It was a cool December day in the small town of Porkbelly and everything was quite peaceful. Over in an all familiar building deep in a swamp, Whacko was sitting at the end of the table thinking about what he could do.
"I've been gone for 8 years! That stupid kid thought it would be fun to keep me locked up in my game hoping I wouldn't return" Whacko thought to himself. "Well now that I finally got back I can finally put an end to this after so many years of being stopped by that brat!"
After thinking about it for a few more minutes, Whacko starts to get an idea. He looks around and finds a box of old uniforms underneath the table, he pulls out the box and looks at it for a bit.
"Ahh yes! I could get the whole group back together!" Whacko says looking at his own uniform. "But even with the five of us, we still would loose! I just need more people!" He continues.
Whacko puts on the uniform and looks at himself through the reflection of a nearby mirror and starts to think about the plan again. He thinks about where everyone would be and noticed Zizrar outside of the building.
"Hmmm wonder what Zizrar is doing out there, maybe I should go talk to him" Whacko says to himself. "Or maybe I can think of a way to get everyone together and keep myself anonymous" he then thinks to himself.
Whacko gets up and decided to go outside to talk to Zizrar, who was now just sitting under a tree thinking about something.
"I didn't think I would find you coming over here after so long" Whacko says causing Zizrar to look over at him. "and I didn't think we'd ever see you after you disappeared years ago!" Zizrar responded. "yeah I have been gone quite a while, but now that I'm back I have an idea. Follow me!" Whacko said.
Whacko then leads Zizrar into the HQ and shows him the box of old uniforms on the table. Whacko instructs Zizrar to sit down as he sits at the head of the table where the box was located.
"I've heard that you and the rest of the members of our little group were still trying to keep it going while I was gone. I was thinking about putting it all back together and then reforming the group again" Whacko explains. "Mittens took leadership while you were gone, if you want to do this I suggest talking to him about it first and see what the others might think about it" Zizrar said in response.
Whacko gets up and heads over to a window and looks out of it out to the distance. Zizrar remains sitting at the table, but he turns his chair to face the direction Whacko is standing.
"Maybe I will then, it would be good to see what has been going on with you guys while I was away. I doubt you were able to finally get Johnny, but we can always do that once I get everyone here." Whacko explains and turns back around looking at Zizrar.
Zizrar gets up and goes to put his outfit on, he comes back and looks at his reflection in the mirror. Whacko heads over to the door motioning Zizrar to follow him.
"Do you have any idea where Mittens might be? Maybe you should tell him to meet you here, just don't tell him why cause I want my presence to be a surprise to the rest of the group." Whacko says and then he leaves the building with Zizrar following behind him.
As Whacko heads over to his company building , Zizrar walks off to go find Mr Mittens to ask him about meeting at the HQ.
Zizrar finds Mr Mittens in downtown Porkbelly using a cat gun to zap everyone in the area and turning them into cats. Albert is standing right behind him watching and holding a tray with a teapot.
"Hey Mr Mittens! Didn't think to see you here!" Zizrar says coming up to them "oh hey! Wanna help me?" Mr Mittens asks Zizrar while holding a spare ray gun in his paws "no I'm good, but do you remember our old villains group The Johnny Stopping Evil Force 5?" Zizrar asks him "yeah I do, why?" Mr Mittens asked curiously "just come with me, and you too Albert!" Zizrar said "as you wish" Mr Mittens responded
Mr Mittens and Albert both followed after Zizrar back to the HQ and Zizrar showed them their old uniforms and told them to put them on.
"So what's the point of all this? Mr Mittens asked "you'll see in a little bit I'm sure, I just need to get some of the other members first, though I don't know if they actually want to help" Zizrar replies.
Zizrar then leaves to set out to get any other members that he can find to bring them back over to the HQ for a meeting.
Meanwhile, Whacko was still at his office. He was sitting at the head of the table in a conference room with a mysterious figure standing on the opposite end of him.
"Do you want me to help you? Because you clearly need it after being gone for who knows how long before deciding to show up again!" The mysterious person says "I've got it ok? I don't need you to mess everything up like you usually end up doing, intentional or not. I will tell you when I need you!" Whacko tells them.
Whacko then gets up from the table and heads out the door with the mysterious person following behind him and they continue to talk in the hallway.
"I've just been busy lately and I don't need anyone trying to distract me from my plans. I don't need you to help me and honestly why would I trust you to help if you can't even do anything right by yourself anyway!" Whacko continues to explain "you never know if you need someone until you run out of dumb ideas and need someone else to come up with some ideas for you. That's just how it goes for you and I can't believe that after you've been gone for so long you haven't figured that out yet!" The mysterious person responded.
They both make it to the elevator as the conversation continues on. Whacko turns to face the mysterious person and continues talking.
"What do you mean by that? I don't need others to come up with ideas. You just say that because you already had an idea when you decided to show up! Which I never asked you to by the way so I don't know what your deal was!" Whacko says complaining a bit "really? Cause you seem to need help with everything that you do. When you disappeared I had to fill in for you and I already had a plan on what I wanted to do when I got here!" The mysterious voice says "Ok first off, you didn't have to be here you chose to be here! second off, why did you even care to show up in the first place if what you did was for your own personal gain and had nothing to do with helping me!" Whacko responded and went into the open elevator alone "Like I said before, if I need you I would tell you. I have enough help as it is, luckily you haven't begged me about it till now so I would appreciate if you just leave it alone!" he said.
The Elevator door closes and leaves this mysterious figure in the hallway by themself. on the way down to the first floor, Whacko starts to think about what that person said and wonders if they are actually correct for once. This doesn't change his mind however, as he is still going to deny the need for help and this group isn't for the help. It is actually just for the revenge on Johnny Test.
