Rasputin, (The Boys/Worm)
"Gregory Rasputin, AKA Rasputin, power is biokinetic with an innate understanding of anything he touches, and the ability to modify the biology of any living organism he touches. This is not limited to humans but encompasses all carbon-based life based as seen with him healing animals as well." Greg D. Mallory said playing clips of a man healing injured people from a burning house, he touches the arm of a burn victim as the victim's body heals, all burns and blisters vanish from his touch as he moves to the next one.
"From what Vought-American has on him, he is a descendant of Grigori Rasputin, a once calm mystic healer and holy man in the past, and he inherited his power to heal the sick" Mallory explains to The Boys.
"Sounds like bullshit, is he actually related to some Russian rapist cunt?" Butcher asked Mallory.
"Hard to say, but accounting to our source he came up with it himself, due to him hating all the names suggested to him and having the same name, but he did get his claimed healing ability, making one of the most valuable and important supers in the world, with his ability to cure cancer of all things" Mallory said, putting out stories and new paper of Rasputin curing cancer and helping in medical research.
"He is partially a gold mine with everyone researching his powers alone" Mallory explains, Rasputin works with the medical and hospital industry to help them develop cures for diseases, while he can do it himself he wants mankind to do it without him, or so he claims.
"Tell me about it. He doesn't even need to be a superhero with the amount of money he's raking in," The Frenchman said, the medical industry increased greatly and most of the profit went to Rasputin.
"He also is not official with Vought-American despite what the lawyers try to do to get a piece of that pie, He made his own contract with them that pretty much gave me all rights to anything related to his abilities" Mother's Milk said, smiling at how he screwed the company over.
"He also the only sup we can't find any dirt on, no drugs, no murders or any other hedonistic and depraved acts that the other heroes do. We have few stuff on him drinking and having sex but it isn't much to go with" Mallory explains, how Rasputin doesn't do anything illegal and casual drinking or having sex with consenting adults isn't a crime, despite what they tell you.
"He rarely fights, normally shows up to heal the aftermath of the injuries, but when he does he keeps the collateral damage to a minimum and always heals those he hurts" Mallory showing a video of Rasputin dancing into a gang fight as he beat them all up then healing them after would.
"So he's a good super?" Hughie asked, seeing Rasputin doing more good than bad.
"I say more pragmatic than good, he has a certain amount of political power, using his power to snuff out a war before it started between Russia and Ukraine," Mallory said, bringing up an up to date picture of Rasputin.
"Rasputin keep himself clean, refuses to join any team and uses his power to help anyone, the fact that he heals the injuries most sups cause made some of the heroes more restless but he always scold them when he as to heal a victim from a sup intervention, making the sups clean up their act of good PR" she explains show videos of Rasputin yelling at Torch lighter for breaking a woman spine while catching her.
"If the bastard is clean, why are we talking about him?" Butcher asked, seeing no point in talking about some healer hero.
"Because he knows more about Compound-V than anyone else, enough to change sup's powers or even take it away" Mallory said, causing all members of The Boys to look up, even The Female who was napping.
"He can take away their powers?" Butcher asked, not believing it, Mallory brought up more pictures, ugly pictures of people out of body horror movies.
"Not all super powers give them the big ticket to fame, as you know they are injected with the drug then they develop powers as they grow older" Mallory explains as the Female look at this, seeing others with old powers.
"These kids with useless powers get dumped at the Red River Assisted Living" Mallory pulls more pictures and files about the place and the sups in them.
"Moslow, poor cunt probably pisses his jocks before he can take a shit" Butcher said, reading one of the powers of the poor cunts.
"Damn, those teeth are nasty, she has never been to a dentist" Mother's Milk said looking at a picture of Fang and her oversized sharp teeth.
"Diaconal ball, Ranch dressing cum squitter, Booby face hahaha" Frenchmen smiled in amusement at the names and powers of the teens.
The Female looks at a picture of two monsters looking beings, Big and Human Tongue looking at each other with love. Female smiles at the photo at her fellow sups finding love, as she looks at Frenchmen.
Hughie looks at one photo, a transparent girl, called Ghost, she can walk through walls but she can't touch anything or be touched, and still feel hungry. Hughie thought all sups have it easy with their powers but seeing these photos of kids being left by their parents hit him emotionally.
"That was them before Rasputin got a hold of them" Mallory said, pulling out more recent photos, Fang having semi normal teeth like Mileena from mortal kombat 11, Diaconal Balls and Booby face no longer have hot balls or boobs on his face, Big look more like a human giant and Human Tongue now has arms and legs.
"Their parents tried to get them back but Rasputin had his own lawyers to sue them" Mallory explained as they all read the reports.
"I don't know what Rasputin's plan is and neither does Vought, what we do know is he is more dangerous than Homelander" Mallory explained to them.
"If Vought gets him under their control it could spell the end for us" Mallory warned them.

"Mallory explain how Rasputin abilities could make an army of supers at his command, and with his influence in the international world, could make him either a powerful ally to the Boys or a much more dangerous enemy influence by Vought's greed" The Narrator explained to Rasputin as he smiles as the little man, rolling the Narrator through his facility
"A strong will group with a vendetta against Vought, how interesting" Rasputin said in a Russian accent as he thinks on this.
"Rasputin thinks about the potential the Boys could have against him and what they could do for him" The Narrator said as Rasputin chuckled.
"That's why I like you Paul, you're far too useful" Rasputin pats his head as he turns to see a transplant girl fly though the walls.
"Rasputin is the body ready" Ghost said cheerful, Rasputin smiles,
"Yes my dear, soon you would be able to touch and eat for the first time" Rasputin smiles as Ghost has tears in her eyes as she goes to hug him, Rasputin doesn't feel her but he tries to do the same.
"Rasputin spent days creating a body for Ghost to inhabit, gaining her loyalty and support after finally giving her what she wanted the most," Narrator said as he wheels himself out.
"But what is Rasputin going with these entire supers you would ask, why is he helping them, hard to say. The Narrator pondered either not knowing his plans or forgot he changes his powers to not know anything about Rasputin, the narrator thinks about how suspicious Rasputin is and where he comes in his weird comic of a game the Narrator thinks as he rolls himself out to take a shit."
Rasputin smiles at Narrator rolling away before he walks through the facility with Ghost floating next to him as his assistant walks by him holding a clipboard on hand.
"Sir the body you created is ready for Ghost, also you got a call for a hospital for some kids with cancer or something and another call from Vought again" Ranch Dressing Cum Squitter or Evan listed from his clipboard, Rasputin hired him to be his assistant, and he doing a great job.
"Very good, Very good, first let's finish this body then I will head to the hospital" Rasputin said heading to the lab where they keep Ghost's new body.
"What about Vought sir?" Evan said as Rasputin waved him off.
"Just ignore the call boy, they'll go away" Rasputin waves it off.
They enter the lab seeing doctors and scientists texting and checking on a female body completely covered in bandages, as Ghost looks at her new body.
"I know it won't meet your expectation, but it is a start, the bandages are to protect the body to prevent you from feeling everything at once, that could kill you, I know it is not what you were expecting however" Rasputin tries to explain.
"It ok, this is more than what anyone else has done" Ghost said, seeing that Rasputin at least is trying to help her compare to Vought.
"Good good, now let us begin" Rasputin nods as everyone gets ready, they all monitor the body and Rasputin stands over the body with his hand ready.
"Ready?" Rasputin asked Ghost, who nodded before floating over the body and slowly lying down on it.
"Now" Rasputin orders, as he activates his power showing a green glow as the doctors turn on the electricity.
Electricity pulses through the body as Rasputin grit his teeth trying to make it work, the power keeps increasing as he keeps stabilising the body, Ghost for once in her life felt something, she felt a pull.
Actually pressure on her body as she lets her body flow, feeling amazing at just another force pushing her, the feeling was more than worth it even if it fails.
"More power," Rasputin orders as doctors keep increasing the power. Ghost now felt a pulse, a beat as she held her chest, trying to feel the beat again.
"More power" Rasputin yells, Doctors looking concerned.
"But sir, it took much" The doctor said but Rasputin is having none of it.
"She's almost in, but she needs a push, more power NOW!" Rasputin yelled as the doctor pulled the level to danger level as Rasputin screamed as the electricity went through him.
But for Ghost is something she never felt before and it is overwhelming, Ghost yells out in pain for the first time as everything goes to black.

Ghost groans, feeling really tired for some reason, sure she doesn't eat or touch but sleep is the only thing she can do but it doesn't do much, she then stops moving.
She moves her fingers as she feels the bed, the softness and sinking feel, she feels pain on her back, pain, what a feeling, she feels her eyes water, despite being wet by the bandage.
"ost, gh-ost, ghost, how are you feeling?" Ghost hears Rasputin as she looks up, Rasputin as confused as she watches her.
"Ghost, how are you feeling?" Rasputin asked, Ghost slowly lifted up her arm, feeling the weight of it strain her but she kept going until she grabbed Rasputin's hand.
"I can feel you, I can feel my body, I can feel everything hahahhahahah" Ghost laugh hugging Rasputin as he hugs back, the warm of the hug, the muscle from his body is an amazing feeling to Ghost.
"Excellent Ghost, now relax, this is you first day of feeling so we are going to take it slow, don't want to overwhelm you" Rasputin explained but Ghost doesn't talk she just keeps hugging Rasputin, loving the hug as Rasputin smiles before hugging her back as everyone work around them but Ghost doesn't care.
The hug was all the matter to her and she was experiencing everything. Ghost smiles as tears of joy wall out of eyes and Rasputin rubs her back slowly, giving her a soothing sensitivity she never felt until now.
Watch the Boys and the Boys Diabolical, can't wait for season 3, was thinking about all the power the sups have then I was thinking 'why are there any supporting powers like healing' then I watch The Kingmen and learned about Rasputin from history then thought, hey what if his 'healing power' were real and that's how this was made, powers are the same as Panacea from Worm. Surprisingly there is not much fanfic about Worm and the Boys, they match pretty well if you think about it. Anyway The Boys learn of a sup with the healing touch and his potential to control compound v and Rasputin has his own team from episode 2 with Rasputin giving them super powered plastic surgery now they work for Rasputin and his own plans.
