Ethan, Amelia, and Dakota arrived at Ethan's entering the house..

A group of children hugged Ethan and Amelia, all were there except Carry and Jessie. Ethan called the girls, but they were neither in the house nor in the barn where Adam thought they were.

"Alright, let's not forget why we're here." Ethan said, "Dakota, maybe you want to take Davy Ethan back to his mother so we can talk to the girls? The man was proud his friend chose to give the baby his first name.

When the man returned, he sat down on the bed next to Ethan. Ethan's tone grew stern.
Even Dakota was surprised, he wasn't screaming, but his tone left no doubt as to his anger.
