Sonic: Hedgehogs Unite!: Chapter 1: New Arrivals

Sonic, Tails and Knuckles were getting ready to watch TV at Tom's house on the new Roku TV after the old TV was destroyed during Sonic and Knuckles's first battle.
"So, what is TV?", asked Knuckles.
"It's an Earth invention that shows moving pictures called videos.", said Sonic.
"I wonder what movie we should watch tonight then.", said Knuckles.
"Maybe Batman Begins.", said Tails.
"Batman Begins? What is it about?", asked Knuckles.
"It's a movie about a guy who dresses up as a bat and beats up criminals.", said Sonic.
"Well, in that case, on with this movie!", said Knuckles.
Sonic then turned on Batman Begins on HBO Max.
"What is with the drink and weird meal in your bowl?", asked Knuckles.
"It's called popcorn and soda. Popcorn is an Earth invention. It's a movie snack and soda is the drink to go along with it. Try it. You'll like it", said Tails.
Knuckles then grabbed a cup and took a sip of the soda.
"This is the best thing I've ever drank in my life. I'm beginning to like Earth because of all its marvelous inventions.", said Knuckles.
"Glad you like it, Knux.", said Sonic.
"Why did you call me Knux?", asked Knuckles.
"It's a nickname, another Earth invention.", said Tails.
"Well in that case, I like that nickname!", said Knuckles.
Just then, a knock was heard at the door of the Wachowski house.
"Must be Tom since he went to get groceries.", said Sonic.
Sonic opened the door to reveal a cop standing outside.
"Are you Sonic the Hedgehog?", asked the cop, whose name was Randall.
"Oh, Randall! What are you doing here?", asked Sonic.
"You're coming with us for questioning.", said Randall.
"What did I do?", asked Sonic.
"You and your friends defeated Robotnik, but his body wasn't found in the wreckage.", said Randall.
"You think we killed Eggman? That's impossible!", said Tails.
"Who is this stranger?", asked Knuckles.
"This is Randall, he's a cop buddy of Tom.", said Sonic.
"Come with us so you can prove your innocence.", said Randall.
"Let's go guys. We don't want people to hate us.", said Sonic.
Green Hills Sheriff's Office
"So, Sonic, Tails and Knuckles, you helped defeat Robotnik and his Death Egg robot. Robotnik wasn't found in the wreckage of the robot. Some say he's dead, others say he's alive. Do you know what happened to Robotnik?", asked Randall.
"Randy, I can tell you that he didn't die. He might've fallen to the ground and ran away and is in hiding.", said Sonic.
"Not to be selfish, but me and Knuckles didn't even defeat Robotnik! We just helped Sonic out!", said Tails.
"Do you have any evidence that he's alive?", asked Randall.
"No, we don't.", said Sonic.
"Then I'm afraid we're going to have to arrest you.", said Randall.
"What?! You can't arrest us! We're innocent!", said Tails.
"Sorry fox boy, it's the law. No evidence, no freedom.", said Randall.
"C'mon Randy, we can work this out!", said Sonic.
"Get in your cells!", said Randall.
Death Egg Robot debris site
A ring portal opened up revealing a silver hedgehog. The hedgehog looked around at the area, noticing the amount of debris.
"Hmmm... Sure did cause a lot of destruction, Sonic.", said the hedgehog.
"I hope I'll be able to find you.", said the hedgehog.
Just then, a cop car was passing by. In it was Tom Wachowski, Sonic, Knuckles, and Tails' human friend.
The hedgehog approached Tom's cruiser. "Excuse me, who are you?", asked Tom.
"I'm Silver the Hedgehog. I came cuz I'm looking for Sonic, Knuckles and Tails.", said Silver.
"Do you know where Sonic is?", asked Silver.
"He's at home with Tails and Knuckles.", said Tom.
"Can you take me to them?", asked Silver.
"I sure can.", said Tom.
Silver entered the cruiser and Tom and Silver drove to Tom's house.
Wachowski Residence
Tom and Silver walked into the house, only for it to be empty.
"That's strange, I thought they were here.", said Tom.
"Maybe they're here in town somewhere.", said Silver.
Just then, the phone rang. Tom answered the phone.
"Hello?", asked Tom.
"Tom, it's Sonic. I've been arrested along with Tails and Knuckles for supposedly murdering Eggman even though he survived.", said Sonic.
"What?! I'll come bail you guys out!", said Tom.
Green Hills Sheriff's Office
There were a crowd of photographers and paparazzi outside the Green Hills Sheriff's Office. Tom just pulled up to the office and walked in.
"Randall, how dare you!", said Tom angrily.
"How dare I what?", asked Randall.
"Arresting my friends without a warrant, that's what!", said Tom.
"Oh man, I knew I forgot something when I arrested your friends.", said Randall.
"I'd like to bail them out.", said Tom.
"Okay. I'll let them go.", said Randall. Randall grabbed the keys and opened the cells for Sonic, Tails and Knuckles.
"Thanks for bailing us out, Tom!", said Tails.
"You're welcome guys!", said Tom.
"And Randall, I'm reporting you to the sergeant.", said Randall.
"I know, I know.", said Randall.
"You must be Sonic, you must be Tails and you must be Knuckles.", said Silver.
"That's us. How do you know our names?", asked Sonic.
"I've been watching you from my world on computers in my world. I saw your fights with Robotnik and team-up with Tails and Knuckles.", said Silver.
"Wait, you've been watching me? Even in the shower?", asked Sonic.
"I assure you that I haven't seen you in the shower. Only your fights with Robotnik and your life on Earth. I came here because the media has been lying about you since your arrest by claiming you killed Robotnik even though I saw that he's alive. I came here because I can use the Master Emerald to make people be back on your side.", said Silver.
"Why should we trust you with the Master Emerald?", asked Knuckles.
"Because I have no ill intentions for using the Emerald to help you out.", said Silver.
"Well, you seem genuine, so we'll let you use the Master Emerald.", said Tails.
Knuckles handed Silver the Master Emerald and Silver began to use the Master Emerald to try and get people back on the side of Sonic and his friends.
Just then, the Master Emerald began shaking the office, and then a shockwave was sent out as a result of the Master Emerald.
"What was that?", asked Sonic.
"I don't know, but it couldn't have been good.", said Silver.
The heroes then walked out of the sheriff's office and to Tom's cruiser, while being bombared by paparazzi and photographers.
"Sonic, is it true that you killed Robotnik?", asked a journalist.
"Lay off you leeches!", said Knuckles.
Wachowski Residence
A ring portal opened up, revealing a pink hedgehog. "I finally tracked you to this location.", said the hedgehog.
Tom's cruiser pulled up in the drive way and Sonic and his friends walked into the house, finding the pink hedgehog.
"Oh Sonic! I knew you'd be here!", said the hedgehog who hugged Sonic.
"Who are you?", asked Sonic.
"I'm Amy Rose, I'm from your world and I came to help you maintain your innocence.", said Amy.
"Okay. Why are all these strangers showing up out of nowhere?", Sonic thought to himself.
"We have an interview tomorrow with the Green Hills news team, so we need to sleep.", said Tom.
"Good idea.", said Silver.
The heroes then went upstairs and got ready for bed.
Green Hills News Station
"So Sonic, how do you feel about how the media has been treating you since you defeated Robotnik?", asked the interviewer, whose name was Chris.
"It's way too much attention. I keep getting hounded by paparazzi and people calling me a murderer even though Eggman didn't die.
Just then, the interview was interrupted by a breaking news segment.
"This just in, a man shaped like an egg with a mustache who claims to be Robotnik is attacking Green Hills.", said the reporter who was at the scene.
"Eggman's back? See, I told ya guys I'm innocent. Time to go kick some ass!", said Sonic.
Sonic, Tails and Knuckles ran to where Robotnik was, though Robotnik looked different. He had no neck and wore a red jacket with gold squares on it, and his eyes were covered by blue glasses.
"What happened to your neck and your clothes Eggman?", asked Sonic.
"What do you mean Sonic? I've always looked like this.", said Robotnik.
"This guy has a mustache like Eggman, but he doesn't have the same clothes as him. Who is this person?", Sonic thought to himself.
Robotnik then blasted a laser at Sonic knocking Sonic back into the Mean Bean coffee shop. Robotnik then used an arm on his machine to grab Sonic.
"Let's see tha-wait a minute... You're not Sonic the Hedgehog.", said Robotnik.
"What are you talking about? I am Sonic the Hedgehog.", said Sonic.
"No, you don't look a thing like him.", said Robotnik.
Robotnik then let Sonic go, and a noise was heard that sounded like metal clanging. It was a bomb.
The bomb exploded and out of the smoke appeared a strange figure.
"Infinite?", said Robotnik.
"Who is that?", asked Sonic.
"How is he alive?", asked Robotnik.
Just then, Sonic was teleported to another room with cells in it.
"What happened? Where am I?", asked Sonic.
"I teleported you to a room with cells in it to hold this stranger.", said Silver.
"Also, there's been a disturbance in the electronics store and I think you should look into it.", said Silver.
"Here's a headset that you can use to talk to me.", said Silver.
"Got it.", said Sonic.
Green Hills Electronics Store
A strange light was coming from in the Green Hills electronics store once Sonic made it to the store.
A strange figure appeared next to Sonic. "Sonic, it's me, Chaos! I came to help you.", said Chaos.
"I'm sorry, but I'm not the Sonic you're looking for.", said Sonic.
"What do you mean you're not Sonic?", asked Chaos.
The light coming from in the store then stopped and revealed a black and red hedgehog.
"Whoa, that was incredible!", said the hedgehog.
"Excuse me, who are you?", asked Sonic.
"I'm Shadow the Hedgehog, enemy of Sonic the Hedgehog.", said Shadow.
"Where am I? And where's Sonic?", asked Shadow.
"I don't know, but stay still.", said Sonic.
"Why?", asked Shadow.
"Hold on... and... there we go!", said Sonic as he had Silver teleport Shadow into the cell room.
"What did you do to him?", asked Chaos.
"I just sent him to somewhere to keep him company. You trust me, right?", asked Sonic.
"No! No I don't trust you!", said Chaos as he prepared to attack Sonic.
Sonic then had Silver teleport Chaos into the the cell room.
Death Egg debris
A grey jackal was sitting in the Death Egg debris, dealing with his evil side.
"Coward! We're in a new world that we can take over and yet you refuse to try and conquer this world! You make me sick!", said the jackal's evil side.
"Shut up! You don't control me!", said the jackal.
"You can't hide from who you truly are!", said the evil side.
"Leave me alone!", said the jackal as he ran off to the Wachowski residence.
