Chapter 20:
Outside of Saizeriya 4 entities with magical prowess are battling each other.
Hikigaya, a boy who have come and returned from another world.
Yukinoshita Yoichiro, a man who learned ice magic from the past Yukinoshita family leaders.
The Bad luck Queen, an evil spirit summoned by Hikigaya who had gone rouge.
Sylphia the Silverwind, mistress of sky, master of wind magic and the wife of Hikigaya from the other world.
"Oi! Make a blockade around this restaurant! It will be bad if normal people were to get caught into this!" Yukipapa commanded his men.
"I think you should be more worried about yourself than others" Sylphia managed to get really close to Yukipapa while he was distracted giving orders to his men.
Sylphia swung a left kick with her bladed high heel to which Yukipapa evaded by weaving to the right(it's like evading in boxing).
Sylphia then jumped and swung a right kick aimed at Yukipapa's head but is evaded again by Yukipapa's weaving skills.
To retaliate, Yukipapa changed from his Blizzard Claws to "Storm Knuckles!" he shouted as solid ice started covering his fist and released a one two jab.
The jabs were so fast and heavy it penetrated the sphere of wind around Sylphia and landed on her beautiful face.
Seeing that the sphere of wind is ineffective, Sylphia used these winds to push Yukipapa back but is futile since Yukipapa evaded this attack by just weaving to the right and then countered by swinging a fast right hook at Sylphia.
Sylphia managed to evade the right hook by leaning backwards then retaliated by swing an upward kick.
Yukipapa evaded the upward kick by sidestepping to the left then landed a body blow with his left fist, the punch is so strong and fast Yukipapa's fist has become buried in Sylphia's stomach.
This caused Sylphia to spit out saliva and gasp for air.
"I can believe I'm going to say this but I'm happy to see my sadistic wife to get beaten up by a man" Hikigaya watches Yukipapa fight not noticing the Bad luck Queen approaching him.
The Bad luck Queen enveloped her fists with purple flames and attempted to punch Hikigaya in the face.
Hikigaya noticed the Bad luck Queen's attack when it was inches away from his face and used dark magic to turn himself into a shadow making the punch phase through his face.
The Bad luck Queen pulled out her fist from Hikigaya's face and saw Hikigaya's shadow form, he became black all over his body, as if he became a silhouette.
"Now let me show how I earned the title Black Flash!" Hikigaya shouted while still retaining his shadow form.
Hikigaya disappeared and reappeared at the back of the Bad luck Queen and whispered to her ear "Theres always a shadow in your back you know?"
The Bad luck Queen turned around and tried to punch Hikigaya again but her attack just phased through Hikigaya again.
Hikigaya created a sword out of magic in his right hand and swung it at the Bad luck Queen.
He performed a left horizontal slice which the Bad luck Queen blocked by crossing her arms.
Hikigaya then attacked with a right diagonal slice which the Bad luck Queen blocked with her right hand and countered by launching a straight punch with her left hand but it didn't land because of Hikigaya's shadow form.
Hikigaya then thrusted his sword aiming for the chest and since thrust attacks are hard to block without a shield, the Bad luck Queen sidestepped to the right and threw a left hook punch at Hikigaya's face.
Hikigaya became confident that the attack won't land on him but before the punch lands, the purple flame enveloping it became too bright it drove Hikigaya's shadow form away.
The punch landed at Hikigaya's face making him stand back.
Hikigaya used water magic to envelope his sword with water.
He then lounged towards the Bad luck Queen and performed a downward vertical slice.
The Bad luck Queen blocked the attack by putting her left arm above her head but suddenly, her hand became heavy.
The water in Hikigaya's sword moved to her left arm and became solid ice, killing the purple flame in it.
Hikigaya became shadow again to dissappear and reappear at the Bad luck Queen's back.
Hikigaya sliced the Bad luck Queen's back, the cut is shallow but the water in Hikigaya's sword moved again and frozen her back.
The Bad luck Queen made the flame in her right arm to be so hot to melt the ice in her left arm but is interrupted by Hikigaya.
Hikigaya complete cutted off the Bad luck Queen's right arm.
"Heh, I can regenerate that arm in no time" the Bad luck Queen boasted.
"You think I don't know that? This is not the first time I have fought a spirit you know!" Hikigaya boasted back as he get something from his dimensional pocket.
After pulling out a jade needle from his dimensional pocket, he teleported at the Bad luck Queen's back and stabbed the needle at her spine.
"That needle sucks out mana you know? Now... I wonder what are spirits made out of? Yes! Mana!" Hikigaya said as he let out a sadistic smile.
The Bad luck Queen tried to get the needle out but with her one hand frozen and the other cutted off, its futile.
"A really bad time for losing an arms right? A pair of hands would come in handy in this situation!" Hikigaya said then let out one of his creepy laugh.
Tears started to form in the Bad luck Queen's eyes as she talked"Why are you doing this to me? I'm just doing what our contract says! It's the risk of summoning a spirit! Your command was already satisfied and the curse has to go to someone! As the contractor, it's your responsibility to take the curse instead!" The Bad luck Queen shouted.
" T-thats unfair! Why do it have to be me? And it's not you who satisfied my command!" Hikigaya complained.
"You talk about fairness but aren't you the one who summoned me to gain an advantage?" The Bad luck Queen made a point.
This made Hikigaya think... "Ohh... ok, now that you say it like that, maybe I am in the wrong here..." Hikigaya said as he walked towards the Bad luck Queen and removed the Jade Needle.
"Ok, curse me now and increase my bad luck, if it hasn't reached max level yet" Hikigaya said as he stood in front of the Bad luck Queen.
Without the needle, the Bad luck Queen has regenerated her right arm and quickly grabbed Hikigaya by the shoulders, her sharp nail has dug deep into Hikigaya's skin.
"Do you really think that I would let you if you just let me possess you to curse you? NO! YOU MADE ME RAN AROUND, I ALMOST DIED FIGHTING YOUR WIFE AND ALMOST DIED AGAIN IN YOUR HANDS!" The Bad luck Queen shouted.
A sadistic smile formed in the Bad luck Queen's face.
"I'm not gonna increase your bad luck, I'll just decrease your good luck! I'LL MAKE SURE TO TAKE 50 YEARS OF YOUR GOOD LUCK!" The Bad luck Queen announced.
Hikigaya tried to escape but can't exert strength, it seems like the Bad luck Queen's right hand has been sucking mana out of Hikigaya.
The Bad luck Queen leaned forward and whispered to Hikigaya's ear "Blame you luck this happened to you" which sent a shiver to Hikigaya's spine.
The Bad luck Queen entered Hikigaya's body and possesed him, then after a short time, the Bad luck Queen got out of his body with 5 small golden orbs in hand.
The Bad luck Queen showed Hikigaya the orbs in her hand and told him "These orbs were your good luck for the next 50 years so good luck having a really good life as an adult HAHAHAHA!" The Bad luck Queen laughed before disappearing in thin air.
The contract is done and the Bad luck Queen is gone.
"I can't believe I just ruined my adult life! The chances of me being a house husband were going from slim to none!... Well better focus than the present than worry for the future, I wonder how's Yoichiro-san is doing?" Hikigaya asked to himself as he looked for Yukipapa.
"Oi, oi, oi! He was winning just a minute ago!" Hikigaya said with a shocked expression.
Yukipapa is breathing heavily and is gasping for air, his regal black tuxedo filled with slashes, and his muscles that enables arm movements were cutted rendering his arms useless.
Sylphia started swinging kicks with her bladed high heels at Yukipapa who can't even raise his arms to block.
Sylphia's sadistic nature started to shine as she smile while repeatedly hurting a defenseless foe.
Hikigaya dashes towards Yukipapa to help him but as he got closer he started having difficulties at breathing.
What? So this is what is happening! She used her wind magic to thin the air around her making her enemies who got close to have difficulties in breathing! And since she can use wind magic she can manipulate air and create a stockpile of air to breathe in as her supply of air inside of this almost airless field she had created! Hikigaya thought.
Sylphia moved her attention to Hikigaya who just entered her field.
"Ohh... Did you got jealous because I'm having fun with another man?" Sylphia teased Hikigaya.
"There are a few things in life I want to get and your attention in not part of them" Hikigaya quickly denied.
Sylphia didn't like Hikigaya's answer and slapped him in his left cheek.
"Ghhk! I can't believe you were the payment I've got for killing that dragon who was harassing your kingdom" said Hikigaya with his left cheek swelling red.
"It seems like I need to condition you again to be my proper husband" Sylphia said as she used healing magic to heal Hikigaya's left cheek and then created a sphere of wind imprisoning Hikigaya.
"YOU MEAN YOU'RE GONNA DO THAT TO ME AGAIN? NOOOOOooooo-ooo, 'Heavy breathing' I forgot that I'm inside your thin air field." Hikigaya said as he struggle to breath.
"Where is everyone? Why is the window broken and the inside of the restaurant trashed?" someone said.
Hikigaya looked for who talked and saw Hiratsuka, Zaimokuza and Yukinoshita going out of the Saizeriya.
"WHOA! What the hell?" Hiratsuka is shocked to see a half dead Yukipapa and Hikigaya.
"Zaimokuza! Hiratsuka-sensei! Yukinoshita! Help me! Don't let her condition me to be her husband again!" Hikigaya screamed in fear.
"Her husband?" Zaimokuza asked.
"Ohh yeah Zaimokuza and friends this is Sylphia the Silverwind my wife from the other world, Sylphia this is my FRIEN-WAIT! WHY I AM INTRODUCING LIKE YOU HAVE BECOME A PROPER WIfe to me 'Heavy breathing' ahhh gotta get out of her field" Hikigaya complained.
"You married this beauty? You betraying bastard?" Zaimokuza shouted in jealousy.
"You want her? Take her she's your!" Hikigaya said calmly now, not wanting get out of breath again.
"Ehh, she literally traversed dimensions to meet you so I can see that she is a Yandere so no thank you, it's just the thought that you might have already done the thing before me pains me" Zaimokuza quickly deducted all the values and denied Hikigaya's offer.
"You! Why are you looking at my husband?" Sylphia asked Yukinoshita.
"I'm not looking at that pathetic being!" Yukinoshita quickly crossed her arms and looked away.
"Hey! This pathetic being is MY pathetic being so I'm the only one who is allowed to call him pathetic!" Sylphia tried to defend his husband?
Now is my chance! Hikigaya though.
While Sylphia is distracted by Yukinoshita, Hikigaya generated a small ball of magic and tries to find the stockpile of air inside her field that thins the breathable air inside it.
"You underestimated my mana detection skills! Your holding your stockpile air with magic right? I have found it!" Hikigaya boasted.
Sylphia quickly reduced the size of the air sphere Hikigaya is imprisoned in making it so tight inside rendering movement impossible.
"You shouldn't announce your plans to your enemies hun but-" Sylphia said with an amused smile on her face.
"I really like that abou- ghhhhk!" Sylphia was still talking but suddenly started desperately gasping for air.
This destroyed the air sphere Hikigaya is imprisoned in and quickly grabbed Yukipapa then used wind magic and flew towards Zaimokuza and the gang.
"Heh for your information my dear wife, I already sniped your air stockpile before boasting it! I just announced my plan so that people would know that I did something great!" Hikigaya boasted.
Sylphia deactivated her field magic seeing that it has been defeated.
"Your going home with me" Sylphia threatened Hikigaya.
"No I'm not" Hikigaya said firmly.
Hikigaya then opened a dimensional pocket and got the Blade of the Dullest One (Refer to chap. 4).
"Hey! You gave that to me! Why do you have it?" Zaimokuza complained.
"Well, your only using it as a decoration and we need some weapons, I think that my combat capabilities are more than enough to defeat her but I'm not taking any chances so you guys help me and let's outnumber her!" Hikigaya announced.
"But aren't that katana bases it's sharpness on it's user's intelligence? That would be useless in my hands" Zaimokuza stated.
"That's why I'm giving it at Yukinoshita instead" Hikigaya said.
"What about me!? All I've got from you is a wand for cosplay! Which is not bad but won't do anything in this fight" Hiratsuka complained.
Hikigaya then opened his dimensional pocket and took out a set of throwing knives.
"Well sensei, I'll give you the Stalking Stabbers! These throwing knives will chase it's targets to the ends of the Earth! But what's more awesome is that they teleport back to you after 3 seconds!" Hikigaya explains and gave the weapon to Hiratsuka.
"Now for you my comrade, my closest friend Zaimokuza, I'll give you the Shield of Stalwart Stupidity! This shield bases it's durability on it's user's stupidity! You'll make a really good tank character Zaimokuza!" Hikigaya said as he gave Zaimokuza a golden turtle shell shaped shield at Zaimokuza.
"I don't know if you are complimenting me or mocking me but a magical artifact to use for me is always a good thing!" Zaimokuza quickly took the shield and made some poses.
"I wonder why she never attacked us while you were arming us with weapons" Yukinoshita asked.
"Nah, she won't, she never beat me in a one on one and she only got the advantage this time since the Bad luck Queen greatly injured me" Hikigaya answered as he caress his shoulders who has been stabbed deeply by the Bad luck Queen's sharp nails.
"All I need is to take Hikigaya anyway, no need to fight being outnumbered" Sylphia said to herself.
Sylphia started floating 1 meter above the ground.
Hikigaya got a spear from his dimensional pocket.
Yukinoshita unsheathed her katana.
Hiratsuka started to aim with her throwing knives.
Zaimokuza raised his shield.
Sylphia vs. The A.S.S Lvl 10 club!
