The Fight! (Almost)
It is the day of the fight.
Everyone who had previously bought a ticket makes their way to an Oni-Booth (which were delivered by Oni-Drones the other day). The booths have a scanner that reads a code on the ticket and when it is accepted that person is teleported in a beam of light into space then another is allowed to enter.
Hovering over the earth is a massive space satellite. On top of it is an air bubble which houses a colosseum. On the lower decks, those who bought tickets arrive in teleportation pods. They step out, allowing other people to be transported to the satellite. The arrivals marvel at the knowledge that they are now on an alien ship while others look out the windows and stare in awe at the darkness of outer space and the earth below.
Inside the colosseum in the "Imperial Box" Lum, her parents, Ataru and the ones they rented the satellite from sit in thrones overseeing the fighting grounds. Standing beside them is Tsukune and Danny. They gaze down at the grounds below where Danny and Tsukune will have theri fight. It is an exact model-replica of Danny's neighborhood block Amity Park complete with a Fenton-Works building, cars and bus'. Flying around the area are many oni-drones, resembling yellow spheres with 1/2green tiger stripes, that video the area and broadcast the footage to one of the four big-screens hovering above. The whole "block" is also barred by a force-field created from magic spells (provided by Yukari, Sakura, Cherry and Ruby) as well as Oni technology, designed to keep both Danny and Tsukune from leaving and to make sure no one in the audience is accidentally hurt.
There are thousands of seats in the colosseum and it is swarming with humans, aliens and yokai/monsters as well as a few ghosts.
"Wow, look at this turn up." Tsukune says in amazement.
"We did good." Danny says. "I never thought I would say this but thank you, Lum."
The Space-Oni girl smiles.
"Don't thank me, thank them."
Lum points to the trio of aliens they rented the satellite from. They are bald, dark blue-skinned humanoids with no eyes, ears, mouth or nose. Their a-tire consists of a white toga and boots along with gold bands on their forearms, calves and waists. The Faceless turn to the halfa and the vampire, both of which are freaked out.
"Um, thank you." Tsukune says nervously.
"You are welcome." The muscular Faceless says. "And if you have any yokai or ghosts you do not wish to roam your world anymore please send them to us. Your world is full of so many creatures with abilities that we can use as slaves for our mines and gladiators in our games."
The Faceless turns his head back and Danny leans over to Lum and whispers: "How do they talk?"
"They are telepaths. You heard them with your brain." Lum tells him.
"Uh, can they see or…" Tsukune asks.
"I dunno."
Lum's father leans over.
"They have a sort of telepathic sight." He explains. "Also, they breathe through their skin."
Danny and Tsukune nod in understanding. Danny then leans over to the faceless.
"Hey I actually know this ghost. He looks kinda like you guys except he has red eyes and he's a shapeshifter. Is "Amorpho" a name where you're from or…"
The Faceless turn to "look" at him. They say nothing but Danny can sense annoyance.
"Nevermind. We should probably get ready for the fight. Come on Tsukune."
"Right behind you."

Sub-Space
Inaba watches the events from a screen as he sits on a couch with Sinobu cuddling next to him.
"I am both eager for what's about to happen and a little guilty." Inaba says.
"Why didn't you just alter things so that the Guys in White and Fairy Tale jerks don't mess with the fight?" Sinobu ask. "Or better yet, that they drop dead?"
"Sinobu we've been through this, Danny, Tsukune and the sailor guardians all passed their thresholds so-"
Sinobu interrupts him.
"Yeah yeah, no more micromanaging little events."
"Besides, you know what their futures hold."
Inaba summons one of the doors of fate and it opens.
It shows adult Danny Phantom and Sailor Jupiter flying through the air with a little girl that looks like Makoto but with green eyes and white hair flying between them.
It shows Tsukune and Moka running Yokai Academy, welcoming human students and meeting with Neo-Queen Serenity to fully establish peace between Yokai and humans. A little boy in Moka's arms and her belly pregnant with another child.
"So whatever's gonna happen here, it will be fine." Inaba says.
He chuckles.
"You know it's funny. One of the rabbits actually suggested changing things so that when Vlad Masters tried to summon Mada he accidentally summoned Dan instead. And then Dan tries to make sure Danny wins as part of his deal with Mada."
Sinobu's eyes blink.
"And you said "no" to that, right?"
Inaba nods.
"Yeah, aside from thinking Danny's been through enough with him already I thought it would be confusing given that there's already someone else trying to sabotage him. And someone is trying to sabotage both him and Tsukune. Besides like I said, we're done messing with them."
Sinobu shrugs.
"At least we get to watch a good fight." Sinobu says.

The Colosseum-Satellite
The halfa and the vampire say as they fly down to the front rows where their friends and families are waiting in the VIP section. Danny's side consists of his parents, Danielle, Jazz, Valarie, Sailor Jupiter, Sam, Tucker, Sailors: Moon, Mercury, Venus, Mars and Tuxedo Mask. Tsukune's side has Moka, his parents, Kyoko, Kurumu, Kotaro, Mizore, Haru, Ruby, Sado, Yukari and Fang-Fang.
"Do you guys like your seats?" Danny asks.
"Yeah, right up and close to the violence." Sam says sarcastically.
"You boys place nice, alright?" Maddie says.
"Maddie, it's a fight. These boys are gonna be pounding the teeth out of each other!" Jack exclaims.
"You two better not." Kasumi Aono (Tsukune's mother) says.
Tsukune chuckles.
"Don't worry, I'm going to go easy on him." The vampire says pointing to Danny, who fake-gasps.
"Not if I go easy on you first." Danny says jokingly.
They playfully punch each other in the shoulders.
"We'll actually Danny, Tsukune won't be at full power himself." Yukari says.
"You got the stuff?" Tsukune asks.
"Right here." Yukari says pulling out a pill bottle.
Tusukune takes it, unscrews the cap and pours a single pill into his hand.
"What's that?" Danny asks.
"An improved form of my gro-gro drops. They still wear off after seven minutes but you only de-age by two or three years instead of turning into a little kid."
"Your sixteen, I'm eighteen, I don't want to get bad press for fighting a minor." Tsukune says. "Of course I'm not that different now from when I was 16 aside from being a Shinzo, so I should still be just as strong as I am now. Hey you made sure they are gonna announce this, right?"
"I made sure this morning." Moka says giving him a thumbs up.
"Cool. Anyways, I'll take this once I get back to my room. It'll be in effect during the match." He tells Danny.
Tsukune gives Moka a kiss.
"In two days when the pill wears off let's grab a bite." Moka says.
"Two days?"
"You'll be sixteen and I'll be eighteen." Moka says teasingly. "I don't want anyone thinking I'm that kind of girl."
"Moka…" Tsukune says with faux irritation.
Yukari whispers to her.
"I actually have an injection to speed up the recovery process."
"Well alright then."
Danny looks at Sailor Jupiter who is smiling at him. She looks around at the floods of people.
"This is quite the turn-out, Danny-Kun." Jupiter says.
"Yeah, it's quite something." Danny agreed. "Hey you know, earlier I saw a couple dressed as us!"
Jupiters eyes widened in surprise..
"Really?"
"Yeah, the girl was dressed as you, the guy had his hair dyed white and was wearing a black jacket with a "D" on it." Danny chuckles. "It would have been perfect if we were still fourteen. The girl was about as tall as you and the guy was really short."
Jupiter giggles.
"We must find them when we're done." Jupiter says.
Tsukune looks at the timer up ahead. Then he turns to Danny.
"We should get going."
"Yeah." Danny turns to the others. "You guys enjoy the show!"
The vampire and the phantom fly away as their friends and loved ones wave by to them. When they are gone Moka reaches into her pocket.
"Oh, Kyoko I almost forgot. Kahlua wanted me to give you this."
Kyoko tenses up as Moka hands her a letter.
"Oh great, what is it?" Kyoko asks, scared. "A threatening note? A challenge to another fight? Oh god, is it written in blood?"
Kokoa leans into the paper and sniffs it.
"No." She tells Kyoko.
"It's just a letter Kyoko." Moka tells her. "Kahlua went to Akua to help her write it. And then I proofread it. Just read it, you'll understand everything, I promise."
Kyoko hesitantly takes the letter and opens it. She skims through the contents and she becomes less scared. It reads:
Dear Kyoko,
First of all I want to apologize for how I came across to you. It was never my intention to scare you. Or hurt you. It's just…I don't know how to explain it. All my mother ever taught me was how to fight and kill. I certainly have never understood the concept of being "attracted" to another person.
Kyoko's eyes widened.
But the moment I saw you, with your beautiful dark hair cut in that short cute style, your beautiful aqua eyes and your pretty face it made my heart skip. I wasn't sure what this feeling was, until I got home that night and realized it might be an attraction.
So I looked up what people do to the people they are attracted to. So I tried sending you one of the most delicious treats in the Yokai World and tried to make you a stuffed teddy bear myself. I'm sorry neither of those things worked as planned. Then I asked Kokoa what she does with Haiji since they like each other and my little sister told me that all their dates are composed of sparring sessions. I just thought we could try that.
Words cannot describe how sorry I am. The last thing I wanted was to make you uncomfortable. Or terrified. I'm sorry. I hope you can forgive me.

"What does it say?" Mr. Aono asks his niece.
Kyoko looks at the contents of the letter feeling a mixture of emotions including shock and embarrassment.
"I…I'm going to talk to Kahlua when we get home." Kyoko says.
Haru turns to Mizore.
"Thanks alot for inviting me, Miz." Haru says.
"It wasn't an issue." Mizore says before pointing to herself, Yukari, Ruby, Fang-Fang, Haijin and Kurumu. "Tsukune gave us all free tickets on account of us being his friends."
Kotaro raises his soda.
"And cheers to us for dating his friends!"
The incubus high-fives Sado and Haru.
"It's a shame my brother can't be here." Haru says. "We like watching MMA fights together."
"Yeah, it's a shame." Mizore agrees. "But Tsukune would only give me one extra ticket."
"He wouldn't have come anyways." Haru admits. "He's still kinda…"
"A coward who's scared of monsters." Sado finishes.
"Yeah…what? No! hey! Don't talk about him like that!"
Kotaro grabs Haru's shoulder.
"Your brother sucks man. Accept it."
"Kotaro." Kurumu scolds.
"What? The first time we met he tried to fight me off with a lamp after I showed him my wings." Kotaro says, extending his tail, bat-like wings and long claws to make a point. "Remember? He started freaking out and screaming: "Help! Somebody help!"."
"He apologized!" Haru says in defense of his brother. "It just caught him by surprise."
"That's nothing." Sado says before pointing to the Aono's. "One time, some humans on the street freaked out after I showed them my real face."
"Real face?" Sailor Moon asks.
"Yeah I'm a Raiju." Sado says. "Did I fight to mention that?"
"Really? But you look…like the rest of them." Sailor Moon says pointing to the other human-looking Yokai.
"Lots of Yōkai still like to disguise themselves as humans." Ruby explains.
"Yeah. I mean I'm a werewolf. A big humanoid wolf, but I choose to look human." Haijin says. "Well, most of the time." Kokoa says, giving him a sly smirk and a slight blush.
Ruby pinches Sado's cheek.
"And my man is monstrously handsome in both forms."
He gives her a flirty smile.
"Well that's good because you're gonna see it again tonight."
Ruby licks her lips.
"We are definitely gonna talk about that later!" Yukari says to the older witch and the Raiju with a red-face.
Fang-Fang nods excitedly and Mizore looks up at the clock.
"I'll be right back. I need to freshen up before the match. Hey, does anyone want me to get anything from the snack bar?" Mizore asks.
Jack and Danielle both start shouting their orders:
"Oh, get me a hot dog!"
"A cheese burger!"
"Nachos!"
"Gummy worms!"
"A large soda!"
"A medium soda!"
"A churro!"
"Cookies!"
"And what he/she just said!" Jack and Danielle say together.
Maddie frowns at her husband and younger daughter.
"She's not going to be able to get all THAT before the fight starts."
"No actually I can." Mizore says.
The Yuki-Onna raises her arms and releases her power. The ice forms into five copies of herself and change color so that they look exactly like her. The humans (bar Haru) stare in astonishment as the ice-clones move on their own.
"Ok, you guys go to every snack bar and get the food."
The ice-clones nod and Mizore runs ahead of them as the ice-clones follow slowly behind her.
"The abilities of yokai never ceases to amaze me." Jazz says to the Yokai of the room.
"Can't your brother create clones himself?" Mrs. Aono asks.
"Ecto-clones. Not out of ice." Jazz says.
Haru turns to Moka.
"I gotta say Moka. Don't get me wrong Tsukune's tough but given all the powers Danny has, his sonic scream, ecto-blasts and duplication , he might give Tsukune a run for his money."
Moka however smirks before shooting a look at Akua, Ruby and Fang-Fang. All of which she had worked with Tsukune to help him learn to use his abilities in new and creative ways. As well as Kahlua who gave them some tips for using the Wealth of Power.
"We shall see."
…
"Excuse me. Coming through." Kirie Kojima says as she pushes through the crowd to find her seat.
She is wearing a baby harness that is carrying baby Sena Sasaki. As she walks by the bathrooms, a girl with purple hair bumps into her shoulder and enters the woman's restroom. Followed by five of her identical "sisters" that spread out.
"Hey! Easy there I've got a kid with me!" Kirie shouts. "Jeez, talk about a big family though."
Kirie sweeps the snow off her shoulder.
"You know, last year I would have considered Snow Fairies myths. And yet here I am, on an alien spaceship with a universal translator and my half-alien niece about to watch a ghost fight a vampire." The baby giggles as Kirie rubs her head affectionately. "Come on, let's go see baby's first fight."
Kirie makes her way to the seats assigned to her on her ticket. Thankfully (by Oni law) kids five and under get in for free.
Her seat is in a row in front of several "American yokai" (as Kirie calls them). There is a guy with yellow skin and literal flaming hair (Heath) and beside him is a gorgeous girl with blue skin wearing white winter clothes (Abby). There is also a pink and black haired vampire girl (Draculaura), a beautiful girl in bandages and a queenly aura (Cleo), a green girl with stitches (Frankie), a dark skinned girl with wolfish eyes (Clawdeen) and a pale ghostly girl with purple hair trying to conceal a video camera (Spectra).
Kirie sits next to a guy with dark hair in a ponytail wearing a red shirt (Ranma). He is sitting next to a girl with short dark blue hair wearing a blue dress (Akane).
In the row right in front of her is a short guy with dyed-white hair in a Danny Phantom Jacket (Otani dresses as Danny Phantom) and a tall girl with red hair dresses as Sailor Jupiter (Risa dressed as Sailor Jupiter).
Next to them is a girl with short dark hair in a sailors dress (Ryuunosuke) and another girl with short dark hair wearing a red-and-black bikini and boots (Benten).
Spectra looks over at Kirie.
"Um excuse me, did you bring a baby in here?" The ghost asks.
"Are YOU trying to video record this fight?" Kirie asks back.
Spectra hides her camera.
"Can you bring a baby here? Is that a normie thing?" Frankie asks.
"No it isn't!" Akane tells her.
Ranma shrugs.
"What's the big deal? My dad had me watch fights when I was a baby all the time. Of course it was always on Tv and then he would test me on how much I learned afterwards." Ranma says bitterly remembering his father hitting three-year old him with bamboo for getting his stance wrong.
"Seriously dude?" Otani asks him.
"Your dad sounds highly irresponsible." Risa agrees.
"It gets worse." Ranma admits.
"Yeah, I was actually afraid they wouldn't let me in with her too, but apparently the space Oni are very lax with this kinda thing." Kirie says. "Actually kids under five get in free."
"Yeah, Oni are a warrior race. They teach their kids to fight as soon as they are born." Benten says. "Then again Oni baby's are more intelligent than earth ones. So I should probably talk to Lum about that later."
Risa turns to Kirie.
"Well your baby is adorable? Little sister?" Risa coos.
"And why would you choose to bring her here in the first place?" Otani asks.
"Sena is actually the daughter of some friends of mine." Kirie says. "I brought her here to teach her not to be a wimp."
"Wait? How old are your friends?" Ryuunosuke asks.
"They got married at sixteen. Let's leave it at that." Kirie says.
Then she turns to the American yokai behind her.
"And just to clarify, one of them is an alien."
"Oh ok, that would explain the three dots." Draculaura says.
"I thought that pink hair was just dyed. I gotta say this baby's look is killer!" Clawdeen says. "Mind if I take a few snapshots?" She asks while taking out her iCoffin.
Kirie holds up baby Sena.
"Oh, sure."
Clawdeen takes some pictures and Sena giggles.
"Half alien baby's. Sure, not the weirdest thing nowadays." Otani says. "I mean I'm dressed as a half ghost for crying out loud."
"By the way, nice costume man." Heath says to him.
"Oh, thanks."
However, Benten perks up.
"Wait hold on. Married at sixteen…three dots on the forehead." Benten stares at Kirie and Sena. "Girl did your friend marry a Seirenian?"
"Uh, Miharu is from the planet Seiren, yes." Kirie says.
"And they are living on earth?"
Kirie nods.
"Wow, your friend must have a huge appetite." Benten says shocked.
"You have no idea." Says Kirie.
"Wait, what's Seiren?" Ryuunosuke asks Benten.
"It's a planet that's almost identical to earth, except in recent years the Y-chromosome has degraded to the point where less than 10% of the population are male."
Everyone else leans in.
"Less than TEN!?" Akane shouts.
"You must be joking." Abby says.
"How is the population still alive?" Asks Frankie.
"They throw themselves at any guy they find."
They look over and see a tall blonde man in a white suit carrying a bucket of popcorn (Kazuharu Fukuyama "Fukuyama"). Beside him is his sister, a younger girl with long blonde hair (Lisa Fakuyama). She is carrying a staff with a skull on it. She is holding the arm of her boyfriend, a young man with dark hair and stars in his eyes (Tobimaro Mizunokji).
"Basically paradise for single men." Fakuyama says.
"And girls like my sister." Tobimaro adds. "She has…issues with guys."
Fakuyama sits next to Kirie and puts his arm around her. Then he notices Ranma and Akane.
"Move over." Fakuyama tells them.
"No." Says Ranma.
"But you have too." Fakuyama whines. "My sister and her boyfriend are here. I have to sit with her next to me so I can keep an eye on them."
"Actually big brother, our seats are there." Lisa says, showing him her ticket and pointing to two empty seats on the row in front of them next to Otani and Risa.
Fakuyama whines and gaps at the seating printed on the tickets. It is indeed in the seats away from him. He turns to Tobimaro and shouts furiously.
"YOU DID THIS ON PURPOSE DIDN'T YOU!? SET YOURSELF UP SO YOU CAN TOUCH MY SISTER!"
"Dude! YOU ordered the tickets!" Tobimaro responds.
"Wait, hold on a second." Cleo says, noticing him. "Aren't you Tobimaro Mizunokji? Heir to the Mizunokji family, who owns more than half of Japan?" She whispers to Draculaura. "Daddy has had me and Nefera learn the names of every heir in the world, normie and monster."
"Well since the Mendo family got bankrupt and my parents bought their business, yes." Tobimaro says.
"I'm also rich so I don't care about that. Just saying." Lisa says. "And big brother I may have, sorta, returned two of the tickets and bought new ones specifically seated away from you. Now if you excuse me, we have a lot of cuddling to do."
Lisa grabs her boyfriend's arm. He blushes as she drags him to their seats next to Otani and Risa.
"By the way, nice costumes." Lisa compliments the couple.
"Thanks. But why are you dressed as a witch?" Risa asks.
"It's not really a costume."
"LISA!"
Fakuyama tries pouncing on them but Lisa raises her staff, and a pentagram appears out of thin air, serving as a shield that blocks her brother. Risa and Otani are stunned while Tobimaro laughs as Lisa leans her head on his shoulder.
"I'm the luckiest guy in the world." He says to himself.
Risa and Otani are both speechless as Kirie drags Fakuyama back to his seat despite his protests. Risa decides to break the awkward silence.
"So…my name is RISA. It kinda sounds like LISA back home though."
"Oh no kidding." Risa exclaims back.
As Risa and Lisa chat, and Kirie forces Fakuyama to stay in his seat, Ryuunosuke looks around at all the different couples. Ranma stretches and puts his arm around Akane. Otani and Risa are holding hands. And she hears several of the monster girls behind them talking to their boyfriends on the phone. The vampire mentions a "Clawd" and the mummy a "Deuce".
This however makes Ryuunosuke think about her own relationship status. She's worked hard with psychiatrists from earth and with Benten to get over the nonsense that her father forced down her throat growing up. She knows she still has a long way to go but over the last year and a half she's come to realize a truth about herself. She just doesn't like guys. Even when introduced to decent ones (like Benten's cousin Ebisu, who's dating Jazz now) Ryuunosuke has never felt a spark of attraction to any of them. Even when hanging out with Ran or Lum and their attempts to show her a good time she's never once stared at a guy the way she's seen other girls do. Not even the handsome ones. Though she has caught herself glancing at the girls. Her heart would race when they shot her a smile. At first she denied it as being the impact of her father trying to raise her as a boy, or all those times girls confessed their "love" for her growing up, or her simply admiring the beauty of girls compared to her own. But being on Oniboshi for as long as she had, and given the planet's more accepting attitudes towards same-sex relationships than on earth, Ran has been thinking over her feelings and her life.
She couldn't deny that growing up all her crushes were girls. She denied it as being the result of her fathers upbringing, an attitude that was influenced by her female friends' suggestions of such. When she first met Benten her very first thought, when she saw that perfectly toned scantily-clothed body, her beautiful eyes and her adorable smile, that she was the most beautiful woman she ever saw. But she denied it and tried convincing her to cover herself to "be more feminine". Since then these feelings have only grown. Ryuunosuke doesn't know what she would do now without Benten, the one girl who has captured her admiration in both beauty and strength. She is her best friend, the person she cares about more than anyone. A part of her wanted to think that it was just her fathers influence, or wanted to deny it because she could imagine her father cheering for her in her head for "loving a woman like a man". But Ryuunosuke has thought long and hard about her feelings. She's meditated for hours every day to do some serious soul searching and now she has come to realize the absolute truth. She is attracted to women. She has been attracted to Benten in both body and spirit since the day they met and it's only grown exponentially since then. She loves her. And according to Ataru and Lum she likes her back.
Benten was excited for this fight since Lum told her about it. Her eyes are practically glued to the arena right now waiting for the match to start. Before this they had a nice dinner at their favorite restaurant back in Tomobiki. Now Ryuunosuke just had to find the courage to tell her how she feels.
Ryuunosuke takes the cue from the other couples around her and puts an arm around Benten. The Fukujin feels this and blushes, shooting Ryuunosuke a look.
"Oh sorry, am I encroaching on your personal space?" Ryuunosuke asks, pulling her arm away.
"No, your fine. It just caught me by surprise is all." Benten reassures her.
Ryuunosuke smiles then rubs her neck.
"So, this is nice right?" Ryuunosuke asks. "I mean we had a nice dinner. Now we're about to enjoy a good show. For two people who are into that sort of thing it would be kinda like a date, right?"
Benten blushes a deeper red and Ryuunosuke panics.
"SORRY! SORRY! SORRY! FORGET I SAID THAT I DIDN'T MEAN IT!"
Benten just grins widely at her.
"No, please. Continue your thought."
The Fukujin says leaning in close to Ryuunosuke's face, causing her to blush. The others around them turn to the two girls and try to overhear excitedly. Ryuunosuke continues.
"Well, I've been doing alot of soul searching about what kind of woman I am. I've decided that, regardless of what my dad did or didn't do, I like….Ataru told me that you like me, is that true or was that just him being a jerk?"
Benten's heart races. She wonders if this is really happening. She grins wider and leans in closer, causing Ryuunosuke to lean back.
"Well tell me how you feel about me first!" She says. "You said you've thought about what you like and don't like. Tell me specifically."
All the humans and monsters in the area watch in suspense. This teenage drama was overwhelming their desire for the upcoming fight. They all listen in for what Ryuunosuke is going to say.
Ryuunosuke bites her lip and nervous sweat falls down her forehead. She takes in deep breaths and tries to calm herself. She doesn't know why, but for some reason she's more terrified now than she has ever been in her whole life. She worries that if she confesses her feelings, Benten will be disgusted with her and it will ruin their friendship. But she thinks about the comments Benten's made about how hot other girls look every time they've gone out. Every time they've talked about guys and relationships, Bentsen says she doesn't get excited by them. And Ryuunosuke distinctly remembers Bentsen offhandedly saying that she has no issues with th LGTBQ community. So the worst that could happen is that she says she doesn't feel the same way and they stay friends. Though, a part of Ryuunosuk worries that it will make things awkward for them and ruin their friendship. However, she's getting a slight vibe right now that Benten DOES like her back. Ryuunosuke decides to take a dive for it.
"Benten…I…."
"FIRE!"
Ryuunosuke and Benten turn their heads back in shock to see Ranma screaming and trying to put out a fire that's on his shirt. Meanwhile Heath is behind him looking guilty.
"I'm so sorry man!" Heath shouts. "My fires get out of control when I'm excited!"
Ranma's date Akana grabs her soda.
"I got you!"
She shouts before splashing Ranma with her drink.
The fire is put out, but now they all stare at Ranma who is wet with rootbeer and has changed. Ranma now has red hair, a face that looks more delicate and a chest thats "elevated".
"Great. Just great." Ranma says displeased.
Fakuyama touches Ranma's face. He pulls his hand back and looks confused.
"I DON'T have a rash." He says. "I always get a rash when I touch other males. But I'm almost certain you were a guy when I saw you. I have a very sensitive sex-dar." He glances at Ranma's chest, and he/she covers it. "And I'm positive that THOSE just came out of nowhere."
Kirke instinctively compares them to her own chest.
Heath, and everyone else for that matter, just stares at the gender-flipped Ranma in shock. Even Spectra's gone from recording the arena to recording Ranma.
"Dude," Heath says, looking at Ranma's chest. "Did you dye your hair or something? And why do you have-"
"Just make me some warm water." Ranma says irritated.

Lemon Beach House
"Alright Squid-Girl. You wanted proof that ghosts exist. Now your going to watch one fight a vampire." Eiko says as she sets up beanbags so she and her family can watch the fight on Tv.
Squid-Girl sits on one beanbag with Chizaru and Takeru in the ones beside her. Eiko sets down the last two beanbags for Goro and herself.
"Alright, you said that this would prove that ghosts are real. So don't say I'm not Squidding to give you a shot." Squid-Girl says.
"Yay! I've been waiting for this fight all month!" Takeru shouts excitedly.
"Hey Squid-Girl, how come you still deny the existence of ghosts even though Yōkai walk the streets now?" Goro asks.
"Yokai can be explained through evolution. But the idea of a persons consciousness continuing to exist after death, bond with an inter-dimensional substance AND return to the living with powers seems pretty far fetched." Squid-Girl says.
"Actually you kinda have a point there." Goro admits.
"I'm glad that we get to do something together, all five of us." Chizaru says happily.
"To be honest though, I would like to see either of these guys take on Chizaru." Squid-Girl says.
"Oh squiddy please. Ones a vampire and the others a ghost." Chizaru says humbly.
"You dodged by tentacles, which can move at super sonic speed and cut them off." Squid-Girl says.
"Yeah sis, your pretty OP." Says Takeru.
"Ok, winner fights Chizaru. If any of them come to the beach house." Eiko says. "Now quiet. The match is about to start."

Netherworld (Mada's)
Mada sits with her cousin Camala on the couch with the flatscreen infront of them set to the channel the fight is on. Camala tells her cousin about a couple who recently died in a car crash and were sent to her domain.
"So basically those scumbag parents actually did their kid a favor by selling him to a demon." Mada asks her cousin in disbelief while she has Ms. Lenz massage her feet.
"Yeah, but of course they were sure that the demon would torture, kill or eat him. And they had already done enough to little Iruma to be sent to hell atleast 5,110 times. So yeah, they are in the circles." Camala says with a sadistic grin.
Mada scoffs.
"Good riddance. So which demon realm is this Iruma Suzuki living in now?" Mada asks.
"He's been living in the other Netherworld for almost two years now." Camala says.
Mada raises an eyebrow.
"You mean that one where all the high ranking demons are allowed to know that humans exist?" The asura asks with disgust.
"That's the one. And the demon who adopted him as his grandfather is one of the highest ranking ones." Camala says. "But anyways, since his asshole parents treated him like a slave his whole life one of their punishments is to be HIS slaves. Well, an apparition of their son I mean, but still. So what do you say? I split their souls eight ways. I get one of one, you get one from the other?"
Mada thinks for a moment. It was certainly appealing. But then she looks down at her own servant, Ms. Lenz, who is still massaging her. Mada shakes her head.
"Nah. I don't wanna divert any of my attention away from Ms. Lenz here."
Ms. Lenz let's put a small sob.
"Besides. If they are already forced to be the slaves of an image of their son." Mada smiles at the thought. "There's nothing better that I can do to them." She looks at her maid/slave. "Thank you Ms. Lenz. I'm actually all good. You can stop now."
Ms. Lenz stops and looks at her in surprise.
"Actually you know what? Just sit there the rest of the night and enjoy the show. I won't be needing anything from you with Dan out and Camala's slave here."
Ms. Lenz is initially suspicious. At first she thinks it's a trick, but as she slowly takes her hands away from Mada's foot and sits on the ground (rather than kneeling like she was before) she becomes more relaxed. But then, Mada snaps her fingers and an illusion of a little blonde girl (more specifically an illusion of Ms. Lenz's daughter Historia when she was five) appears to the maids shock.
"It's a hard-light illusion." Mada explains. "That means you can touch it."
The illusion shouts "Mommy!" then falls into Lenz's lap. This action makes the maid anxious. When her actual daughter did this Ms. Lenz reacted by grabbing her by her face and throwing her off so hard Historia flew a few feet and her nose bled. She then said "If only I had the courage to kill this girl", walked away crying over her own weakness and left their farm so that it wouldn't happen again. She didn't see her daughter again until a few years later when her lover came to get them both.
Ms. Lenz looks at Mada, who is giving her an aggressive smile. Ms. Lenz gets the message and runs her fingers through the hair of the illusion of her daughter "affectionately". As she does this the illusion tightens her grip around Ms. Lenz "lovingly".
"HEY YOU TWO! WHERE ARE THE SNACKS!?" Mada yells to the kitchen.
"AND WHERES MY SODA!?" Camala yells.
"We're coming!"
Dan Phantom exits the kitchen with Gyokuro Shuzen carrying platters of ships, bars, drinks and other snack foods.
Dan is wearing a muzzle as well as chains binding his torso, shackles keeping his hands no more than a foot apart from each other and even shackles around his his ankles. The binds are engulfed in a demonic aura limiting his ability to morph his body and strengthening the binds.
Like Dan, Gyokuro now has a rune on her forehead that prevents her from feeling the pain of her other seven pieces. She tries to revel in this moment, because she knows that as soon as this fight is over she goes back to suffering eight-times her normal amount.
They bring in the platters and set them on the table infront of Mada and Camala. Gyokuro looks at Ms. Lenz and scoffs.
"Can you believe this?" Gyokuro asks Dan. "She's here just for wishing she could kill her kid. If I had to be condemned to hell then I am insulted to be considered the same league as this coward."
"What did you do?" Dan asks her.
Though he tries not to wince at her half-a-face or how her hands have been replaced with prosthetic pinchers.
"Well, just before I died I tried to kill my step-daughter. Before that I was ordering my oldest biological daughter to kill my younger one. Aside from that I tried to help wipe out humanity, imprisoned my husband and apparently raising my daughter to be an assassin who is unable to disobey my commands even when she doesn't want to do them is abusive." Gyokuro says.
Dan gives her a respectful smirk.
"Not bad."
"What did you do?"
"Oh I just destroyed most of the earth and some of the ghost zone in my own timeline. Then I came to this one and tried to make sure my friends and family would die."
"Impressive." Gyokuro says.
"And I'm about to do it again." Dan says excitedly. "See the ghost fighting the vampire is my alternate younger self. So I was able to make a deal with Mada. If he wins then me and him switch places!"
"If you do win can you kill my step-daughter for me?" Gyokuro asks. "I'm pretty sure she's Aono's girlfriend."
"Oh, sure thing."
Dan turns to the screen grinning. He is positive that as powerful as this Tsukune Aono is, he is no match for a scale 7 ghost. Not even his weaker younger self.

Space
Princess Kurama hovers above the colosseum-satellite in her space ship. She watches the countdown to the fight on her screen with excitement.
There is less than two minutes left.
One of her servants has an age-changing ray gun and the others are loaded up to their breaks with weapons so they can storm the coliseum and take the winner by force if necessary.
"Remember princess. Whoever wins you chose them as your mate." The older crow states.
"Absolutely." Kurama says, watching the countdown.
She looks at the images she has of both Tsukune and Danny. Both are powerful specimens and handsome too. No, she has no issues with this deal. She can easily age Danny to eighteen if he wins and Tsukune will be weakened enough by the fight for her servants to take him.
"Now I let fate decide my mate." Kurama says anxiously.

Colosseum-Satellite
The Guys in White are in a room that is directly under the fighting grounds. Above Orlando is a joke that they will use to affect Tsukune and Danny with their weapon. Kevin checks to make sure that Ember McLean is trapped within the anti-ghost sphere they put her in. The ghost-rocker bangs on the shield and demands to be set free but the humans may her no mind. Her guitar is attached to a ray-gun meant to direct its mood-altering powers in a specific direction. It is attached by wires to Embers bubble and one of the humans pulls out their iPhone. It plays a video of children cheering her name, this causes Ember to gain some extra power but it is drained from her by the sphere and goes straight into the guitar/ray-gun. Orlando's takes the device and smiles.

On the other side. In another room that is also directly under the fighting grounds and with another hole above him is Kuyo. Beside him is a tank that contains blood-blossom extract in gas form mixed with silver dust. He pushes the end of the hose connected to the tube into the opening and he thinks to himself that whoever is still alive, Tsukune or Danny, he gets to kill the other.

"You've actually been to the cursed pools of Jusenkyo!?" Cleo asks Ranma (who has turned back to a male) in shock.
Clawdeen, Frankie, Heath and Abby had never heard of the pools before but the idea of a normie boy being cursed to turn into a girl from cold water spmashed on them peaked their interest. Spectra had never heard of it either but she still thought this was an interesting piece to blog about so she was recording the whole thing. However, Draculaura is just excited and shocked as Cleo is.
"I thought that was just a myth!" Draculaura squeals. "My father searched for the legendary pools for years. But it was in the normie world the whole time!?"
"Yeah." Ranma says.
"Ranma's own father turns into a panda thanks to the pools." Akane says. "We also know a girl who turns into a cat. A guy that turns into a duck. Another guy that turns into a pig."
"My rival pantyhose fell into a pool where a yeti, bull, eel, octopus and crane and now he turns into a mix of them." Ranma says.
"Do you have any pictures of that? Spectra asks.
Ranma shows her a picture of Pantyhose Taro in his human form and then one in his monster form. Spectra makes sure to get the image recorded on her camera.
"Dang! That guy looks like he could give Manny a run for his money." Heath says.
"So can I. It is not big deal." Says Abby.
Otani turns to Ranma.
"So, turning into a girl if your touched by cold water Huh? Does that like limit you on anyway?" Otani asks. "Like what about swimming pools-"
"I don't wanna get into that." Ranma says dismissively.
Akane continues talking to the monsters.
"These two knuckleheads-" Akane says pointing to Ranma and the picture of Pantyhose. "-Once had to fight a girl who turns into an Asura because Pantyhose-Freak stole her magnetic plasters."
All the monsters and Lisa turn to the blue-haired girl in shock.
"An asura!?" Abby screams.
"No way!" Shouts Heath.
"There's no way that there's a pool for drowned Asura." Says Cleo.
Akane then pulls out her phone and it shows Ranma with pans and Pantyhose on his monster form flying around the sky fighting Rogue in her asura form. The monsters are stunned, but Heath takes a closer look.
"It seems like the pool didn't exactly copy the Asura's power right." He says. "Trust me, if that was a REAL asura you were facing you guys would have been dead." He tells Ranma.
Lisa leans over to Tobimaro.
"But still, waters that can transform a person into a powerful demon or a bull monster is interesting. I will be visiting China soon."
"And I shall go with you for protection." Tobimaro says.
"That's very sweet of you honey, but given how clumsy you are you might end up cursed." Lisa tells him.
"Ok, that's fair." Tobimaro says begrudgingly.
Meanwhile Ranma and Akane were continuing to impress the monsters, Kirie and Risa, Fakuyama, Risa Otani with their stories.
"You did NOT fight Lord Saffron!" Cleo shouts.
"The Pheonix King!? Are you serious!?" Draculaura asks.
"And then one of his soldiers nearly drowned me in a blank pool of water. So now whoever falls into it is cursed to become a clone of ME!" Akane says with irritation. "Then she dipped herself into it." She grumbles.
"So how do we know your actually the real Akane then?" Risa asks/teases.
Akane glares at her.
"Don't! We just had a whole mess about that." Ranma says looking kinda guilty.
"And I'm still mad about you kissing her!"
"I KNEW IT WASNT YOU AS SOON AS I DID!" Ranma retorts. "Your much better at it than her." He adds with a blush and turning her face away.
Akane blushes herself hearing this.
"Um excuse me." Spectra says. "Not that all this isn't worthy of a column in my blog and not that I don't like the drama but the match is about to start." Spectra says pointing at the count-down timer where there is only 30 seconds left.
"Oh! Right! Thanks!" Ranma says.
He, Akane and the others sit back in their seats and/or face back to the fighting grounds again. They watch in anticipation as the magical shields and forcefield is put up around the replica of the city.
In the front, Tsukune and Danny's friends and family cheer for Tsukune and Danny respectively. Moka sends a knowing look to Akua and Fang-Fang who smirk at her back.
The camera's record Danny and Tsukune materializing through the Oni transporters into the field. They are in the center, just twenty-feet away from each other. They listen proudly at the applause from the filled stadium.
With only fifteen seconds left, Lum floats down to the roof of the timer and two of the the camera's focus on her. Her image is shown on the screens in between Danny and Tsukune's footage. She makes an announcement.
"People of earth! And visiting aliens. We are here to decide once and for all who is the most powerful being on this planet! The vampire or the ghost? May the best Yokai win! And may the looser be dead!"
The crowd gasps.
"Dead!?" Tsukune gaps.
"What!?" Danny shouts up at her.
Ataru lowers himself down with a jetpack and whispers into Lums ear.
"What's that? It's not a death match?….Ok never-mind everyone! Forget I said that!"
However, Orlando and the Guys in White watch from their hiding spot below.
"Oh, but it IS going to be a death match. Really soon." Orlando says.
Kevin hands him the device, charged with Embers mood-affecting energies, and Orlando sets the dial from "Love" to "Hate". He aims it at the surface of the fighting grounds.
Meanwhile, Kuyo keeps the gas on standby. He decides that he's going to wait until the two "heroes" wear each other out then he will release the gas to weaken them both. Once the are affected by the Blood-Blossom extract and the silver in addition to having already been drained from their fight he will unleash all his power on them. Maybe take out any humans in the stands as well.
Kurama watches her television screen anxious to see who will be her mate.
Dan Phantom watches anxiously from his servitude in the Netherworld.
There are five seconds left on the timer and then the match begins. Danny and Tsukune give each other a friendly nod as if to say "good luck". Everyone counts down.

Orlando points the weapon at Danny.

Orlando fires the weapon and it releases a massive blast of mood-altering energies that spreads throughout the fighting grounds. It is only held back by the magical barrier surrounding the fighting grounds meant to protect the audience. Both Danny and Tsukune gasp in shock and pain as the ghostly energies overwhelm them. Danny has a natural immunity to ghost-abilities like this at low and normal modes and Tsukune naturally has a strong will to resist such things. But the GiW's technology amplified Embers abilities 100 fold!
Danny and Tsukune look at each other. Their eyes literally turning red with rage. They no longer possess rational thought. Now all they want to do is to destroy the object of their hatred. Each other.

Alright everybody! Next chapter is the moment we have all been waiting for. Now we can actually see Danny and Tsukune fight each other.
