Diary of a Wimpy Kid: Getting Freaky on a Friday Night

Chapter 6

After staying out on the sidewalk from what feels like more than an hour, Me, Boyfriend, and Girlfriend are now inside the house because it was burning hot out there. And lucky for me, Mom isn't even in the room because I found a note that says she went to do some shopping and she'll be back later.

"Wow Greg, your house looks really nice in here." said Girlfriend, as she was looking around my home.

"Thanks" I answered.

"Beepity boop bap" answered Boyfriend who I am sure he said the same thing as Girlfriend.

"Thank you Boyfriend" I answered as well.

The young couple looked around my house, they are completely amazed by how nice the inside is. I don't blame them though, it is a nice house.

While looking around, Boyfriend noticed my Twisted Wizard game on the coffee table. "Beep boop?" questioned Boyfriend about my game.

"Oh. That's my favorite video game, Twisted Wizard." I said.

"What is... Twisted Wizard, Greg?" questioned Girlfriend.

"Well, let me tell you all about it." I said to Girlfriend.

One long explanation later...

"And that's how you play Twisted Wizard. Do you guys understand now?" I said to both Boyfriend and Girlfriend.

"I think I do." answered Girlfriend.

"Beep boop" answered Boyfriend.

"Good. You guys wanna play some Twisted Wizard with me?" I said to the two of them.

"Sure. Playing video games is one of my favorite pastimes. In fact, it's one of me and Boyfriend's favorite pastimes. Isn't that right sweetie?" said Girlfriend to Boyfriend.

"Beep" answered Boyfriend who smiled at Girlfriend.

"Alright then, grab a controller and let's play." I answered to the young couple.

"Um... there's only one controller here." said Girlfriend as she pointed out that there is one controller, which is the player two controller.

"Oh crud. Your right." I said. I have forgotten that I only have a player one and a player two controller on my system.

"Hmmm. Maybe... you two can share the player two controller?" I questioned to the couple.

"Okay, Sure. I like that idea." answered Girlfriend.

"Boop bop beep" answered Boyfriend in agreement.

"Okay then. Let's play Twisted Wizard!" I said in pure excitement.

"Alright!" exclaimed Girlfriend, who is also excited as I am.

"Beep!" exclaimed Boyfriend, who is just as excited as his girlfriend.

Twisted Wizard POV.

We then played Twisted Wizard and I chose Arena Mode.

"Get ready to eat my dust you guys." I said to Boyfriend and Girlfriend.

"We'll see about that." said a more confident Girlfriend.

"Beep" exclaimed Boyfriend as he nodded in agreement with Girlfriend.

The battle began. I used some of my magic to attack Boyfriend and Girlfriend, hitting them directly.

I would use my ice powers to freeze them, but they dodged the attack. They would grab a spell book nearby and used a fire conjuring spell on me. But I dodged out of the way.

"Ha! You missed!" I exclaimed.

"Not for long Greg, not for long." said Girlfriend.

Girlfriend went over to another speed book and picked it up. And it was black hole spell.

"Oh shoot!" I exclaimed.

The spell was casted and I tried to run away from the black hole, but I ended up getting sucked into it and I lost half of my health.

"Oh no!" I yelled in fear.

"Look's like we're winning Greg." said Girlfriend, putting on a big smile. "Beep" answered Boyfriend.

"Oh no you don't!" I replied with a bit of anger in my tone of voice.

I picked up a summoning spell and summoned an ogre to attack Boyfriend and Girlfriend.

"Yikes!" exclaimed Girlfriend as she tried to get away from the ogre.

I watched as the ogre chased them.

"You guys have underestimated me." I said. "No one can beat the number one champion of Twisted Wizard."

The ogre caught up with GF and BF's avatar.

"Oh no..." said Girlfriend. "Beep..." said Boyfriend. They both know that they are about to lose.

And just like that, the ogre crushed the couple's game avatar.

"Yes! I won!" I exclaimed in victory. "Wow Greg, your really good at this game." said Girlfriend.

"Thanks. I have been practicing my gaming skills ever since I got the first Twisted Wizard game." I answered.

"Cool!" said Girlfriend in a much chipper tone. "Beep boop" answered Boyfriend also in a chipper tone.

I smiled at the two of them.

"Ready to go for another round?" I questioned.

The two of them nodded.

"Alright! Let's do this!" I said with confidence. "Yeah!" exclaimed Girlfriend. "Beep!" exclaimed Boyfriend.

And so, we played the next round.
