Sonic: Hedgehogs Unite! Chapter 2: Reunion of Familiar Faces
Wachowski Family Residence
A knock was heard at the door of the Wachowski Family residence. Tom's wife, Maddie Wachowski, opened the door to reveal a jackal standing outside it.
"Excuse me. My name is Infinite. I come from another world and I'm looking for Sonic the Hedgehog.", said Infinite.
"He's in the living room.", said Maddie.
Infinite walked into the dining room of the Wachowski residence
"Do you need something to eat or drink?", asked Maddie.
"Water would be nice.", said Infinite.
Sonic then came into the dining room.
"Maddie, who the Hell is that?", asked Sonic.
"This is Infinite. He said he's looking for you and that he comes from another world.", said Maddie.
"You come from another world?", asked Sonic.
"Yes. I've been looking all over for the Sonic in this world, and I've finally found you.", said Infinite.
"Come with me. There's a place I want you to show you.", said Sonic.
"Very well.", said Infinite.
Silver's Cell Room
"Hey Amy, this is Infinite. He says he comes from another world or something.", said Sonic.
"Nice to meet you, I'm Amy.", said Amy.
"Amy Rose? I didn't think you'd be in this world.", said Infinite.
Infinite then looked around at all the people in the cells, noticing Robotnik was in one of the cells.
"Robotnik?", said Infinite.
Robotnik turned to face Infinite and spoke to him. "Infinite?", said Robotnik.
"Wha-what happened to you?", asked Infinite.
"What happened to me? You're one to talk considering you're a walking corpse.", said Robotnik.
"What do you mean?", asked Infinite.
"You died fighting Sonic, Infinite. Months ago.", said Robotnik.
"What? You're insane! There's no way I died!", said Infinite.
"What are you talking about? He's standing right in front of you. He's not dead.", said Sonic.
"Yes he is. So is Robotnik. They both died, fighting Sonic.", said Chaos.
Infinite turned to look at Chaos. "It was all over the news. Infinite, died fighting Sonic in space in Robotnik's space station. A few months later, you, Robotnik, died in the vacuum of space.", said Chaos.
"That's a load of crap! Sonic was trying to stop me from taking over South Island. I was about to destroy that little pest and then I... and then I was here.", said Robotnik.
"Oh please. Let me tell you something, I was whooping Sonic's ass. I was absorbing the power of the Master Emerald, and then I... I... Oh crap. I was about to die.", said Shadow.
"Shadow, do you know if I die fighting Sonic?", asked Lyric.
"I'm not sure Lyric. But I think I die fighting Sonic.", said Shadow.
"Well, I'll tell you what, Sonic. We take these poor souls to your house and try to help them out.", said Silver.
"Good idea, Silver.", said Sonic.
Silver opened each of the cells and each of the villains followed Sonic and his friends.
Wachowski Family Residence
Sonic, Silver and the villains made it to the Wachowski Family Residence.
"Is that Tails?", asked Infinite.
"Can't be. He doesn't look a thing like him.", said Robotnik.
"That is Tails, Robotnik. He's just not from your dimension.", said Sonic.
"I see then.", said Robotnik.
"Who are these people Sonic?", asked Tails.
"These are Robotnik, Shadow, Lyric, Chaos, and Infinite. They come from other worlds and are looking for the Sonics from their world.", said Sonic.
"That red creature looks kind of like Knuckles.", said Shadow.
"I can't believe this Sonic has Tails and Knuckles in this world, but no Shadow or me.", said Lyric.
"He can't be my world's Knuckles. This one looks too different.", said Robotnik.
"Tails, can you find a way to send these people home without them dying?", asked Sonic.
"I think so.", said Tails.
"So, you come from another world with Sonic, Tails and me?", asked Knuckles.
"Yes. But you don't look like the Knuckles from my world.", said Robotnik.
"Interesting.", said Knuckles.
"I think I figured it out. In order to send them back to their dimension, we need to let one of these guys use rings to open a portal back to their dimension.", said Tails.
"How will we be able to go back without dying?", asked Chaos.
"I don't know how we'll be able to send you back without dying.", said Tails.
"Couldn't you make a device that cures them of being evil?", asked Sonic.
"No, that's only possible in No Way Home.", said Tails.
"I think I have an idea.", said Silver.
"What did you have in mind, Silver?", asked Sonic.
"Maybe I can use the Master Emerald to change these guys back into average joes.", said Silver.
Silver then gave the Master Emerald to Robotnik, and Robotnik used its power to turn him normal again.
"Robotnik?", said Infinite.
"Infinite.", said Robotnik.
"I'm glad to see you again.", said Robotnik.
"Who's next to use the Master Emerald?", asked Sonic.
"I'll do it.", said Chaos.
"Ha ha ha. Foolish hedgehog, you think you can help us. Fix us like we're animals or like we need surgery. We don't need you to fix us. We're fine just the way we are.", said Infinite, whose split personality took control of him.
"Infinite?", asked Robotnik.
"The Infinite you're looking for is on vacation, sweetheart.", said Infinite
"What is he talking about?", asked Shadow.
"Come on all of you. We could eliminate this Sonic together while we have the chance.", said Infinite.
"Are you okay, Infinite?", asked Sonic.
"Okay? I feel great!", said Infinite.
Sonic looked at Maddie, nodding his head while saying, "Maddie, run!".
Maddie tried to run away but was punched by Infinite.
"You leave her alone!", said Sonic as he rushed to punch Infinite, but was knocked back by a hard punch to the stomach.
Shadow then tried to use the Master Emerald but was pushed away by Silver.
Shadow then used his powers to zap Silver who was knocked back into the kitchen of the house.
"I liked you the way you were before.", said Shadow.
"Eat this, Shadow!", said Silver as he used his powers to teleport behind Shadow and knock him down to the ground.
Sonic then got back up and started punching at Infinite. "You're a stunning fighter, Sonic. Too bad you won't be able to live long enough for it to matter!", said Infinite.
"Over my dead body!", said Sonic as he got into a fighting stance.
"That can be arranged.", said Infinite.
Infinite began attacking landing a few hits on Sonic, but Sonic started punching and hitting Infinite until Infinite was up against a wall of the house.
Robotnik tried to fight Shadow but ended up getting knocked out of the house.
"Looks like I'll have to step up my game.", Robotnik thought to himself.
Infinite then grabbed Maddie and threw her into the wall, breaking her arm in the process.
"Maddie! Are you okay?", asked Sonic.
"No Sonic, I broke my arm.", said Maddie.
"Tails, call 911 and get an ambulance here now!", said Sonic.
"Got it Sonic!", said Tails.
Chaos and Lyric began to try and fight Shadow but were knocked back by Shadow's power.
"This guy is stronger than I expected!", said Chaos.
"You can say that again.", said Lyric.
Just then, an ambulance pulled up in the driveway.
"Here Maddie, get in the gurney.", said Sonic.
Maddie was put on the gurney and driven to Green Hills Hospital.
"You'll pay for what you did to Ma-where did he go?", said Sonic.
"He's gone? It's odd for someone to vanish out of thin air.", said Knuckles.
"Where is Shadow?", asked Tails.
"He left to the Death Egg robot debris.", said Silver. "He's trying to rebuild the robot to use to take over Green Hills.
"Well he won't be taking over my city on my watch!", said Sonic. Sonic then sped off to the Death Egg robot debris.
"Silver, maybe we can get the Sonics from their world using a ring!", said Tails.
"Good idea.", said Silver.
Silver found Robotnik who was outside the house, recovering from his knock back by Shadow.
"Oh man, that hurt.", said Robotnik.
"Robotnik, we think we can help get your Sonic here to our world using a ring portal.", said Silver.
"You can?", asked Robotnik.
"Yes, we can!", said Knuckles.
"Just hold this ring and imagine the place where your Sonic is in right now, then throw the ring.", said Tails.
"Got it.", said Robotnik. Robotnik concentrated on the place his Sonic was in and threw the ring, opening a portal for his Sonic.
Robotnik's Sonic appeared and walked out of the portal. "Robotnik?", asked Sonic 2.
"Sonic! Thank God I found you!", said Robotnik.
"What happened to you?", asked Sonic.
"I got sucked into another world along with Infinite.", said Robotnik.
"No wonder you disappeared.", said Sonic 2.
"We have an emergency with other villains from another world with Sonic and Shadow in it.", said Robotnik.
"So, how do we get Sonic 3 here?", asked Sonic 2.
"Lyric just needs to use this ring.", said Tails.
"Very well.", said Lyric.
Lyric concentrated and threw the ring, opening a portal bringing Sonic 3 out of his dimension.
"Lyric?", asked Sonic 3.
"Sonic, it's you!", said Lyric.
"What happened to you and Shadow?", asked Sonic 3.
"We got sucked into another world by Silver the Hedgehog here.", said Lyric.
"Nice to meet you, Silver. I assume these two must be Tails and Knuckles.", said Sonic 3.
"Yes, that's them. And Amy Rose is here too.", said Silver.
"What's been going on?", asked Sonic 3.
"Shadow is using his powers to rebuild one of our Robotnik's robots.", said Silver.
"Interesting. I think I might be able to help. And this must be Robotnik.", said Sonic 3.
"That's me.", said Robotnik.
"Though this one doesn't look buff.", said Sonic 3.
"Buff?", asked Robotnik.
"Yeah, my Eggman looks buff.", said Sonic 3.
"Sonic, it's you!", said Chaos to Sonic 2.
"That's right, and this must be Sonic 3.", said Sonic 2.
"That's me.", said Sonic 3.
"We need to go help Sonic stop Shadow and Infinite!", said Tails.
"Well what are we waiting for? Let's go!", said Knuckles.
"Don't worry Sonic, we're on our way.
