AC: I want to thank my Beta-reader for proof-reading this chapter and all the previous ones I forgot to mention.

Alexandre, the one known by the creatures as the Messenger of the Cothica, ported into Chaotic. The man looked around. It had been a while since he ported in. He never got his code to port out. He learned from his father that he killed himself so the creatures could keep fighting against the M'arrillians. He still remembered his reply as he whispered, "Like some epic movies."

"Messenger!" Someone said.

He turned his attention to the creatures who came to him. Another creature said, "You came back!"

"Yes. The situation in our world finally progressed," the man replied. He noticed Tom and his friends and went towards them. He noticed his friend Cassandra and another woman who seemed to be embarrassing Tom, "I was just coded," he told the creatures. He nodded as he sat with the humans, "Hi. I'm back."

"Alexandre!" Cassandra sighed in relief to see him in person once again.

"Got my code and I have some news to share," he replied.

"What is it?" Annie asked.

"This is my mom Annie," Tom quickly said when he noticed the confusion on the man's face.

"No wonder she embarrassed you."

"What is the news?"

"The deal has been settled with the creatures," he began.

Epilogue Part 3: The Deal

Alexandre went on, "I don't have all the details. The creatures will explain it to you when to port back to Chaotic. It might take a bit before they sign everything. Translation is going to take a while. A little less with Najarin there to help," he let out a small sigh.

"What do you know?" Tom asked.

"Yeah. It must be important if you came to tell us about it," Sarah replied as she put her hand on her boyfriend's own.

The man smiled, "Yeah. I've got a new job. I am going to be the ambassador between our world and Perim. Not sure what might come. I don't know what they expect me to do. Since I am known as the Messenger, I am the best candidate it seems. I want to be useful at something. I couldn't help you at all when the creatures invaded the Earth. All I could do was stay hidden in Antarctica."

"I'll explain to you later what the Messenger is mom," Tom said when he noticed his mother was a bit confused by his explanation.

"It involves time travel," Alexandre said, "Anyway, I'm going to be the main link between Earth and Perim. Guess I might play that role more than a Chaotic player in Chaotic. I don't mind," he chuckled a bit nervously, "I'll do my best to avoid any problem or battles in our world. I'll get the explanations later or while I'm here. Anyway, the deal is over and it shouldn't cause any problem if the tribes follow the deal. Two months to reach this conclusion. Anyway, one thing is certain, the M'arrillians won't be able to come for a while. A long time to be precise."

"What did Gal'drad think about it?" Peyton asked.

"Gal'drad agreed to it. He accepted the part of the blame his tribe played. He won a bit in the deal. Once the sentences of the M'arrillians are over in Perim, they have the right to return to the Deep Ocean," he said.

"How is that a victory?" Kaz asked.

"Chaor and Aszil wanted the M'arrillians to face something worse. I'm not sure what, but I guess it might have something to do with never returning to the Deep Ocean… or slavery. For Danians, I think we know where it would go," Alexandre concluded.

"Good for them," Sarah sighed. She thought the Danians and Underworlders asked a little too much. Still, she wouldn't complain. They went through a lot too. She crossed her arms, "I'll have to check on Wamma too. I found out that he was busy training yesterday. I guess it is against his will."

"I remember when he hugged you and didn't let you go for a while. Just like your mother," Annie giggled.

The teenagers made no comment, but were glad they could smile about their tearful reunion. They went on with more casual conversations together as they ordered a drink.

"Do you have fun here?" Tom curiously asked his mother.

"Yes. I regret not getting into Chaotic when I was younger. I think I'll eventually begin to explore Perim," she showed her blue scanner.

"I'll give you a few tips when you begin," her son suggested.

"Thanks. I don't want to cause trouble to the creatures who saved us."

Peyton thought of someone, "What about Remi? We haven't seen him or heard from him since he returned to his family."

"We saw him at school when we came back," Tom replied as he showed his scanner, "He gave us his contact."

"He has his code. I guess we didn't see him here if he ported in," Kaz replied. He smiled lightly, "His parents are alright and everything is back to normal with him."

"That's good news and-" Sarah stopped when she saw the four rulers of Perim and Gal'drad teleported to Chaotic.

Chaor saw Kaz and went towards him. The others followed him, knowing their guides were with him.

"Looks like you'll get your answers now," Alexandre said.

"Hello Messenger," Theb-Saar nodded at him. The others did the same.

"Hello," he replied to the creatures.

"So you finished the negotiations," Sarah commented. She noticed they were tired and looked bored out of their mind. The long negotiations probably got on their nerves.

One thing was certain, Perim was still under care despite their rulers being gone for a while.

Chaor grumbled, "Humans are hard headed."

"You were hard headed," Theb-Saar replied. He crossed his arms, "You barely accepted any compromise until you were too bored to stay and continue the negotiations," he chuckled.

Maxxor also chuckled, "You were grumbling and complaining for a while. Especially when you wanted to check on Kazzy."

The blue eyes of the Underworlder shone brightly and showed his fangs, "Watch your words!"

The boy in question put his hands over his face, filled with a bit of embarrassment. He didn't want to get the attention of the creatures like that. If it was only Chaor, he wouldn't mind, but that wasn't the case. It was also the way the Mipedian said. It was to get a rise out of Chaor.

"You also wanted to check on Peyton Theb-Saar. You grumbled a few times like a child," Aszil commented.

The king of the Mipedians was put on the spot. He blushed and turned his head away when he noticed Peyton looking at him, "Peyton is a friend. Also, I never act in a childish way. Maybe we can talk about your attitude?"

Sarah interrupted, "What happened during the negotiations? What will happen from now on?" She was curious about it and the rulers annoying each other wasn't interesting at all.

Gal'drad seemed to grin when he felt a bit of embarrassment from the rulers, "As you probably guessed, we M'arrillians won't show our face on the Cothica for at least 20 solans. At least. Longer if my tribe isn't in line and tries something else again."

"Solans?" Annie asked curiously.

"It's 10 years," Peyton replied before Tom could.

"And the result of the negotiations?" Sarah brought back the focus to her question again.

The creatures nodded.

Aszil explained first, "We creatures can appear on the Cothica, but not every tri- country, as your kind call it," she stumbled on the concept of countries, "agreed to have us around. Most of them don't mind."

The creatures ignored the human cringing slightly at the mention of their world as the Cothica.

"The number of creatures will be limited and the access will come from Chaotic. The Codemasters will oversee the matter, when one of them doesn't have a match with a player," Theb-Saar went on.

The Danian queen continued, giving a small glare at the blue lizard, "They don't want an army to be on the Cothica, It would be around 50 creatures per tribe max, so it can be manageable for now."

"It is also a land where we cannot fight against each other or face heavy consequences. Heavier if we don't do anything to prevent another fight between creatures," Maxxor went on as he gave a quick glance at Chaor.

The Underworlder grunted and crossed his arms, "Shut up Maxxor. None of the Underworlders will cause chaos in the Cothica. It's the Cothica!"

The humans cringed once again, but it went unnoticed by the creatures.

Gal'drad sighed, "We won't have to worry about that part ourselves."

Aszil went on with the explanation, "There are also more extra little details, but it might bore all of you. It sure did us."

Cassandra asked, "Details?"

Theb-Saar answered, "Yes. The preparations of many scenarios and how we and your tribe can handle it, the rules on Chaotic, the rules of the Cothica, how to interact with humans that weren't aware of our existence because they thought Chaotic was just a card game and many other details," he yawned, "Just naming some of them bored me again."

"And I still have no idea what my role as an ambassador might be," Alexandre wondered. He rested his left arm on the table, "Any idea?"

"Not really. This rest is in the hands of the humans," Maxxor replied.

"That's pretty much it," Chaor decided to end the explanation. He stood near Kaz and growled, "Even if you are just code here, you better not do anything reckless."

"I won't. Jeez," the teenager sighed.

His friends chuckled.

"You seemed to recover well from everything that happened," the Overworlder commented.

"Yeah. We just needed to make up our minds about how weird everything will be for a while. Seeing creatures around our town and knowing they are around the world," Sarah replied.

"This will be awesome bro! We can show you what ice cream is!" Peyton focused on the positive.

That left the creatures a bit confused about what that thing was. The creatures glanced at each other before they focused back on the humans.

Annie and Cassandra lightly smiled as they were a bit left out of the conversations. They didn't mind and just let the kids go on.

As for Alexandre, he checked on his scanner. He stood up, "Time for my match," he said, and left the group.

"And what is this… ice cream thing?" The Mipedian king asked.

"Well…" he wasn't sure how to explain it, "I'll show you later! It's easier to see it than to explain it."

"You ate not long ago, so it's best that we wait before we get to that," Sarah replied. She rested her face on the palm of her hands, "And when are you going back home?"

"Soon," Chaor grunted.

It was clear the creatures were a bit homesick. They were gone for a long time for the negotiations.

"I am glad that things are returning to a certain normal," Kaz adjusted his glasses, "We can hang out in Chaotic again, we can have our matches and we are not about to get captured by the M'arr-" he looked at Gal'drad, "Evil M'arrillians,"

"Not offended. I did a lot of evil things under Aa'une. I won't deny that," he crossed his arms. He let out a small sigh. He turned his attention to the humans, "Still, I am happy to realize the wrongs I committed," he tapped the ground, "There is a lot we need to relearn. There is a lot to get over," he put his hand on his hip, "It will take a very long time to develop our culture and find what we lost."

He went on a bit about the things they had to find out and be a little more philosophical about it.

Annie glanced at Maxxor and Aszil. She then turned towards her boy and let out a small smirk, "Did my son tell you that he is dating Sarah?"

The two rulers who had those teenagers as their guide froze. Their faces were in shock. Their mouths dropped down and their eyes expanded. They didn't blink anymore.

Theb-Saar snickered, hiding his grin with his hand with a bit of politeness.

Chaos had no hesitation laughing at their faces.

Gal'drad stopped his speech when he heard him laughing. He did hear Annie, but he just realized what she said and the implication.

The two teenagers in question glanced at Annie, wondering why she just told them that.

Cassandra and Kaz followed Chaor in laughing despite trying to hold it back.

"This is your problem!" Chaor yelled before he went on with his laugh. He just couldn't get over their shocked faces.

AC: This is the end of this part.
