Sorry for the late update, ran out of ideas until I started playing Mario Odyssey. Now, without further adieu, welcome to chapter 3 aka Tanjiro has too much power and nobody knows what to do with him.
"What will you do when your sister attacks someone?" was the first question out of Urokodaki Sakonji's mouth when he stepped behind Tanjiro Kamado, who was kneeling in front of the graves.
"She will not, that I will ensure. But, should she do such a thing, I would kill her and then myself," stated Tanjiro as he got up. Nezuko was still inside the temple, the rays of the morning sun preventing her from leaving. "I presume you are the Urokodaki that Tomioka Giyuu mentioned?"
"I presume you are the Tanjiro Kamado Giyuu mentioned?" Urokodaki said after nodding his head. He received a nod in return, though a weird gaze at his tengu mask. It was normal, nobody knew what he looked like, and even he had forgotten his own appearance. "Good. Grab your sister and come with me. I will test you to see if you are worthy of being my student." Saying that, he started walking away, prompting Tanjiro to rush back into the temple, and back out a second later with a well woven basket. His sister must have been in there. Urokodaki smiled behind the mask, and started to jog, breaking into a run soon after.
Tanjiro puffed behind him, though kept pace, something that confused Urokodaki greatly. What he didn't know was that Tanjiro was constantly dousing himself in water, increasing his vitality and keeping him running for a while. However, it was a small amount of water, so small that it couldn't be seen, so Urokodaki couldn't decipher anything.
"How did you kill that demon?" Urokodaki asked after a while, unable to resist asking any longer.
"I froze it and evaporated the ice, why?" Tanjiro responded.
"Evaporated? What's that?" Tanjiro had to remind himself that this wasn't the 21st century, a lot of things didn't exist back then.
"I turned the demon into a gas, by first turning it into water," Tanjiro settled on saying. Percy was so happy to finally be smarter than someone else, and Tanjiro could feel it.
It wasn't too long before they arrived at their destination, Mt. Sagiri. Here, the oxygen was lowered, and Tanjiro could feel it. They arrived at a mountainside cabin that reminded Tanjiro of Saburo's place. Urokodaki led him inside, allowing him to set Nezuko down. Tanjiro rolled his shoulders, enhancements or not, running a couple miles after doing so several times before, and then pulling an all nighter was nothing to walk away from fine, demigod enhancements or not.
"Was that the test?" he asked, panting slightly. "Cause it was quite easy if you ask me."
"Set your sister down here and follow me up the mountain," Urokodaki responded and then walked away, prompting Tanjiro to follow quickly. Not that it was overly hostile or anything, but would it kill this man to just answer some questions along the way?
"Here we are," Urokodaki stated, standing a good ways away from the cabin. About 1.2 miles, if Izuku's estimates were correct. "This is where you have your test. Get back to the cabin before dawn." It made sense, dawn was only a couple hours away at this point. When Tanjiro looked back down, Urokodaki was gone. Luckily, Tanjiro had his scent, and started running in the direction of the house, remembering the path back exactly. He had quickly made it a small portion of the way when he sensed something behind him. Ducking away, he saw a log rush past him at high speeds, alerting him to the multitude of the traps around him.
"Of course," Tanjiro spoke, looking around cautiously. "This mountain is just one big trap." Taking a deep breath, Tanjiro examined his surroundings carefully. The area was relatively clear, the oxygen very scarce, making breathing difficult. The mist swamped him, stopping his view below his feet and making it nigh impossible to discern what was around him.
"Mist is just gaseous water," Tanjiro exhaled, then focused. Before he knew it, there was water replacing the mist, droplets floating around him. Pulling them all towards him, Tanjiro coated himself in the wetness, feeling revitalized. "I know where the traps are with my enhanced senses," he spoke softly, before running forward. Several things went off behind him, Tanjiro dodging with expert grace and superhuman speed. "And this water boost allows me to dodge them!" he exclaimed, going faster as he proceeded.
Tanjiro's surroundings became a blur, trees and grass blending together through the water coat he put on himself, constantly reinforcing it with his surroundings. Jumping over one of the pitfalls, Tanjiro found himself going higher than expected, almost peaking above the canopy. Smiling with an idea, Tanjiro bounced off one tree atop another nearby one, using the wall jump technique he discovered while Percy was mentally playing Super Mario Bros for the NES.
Whooping with excitement, Tanjiro began to run across the trees, freerunning from his previous life enabling him to keep his balance atop the flexible trees, bending under his weight. Absent-mindedly looking up, Tanjiro saw himself entranced by the full moon glow that was cast upon him.
"I wonder if Artemis knows where I am," he muttered, before shaking his head, the moon dimming when he said that. "Nope, I'm with the shinto gods now. It's Tsukuyomi." The moon glowed brighter, as if in response to that, and Tanjiro knew that the god of the moon heard what he just said. Nodding, he continued running, speeding across the trees in the direction of the house. The moon was still relatively high in the sky, meaning that he likely had plenty of time before the deadline was up. Remembering the story of the tortoise and the hare, Tanjiro decided against stopping, instead running faster, pushing the limits of his demigod body.
Now traveling at a steady ten meters per second, Tanjiro decided to test the rest of his powers for the first time. After all, Poseidon wasn't only the sea god. The title of stormbringer belonged to Susano'o in this world, but that didn't mean that he didn't have power. Clouds started to gather above him, winds whipping around and rain falling. He redirected the wind towards Urokodaki's house, further increasing the speed at which he traveled. Lightning crackled in the air, bolts coming down in small bursts, electricity dancing across the water droplets of the rain. Tanjiro saw this as if in slow motion, the lightning fast flow of electricity narrowly avoiding his own water shield. He knew he wasn't faster than the electric charge, but he still tried to keep up, his desperation and willpower further increasing his speed by an additional five meters per second. The house came into view and Percy sighed from somewhere deep within Tanjiro at being unable to focus on the Earthshaker domain. Tanjiro willed the storm clouds to disperse and sped into the clearing in front of the house, having to dig his hand into the dirt to stop himself from rushing past at the speed he was at. Standing up and brushing off the dirt from his pants, Tanjiro walked forward and knocked on the door, the man in the red tengu mask opening it.
"How the fu-" Urokodaki started, before shaking his head much like Tanjiro loved doing. "Come in and help yourself to some food," he stated, muttering something else under his breath that Tanjiro couldn't catch. Tanjiro walked inside after Urokodaki, seeing Nezuko sleep in an adjacent room to the central common area and kitchen. Smiling slightly at her peaceful expression, Tanjiro felt Percy's sadness as he saw another thing he would never have, a family. Reaching out mentally to comfort the older boy, Tanjiro sent some warmth to reach Percy, the dimension hopper reciprocating.
"I was planning on doing this anyway, but I guess I should do it formally," Urokodaki stated, causing Tanjiro to look up from the delicious meal. "I accept you as my student, Tanjiro Kamado."
"Great," Tanjiro smiled. "How does training work?" he asked.
"Hell on Earth," Urokodaki stated, narrowing his eyes once he noticed that the boy didn't care. "Why do you stay like that?" he asked. Normally, any student would be shaking at the pain promised in his voice.
"One, I've been there, so I know what to expect and this probably won't be it," Tanjiro casually remarked, making Urokodaki stumble over his thoughts. "Second, I've probably been through worse."
Oh yeah. He'd definitely been through worse.
The first part of his training was just running down the mountain. He tried to limit himself to not using his demigod abilities, but even then, it was very easy, especially given Percy's incredible spatial awareness and reflexes, combined with Tanjiro's enhanced senses. His current best time was 6 minutes for the two mile run, and if he wasn't on the treetops, he was going to take around 8 minutes. Urokodaki eventually got so tired of resetting the traps every few days because this kid somehow managed to tick off all of them that he ended up giving up and focused on the sword.
Once again, Tanjiro surprised the man with how proficient he was with the blade. Given that Percy's style relied on a specific blade he had used all his life while Urokodaki made Tanjiro use another, he wasn't where he should be. Still, he was better than any other student Urokodaki had trained, being able to keep up with the former Water Hashira close to the start.
However, while Tanjiro progressed, Nezuko did not. She fell asleep a week back, and would not wake up no matter what he did. A doctor was called to check her, but nothing was found that would be wrong. It seemed that she was just asleep. So, Tanjiro kept a journal of everything he did, ensuring that he would be able to tell Nezuko what she missed. Tanjiro regretted that he wasn't with her during many of these moments, but knew that he couldn't do anything when nothing was wrong. So, he focused on other things, such as training.
For the next few months he focused on forms and the feel of the sword, getting used to it, learning the best ways to use the blade and how not to apply pressure. It took Percy and Tanjiro several days of studying to best understand the practical applications of this sword method, something that the quick learners easily caught on to and practiced. Well, Tanjiro practiced. Percy kept encouraging him to do better, while running through scenarios and fights in his head based on previous skirmishes. One of the most common ones that Percy thought of were his fights with Luke in the throne room and Tartarus in Tartarus. By combining his memories of the two, Percy was able to create a fighting style that was the mix of the Greek and the Japanese, one that combined the flexibility and wild surprise attacks of the Greek and the fluid, planned, practiced way of the Japanese. Combining these had Tanjiro not use an actual blade, rather an ice one that he made, in order to figure out the best way to use a sword in this way. He still trained with a katana, which was inevitable or else Urokodaki would beat him up. However, he stayed up late at night practicing with this ice, using memories of his past fights to help himself get better in battle. By using enemies going with the intent to kill, the method was much more effective than Urokodaki's protective hurt policy, ensuring that he was safe but also knew he was wrong.
The result of his labor bore a few months later, when Urokodaki began to teach him about Total Concentration Breathing. By apparently using a specific way of breathing, he would increase his body's maximum power, enabling him to push past his ingrained protective limits as a human and become more powerful by ignoring them. When he was first introduced to it, he quickly made the connection between that and the Hinokami Kagura. When he told this to Urokodaki, the old man was surprised, then asked Tanjiro to show him. Tanjiro refused, but promised that he would do it on New Year's eve, as tradition required him to.
The first time Tanjiro tried this type of breathing, his chest hurt harder than when Urokodaki punched him through the forest for breaking a wooden sword. The strain on his body was far too much for him to handle at the time, the power too great to be harnessed in pure form. That was, until Percy had a suggestion.
Why don't you try doing it underwater, and see if you can manage there, with the water healing you, his companion told Tanjro, Percy suggesting the use of his natural element.
Alright, Tanjiro responded, going off in search of a water pool. Unknown to the both of them, two undead souls looked upon the young boy from beyond the treeline, observing number fourteen as he readied himself to face demons. They had heard about how he killed his first demon, because number three's stealth skills allowed him to keep pace with Urokodaki as their sensei talked with the new recruit.
"-ito, Sabito," the taller of the two heard, looking downwards to the girl with the fox mask. Her pink eyes stared back at him, her lithe and small body perfect for dodging attacks.
"Yeah, Makomo?" Sabito responded, his peach colored hair ruffling in the wind.
"What do you think of him? Will he survive?" she asked. Her experiences weren't the best on the mountain, dying and all at the hands of the demon with multiple limbs. Sabito wasn't much different.
"We wait. Once he learns how to breathe, we will help. If, and only if, he can beat both of us together, then we allow him to go," Sabito firmly explained, not wanting to lose another to the demon that took their lives.
Tanjiro arrived at the water pool, a hot spring that he had discovered while running down the mountain in various routes. He instinctively sought it out, remembering that the water there was better than elsewhere. Jumping in, Tanjiro fully submerged himself into the liquid, letting the power course through him as it did.
Tanjiro took a few deep breaths upon Percy's guidance, before readying himself and starting to practice Total Concentration Breathing. The first time he did it, he failed miserably. The kickback of the technique caused him to suffer for a brief second. However, his element healed him, allowing him to take another shot.
This continued for several minutes, where Tanjiro would try to breathe, it would fail, cause a slightly smaller kickback than normal, and his element would heal him, for Tanjiro to try again. Below ground, it was quite peaceful. Above it, widespread confusion ensued.
"What is he doing?" Sabito asked rhetorically, both wondering how the boy could stay under so long.
"Maybe he's training water breathing?" Makomo replied hopefully, though it was soon shot down.
"Urokodaki-sensei hasn't taught him that yet," Sabito replied, still peering into the depths of the small lake. "I'm going to check on him."
"I'll go too," Makomo affirmed, and together they jumped in. Curiously enough, Tanjiro wasn't struggling to breathe or anything, just sitting in place and practicing Total Concentration Breathing, if the stance and slight movements he was making were anything to say about it. Sabito got closer, Makomo hanging in the back on some unspoken signal. Not needing air to fill his dead lungs, Sabito and Makomo had no fear of drowning, something that helped them majorly here.
Before either of them could get too close, Tanjiro opened his eyes and got out of the water, Sabito noticing quickly that his stance was perfectly correct, as well as the breathing technique he was using. Sabito and Makomo climbed out, befuddled at what just happened and why a boy that spent the last ten minutes underwater was completely dry.
"What the fuck was that?" Sabito asked as he pulled Makomo up.
"I have no clue," Makomo stated, looking towards where Tanjiro had disappeared to. "But I have a feeling he'll survive."
"He better," Sabito stated. "Otherwise that hand demon's gonna become unkillable," number thirteen told fourteen.
"I have nothing more to teach you," Urokodaki stated, having led Tanjiro to a clearing. In the middle of it was a huge boulder, while it was surrounded by various plants and trees. "However, you are not yet ready. You hold yourself back. When you have perfectly cut this boulder from top to bottom, I will permit you to enter the final selection," the former Hashira stated, walking away.
A few months had passed since Tanjiro had mastered Total Concentration Breathing, his physique and demigod body making him able to use it all the time. Urokodaki had taught him water breathing, Tanjiro's natural mastery of the element moving it along smoothly. Nezuko still hadn't woken up, but Tanjiro still kept his journal, using bamboo to make new pages whenever he ran out. It was a quiet life, but in no means was it peaceful. Tanjiro pushed himself to the limits everyday, driven by a need for vengeance and the hope that he could help his sister.
"Slice the boulder, huh," Tanjiro muttered once Urokodaki left. He never said it, but the old man had grown on him. His no-nonsense and power driven attitude helped Tanjiro immensely, and Tanjiro hoped that he could live up to Urokodaki's expectations for him. Apparently, only one student of his had survived the final selection, and Tanjiro was determined to be the second.
Tanjiro started with a regular slash, using his body power only, not enhancing it in any way with powers or breathing. It made a small difference in the boulder, a slight line appearing, but Tanjiro wasn't satisfied with that. The next time he swung, he coated himself with water, doubling his strength. This time, he cut into the boulder, but it only got about a third of a meter in before the boulder's natural thickness stopped it. Stepping back again, he readied water breathing: second form, water wheel. Using the combination of momentum, gravity, demigod enhancements, and water blade STAB bonus, the slash was sure to slice through the boulder. However, before it could do that, it broke through a blade, causing Tanjiro to stop mid-move and right himself to face the person on the scene.
It was actually two people, one a boy and one a girl. The boy was about his height, wearing a fox mask that left only peach colored hair visible. The boy was clearly confused, especially regarding how easily his blade broke. The girl actually stepped back in shock, drawing Tanjiro's eyes to her regarding her form. Small, no larger than Nezuko, this girl wore a nearly identical mask, just adorned a different color. Her frame likely suggested speed and agility over strength, something that Percy taught Tanjiro to notice. Readying his sword in front of him, Tanjiro prepared himself for confrontation.
"Who are you, and why have you come here?" Tanjiro asked, his eyes narrowed at the man with the broken blade. Compared to the girl, he was the bigger threat, though not by much.
"Not attacking a hostile force immediately?" the boy asked. "What kind of a man are you?"
"The fourteen year old kind," Tanjiro deadpanned, before relaxing. "You really suck at this whole taunting thing, don't you?" the reincarnate asked the dead. "Let me show you how it's done, you peach haired fuzzball. I bet you couldn't even cut paper, you little orange pussy," Tanjiro stated, and boy it worked like a charm.
The boy let out a cry and rushed him, the broken blade somehow renewed. In a telegraphed strike, the boy swung downwards, prompting Tanjiro to swing slightly upwards to defend. However, Percy's experience showed that it was most likely a feint, causing Tanjiro to redirect his block towards the side rather than the top, allowing Peaches to slide past him.
"You're nothing more than a bull!" Tanjiro called out, Sabito tensing even more in rage. "Come on, I'll Matador your ass you tiny boy!" That one statement did more damage than any of the previous ones combined, the idea of not being a man hurting Sabito so much that he forgot everything Urokodaki taught him and rushed back into the fight.
Swords clashed, metal flashing with practiced ease. Each one of Sabito's strikes was easily deflected, despite being swung with both his full strength and the intent to kill. Percy's skill and Tanjiro's affinity for the katana came in handy here, allowing the combination of the two to be a deadly killing machine.
Bored with the fight, the next time Sabito rushed, Tanjiro didn't dodge or deflect, but rather blocked the swing, causing Sabito to stop all his forward momentum, throwing him off balance. Practice made the disarming maneuver perfect, and Tanjiro used the rudimentary move Luke had shown Percy all those years ago, the blade coming to rest a few feet from the two in the snow. Tanjiro kicked Sabito in the shin and then hooked his foot to the side of his ankle, tripping Sabito and causing the boy to splay himself onto the snow. Tanjiro leveled his nichirin blade, borrowed from Urokodaki, at Sabito's throat.
"Great fight," he said. "Who are you?" he asked, putting the blade even closer to coax the truth out of the fighter. Sabito laughed weakly.
"Thanks Makomo," he wheezed, causing Tanjiro to turn around. True to his words, the girl was behind him, her blade poised for a kill strike, going at speeds humans couldn't follow, with maybe the exception of those with speed related breath styles.
Tanjiro simply leaned back, allowing the girl to sail past him, his sword nicking the piece of cloth that held her mask in place. As she rushed forward, lowering her blade so as to not cut Sabito, she felt the mask covering her face disappear, floating behind her, caught on Tanjiro's sword, and fluttering in the slight breeze. As Makomo rolled to avoid fall damage(why didn't she mlg water bucket?), Tanjiro commanded the snow to hold her legs in place, preventing her from moving more. The same happened to Sabito. Tanjiro plucked Sabito's mask off his face with minimal effort, not really caring about what he saw underneath it. The scar on his cheek stood out a bit, but it wasn't anything either Tanjiro or Percy hadn't had to deal with before.
"Do you mind telling me who you are?" Tanjiro once again asked, directed more at the boy than the girl, who went by the moniker Makomo.
"Sabito," he said. "My name is Sabito."
"Good. Now, why are you here?" Tanjiro continued. At this point, he was more curious than angry, nothing much having changed since the fights started.
"To test you," Makomo stated. "To see if you would be able to survive the final selection."
"And am I?" Tanjiro asked.
"I do think so," Makomo responded, Sabito groaning at that. "Don't mind him. He's just upset because he's no longer the best of Urokodaki's disciples."
"He was the best?" Tanjiro asked incredulously. "How- wait, disciples of Urokodaki?" Tanjiro asked. Makomo and Sabito nodded. "How? I haven't seen or detected anyone in the area, ever, and you don't look old enough to be full fledged demon slayers yet." He narrowed his eyes, his sword hand tensing slightly, before it relaxed.
"Because they're like me," a fourth voice spoke up from the edge of the clearing. 190 cm tall, with jet black hair and piercing green eyes, the 20 year old with the Mediterranean tan looked straight into Tanjiro's eyes. His body was wispy, bordering on smoke. He got up from leaning against the tree and walked close to his reincarnated self. "They're dead, Tanjiro," Percy Jackson spoke.
"Wha-Percy?" Tanjiro asked, sword moving to face the wispy body that made up his past life. "How are you here?"
"Projecting myself into gaseous water with the little control I have left, thanks to you using my powers," Percy responded, his signature smirk coming back full force. "Also, not even a hello or a hug to the guy that existed only in your head?"
Tanjiro smiled and rushed forward, arms out for a hug, only to pass straight through Percy's misty body. "Hel-lo?" he said, looking at his hands before noticing Percy's sad smile.
"Hello, Tanjiro," Percy said, putting his hand on Tanjiro's shoulder, though the boy couldn't feel anything there but cool dampness. "Don't worry. I'll always be with you," he said, before disappearing and being sucked back into Tanjiro's body through the power of lungs.
Tanjiro simply gazed forward, too many thoughts rushing through his scattered mind, stopping him from noticing the two other children standing up behind him.
"Excuse me but what the fu-" Sabito started, before being chopped on the neck by Makomo. "I said excuse me," the boy sheepishly muttered, rubbing the point of contact with nonexistent hands.
"What the idiot would like to say," Makomo said, glaring at Sabito. "Is what the fuck was that?" Sabito glared incredulously at her, but wisely shut up once he saw her look at him. It reminded Tanjiro of Annabeth, and not in a good way.
"Uhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh," Tanjiro started, then rushed off. "I can go to the final selection!" The two others were too shocked to move.
"Wait!" Tanjiro called before running back and slicing the boulder with a perfectly executed Water Wheel. "Okay bye dead people!" he shouted, running back to the house.
"Come back alive," Urokodaki told Tanjiro after giving him a nichirin blade for the test. It wasn't perfectly balanced in Tanjiro's hands, but it would do well enough for anything short of a lower moon.
"I always plan to," Tanjiro smoothly responded, sheathing the blue blade and looking at the road to Fujikasane mountain, the place where the selection was taking place. "Take care of my sister, okay?" Tanjiro's eyes glistened with unshed tears, still in turmoil over the thought of his sister not waking up from her slumber. Urokadaki nodded, and Tanjiro began the journey to his first major test in this world of gods and demons.
The walk to Fujikasane was long, but not tiring. Intense training and demigod powers had built up superhuman stamina in Tanjiro's body, meaning that he hadn't even broken a sweat after the run there. He didn't want to tire himself out before he got there, which meant no powers usage, or special moves. The wisteria-covered hills came into sight, the pink flower illuminating the way for Tanjiro and the various other contestants to follow. A small clearing opened up at the end of the path, Tanjiro making it just before dusk. Around twenty others stood in the clearing as well, a few catching his eye.
One was a short blond, wearing a yellow patterned kimono, and who looked scared out of his mind. Another was shirtless and wearing a boar head, and was currently strangling someone else.
They look like anime protagonists, Percy supplied, having seen a bit of how the style worked. The main characters were always easily identifiable by their hair colors and clothing styles, a surefire way to keep them separate from everyone else and the viewer's attention on them.
"I don't see many girls," Tanjiro muttered, curious as to why that was. From his and Percy's experience, the females were always the ones to kick his ass, making him scared that he didn't see any.
Is that- no, nevermind, Percy cut himself off, clearly with something on his mind but not stating it. Tanjiro shrugged, not really caring much.
"Twenty seven people here," Tanjiro stated, looking around.
But how many survive? Percy added, finishing the line of thought that Tanjiro was thinking about.
"I have an idea," Tanjiro told Percy, causing a groan from the dead demigod.
If it's anything like what you normally think of, we're going to die several times over, Percy bemoaned. Trust me, it isn't fun.
"So why can't we just have everyone stick together?" Tanjiro asked. It seemed like the most logical decision here, strength in numbers.
Two reasons, Percy responded. First, that defeats the point of the exercise. Demon Slayers work alone, meaning that large groups of people doesn't accurately show the idea behind this. Remember, this is a simulation of how the real world of Demon Slayers works, only on a smaller scale, Percy explained.
"And the second reason?" Tanjiro asked, scared to do so as it clearly soured Percy's mood.
It's easy to pick off people in groups, especially if they aren't properly trained in fighting with another person near them, Percy bitterly stated. Happened too many times for me to count.
"Oh. I'm sorry," Tanjiro softly spoke, now looking down.
Nah, it's fine. It's all the past now, don't focus on that. Look ahead, soldier, Percy instructed, as two children stepped forward. Their looks suggested that they were both female, but Tanjiro suspected that the one on the left was male.
"Welcome, Demon Slayer candidates," the two spoke in unison, their voices blending so well that Tanjiro couldn't discern which was who. "To the final selection. Here, on Fujikasane mountain, demons are captured and contained here, unable to escape because of the wisteria plants you see around you. In order to pass the test, you must survive seven days on the mountain. You must return here at dawn on the seventh day. Should you return earlier, you will forfeit the selection and lose your chance to become a demon slayer, permanently. Should you not return, you will be presumed dead. Are you sure you wish to proceed?" they finished.
This sounds like a video game quest, Percy snorted, lightening up the mood. Before anyone could react, the boar headed kid rushed up the mountain, roaring something about the 'King Inosuke Hashibara', causing light murmuring in the scattered crowds. Before he could stop himself, Tanjiro started walking forward as well, drawing many stares. He took a look at the kids, who were watching with interest. Taking a deep breath, Tanjiro walked forward into the forest, away from the protection of the wisteria.
The final selection had begun.
First off, I know Sabito is supposed to be super strong and all that hot shit in canon but I like the idea of the fuzzball being a hothead better because I don't really think that the way he died represents his character. Second, I like the idea of Makomo being able to boss Sabito around like she's his older brother, despite the height and time difference. Finally, I just want Tanjiro to swing his sword thrice and be able to take down a hashira or a lower moon. I don't know why, I just do.
I'm putting up a Legend of Zelda story soon, it's Breath of the Wild but Zelda isn't born until minutes before the calamity. Go check that out when I post it, and know that there isn't going to be this much time between updates anymore. Thanks, and review with your thoughts please!
