on time I would like to request you take off your mask they did as requested and took off their masks and revealed their identities as the crow was Mikoto Uchiha and dog as Kakashi Hatake. I would like you two to look after the boy when he is placed in the orphanage for the time being well dismissed.
Time Skip It's been six years since the fox's attack on the village and our hero can be seen outside in one of the training grounds of Konoha it's been a year since he left the orphanage as the Hokage saw fit to give the boy an apartment because the council had gone behind the Hokage and passed a law forbidding the boy to be adopted and began to block those who try such as Mikoto Uchiha. Hiyashi Hyuga and Tusme Inuzuka by sabotaging or delaying the paperwork. The Hokage knew this but he can't do anything about it because the elders and civilian councils have been slowly taking more power from the Hokage regarding the laws and the day-to-day runnings of the village. Hiruzen was looking at the boy through his crystal ball he watches as the boy was going through push-ups and sit-ups as he was going through exercises with some difficulty for his six-year-old body this all started five months ago on the boy six birthday flashback to October 10th in Naruto's new apartment it was Naruto's six birthday there was Hiruzen Sarutobi, Mikoto Uchiha and Kakashi Hatake Teuchi and his daughter Ayame as they were having a small birthday party for the boy he got Ramen coupons from the ichiraku family a book on cooking from Mikoto and a book on survival from Kakashi along with a blade from him it was a standard Technical knife with a six inches long blade with a leather-wrapped handle and a leather sheath the boy looked at them said thank you, old man, Teuchi big sis Ayame big bro Kakashi auntie Mikoto as they looked at the boy's excitement. As he turned to Hiruzen and Hiruzen started to talk he handed Naruto his gift which was a book of basic exercise and basic Taijutsu stances Naruto you just turned six you are now able to go to the academy to become a shinobi he said as the boy smiled brightly at him yeah hokage ji-san I can't wait to start training to become a Ninja and I'm going to take that hat he said Hiruzen smiled and said well it's time we unlock your chakra as they did nothing happened
