Chapter 2

AN: time line? Plot? I think it's safe to say that my story doesn't really have any of that. As far as Elsa and Anna go, I'm trying to combine OUAT with Frozen II, and the storylines don't line up, so I'm taking the pieces I like from the movie and show, and disregarding the pieces I don't like. Again- don't sue me Disney! I am only playing make believe with the characters!

I also have trouble sticking to present tense or past tense. I know I should pick one and stick with it. Ugh! Please be kind. I'm creating this on my phone and typos are inevitable. And I don't have a beta. Copyright infringement isn't intended. I just want to make some happiness for fictional characters!

In three days, the excitement of new visitors had some townspeople giddy while others were nonchalant. For Emma and her family, they fell firmly on the giddy side. Henry, Emma, Snow, David and Killian all planned to be at the mansion to greet Anna, Kristof, and Elsa. Killian had insisted that Liam join them but Liam had confirmed his work schedule at the library and didn't want to back out on Belle.

The Charming family members gathered in front of the mansion and proceeded in. Emma and David were looking forward to seeing Elsa and Kristof again since they each had a connection; Emma through her magic and David through his friendship. Henry was excited to learn more about Arendalle. And Snow was excited to hear of Anna's pregnancy.

Being in this mansion, brought memories back to Emma. A time when she wanted to give up her powers. Elsa had convinced her to keep her magic, but Killian running up to her with relief was a happy memory. Now she knew that Gold had Killian's heart at the time, but Emma decided to focus on the positive feelings. Emma and Killian held hands. Turning to him, Emma whispered, "I'm a fan of every part of you too." Killian bent his head and kissed Emma's cheek sweetly.

"I love you," he whispered in her ear. They shared a look that spoke volumes. Emma had finally accepted her magic and was beginning to believe in and love herself. And that was in part to the man next to her.

The magical door opened revealing a small snowman. Everyone looked at him and he looked back at them, "Hello. I'm Olaf!"

There was a long pause before until David finally said, "Hi— ummm."

"No my name is Olaf, not Umm," snowman said, his chipper voice slightly indignant.

"Olaf?" Anna's voice preceded her through the door. "Emma! David! She said as her blue eyes surveyed the group. "What a welcoming committee." Anna's bubbly nature still came through, but her posture was more regal. Her slim figure allowed for her baby bump to be quite pronounced.

Then Kristof came through the door, followed by Elsa. "David!" Kristof said just as David exclaimed Kristof's name as well. The two men hugged briefly as everyone began greeting each other as the living snowman began asking silly questions.

Elsa knelt down and spoke to the snowman. "Olaf, I don't know how strong my magic is in this realm. I don't want you to melt—"

"Again!" Olaf interjected. Emma noticed that Anna looked stricken and buried her face in Kristof's chest.

"Right," Elsa signed. "When I was last here, my powers were erratic. Also, Nokk and Bruni need their friend. If I can make sure it's safe for you, you can visit another time."

"Promise?" Olaf said childlike.

"Promise!" Elsa said holding out her pinky finger.

Olaf looked cheered up, and then in a singsong voice called out, "Goodbye everyone! Don't find too much danger!" Anna went to hug the snowman before the door closed again.

"I much prefer that little guy, to your last snow creature, Elsa," Killian commented with a smile.

Elsa blushed prettily, "All the more reason to protect him, Olaf is family. I still don't trust my powers all the time."

"Well we're in the same boat there," Emma said as she reached out her hand to Elsa's. "We're all so glad you're here!"

"Can we have lunch?" Anna inquired enthusiastically. Gesturing to her belly, "This little one is hungry all the time!" The group laughed and Henry suggested the Storybrooke go-to spot: Granny's.

"I'm heading to Granny's for lunch Belle," Liam said in the library workroom.

"Okay," Belle replied. Liam wasn't even sure if she'd heard him, she was so engrossed in the book she was reading. He made a mental note to bring her back a sandwich.

Liam shrugged on this jacket and exited the building. He was making his way down the street when he caught sight of Killian and his new family group. Liam smiled feeling happy and honored that Emma and her family, that Killian too, had forgiving him for his behavior in the Underworld. He decided to call out, "Killian!" Killian turned along with Emma. Liam jogged to catch up to them, and Killian threw his arms around his brother. "Your friends arrived?" Liam asked.

"Yes," Emma replied.

"And soon to be your friends too, Killian said.

"Anna's never met a stranger in her life," Emma said laughing.

They quickly caught up to the rest of the group before reaching Granny's door.

"Elsa? Anna, Kristof?" Emma called out. The new people turned and Emma made introductions. "This is Liam, Killian's older brother."

"Are you a pirate too?" Anna asked.

"No, your Majesty. Just an old retired sailor."

"Another Captain Jones," Elsa said and Liam's gaze landed on her. The woman was undeniably beautiful, her long white blond hair loose and flowing. It was lighter than Emma's and straighter. Her blue eyes were bright with a touch of green, and her cheeks were slightly pink. She held his gaze and smiled friendly.

"Liam is through and through a Navy man," Killian commented. "Turning pirate would never have crossed his mind."

"Don't look down on your decision brother," Liam started to admonish. "You couldn't follow a corrupt king."

"Oh!!!" Anna jumped and clasped her belly. The friendly group all froze as she looked down in wonder. As her eyes raised again, she grasped Kristof's hand and brought it to her stomach. "I felt him!" As one the group broke back into smiles and happy laughter.

"Well, let's get some lunch," David volunteered. "The little prince or princess must be hungry!"

Entering Granny's they all felt happy for Anna. Granny placed them at a longer table. Liam was close to Elsa and as they approached the table, he pulled a chair out for her. "Thank you," she said.

Ruby came over and bantered a little with the group. She remembered the visitors from Arendalle mostly favorably. When she brought the drinks over, everyone placed their orders and resumed their conversation. Anna was talking with Snow about her pregnancy when she reached for her drink. The glass chilled around her hand, but Anna didn't notice right away. "Umm, Anna?" Snow asked.

"What? Oh my— what?!?!" Anna nearly screamed and dropped her glass. Panic washed over her. "What does this mean?" Anna cried.

"Has this ever happened before?" David asked. Kristof reached out to Anna's, but she battered his hand away.

"I don't want to hurt you," Anna cried to Kristof.

Elsa got up and went to her sister. Kneeling in front of Anna, she grasped both of her hands between hers. "Anna— Anna! Look at me! You can't hurt ME!" Anna started to calm down but her tears were still flowing. "It's okay. Just breath. No one is scared of you. Nothing wrong is going to happen!"

"What's happening Elsa?" Anna said.

"I don't know," her sister replied. "But it might not be you. It might be the baby."

"What?!?" Anna and Kristof said at the same time.

"It's just a theory," Elsa continued. "You've never had ice magic before. But it comes from Mother's family. The baby just kicked you. Your baby might have ice magic." Elsa's words were soft but everyone could hear them and the feeling behind them.

"That's wonderful," Snow ventured. "The baby is carrying on the gifts from your mothers family."

Anna seemed to calm a little. "I don't know what to do. How do we prepare for—?"

"A baby like me?" Elsa volunteered.

"Elsa, I didn't mean—"

"No, I know. I'm not offended Anna. Mother and Father didn't treat my powers as something awful — at first." The sisters inclined their heads together and rested their foreheads on each other. "You and Kristof are going to be wonderful parents and it's going to be okay."

There was silence in the restaurant as the two women crouched together. After a few moments had passed, Kristof spoke, "Why don't we eat? Anna, we'll just rest and relax today."

"Right," Emma followed his train of through. "Tomorrow, we can go to the library and search for magical children and see what we can find to help."

"Thank you everyone," Anna said finally looking up at the group and wiping the last of her tears away. "I'm sorry."

"Nothing to apologize for lass," Killian said.

"Too true," Liam agreed as Elsa returned to her seat. The rest of the meal was still happy but subdued. When he saw that Anna and Snow were talking again, Liam said to Elsa, "I work at the library. I'll get a head start on the research for you."

"That's very kind, but you don't have to do that."

"I want to," Liam said. "I know you came here for research, but you've just arrived. Take today, to be with your family. Let me help a little."

"Thank you," Elsa said. She smiled at Liam and was glad he was a new friend.

AN: end of chapter 2.

I wanted Olaf in the story. But I didn't want him to BE the whole story. Gail was in chapter 1, and I have an idea for Nokk and Bruni. But haven't fully formed the idea. I hope that if you hate this chapter and story, you just don't read more. If you do like this story, great! Like I said before, I just want happiness for these fictional characters. This story will eventually be M rated. It just hasn't gotten there yet.
