When Alex was diagnosed with cancer his belief in the world plummeted to extremely low levels, he had to deal with the illness alone. His wife left him as soon as he told her the news, saying that if he was unable to provide for her then there was no point in them being together. The rest of his family had outcast him from a young age, he had been seen as a sign of bad luck ever since his mother passed away in childbirth. His father turned to alcoholism when his wife died and he would often neglect and beat Alex.
Alex finally got a break when a young couple reported his father to social services and offered to look after the young boy in their home instead. His life in their home was better than at his father's however he was still an outcast in school and this carried on all the way to college. He finally got his first girlfriend while in college however, the relationship didn't last long as Alex found her cheating on him with one of his few friends.
Like all good things that happened to Alex, his relationship with the couple who adopted him broke down after he was cheated on. He shut them out and became aggressive when dealing with those around him, the couple was close to giving up on him when they decided to go on a short holiday to think things over, and before they could return, they were killed in a car crash. Alex blamed himself for their deaths, he felt as if his weakness lead him to lash out and force the two people that loved him unconditionally away from him and toward death.
This was the final straw for Alex and he went through the rest of his life in standby mode until he went to the hospital to get his check-up which concluded that he had stomach cancer that was spreading at a rapid pace throughout the rest of his body, the doctors gave him just over a year to live, Alex just laughed at that and said "A year? That means I will be dead in 6 months max".
Months passed with no signs of him recovering, the illness was getting worse and he was now unable to move without assistance. Alone except when a nurse came to check his condition, Alex began to contemplate taking his own life. He changed his will so that his savings would go to charity and decided enough was enough.
As he was considering ending his life, a mysterious app appeared on his phone and it activated itself. It asked him one question.
'Are you fed up with what this world has given you?'
Alex looked at his phone a little surprised but clicked yes out of instinct, the next question threw him off a little bit as phoned asked"Would you like to go to another world far from here?"
Alex laughed and thought 'Soon I will be in hell anyway, why not click yes for fun' He then pressed the yes button and the screen then took a picture of his face
'Please wait a few seconds while the system applies your face to the character creations screen'
"Ah so it's just a game huh, might as well give the developers an extra character in the database before I end things."
'Player please select a name to use in the new world'
Alex just entered his first name, then confirmed it again.
'The player will be known as Alexander in the new world, please select or create a new race to play as in the new world.'
Alex scrolled between the races under the humanoid tab and was torn between a Wood Elf who specialized in being a hunter and a Mystic Elf who specialized in magic. He then remembered that it didn't matter as he wasn't actually going to play the games so he used 10 out of his 150 skill points of his character to fuse the two races to create a new race known as the Dark Elves. He checked their racial traits out of interest before going on, the Dark Elves specialized in both being a hunter and using dark magics, a unique spell type just for them.
'Dark Elf confirmed, Please choose a class or create a new one based on player preferences.'
Alex spent 20 of his character's skill points merging the hunter and sorcerer classes to play into his racial traits.
'The player has created the monster taming class, this is a unique class and only the current player can use this class unless the player teaches it to someone else. Would the player like to purchase the upstart king package for 20 skill points?'
Alex selected yes and made the app assign the rest of his skill points in the recommended areas for his character.
'The character has been created, the player will be moved into the realm of the Warring Kingdoms now.'
Alex looked at his phone and tried to turn it off as far as he was concerned he was done with it however the phone wouldn't turn off. He thought that the app had broken his phone so he just left it as it was and wheeled himself closer to the edge of the building.
He rammed his wheelchair over the edge of the building, and as he fell his phone said
'Transferring player now, prepare for a new world when you awaken'
As the words traveled through the air, Alex hit the ground and everything went black.
A noise resounded in Alex's mind it gave a brief rundown of what he needed to know in order to survive in this new world.
It explained that this world is real and any actions that he commits here may have dire consequences for the people that live here, it explained that there were 6 continents on the planet each filled with countless kingdoms that are constantly in a state of war with one another. It told him that there were more races, spells, skills cultures, and monsters than he could ever imagine. He was informed about the Kingdom nearest to him and how to use the kingdom management screen, status screen, and Inventory screen.
The Kingdom nearest to him was the Auyukesta Kingdom, it had a deep hatred for Elves following a war with the nearby Elven Kingdom that destroyed its economy and military. Before the Elves could wipe out the Auyukesta Kingdom, a larger Kingdom intervened and forced both sides to make peace however the Auyukesta Kingdom was forced to cede its richest territory to the Elves as well as pay them war reparations.
Alex thanked the voice for the introduction and then 'Tutorial ended rung out in his head which caused Alex to shake his head. He decided to hide in the nearby forest while he checked out his inventory and his own status screen. He decided to check his own inventory first to check whether he had any weapons in it.

Alex remembered that he had spent some of his skill points to buy the pack and he decided to open it. An alert appeared
'Are you sure you want to open this?'
Alex selected Yes and within a few seconds the pack opened and the items appeared in his inventory with a brief description of what they were.

Citadel: A large castle, placing this down will spawn a capital city around it, this will be the capital of the user's kingdom. Be sure to use this in unclaimed land to gain the most benefits.
Hero's bow: A legendary bow said to be wielded by a godly king, the first of his race. The bow levels up with the user and the power provide the user with the ability to use mana arrows, instead of normal arrows.
Monster Lottery egg: Gives the user their first tamed monster, the user will be given a random monster of rare rarity or better.
Daggers of redemption: Daggers that inflict major damage to anyone who wronged the user, levels with the user.
The Demon's light armor: Light armor designed to give the user an intimidating presence while keeping them hidden at any given time, will level with the user.

Alex was stunned by what the pack had given him, intrigued by what was in the inventory, he eagerly checked out his status to see what else he had been given. He equipped his bow and armor while checking the status screen, he also placed the daggers into the sheaths on his belt. Finally, he placed the throwing knives in one of his sleeves, it had a hidden compartment to store the knives in.

Intrigued by his status Alex began to investigate it more thoroughly, he found that his class skills were solely based on the class level while his other abilities were based on his skill scores. He began to read the descriptions of his abilities and what they could do for him going forwards.
'Magical throwing Knives: The user is able to infuse mana or an element into their throwing knives, this makes the knives deal additional damage over time to their target. The knives will instantly re-appear in the user's hands once the target has died or they manage to remove the knives. Leveling this skill up will allow the user to put more than one element on the knives as well as increase the damage they do to the target.
Stealth Kill: Does extreme damage to enemies that can't see the user, has a chance to instant kill targets that are a lower level than the user.
Pickpocketing: Allows the user to steal items from others without being detected.
Engulfing Sphere: A sphere of unstable mana that absorbs the energy of the target, when it is done, it explodes dealing significantly large amounts of damage to those around it.
Monster Taming: This ability determines how effective the user will be when taming a monster. The user should note that they can only tame a certain number of species of monster, to increase the cap a tamer should level this skill. This skill also determines the growth of all tamed monsters and how effectively they fight.
Dark Element Archery: Allows the user to infuse dark magic spells and elements into arrows and launch them with a bow, as the skills level rises the number of spells and their power will increase.
Animal Shapeshifting: Allows the user to shape-shift into the same species as any tamed monster.'
Alex was amazed and confused by some of the details that he could see however he knew that the best practice would be to use them. His abilities would allow him to get an edge in combat over normal infantry and that is when he decided to set up a mercenary group to gain experience in combat before setting up a kingdom.
Alex walked back towards the burning town, he figured that if he could kill some of the invaders that it might give him some levels, before engaging them however he decided to hatch the monster egg to see if it would give him a good fighting companion. As the egg hatched Alex noticed a young elf woman being dragged by a group of human men into a stable, laughing to himself Alex decided that his first kills in this new world would be men with their pants down...
As Alex was considering the best way to take out the men, the egg in his had shattered and an Alce landed in front of him along with a notification that read
'The user has successfully hatched a level 1 Alce, its status can be read in the same tab as the user's status. Thank you for taking a part in the Lottery'
Alex smiled at this and took a good look at the Alce, based on what he knew from his old world, the Alce looked like a Griffin without the wings. It was the size of a large dog and it had large Talons where its front two feet should be. Its Eagle-like head lead into the dazzling golden-furred body of a Lion, its hind legs were like that of the Lion and it had a tail-like one. The Alce walked up to Alex and began to nuzzle its head against him, Alex assumed that it recognized him as its master and was displaying affection for him.
Satisfied with the result Alex opened Alce's status page, to see what its combat potential is. As he opened the page, he heard a woman's scream from the barn where the men had dragged the Elven woman. Alex began to move towards the barn, he decided he would assess Alce's skills as he moved, he also needed to name it which he would do on the status page.

Carnage: The User loses all control over their body giving in to pure rage, they attempt to kill everything that is not considered an ally.
Enraged Charge: While a rider is on the Alce, it will aggressively charge at enemy troops dealing extreme amounts of damage.
Unpredictable Movement: The user is unable to be pinned down by any archers unless they are extremely good at their jobs. The user is almost impossible to predict when they use this ability, it would require a telepathic connection to know what is going to do.
War Cry: A extremely loud screech that can tear ear drums at close range, it can paralyze other monsters out of fear for its own life.'
Extremely happy with the monster he was given as his first, he signaled for Bucephalus to go around the back of the barn while he would sneak through the front and attack the nearest one to him while Bucephalus would attack the nearest to it. The man had thrown the woman on the floor and had taken their trousers off, they approached the woman and turned her over, and as they began to touch her all over, Alex slipped into the barn and nodded towards the direction Bucephalus was.
As the closest man to the woman was about to slip himself into her, Bucephalus broke through the wall and grabbed the man closest to him by the throat, crushing it between her claws, the two other men ran towards their weapons. Alex quickly pulled his bow off of his back and shot a manna arrow through the hand of one of the men pinning him to the wall of the barn.
He decided that the punishment for the last man would be much worse, he flicked his wrist and the throwing knives fell down into his hands. He enchanted them with the darkness element and threw them at the man, they hit him in the spine, causing intense pain to both his body and his mind. He fell to the floor and began to scream in an unknown language to everyone in the barn.
Alex then stepped out of the shadows and walked towards the man who was pinned to the wall and whispered in his ear "I'm the darkness that is hidden within all elves, your acts here have woken me from my slumber, tell me how many of you attacked this village and I will make your death quick. Fail to tell me and my dear companion will eat you alive, I can make it so you can't scream while she slowly tears you apart with her claws and beak."
The man shook and begged for mercy, Alex just shook his head and nodded toward Bucephalus who slowly approached the man. When he could see his gruesome death slowly approaching him he whimpered and finally said" There are around 40 of us attacking the village, we have some elite troops with us that will kill you and your pet. You only managed to get us through a " Before he could finish his sentence Alex hit him in his head with the hilt of his daggers before cutting out his tongue.
Unable to scream out in pain the man just stood there pinned to the barn in extreme pain, Alex turned to the Elven woman and said" He is yours to deal with now, I suggest you deal with this quickly and leave the village, I will only save you once, after this, you are on your own."
Before she could respond Alex had already left the barn and moved towards the center of the village, hoping to find the one in charge of this attack and take him out quickly for an easy experience.
Alex and Bucephalus kept to the shadows as they crept closer to the main attacking force, en route Alex noted that the battle was already over and they were now just looting, raping, and killing the remaining Elves. Alex decided to climb on top of one of the few buildings that were not burning to see if he could spot which building the invading force was using as a temporary command center.
He quickly scanned the nearby buildings and saw one with guards stationed outside it and assumed this was the one with the Commander in it, as Alex and Bucephalus stealthy approached from the rooftops, sounds of men's pleasure and woman's screaming began to fill the air. Disgusted by what he was hearing Alex pulled out his bow and shot an arrow enchanted with engulfing sphere at the building, when the arrow hit the building a large sphere appeared and began to suck out the mana of the living things in the area before it detonated itself bringing the entire building down on top of those in it.
Alex simply thought of the act of saving those women from a fate worse than death and he moved out of the village and walked towards the nearest town, he checked his and Bucephalus's statuses and found that they had both leveled up twice, smiling at this he walked up to Bucephalus and began petting it and stroking its fur as they traveled. Little did Alex know at this time saving that Elf woman would have massive repercussions on future events for both him and his Kingdom.

"Wakey Wakey Oni-chan!"
An alarm blared next to a sleeping young man, with a small struggle he lifted himself out of his bed, "What a weird dream" he muttered, walking towards a large mirror on the opposite side of his otaku gear-filled room, staring back at him was a sinister Dark Elf, its blood red eyes peered into his soul, the young man fainted as the elf walked out of the mirror, seizing the body of the young man.
'Initialising Hub-World Mission Tree'
The body convulsed on the floor as the robotic voice continued.
'Mission tree generated: Blinding Darkness Path selected.'
The body slowly lifted itself up as a dark smog covered it from head to toe.
'Mission One: Subdue the Fallen Angels at the Church.
Rewards: 3x Level up, Monster summoning.'
The body rose from the floor, "Why am I in this world too?"
'It was decided the host will venture between two worlds, for now, to gather strength from all possible avenues, enjoy.'

A voice shouted from downstairs,
