Every shinobi team is composed of a protector, an avenger and a fighter.
The protector protects those close to him
The avenger avenges those close to him
And the fighter keeps the balance between them
The avenger walks a dark and a lonely road, killing person after person that dared hurt those close to him. Avengers are extremely loyal to those they love and the pain of their loss drives them to insanity.
The protector swears to protect those around him, at any cost. They trust easily, but keeping that trust is hard. They are not sworn to undying loyalty unlike the avengers, the loss of those they love fuel them to protect those who are left
The Avenger and The Protector are always at each other's throat, their values are different, their methods are different. The Avenger and The Protector cannot coexist peacefully, for when they lose those they love, because of their methods they often turn against each other.
Here's where The Fighter comes in.
It's The Fighter's job to keep the harmony and peace within his/her team. They fight for their team and remain in neutral ground when it comes to internal group fights. They know what are the consequences of a quarrel and know what sacrifices need to be made. The fighter never loses his path and assumes the job of a peace-keeper
And these three need an experienced person that can guide without making them lose their way. That can lead them to victory. Their leader or sensei needs to be a Fighter or a Protector, if not the team falls apart.
This story is not about some ordinary team, it's about a legendary.
The number this team wears proudly on it's back is 7
Hence the participants:
Hatake Kakashi, an avenger
Uchiha Obito, a protector
Nohara Rin, a fighter
And their sensei Namikaze Minato
But who assumes the role of an Avenger and a Protector can differ among time, those that were protectors can at some point become an Avenger
destined for Death and Insanity. If this happens those who would avenge would instead protect.

Well, that was the end of the second chapter.
In the next chapter they will start reacting to Kakashi's past.
