*whistle*

Caesar softly whistled, walking on this path with his feet, his hand gently brushing away the branches that blocked his face. As he walked, he breathed in the air that was bestowed on this world.

He remembered the sight of industrial plants, factories, and vehicles. He inhaled and exhaled the smoke they produces countless times, to the point that he almost forget the feeling when he lay under the tree when he was a child.

And if we are Hamon users, we can easily see, how Fresh it is from his point of view.

"Ah, took me long enough."

He picked up a flower from the ground, showing a satisfied expression with what he had found, even though it was a little wilted.

"It was a little wilted, but it's okay."

The flow of Hamon energy in his hand began to tick like electric rays, starting to flow straight into the flower in his hand. Slowly but surely, with the new life energy being infused, the flower gradually flourished, returning to its original form: a beautiful tulip.

"Molto bene. I hope she likes this when I get back."

Caesar whispered, before putting the flower back in his jacket pocket and walking on. He continued to whistle until the gate of the temple was right in front of him. But of course, no one was standing there waiting for him.

He sighed, but-

"Would you just look at that?"

A soft hand grasped his shoulder. Although it was said to be soft, the force pressed against his shoulder felt like it was trying to crush his shoulder bone.

"Signorina? Why are you here? It's not- ARGH!"

Caesar's face immediately fell, just like the side of his pillow right now. Even if he strained his shoulder muscles to endure, it was still too little to deal with the force.

"Hmph. Get up. I don't want to waste time waiting for you."

She turned away, ignoring his painful expression.

'Dios mios! How can a noble like her possess the force of or a damn brute?!'

He whispered, then stood up and faced the blue-haired girl. She didn't even look at his face, enough to show him how angry she was.

"I thought Captain Kaeya…"

"If it weren't for him being attacked by someone last night, I would be getting my vengeance by now."

She said, without glancing at him even for a moment, then pushed open the door of the temple and went straight inside.

"...Don't tell me she wanted to kill me because of last night. With that giant sword behind her, I swear I'd become minced meat..."

"...Um, did I do something wrong?"

He asked softly, trying to create an atmosphere for conversation in the narrow corridor of the temple they were walking in. It's clear. He asked that not because he was afraid of her or anything, but it was because he felt guilty about last night.

"How can a man like you let a girl sit alone in a pub and then leave? That's unacceptable!"

Caesar had thought those words would come out of the blue-haired girl's mouth as soon as he asked his question, imagining how angry her face must have been. But...

"...Nothing. Why would you ask that question?"

She replied in a nonchalant manner, making Caesar a little more at ease. No, but honestly. If she spoke with such irritation in her voice, he could hardly be comfortable.

"You're mad at me, aren't you?"

Caesar said, and it startled Eula off guard.

"...Huh? What give you the idea of me being mad?"

She asked back in confusion, giving the Italian man a jolt at her answer.

"Wasn't it because of last night-"

"Last night? Oh, don't worry, I paid the bill."

Eula said it casually, making the blond feel a bit weird. This wasn't the answer he expected.

"Of course, if you want to thank me, then just treat me to a meal."

Caesar stood silent as she get ahead of him. Of course, his experience didn't program his brain to prepare for this.

"Uhh..."

"You don't have a set of Wind Glider, don't you?"

Eula casually asked the man right next to her, successfully covering up her growing annoyance. In front of them now is a dead end, with the only way going up is by a Wind Gilder, using the wind current in front of them.

"...You're right, signorina."

Caesar scratched the back of his neck sheepishly, clearly hiding something incomprehensible. Eula sighed, that make her the only one that has the tool to travel upward.

"Ahem... It's okay, Cae..."

There was no one standing there waiting for her answer, but on the above, there was.

"Huh? What are you talking about?"

Caesar's voice from above echoed down below where she stood, questioning, but also somewhat joking.

"With a little Hamon at your fingertips, it might be okay to climb a wall covered in oil."

He looked at his hand and whistled, with the tips of his fingers still tinged with some golden energy.

"Oh, so- Wait for a damn minute! How did you get there so fast without a Wind Glider?!"

She yelled uncomfortably above where he stood, causing him to give her a satisfied smirk.

"Eh, I climbed a pillar from hell. This trick is almost nothing to me."

Caesar's voice from above echoed down below where she stood, questioning, but also somewhat joking.

"Say, signorina? How would you-?"

*WHOOSH*

"-or not...?"

Caesar immediately had to lock his lips, as the result of her bouncing strength and a pair of black wings behind her broke his record for climbing a wall within seconds.

'I never thought Amber's method would work.'

She chuckled, flicking her hair as if to tease Caesar, but to his surprise, he only glanced briefly and then turned away, activating the stone platform to open the way and continue.

That gate slowly opened, revealing a creature standing there watching over them. But...

"Now, now, wait, signorina! At least give me some acting ground."

He jumped to stand in front of her, causing her to pause for a moment in wonder.

"Fine, but one thing: what do you mean by signorina?"

"Huh? Well, in Italian- Ahem, in my language, that word means 'Lady'."

He almost made a mistake, forgetting that he shouldn't reveal that he's from a country that doesn't exist on this continent like Jotaro had told him to.

"Okay... the stone behind that Slime is a Water Amber, if you break it will make it rain, making everything in its range wet."

She pointed at the blue amber on the back of the Slime and stepped back, just as he wanted.

*BAM*

He flipped forward, unleashing an ax kick straight down on the amber, sending a huge rainstorm directly above his head, causing the fire-type Slime to instantly receive a Wet effect.

"Thank you, signorina."

His hands began to glint with a golden aura, with his feet slowly approached the creature.

"Because water is the best Hamon transmitter!"

With a penetrating punch containing Hamon, Caesar instantly infused more Hamon into its body, making it become overloaded and blew up.

"Yike, might as well change my clothes after this."

The gate beside them opened, revealing an obstacle-filled road ahead.

'Wow, there's this automatic flamethrower.'

Caesar thought to himself, but these are-

*BOOM*

The other flamethrower was split in half with a powerful slash before it could give Caesar a stage to show off.

"I was just going to freeze it, but that seems a bit overkill."

She sighed, before drawing the greatsword back to her back, making Caesar dumbfounded by this force and action.

Timeskip freezes thi- I mean after freezing things.

*WHOOSH*

A stone appeared right behind him, signaling the final step of this quest.

"Then... Are you done with smashing it?"

"Who knows? Maybe this is a 'dragon's breath', maybe not."

They began to approach it, and the marble began to glow green.

*tic*

Suddenly, mysterious liquid droplets began to fall on the surface of the marble, emitting a small stream of heat.

"What kind of substance is this? It's only a few drops, how can it be so hot?"

That's right, even though they were five feet away from the marble, the heat that the liquid emitted was enough for them to let out small drops of sweat.

"Caesar, look!"

Eula suddenly pointed her finger towards the ceiling, where the liquid- no,

"Blood?! Could it be-?!"

"Heheheh..."

A treacherous laugh echoed through the four walls around them, but Caesar was perhaps the one who understood the source of the sound best.

[Flame Mode: Erratic Blaze King Mode!]

A figure jumped out of the darkness, with drops of blood splattering everywhere, causing the two of them to split and hide behind two stone pillars.

"Hmm, what do we have here?"

He landed right on the marble, keeping his balance and looking around.

"A woman, and a Hamon warrior, interesting."

The Pillar Man chuckled, clenched his fists, and jumped down from the marble.

"Let me speak first, bubble man. I'm a patient man, so I'll give you a chance to show your face and fight, before I cook both you and that woman. If you ask."

Caesar knew for sure that this wasn't an empty threat, as he saw the heat emanating from his lava drops. But he had never encountered Esidisi, so his abilities, strengths, and weaknesses, he did not fully understand.

On the other hand, it seems that he also knows his ability to use special soaps and Hamon, so it can be said that he is completely at a disadvantage.

"Hey, hot-blooded one!"

Eula shouted, before running from her hiding place and circling back, grabbing the greatsword at her back."

"Would you let me-"

*BANG*

"-cool you down a bit?!"

She slashed his arm away, with her sword now emitting a blast of cold air to overwhelm him.

"You-"

Esidisi's expression began to change color, but it didn't make Eula take another step back.

"I can't take it!"

He suddenly burst into crying, with tears welling up in his eyes.

"What?!"

"I just can't take it! My poor arm!"

He reached for his arm and picked it up again, tears still streaming down his face.

'What the hell is this? Is he crying?'

She was about to move forward, using this opportunity to deliver the finishing blow, but the crying suddenly stopped.

"Oh, so comfortable."

He exhaled in relief, never looking back to see Eula.

"You should have used that opportunity to disintegrate my hand with Hamon, Caesar. But, I think you're too stupid to do that, don't you?"

"You-"

*BAM*

Eula continued to swing her sword into his hand. But surprisingly, even though she continued to put more force into her sword, it still couldn't budge another millimeter.

"Woman, you surprised me."

With one hand he slowly pushed the blade back, the other revealing a vein of hot blood.

"But, still weaker than those whom I fought!"

He swung his other hand, starting to swing a frontal attack, but Caesar immediately blocked his hand.

"You bastard! Don't think you've got the high ground!"

He immediately delivered a Hamon-contained kick to Esidisi's upper body, but he jumped back, dodging his kick.

"Eula, step back. This one is not easy to take on."

Caesar said, but that's all, without giving Eula any further explanation, he immediately rushed to attack him.

[Bubble Cutter!]

The bubble began to materialize in Caesar's hand, shooting out in a row of bubbles as sharp as darts.

Strangely, he didn't dodge, letting the bubbles cut through his skin.

"This guy, didn't I already tell you?"

He raised his hand high, continuing to let the bubbles slash at his body. Only then did Caesar realize his mistake.

"Merde, is he going to-?!"

*BOOM*

Drops of his boiling blood shot out like bullets, igniting the balloons that flew around him and aimed straight at Caesar, causing him to immediately raise his hand to parry the blow.

But, after a long while, seeing no damage to his body he withdrew his hand.

On the ground were drops of frozen blood, with Eula standing in front of him.

"Don't just stand there like that, attack!"

Needless to say a second time, Caesar immediately dashed past her, his hand glistening with Hamon energy.

"If I can't use bubbles, I'll just punch you."

He threw dozens of [Overdrive] at him, not giving him a chance to say- No, to warn him of his attack.

"Sendo Hamon-"

*WHOOSH*

Just as he was about to deliver the decisive blow, Eula suddenly used his shoulder for momentum, and-

*DANG*

A powerful slash descended on him, creating an explosion that obscured his vision.

"What? Eula, you..."

The cold air gradually melted away, revealing an intact Eula, and a frozen Esidisi.

"Hmph. One shot, one kill. Or should I say two?"

She flicked her hair and spoke, much to Caesar's confusion.

"I mean- Oh..."

It turned out that next to the frozen Esidisi were the rubbles of the stone.

"Then, should I use this opportunity to finish him off?"

"No."

Eula's hand was placed in front of his chest, immediately stopping his advance.

"What are you doing? Let me-"

"I said no means no, you idiot!"

She pushed him backward, but only enough force for him to take a few steps back.

"If I hadn't interrupted, do you know what would have happened?"

"What the hell is that reason?! He could do-"

He could now see blood vessels moving from the tips of his fingers, with the dripping blood frozen.

"You're moving too hastily, Zeppeli. I don't know his abilities well, but I think it has to do with blood, and if his blood is splashed on you, think for yourself!"

Although Eula's words were true, but with a stubborn guy like Caesar, how could he bear to let her encroach on him like that.

"What does that mean?! Didn't you just attack him without telling me?!"

He yelled back at her face, making her even more annoyed and turned her face away.

"Ugh! Why should I even worry about you?! Do whatever you want, you bastard!"

She turned and left in a huff, causing Caesar to immediately realize what he had done.

"Wait, I was wrong! Eula!"

"Eula, wait for me!"

Caesar tried to call her back, but it seemed to be in vain, as the distance between her and him grows, both figuratively and literally. He groaned in frustration, punching the nearest tree in front of him.

"I should have let her… No."

He was also the one in the wrong place. If she hadn't jumped in and froze him, he would have burned like a scarecrow.

"Damn it! You didn't even get a chance to apologize, how the hell did you tear it up, Caesar?!

He cursed himself in frustration, before turning to follow her from afar.

Well, this is chapter 7.

It's gonna be a looooong JoJourney before we could reach an end.

2 weeks have passed. I finished the exam and came back.

But looking back at the previous chapters, I see that... I'm like a cold guy.

BUT NO!

112 Fav, and 132 Follow.

I may be a bit dumb at talking, but I'm not one to just plug in and write. Especially, when you guys supported me so much, despite the number of chapters.

I want to hear everyone's opinion so that I can improve more and more, as well as make new friends.

So, please, comment, my friend! If you have any questions, I will answer them at the next chapter.

"Hehehehe... I thought the power of you 'Pillar Men' would have to be strong for him to trust you so much, but..."

The Abyss Mage flew around Esidisi's frozen body, still holding that annoying chuckle.

"Perhaps I should report it to him, they-"

*SHRINK*

A shiny, extremely sharp blade was right next to his neck, not giving him a chance to finish his sentence.

"You stuffed animal... You'd better take back what you just said to my comrade."

His tall body with a sharp sword on his wrist made it impossible for the mage to move another millimeter.

"Don't think that a mechanical voice like yours will escape my ears, I know what you're talking about, and I don't have the patience for you to take it back."

However, the mage didn't seem to have learned a lesson, he continued to be arrogant and insulted Kars.

"You think I'll be scared if you do this?! If you kill me, then-"

"Then what?"

Kars grabbed his ear, lifted him gently, and looked straight into the eyes behind the mask.

"If you don't have me and my comrades to help, then just you are nothing but garbage. But without you..."

He raised his hand even more, before-

*WHOOSH*

He hurled the mage's body into a stone pillar not far away, with enough force to crack a huge chunk.

"It would be just like an ant being thrown out of the nest."

He turned his body towards Esidisi, who had remained in the same position ever since.

"Stop this acting, Esidisi, I don't want to waste my time with this."

As soon as he finished speaking, Esidisi's joints suddenly returned to motion, supple as if nothing had happened.

"Wow, that's too much. Thank you, Kars."

"No need, the main point here, is why you didn't kill them in the first place?"

He leaned back against the wall and asked Esidisi in suspicion, but his comrades just smiled and shrugged.

"Who knows? Probably the best time to pick a flower is when it's in full bloom."

Esidisi spoke dramatically but only received a sigh from Kars.

"How's it going over there, judging from the look on your face, I think-

"Tch."

"...Oh. Looks like it didn't work out?"

"Not in my nor his expectations. The one who attacked me wasn't that delinquent brat and that blonde. It was a woman with white hair and blue eyes. That girl just broke that stone and ran away."

"Now that's interesting."

"Don't expect me to tell you more. Wammu is probably done by now, let's go pick him up."

They left, leaving a red-haired man, who hid behind a pillar, without daring to act.

"Who the hell are they...?"
