Following the School Life Club's defeat, thanks to our heroes, Percival Gaynes decided to return to Megurigaoka Academy, as it was still standing, since the end of the zombie outbreak.

"Cy and I were heading back to Megurigaoka Academy in Megurigaoka City, the site of the zombie outbreak, nearly a decade ago. City is barren, but a few zombies have appeared; some even out-of-towners from beyond the grave. As I studied the map given to me by Julie Saunders, I examined the sightings of each area where the School Life Club hailed. The school has been abandoned for years, with no signs of life… and the building looks to be deteriorating, as I speak."

"Beep… Beep… No signs present." A girl in an orange shirt, with her hair done in a left pigtail was scanning the area.

"Good work, Cy." Percival said, as the girl's purple eyes lit up like flashlights. He thought, "This is ground zero… and the outbreak is growing by the month. We're lucky that the zombies haven't crossed the line."

He was accompanied by Cy, his android assistant. She responded, "No wesponse fwom dis awea. Should we check uddergwound?"

"Underground?" He thought, and responded, "Good idea. We might find survivors. I hope…"

They returned to the basement area, and searched the underground area. He said, "Anything?"

Cy said, "None… But I can zee a person in dere…" She spotted a corpse, which was decayed and rotted, with all of her skin gone. He approached it and said, "The clothes match this Megu-nee. This must be Megumi Sakura. It's been 10 years now… and this mess is still growing. Like a pandemic… But the remaining zombies are still growing… I bet this is where they go to stay, without anything wrong… But still… Cy, status report on this place?"

"Wight!" Cy responded, "Power is dead. The generators are bwoken, and the water supply is depleted. Place has been bawwen and lifeless, since the end of the outbweak."

"But to rebuild this place to its former glory… it can be a problem."

A zombie emerged and went towards the two agents.
BANG!
Cy fired her gun and said, "Onii-chan… Some zombies are still present."

"That was close. I want to look for more… but I believe we'll wrap up here. We'll try the roof."

"Awwight. Wet's go to the woof, widdou fail!"

"I'm not so sure…"

Percival returned to the club room. It was the old club room of the School Life Club. He said, "I see… The Gaoka Clan's former hideout."

He stepped in, as Cy responded, "Shall I join you, Onii-chan?"

He said, "Do not. In fact, deactivate yourself to preserve power. Chances are, we cannot last, if we stay here too long."

"Okay… I'll wait in the car."

"Go right ahead." Cy departed to recharge, as Percival examined the club room.

He then looked inside and noticed a small dog dish. He thought, "Taromaru?"

He then saw a small book and examined it. "Weird… What does all this mean?"

Episode 4 - Chapter 1: Shion's Death Penalty!
The Return of Steven Nevins!

Meanwhile, Peter & Mundy were camping in the forest, far away from Shion Sonozaki, who was hiding out in her cabin. Peter was shaving his beard off, leaving a goatee, while Mundy was sharpening his knife.

"I could get used to the outdoors." Mundy said, "Suppose Shion sent someone to tag us?"

"We're miles from her cabin." Peter said, "We should make it by next nightfall. Only fighting Shion is tricky. Do you have her files?"

"Aye, mate. Shion Sonozaki, serving 10 years prison time, after Chazz & Asahi lambasted her. Yamabuki was there, when the trouble started. Her Stand, Sethan, can manipulate the person, becoming the total opposite. Asahi fell victim, becoming hateful and a bully… but it bit her in the bum."

"Who, Asahi?"

"No, Shion. Her Stand can control their emotions, but their memories remain intact."

"Damn… No wonder Asahi won."

Mundy stated, "It's best we stay away from Shion's Stand. Far away from it. Asa's orders."

"Her orders?"

"She knows the Stand. So, we're gonna be careful about this."

"Right. Even if Shion uses her Stand, we need to know how it works. Yamabuki doesn't know either…"

He finished shaving and cleaned up. Peter replied, "We'll pack up our camp here and traverse on. We'll be about five miles from the cabin. Afterwards, we stay put."

Mundy nodded, "And we strike… while the iron's hot." He stated, as Peter went to bed, "I like the idea, mate. But suppose she knows…"

"She only knows us from Fort Rawls. Question is… Who told her about us?"

"Got me." Mundy stated, putting his knife away, "Anyways, I'll take the watch, you get some shut-eye."

"Right, lemme know if anything comes up."

"Okay, mate."

Mundy was on lookout, while Peter was sleeping. Mundy sighed, "Takes me back…"

He loaded his sniper rifle and waited.

The next morning, they were walking through the forest. Mundy said, "Seven miles to go."

They were closer to Shion's hut. She was waiting inside the hut, worried.

"Ri-san's not responding." She was calling the Gaoka Clan, but no one answered. "Dammit, this is very bad. They were supposed to have The Gang eliminated. The Gang, the 11 Sisters, and MEA… they're all after me." She held up her stun gun and said, "I'm sort of scared. This isn't Egypt… And Lord MIO will be avenged."

She was worried, as she remembered years ago, and how she was dismantled by Chazz & Asahi, after her Stand suddenly changed Asahi into a violent beast. Afterwards, Shion was in Fort Rawls, stuck in her cell. She growled, "Asahi Sakurai…"

She was sitting in the corner of her cell, staring at a poster of Asahi Sakurai. She glared at her and whispered, "You did this to me, you pop tart-turned-detective! You sent me here…" She dropped her head and seethed, "I turned her into a hated person, who hates her boyfriend and friends… What did I do wrong on Sethan? What kind of assassin am I? That bitch… She ruined me… I loathe her… I despise her…" Her aura went crimson, "I HATE YOU!" she roared, punching the poster with her fists. "You did this to me… YOU DID THIS!"

During her sentence, she ran Fort Rawls, in secret. Four boys were beaten to a pulp by Shion. She was never caught, as she was only venting herself. She hates Asahi Sakurai, who was the one that sent her to jail. Most prisoners were afraid of her, as without her Stand, she ran the place. Sadly, she chose not to lead, unless she's satisfied.

Many prisoners were scared, while some were mysteriously killed by Shion. Her fuel of revenge was growing, as every day passed. Shion couldn't care about anything, but leaving jail.

POW!
She smashed a man's face, as she was furious. "Of course, vengeance makes me angry. Every time I see a poor bastard's face…"
SMASH!
She kicked another prisoner in the crotch. "It reminds me of those assholes. They put me in there in the first place…"
WHAM!
She kicked another in the chest, as he was coughing blood. "But the one person that has tormented me, during my suffering…"

Asahi was standing by the corner, as the wind blew her long black hair.

"…was you, Asahi Sakurai!"

Shion was sitting in her futon, as she was waiting for a call. She got a call from Miki, the sole survivor.

"Hello? Ah, Miki…" She smiled, "Very good! Any news to report? Huh? Injured? Oh, I see… MEA got to you, didn't they? … … … No, I haven't heard from the others. Contact me when you find them."

She hung up, as she smirked, "So far, so good. Miki only answered, so we're still gold. Very good."

At Casa de Munecas, Miki finished her phone call. She nodded to Farra and Mizuki, who were waiting for her. Miki said, "Are you sure you are going to stop her? It doesn't mean you can change my friends back."

"First things first, Naoki." Mizuki said, "We nab Shion, and then we'll see."

Farra replied, "You did the right thing. Once we are successful, we'll drop the charges on your friends."

Miki whispered, "I hope so…"

Miki is betraying Shion, secretly. Upon the School Life Club's defeat, Miki was the sole survivor, and agreed to cooperate with The Gang, in order to stop her.

Mr. Nevins, meanwhile, was dialing the number to Shion, as he had kept the names of each general he hired. He dialed the number. Shion answered it, "Hello? H-Hello?"

He nodded, as he hung up on her. He then smashed the phone with his bare hands and said, "Found you."

He walked down the street and said, "So, Shion's hiding, is she? Well, what a coward you are, Shion Sonozaki… I know where you're at."

A huge man called, "Hey, you! Talking to you, cowboy!" He turned around and said, "Yes?"

"What do you think you're doing, littering like that?"

He said, "Sorry. It's broken. I was meaning to get a new one-."

"Clean that up!" He yelled at him, "You think you own this street, just because you can throw stuff down on the sidewalk?"

Mr. Nevins tilted his hat, "My dear sir… I shall pick it up, on the grounds it may affect my parole. I was just freed for good behavior, only because I wanted to make amends to society. I should tell you now that my grudge isn't with you. Even scumbag thugs can be cruel."

"Cruel, you say?!" The man in the suit yelled, "YOU PICK THAT UP, EX-CON! OR I'LL SEND YOU BACK TO JAIL!"

"So be it…" He chuckled, as he approached the phone. He glared at the man and said, "And I advise that you do not pull a cheap trick at me, mainly a cheap shot, while I am not looking?" The man gasped, as Mr. Nevins smirked, "Believe me, violence isn't the answer."

"Wha-? What the hell is he? That aura… it's… terrifying…" The man thought in fright.

He picked it up and threw it into the trash bin. "I apologize if my actions were cruel, but I have a personal vendetta… Besides, I wouldn't waste my strength on you… Can ya dig it?"

He turned away, and then walked off. The man responded, "Yeah, you better learn to respect your city! People like you act so gentleman-like and calm, you're scum! You act as this is your town! People like you-!"
SMASH!
He was punched in the gut by The World, Steven Nevins' Cheetahman Spirit Caller. Of course, the man couldn't see it, as it was invisible to his sight.

He fell in pain, convulsing. Mr. Nevins whispered, as his face went stoic, "Of course, I don't want to hear his closing arguments, in more than 25 words. Steven Nevins heard enough." He went to a taxi and called, "Take me to this address."

"Yes, sir." The driver said, "Say, haven't I seen you somewhere?"

"Just came back from prison… That's all. Even so, my time served my purpose." Mr. Nevins smiled, "Five years in jail, and I learned my lesson."

"No shit? What did you do?"

"Oh… Horrible things… It is hard to say. Back then, I lost my father… and my sister and I went our separate ways."

"What about your wife? Or are you gay?"

"Wife and two daughters. I'll bet they miss me…" Mr. Nevins replied, "Not the first time, though. But then again, it wasn't my decision, at first."

He departed, as he was heading back to where Shion is located.

Steven said to the rest of The Gang, "So, Big Guy and Mundy are almost at their location. Shion is located near the forest, miles from New York. Almost similar to Japan's shrine and forest preserve. The School Life Club's Miki Naoki has given us useful information, including a new weapon." He explained, "Asahi, Chazz, and Yamabuki were the ones that ended her Stand. Sethan is out of commission. But she armed herself, just in case. According to Naoki, she has a stun gun for self-defense. So, we're going to stay back, in case the damage continues."

He continued, "As a matter of fact, Shion actually heard of MEA, during her jail time. Yamabuki Suou's a member of MEA, alongside the rest. But androids of MEA Agents were useful, after the School Life Club wounded them. Ebisuzawa and Naoki bloodied them, and the latter looks to redeem herself. And that's not all…"

Asahi nodded, as she looked out the window, "And in a short time, she blames me for her Stand being retired. I was the one that ended her… only it seems uneasy. We should've just killed her, but this is the only way." She stated, "Of course, the rest of the Egyptian Gods are retired and deceased."

Farra said, "Nine of them… Osiris is retired, and the user's locked away in West Plaza Asylum. Bastet and Yuno Gasai… well, her condition is worse, after those 200 bones in her inhuman body were reduced to 2,000."

Cassandra added, "And Kyosuke Irie? After playing games with you guys, Prison Island is where he belonged, so game over." She whispered, "But there's also Khnum and Thoth… Whoever they are."

Mizuki said, "It didn't matter. All nine of them were finally defeated. We beat seven of them, but two were destroyed. But then there's Birch Small, the Emperor. Her Stand retired, as well."

Steven quietly turned away, and Asahi nodded, "Don't forget Steven Nevins. He was at fault of this. Tremor Quake and The World… plus psychic powers… His was dormant, until his father was killed."

Mizuki said, "You're right. Maybe so… MIO was the one that gave me a Power Core, and it birthed Wedding Momo." She was worried, "But I'm not sure if I can learn from this experience."

Asahi stated, "You're right. The Power Core you had… it almost felt like you weren't going to die. Michelle said that to get rid of the issue…"

Mizuki nodded, "Exactly. It's like Miss Nevins didn't want me to rise up and save the day, until I can control it. My Stand was birthed, after MIO was destroyed. But it remained dormant. I wasn't strong enough."

Cassandra replied, "But that means that if we failed, you wouldn't even be here… Stand or no Stand…"

Steven replied, "Even still, Mizuki's life was our priority, to protect the future of humanity."

Asahi said, "And now look at us… We're still fighting, despite a global pandemic."

"At least we're all vaccinated." Mizuki smiled, "Most areas let us wear a mask."

Steven waited, as the girls stopped talking. He said, "Something isn't right… School Life Club were brainwashed, all by that hag. But why? They obey MIO, yet they were used. Almost as if…"

"Exactly." Farra said, "Enyama the Hag wanted to destroy MIO, herself."

Then, total silence. Farra continued, "Still, Peter & Mundy got everything under control. I called April, and she said that the Sisters are waiting for anything, as long as after Shion is caught. And Suou said that she has already reprogrammed the androids back to normal. Meaning AK, Borchardt, Carbine, and Glock are now ours to use."

Asahi growled, "I'm not buying this… I did tell Chazz, back in F City, after Gojou Shiouji died… He cannot bring people back from the dead. Yamabuki's soul is in an android body, yet her body's safely preserved, since her time in Italy. There's no way in hell that she can live again, without a Stand… Ninja Chariot is gone. Meaning her body ceased living. You lose a Stand, you lose a life."

Farra smirked, "Well, look who became Expert Stand Professor."

Asahi paused, and then muttered, "Sorry…"

Cassandra walked off and said, "Okay, meeting's adjourned. I have to help hermano and Miki with the shop."

She left, as Asahi said, "Be careful, Cassie."

Steven called, "Cassandra… Stay clear of any danger." Cassandra nodded and said, "Thank you, Steven… But I can handle myself…" She paused and said, "I wonder… how long you guys have done this, all over the world."

Farra said, "Maybe… It almost feels like a decade. We started out when Moji Mikisa came to pass, by this weirdo named Pucci. Since then, we have fought against evil for nearly ten years now." She asked, "Who knows when all this will stop? Something will happen in the end, which may end well."

Mizuki replied, "I doubt it… But I wish we could know the answer. Many ask us… When will it end? All the despair, death, and chaos… When will it all end?"

Asahi said nothing, as she was worried.

That day, a female zombie appeared towards Peter & Mundy. Peter said, "It's just one. I'll handle this."

Mundy replied, "Right." He stepped away and prepared his rifle. Peter beckoned to her and said, "Zombies in the day. Must be from Megurigaoka… Shion knows when to deliver them."

The female zombie roared, as Peter stood in place, hands in his back, and closed his eyes. The zombie hollered and lunged at him. It split into two, and its corpse fell by his legs. "Goodnight."

Mundy said, "That was easy. You didn't even flinch."

"Well, I have no vectors, but I know dark hearts when I see one."

"Confess! You stopped time, did you?"

"I don't always stop time…" Peter said, "Still, after all that training, it wasn't easy. I saved my wife, she suddenly has a Stand, we stopped an elusive serial killer, and far away… Mt. Fuji closed up their Power Core reserves, and drug dealers started to decrease by 75%. Yet right here in America, we had bigger drama."

"I know…" Mundy said, "But it's dangerous to go alone in battle. You got your friends. And you had it for a long time, even Scarlet knows."

"You're right." He said, "We haven't seen Scarlet, since she left."

"I hope so… Hope she found what she was looking for."

Peter and Mundy resumed their travels, closer and closer to Shion's hideout.

At Casa de Munecas, Miki was helping out in storage, as Luther, the boy in pink, said, "Ah, nice panties… And is that a garterbelt?"

"You pervert!" Miki blushed in embarrassment, "Stop looking!" She slipped off the ladder, and Cassandra caught her. Miki moaned, as her head landed on Cassie's soft breasts.

"My apologies, Miss Naoki… I did like your clothing choice. You wear it, at a young age?"

"Well, before the outbreak, I was a 2nd year student…" Miki blushed, and pulled back, "AGH! I'm sorry!"

Cassandra smiled, "It's alright. You're among adults here." She helped up with the boxes, until…

"AH!" She gasped, and she dropped the box. Miki caught it, and she sighed, "That was close."

Luther asked, "Sis, what's wrong?"

Cassandra was shivering in horror, "That aura… I can sense it… It… Is that-?"

"Is it Shion Sonozaki?" Miki asked her.

Cassandra thought, as she was terrified, "No… It's worse than Shion. Why? Why him? Of all people?"

Luther asked, "You seem pale. Perhaps you need repairs?" Cassandra moaned, "N-No, I'm fine…" She ran off, "Take over for me, Miki! I'll be right back!"

Miki asked, "Huh? Was it-? She's…" She asked him, "May I use the phone?"

Shion got another phone call and said, "Miki? Oh, what's up? Someone came to my house? No, only me and my sister… Huh? One of them sensed a horrifying image? Who? Oh… The android in black hair… Wait, how did you even-? Uh-huh… I see…"

Miki lied to her, "I have the android cornered, and she suddenly felt a scary presence. I will handle her, and finish her off. Goodbye." She hung up and said, "She still believes that I'm on her side."

Luther said, "That's good for you. Let's ignore the pain and return to work."

"Oh, got it."

Peter and Mundy arrived, at the dead of night, above the house, about fifty feet away. "There, that's the place!" Mundy called.

Peter said, "The lights are off. And I don't sense any evil presence."

"Maybe they're sleeping."

"Use your scope, and see what we can find."

He viewed the scope and whispered, "Eh? I can't sense her. It's pitch black inside. Maybe she's hiding from plain sight. No lights in the windows."

What they didn't know was that Mr. Nevins was walking to the hut. He whispered, as he held up a sheet of paper, which was Shion's address. "So… You finally hide here, after all this…" He smirked, "I will be waiting…"

He walked off, as Shion was on the phone. She said, "Yes? Yuno? Oh, I see… Still injured from those pieces of bone marrow? Oh… I wasn't joking around. I was wondering how long you hav-. Eh? … … … … It's not long now? Well… You get well, and you'll get your hands on them… Hm? The android and the blonde? I see… Well, from what I read, the guy that crushed you, he's dead. So, we don't need to worry about him."

She kept talking, as Mr. Nevins was inside the darkness, eavesdropping. Yuno was crying out in pain, as she wanted revenge, too, but Shion was shaken. "It's alright. I have friends… Once you're up and about, we'll finish The Gang. You can have the blonde and android, but I want Sakurai. I will never forgive her…"

Footsteps approached, as Shion heard them. "M-Mion?" She saw nothing. She said, "Not you, Yuno… It's… I thought I heard something. They'll be alright. Anyways, once you recover, I'll introduce you to my army…"

Shion giggled, "Very good… By the way, there's a favor I need you to do for me…"

"And what's that?" Mr. Nevins appeared from behind her, and she shrieked, "KYA!" She hung up the phone and cried, "Lord Nevins?! What are you-?"

"What exactly were you doing?" He calmly asked, with his aura dark and moody.

"It's… It's not what you think, sire. Lemme explain."

"No… You said enough." He glared at her, "I should've known than to hire a coward like you. You failed me, Shion Sonozaki. After your experience in Egypt, you fell to a pop star… and her boyfriend, too. How will you compensate for your failures, Shion? Is it because MIO is dead, and you wanted to avenge her memories? Is that it? I suggest that you explain to me… for your miserable attempts. Even so, your pitiful actions sickens me."

Shion reached for the stun gun and made her escape. He tripped her down and said, "Where do you think you're going? We're not done."

She yelled, "You bastard!" She held it up. "Stay back… PLEASE!" He went closer, as she shrieked, "DON'T COME NEAR ME!"

"This toy?" He asked, "I see you came prepared… without your Stand." He kneeled down, "It's your fault that my Egyptian Gods fell… YOU are the sole survivor of my army. And you failed me, Shion Sonozaki. Ryugu, Hatred, Tokisaki, Anubis, Yamanaka, Irie, Gasai, and Obsidian… They fell to The Gang, and you chose to retreat. The blame of MIO's death, and the blame of your allies' downfall… falls directly to you."

"I… I don't understand… Lord Nevins, forgive me…" Shion sobbed, holding the stun gun at him.

It sparked at him, as he hissed, "Tell me… Who gave you the order to escape Fort Rawls, just to go after them?"

"I don't know…"

"Who told you to lead your army to stop The Gang, all for revenge?"

"I don't know!"

"Was it MIO herself, before your failures? Or was it Gasai, lying in her hospital bed, not moving an inch? Sawako and Kyosuke cannot be helped, either."

"I DON'T KNOW! HOW WOULD I KNOW ABOUT ANYTHING LIKE THAT? LORD NEVINS, I'M SORRY!"

He grabbed her wrists and said, "Don't be sorry… But you should be… Because I came back… to clean up the mess I made."

"What?" She sniffled. "Lord Nevins…" She wept. "Please stop…"

She dashed off, "NOOOOOOOOO!"

ZAP!
He zapped her with the stun gun, and she collapsed. She crawled off, but he said, "I told you… I am not done talking to you, Shion!" He turned her around and held her down. "You need to listen up… You are one of my generals, one of my Egyptian Gods. But still… You lost to a bunch of idiots…"

"P-Please… stop…" Shion was helpless, as Mr. Nevins took the stun gun.

"I don't want to use this… That would be wrong." He said, in a quiet glare, "But… I believe you know what happens when you fail me…"

Shion whimpered, as he strangled her neck, choking the life out of her. "I am the leader of The Gang, and proud of it! I lost to a man that amounts to nothing, my equal! Meanwhile, you lost to a bunch of clowns! YOU GROWN SOFT! I don't accept failures like you to live! My family… my wife… my daughters… YOU did all this! I was defeated by a superior man that was beneath me! Yet you chose to rot in jail, AND TO ESCAPE FATE! YOU DISAPPOINT ME, SHION SONOZAKI!"

Shion's body went limp, with her eyes rolled up and her mouth open. Steven Nevins killed Shion Sonozaki. He roared, "I never was on your side to begin with! I only joined MIO, to destroy her! So now, Shion… I'm cleaning up… THE MESS I MADE! YOU MAKE ME SICK, SONOZAKI! A FAILURE LIKE YOU DON'T DESERVE A SECOND CHANCE, LET ALONE ESCAPE PRISON! I LEFT JAIL ON GOOD TERMS! I'LL EVEN MAKE YOU LEARN THE HUBRIS OF YOUR FLAWS! YOU SHOULD BEG ME FORGIVENESS!"

"Shion?" A voice called, as Mr. Nevins heard a voice. He looked down to Shion's dead body. He stepped back into the shadows, and a similar girl that resembles Shion appeared. She had long green hair, wearing a white kimono. "Shion? Eh?"

The girl turned to Shion, who was lifeless and still. She felt her pulse. "Sh-? She's dead… Shion?" She started to cry, "Shion… NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO! SHION!" She bawled, holding her body, "WHY DID YOU HAVE TO DIE, SISTER? SHION! WAKE UP! Wake up, Shion!" She was crying, as her sister was dead. Steven Nevins watched on, and he was amazed, "A sister… That explains everything…"

He approached her and said, "You there…" She looked up, as he said, "I'm sorry… Your sister is dead, because of me…"

The girl sobbed, "You? You killed Shion?"

"Permit me to explain… My name is Steven Nevins. Ring a bell?" He said, "I left prison, five years, just moments ago. Your sister, Shion, works for me… Well, used to, but I was enraged by the fact that she failed me."

"Shion… Because of-."

"Before you brandish me a murderer… Know this… I can kill you in an instant, knowing full well that I can show you salvation. If you accept, I have a simple task for you."

"Why? Why are you…" She wiped her tears and sobbed, "Shion's dead… Why should I trust you?"

"Even I had trust issues, myself… Child, I apologize if my methods were brutal, but it's how I am. The ones you should blame… are the ones that made your sister psychotic and murderous." He threw a stun gun to Mion's side. "And you should get them, Shion's Sister… The Gang is the reason why Shion's dead…"

Mion sniffled, "The Gang? Shion told me about… them… How she was sent to jail, wrongfully, because-."

"Wrongfully?" He cackled, "You think my prison life was bad? Shion's was worse off!" He said, "You… You will understand true pain… You should take penance for the fact that I killed Shion, to protect you… If you succeed, I will bring her back, somehow. But this, between us, must be kept secret." he turned around and offered, "But let's say if you try to kill me, a murderer that only did it to show humility to my troupe. Use that thing at me… and you can visit your sister in Hell. Back away, and show your loyalty."

Mundy whispered, "Oh, fuck! That aura… Is that Shion?"

"It's him, and he's with Shion!"

Peter rushed to Shion's hut, as he felt the presence of The Gang's nightmare arisen - Steven Nevins!
