After Many Dates Danny and Katie
"Are you ready" Ben asked looking around to everyone it hasn't even been an hour since the final battle with the Justice Lords
Ben was tired all he really wanted to do was go home hold his wife close hug their son and sleep
But first they had a job to finish Ben looked to Peter who held the phantom zone projector he'd made when he was Benzany looked to Katie and Kim who were also in the room "than do it" he said
"Activating now" Peter said turning on the Phantom Zone projector a portal opened ejecting Miss. Impossible before she could get her bearings Katie transformed grabbing her from behind tossing her into a cell once Miss. Impossible was inside it Kim slammed the door shut Miss. Impossible leapt to her feet growling
"When my fellow Justice Lords get out of here I'm going to make you all suffer" Miss. Impossible snarled glaring at all of them before looking at the omnitrix on his wrist "especially you Tennyson"
Ben ignored this he was used to lunatics wanting to waste him and get their hands on the omnitrix
"First off you're not getting out" Kim said stepping forward
"second if you want to get to my husband than you'll have to go through me and third" Kim looked to Ben "do you want to tell her Yellow Trout" she asked using her pet name for him just to gross out Miss. Impossible it clearly worked as she looked like she wanted to lose her lunch
"Sure thing Blue Fox" Ben said kissing her on the cheek while Miss. Impossible was actually gagging at the sight 'wow even Albedo doesn't hate me enough to get nauseous ' Ben thought not knowing if he was impressed or disgusted
He'd go with disgusted
"The Justice Lords are beat including Judge" Katie interrupted giving the married a couple a look "sorry but you were taking too long and I'd like to wrap this up"
Miss. Impossible looked horrified "no that's not possible Judge can't lose he-"
"Has ghost powers" Antonio interuppted
"We know he's this worlds Danny Fenton who faked his death and took on a new name" Katie chimed in
"And within the hour everyone on the earth will know who exactly Judge is and that they'll never have to worry about Judge's power again" Peter finished "or yours" Miss. Impossible looked confused trying to figure out what that meant
Miss. Impossible lunged at the cell door again grabbing the bars she tried to pull them apart but they didn't move an inch "what's going on my battle suit isn't working" Miss. Impossible demanded
"An upgrade I made to the Phantom Zone projector" Ben said referencing how he used one of his oldest transformations to make Miss. Impossible powerless "when you came out of the Phantom Zone you passed through an EMP field which sorted out your suit"
Miss. Impossible snarled pointlessly punching the bars over and over again while one by one they walked away "so you're going to let the Vigilantes execute Judge" Miss. Impossible asked when Ben was walking through the door
"I thought you heroes didn't kill"
Ben stopped halfway through the threshold "no one ever said anything about killing Judge" he answered vaguely "all we said was that the people didn't have to worry about his powers ever again"
Danny never thought he'd ever have to use this Danny thought holding a small black device in his hand that looked like a taser that Danny had briefly gone back home to Earth 15 to get it
Danny walked towards Judge who was being restrained with handcuffs and a spector deflector Danny had grabbed from home too
Without Judges cloak and dagger techniques keeping it vague about what kind of powers he had they knew exactly what was needed take to restrain him
But just to make sure that if he ever got out Judge would never be able to use his powers again
Judge looked up at him with cold eyes afraid of what the device in Dannys hand was
Danny pushed the button and held it against Judges chest green lightning surged across his body as Judge screamed in agony before Danny released the button pulling it back
Judge panting heavily looked up at Danny with pure hatred in his eyes
"What's the matter don't have the stomach to finish the job" he asked mockingly all Danny did was pull out the key for the spector deflector and remove the ghost hunting device immediately Judge tried to use is intangibility to get away but when it didn't work he frowned he tried again and again
"What did you do to me" he asked quietly shaking in his handcuffs trying to get to Danny
"WHAT DID YOU DO" he shouted
"I took away your ghost powers there's not a drop of ectoplasam anywhere in your genes" Danny explained looking at the device in his hand thinking of the monster who made it "courtesy of Mr. Hyde"
Two men appeared stepped forward forcing Judge onto his feet they walked away Judge tried to break away to lunge at Danny but he was held back "you think you're helping the people of this world you're not" Judge shouted "you're destroyed any chance of world peace"
"What's the point of peace without the freedom to enjoy it" Danny asked before he walked away behind him Judge was dragged away towards his cell
Sam walked over to him "are you okay" she asked knowingly
Danny shook his head "I never thought I would actually have to use Hydes device on anyone" Danny said quietly even years after Hyde was gone he still felt this burning hate for the guy who terrorized his life Danny hated Mr. Hyde just like he hated Vlad maybe more
But this was why he kept Hydes device he kept it in case the wrong pepole ever like HYDRA or Mr. Sinister ever figured out how to give someone ghost powers
Sam put a comforting hand on his shoulder as they met up with everyone from their earth Danny walked over to Katie pulling her into a hug Katie was quick to return it "I'm so glad you're all right" he whispered against her sweet golden hair
"Me too" Katie whispered back placing a kiss against his cheek Danny and Katie pulled away to look at Paulina
"I can't thank you enough for everything you've done" she said shaking Dannys hand Danny nodded
"I get the feeling you'd do the same for me" Danny said "are you sure we can't help you more"
Paulina shook her head "the Justice Lords are gone we can take it from here" she said Danny nodded Paulina looked over to Sam the two nodding respectfully towards each other not something Danny ever thought he'd see
Danny pushed a button on his chronosapien compass "let's go home" he said stepping through the portal hand in hand with Katie
Katie had no idea what her boyfriend was planning as she stepped out onto the rooftop of the institute in the middle of the night Katie gasped in surprise seeing the railing lit up with glittering white lights
Her boyfriend standing there in a button up white shirt dress pants and slacks while Katie was just standing there in a extra large shirt and pajamas
"Did I forget we had a date or something" Katie asked a little curious why her boyfriend was dressed so sharp
Not that she was complaining but it'd be nice to know
"It's kind of an anniversary" Danny said walking over he kissed her on the lips which
Katie was happy to reciprocate even though she had no idea what anniversary they were celebrating
When they parted lips Danny smiled wrapping his arms around her shoulders his fingers resting on top of her shoulder blades her arms laying around his waist
"Todays the anniversary of the night we kissed here on the rooftop" Danny said "the day I was the most clueless than I've ever been before and I should have asked you out right than and there"
Katie smiled at her boyfriend's sweet words "better late than never right"
Danny stepped back reaching into his pocket Katie gasped as he knelt down "Katie three months ago I thought I lost you when Judge took you I was worried out of my mind I'd never see you again" tears were building up in the corners of Katies eyes
Danny pulled out a velvet box opening it he revealed a band of rose gold with a glittering round emerald framed by a small diamond Katie gasped covering her mouth with her hands
"Katie I can't live without you" he said his eyes filled with nothing but love "will you marry me"
By now Katie was full on crying tears of joy "I can't live without you either Danny" she told him through her sobs "of course I'll marry you" Danny grinned putting the ring on her finger standing to his feet the newly engaged couple kissed passionately holding each other close

Danny and Katie are engaged next time's the wedding along with me fulfilling a certain promise I made to the Warners
