Telepath/Aura in Flashback 'Random WORDS GO BRRRR'

"All citizens of Viridian City, beware of pokemon thieves. There has been an increased case of stolen pokemon recently. If you see any suspicious figures, please report them."

"Hey, speak of the devil!" Officer Jenny saw a pokemon trainer with a pokemon on his shoulder. She also saw a girl with him.

"Hold up!" "Huh?" Ash tilted his head in confusion. "How do I know you two aren't pokemon thieves?" Officer Jenny questioned. "What are you talking about?" "Yeah, Ash is right. What are you talking about?" Misty supported. Officer Jenny explained to the two that there were some pokemon thieves in town.

"You see, I just need some identification." Officer Jenny said. "Oh, that's easy! Here, Dexter will clear things up." Ash pulled out his pokedex and showed it to Officer Jenny. Misty brought out her gym badge. "That clears it up! Thanks. If you see these people on the wanted poster, please contact me!" Officer Jenny pointed to the poster of two people. One of those people was a man. He was of white skin and had lavender hair. The other was a woman with white skin. She had magenta colored hair. "Okay, we'll let you know if we see those two!" Ash said.

"I can give you two a ride to the pokemon center; sorry for the mix up!" Officer Jenny said. "No problem. Thanks for the ride." Replied Misty. Officer Jenny opened the garage next to the booth. Inside was a large motorcycle. Attached to it was a sidecar that could carry one adult or two young children. Ash and Misty got into the sidecar and Officer Jenny got into the motorcycle.

After revving it a few times, Officer Jenny started driving it. The wind blew against their faces because the motorcycle was so fast; a large trail of black smoke followed behind it. Any unfortunate soul behind it would have been hacking up a storm. Thankfully, no one was there. The evening sky was quite beautiful.

Back at the police booth, a three hooked fishing hook attached to a long cable came down from the sky. After going down to exactly the bottom right hand corner of the wanted poster, it started coming up. With it, the poster came as well.

The cable was being moved by a man with lavender hair. He had a companion who was a female with magenta hair. They were in a green hot air balloon with four beige bags full of sand at each corner that helped keep the hot air balloon at a good height. The burner for the most part was normal; it was made of metal, possibly steel or iron. The four cables that tied the sandbags to the basket were also keeping the basket attached to the balloon. There were four more cables that helped attach the basket to the balloon. One was at each corner of the metal poles that held up the burner. The cables were connected to the opening in the balloon where it would stay hot. The balloon looked like the face of a Meowth; on the left side of the balloon, a paw was attached to the face.

"A wanted poster, how flattering." A female voice said. "Flattering? This picture makes me look terrible!" The man with the lavender hair said. "Then you should be happy the photography captured the real you." Replied the woman with the magenta hair. Apparently, the female voice belonged to the woman with magenta hair. "Exactly." Said the man with lavender hair. "We'll show these bumpkins." Stated the woman with magenta hair. "The people of Viridian City will be sorry they ever saw this face." The man with the lavender hair added while holding a rose.

Suddenly a new voice joined in. "We're all sorry to see your face; stay focused. We're here to capture rare and unusual pokemon. Don't forget. Meowth." The voice belonged to a Meowth. Unlike most non-legendary pokemon, this pokemon could talk. Psychic types could only use telepathy; however, this Meowth could use perfect human speech.

"Absolutely." Replied the woman with magenta hair. "But of course." Added the man with lavender hair. "And just remember, I'm the top cat!" Said Meowth. "You got it!" The man with lavender hair exclaimed." "Meowth!" said Meowth. It seems Meowth has the habit of occasionally saying its name. Perhaps it is a reflex of before he learned to talk.

By this time, it was night. Still, the sky looked beautiful. Ash and Misty stared at the parts of the city they saw from the sidecar in awe. Well, Ash more than Misty. Growing up in Cerulean City, this was more common for her. Ash, however, grew up in a small town. On the left side of Officer Jenny, there were streetlights. Ash had read about them, but he hadn't seen them before.

"Say, Misty, how come you never mentioned that you were a gym leader?" "Ah, it just slipped my mind, Ash." Misty said while smiling. "I see; why aren't you in the gym then?" Ash asked, befuddled. "You see, I have three sisters. They take care of the gym. They tease me all the time. One day, I told them I was going to leave and not come back until I became a great water type trainer. Looking back, that was pretty dumb. Not the water type master part; the leaving part. I know my sisters love me; they just tease me sometimes. I guess I didn't want a friend to treat me differently. You know?" Misty let out a small laugh.

"Don't worry." Ash chuckled. "I won't treat you differently. My dad's Bruno so I kind of understand. Well, not really; Pallet is a small town so most people just know each other and are friendly acquaintances or friends. People are pretty tight knit there; so, there isn't too much sucking up just because of your parents." Ash explained.

"That must be a nice place to live." Said Misty. "Yeah, it's really nice. Well, some of the kids do get treated differently. My rival Gary, has a fan club. Though more than his heritage, it's more of him just showing off how smart he is and how knowledgeable he is about pokemon. He learned so much about pokemon because he was the grandson of Professor Oak, but he does know a lot about pokemon."

"Man, he sounds annoying." Said Misty. "Yeah, Gary can be annoying at times and does make my blood boil, but he isn't all bad. We have a lot of disagreements now, but we used to be great friends. I guess we moved on from being friends to being rivals. Besides, not to brag, but I think I learned more about pokemon than him." Replied Ash.

"Really?" Asked Misty. "Yeah, he knows only Kanto and some Johto pokemon, but I know a lot about pokemon from Kanto, Johto, Hoenn, Sinnoh, and somewhat know pokemon from Unova. I guess I picked a lot of it up from my own curiosity, but it doesn't hurt to be the professor's personal assistant." Ash said while rubbing the back of his head. "Wow, that's pretty neat!" Said Misty. "Yeah it is." Said Ash.

"We're almost here!" Officer Jenny exclaimed. An enormous building could be seen ahead. Officer Jenny made the motorcycle fly over the stairs and go into the pokecenter. The doors were sensor doors. The doors opened when the motorcycle approached.

The motorcycle slowly slid to a stop right in front of the front desk. "We have a driveway you know?" Nurse Joy said. "Ehehe… sorry! I'll move it." Officer Jenny said back.

Nurse Joy took Ash's pokeballs and called out. "Chansey, get me a stretcher for a small pokemon!" Two pink oval like pokemon came pushing the stretcher. It had a pouch with an egg inside of it. It was wearing a nurse's hat as well.

Nurse Joy put Pikachu on the stretcher. "Rush this pokemon to the mild injury unit." Nurse Joy commanded. "Chansey." Both pokemon said in sync. Nurse Joy put on her gloves. "Let's go."

"Is there anything I can do to help?" Ash asked. "No, we have it all covered!" Nurse Joy responded. "Thank you for taking us to the pokemon center." Misty said. "Thank you for healing my pokemon." Said Ash.

It had been several minutes since Nurse Joy started tending to his pokemon. "Hey, Misty, want to grab a bite?" Ash asked. "Sure, we'll eat at the pokemon center since food for pokemon trainers is free here, as well as rest." Misty answered.

"Woops, I forgot, I have to call my mom first. I'll catch up to you later!" Ash said. Misty went to the cafe in the pokemon center.

Ash's eyes laid on the phone booth. There were computers. There were cement walls that were slightly taller than the computers that separated the chairs. The chairs were gray and in the shape of an upside down trapezoid with a light blue rectangle on top. The computers were green. Next to the final computer wall, there was a plant.

Ash dialed in his home's phone number. At the Ketchum's home, the phone rang. "RING RING! RING RING! RING RING! RING RIN-" Delia Ketchum grabbed the phone. "Ketchum residence, who's calling?"

"It's me, Ash." Ash said. Delia threw off the towel around her head. "Oh, hi, honey. Is everything okay? Where are you, Ash?" "The pokemon center in Viridian City." Ash supplied. "You're already in Viridian City? It took your father three days to get there when he started his journey as a pokemon trainer; oh, he'll be so proud. You're the apple of his eye!" exclaimed Delia. "Mom, don't you think you're exaggerating this?" Ash questioned. "I won't let you downplay what you did. You're growing up right before my eyes; spreading your wings and soaring like a Spearow!" Delia said. "Thanks for the encouragement mom!" Ash said.

"Are you changing your underwear everyday? Asked Delia. "YES, mom!" Ash said, clearly embarrassed. "Okay, goodnight son; I love you." Delia said. "Me too, mom. Bye." said Ash while hanging up the phone.

"RING RING RING! Phone call! Phone call! RING RING RING!" Ash heard the phone at the front desk ringing. He pressed the answer button. "This is Ash, who's calling?" asked Ash. "Here I'm over here!" Professor Oak's voice said.

On the wall, the picture of an Arcanine was gone and replaced with a screen showing the back of the professor's head. "I'm Professor Oak! Don't you recognize me?" "I do; but, your camera is showing your head." replied Ash.

Professor Oak became flustered. After fumbling around with his keyboard a bit he changed the angle to his face. "Oops, wrong camera, there." Professor Oak then cleared his throat. "I just spoke with your mother and she tells me you made it to the pokemon center in Viridian City; is that correct?" asked Professor Oak.

"I couldn't be talking to you if I wasn't here." replied Ash. "Ah, I see!" said the professor. "Gary made it to Viridian without a problem. I knew you would be fine but my grandson thought otherwise. When my grandson Gary said that you wouldn't get a single pokemon by the time you got to Viridian City, I bet him a million pokedollars that he'd be wrong!" Professor Oak exclaimed.

Ash's sweatdropped that a renowned professor was making such silly bets, with his own grandson no less. "I caught a Rattata and a Spearow. Also, Abra evolved into Kadabra!" Ash said. "Yes! Yes! Yes! Thank you, my boy. Congratulations on your Abra's evolution, as well as your new catches." responded the professor.

"Oh, yeah, before I forget to mention, I saw Ho-Oh! It flew right over the rainbow!" said Ash. "No, you couldn't have; did you mistake it for another pokemon? Many trainers have searched their whole lives and never seen it." Professor Oak responded skeptically.

Ash didn't blame him. What he said was quite the lofty claim. It was akin to saying that he captured Mew or Arceus. Luckily for him, he had proof. "I can prove it, professor!" exclaimed Ash. "Really, now?" questioned Professor Oak. "Yes, I caught a picture of it, and a Rainbow Feather floated down from it into my hands!" Ash showed Professor Oak the picture and the Rainbow Wing.

Professor Oak was absolutely stunned. He never thought he would see a picture of the legendary Ho-Oh; let alone, see a Rainbow Wing. "That is incredible; simply unbelievable. You should try to not show people the Rainbow Wing. Many people will get jealous and try to steal it." Professor Oak advised. "I know." Ash put the Rainbow Wing back into its case. "On a lighter note, it seems Ho-Oh has taken great interest in you and has blessed your journey. The feather turns black when someone who doesn't have a pure heart touches it." Professor Oak stated.

"Ah, there's my pizza! Gotta go." Professor Oak said. "It was very nice talking to you, Ash and goodluck." The call ended.

"Hey, Ash, what's taking you so long? I already finished my food." Misty questioned. "Oh, sorry, the calls I had just took longer than I thought; it's okay, I'll just eat later." Ash responded mareepishly. "No biggie." said Misty.

The doors to the treatment center opened. Nurse Joy was holding Ash's pokeballs and Pikachu was awake on the stretcher. Ash and Misty ran towards Pikachu. "Pikachu are you alright?" Ash asked. "Pika!" Pikachu exclaimed while hopping onto his shoulder. "Your Pikachu and other pokemon should be fine." Nurse Joy handed Ash his pokeballs. "Thank you so much!" said Ash.

"Your Pikachu needs a bit of a rest, he should be up in less than eight minutes." You and Misty should come to the recovery room with him. Just before they went in, the speakers started going off.

Officer Jenny's voice could be heard on the speakers. "Your attention please! Our Viridian City radar sensors have picked up an aircraft that belongs to pokemon thieves. If you have a pokemon in your possession, exercise extreme caution!"

The man with the lavender hair and the woman with the magenta hair as well as the Meowth that could talk were all in the hot air balloon. The hot air balloon was directly above the pokemon center.

"Guess we woke up this sleepy dump." said the woman while chuckling. "And how dare they act like we're criminals; they should welcome Team Rocket!" said the man angrily. "Well, we'll teach them to respect that name." responded the woman. "Meowth, and when we snatch all their pokemon, those scared little mice will know I'm the top cat." said the talking Meowth. "We know Meowth, we know." said both the man and the woman at the same time.

"Ekans, Koffing, attack!" the woman and man said together. Two pokeballs could be seen falling from the balloon. The pokeballs crashed through the top window of the pokecenter. At the roof, there was a large P that was painted on the pokecenter. In the middle of that P was where the window was.

When the pokeballs hit the floor, they burst open and white light was released. Koffing was a purple orb that had protruding holes that expelled gas from its body. "Koffing." it said while floating. Ekans was a purple snake; it had yellow eyes. It had a large thick, yellow, stripe towards its head. It had a rattle that was yellow. "Ekans." it said while coiling and rattling its tail.

Koffing said its name while spreading gas through the pokecenter so that people couldn't see clearly. "What are, who are they?" asked Ash. In the smog, two figures could be seen. A male and a female. "Don't be frightened little boy." said the woman. "Allow us to introduce ourselves" said the man.

The woman and the man spoke in turn. "To protect the world from devastation." "To unite all peoples within our nation." "To denounce the evils of truth and love." "To extend our reach to the stars above." "Jessie!" "James!" "Team Rocket blasts off at the speed of light." "Surrender now or prepare to fight."

"Meowth, that's right!" Meowth said while dragging out the word right.

"What are you talking about?" questioned Ash. "The brat just doesn't get it, does he?" said Jessie. "We're here for the pokemon." James said. "You're not getting my pokemon!" exclaimed Ash. "You probably don't have any pokemon worth taking." said Jessie. "We seek only rare and valuable pokemon." said James.

"You're wasting your time! This is a center for weak and injured pokemon." stated Nurse Joy. "Well, that may be so, but I wouldn't be at all surprised if we find a few little pokemon gems among all the junk." Jessie said.

"You're starting to piss me off!" said Ash. "Koffing attack!" commanded James. "Ekans, go!" ordered Jessie. Koffing spread smog all around the pokemon center.

Nurse Joy, Ash, and Misty ran into the room with the pokeballs and a computer. Koffing and Ekans could be outside saying their names continuing down the hallway; they failed to notice the trio going inside of the room.

Suddenly, all the lights flickered off. "Hey, the lights!" Misty said loudly. "They must've cut the power." Nurse Joy added. Noises of destruction could be heard outside the room. Nurse Joy had a hand on the door to keep Team Rocket out. "But, we've got our own pika power source!" exclaimed Nurse Joy.

Sparks of electricity could be seen going up to a conductor that would use the electricity to power things. The lights came back on after a few seconds. "Pika pika chu chu. Pika pika chu chu." Pikachu could be heard walking on a treadmill. They released electricity that was attracted to a metal ball on top of a pole in the middle. The poll then sent the electricity up to the system that would utilize it.

"Wow, look at all the Pikachu!" said Misty. "A crisis situation has arisen. Initiating emergency pokeball transport sequence." said a mechanical voice from the computer. "We have to save those pokeballs!" yelled Nurse Joy.

Mechanical hands came down from the top of the room and started picking up pokeballs from the shelves then putting them in the transport machine. "This is the Viridian City pokemon center. We have an emergency situation. Transporting pokeballs." said Nurse Joy.

The computer spoke again. "This is the Pewter City pokemon center. Downloader activated." The pokeballs in the transporter when they arrived at the transport pod glowed white then teleported to the Pewter City pokemon center.

Suddenly, Koffing burst through the doors. "Koffing." Koffing created smog along the isles and knocked pokeballs over. "Get those pokeballs!" exclaimed Nurse Joy.

"Ash, this is war! Send out your own pokemon." yelled Misty. They both knew they couldn't rely on the pokemon in the pokeballs since they didn't know them. Plus, Misty was a water type trainer so battling on land was going to be hard for her.

Ash decided to bait Team Rocket into a less limited space; so, he ran for the lobby. As expected, Koffing and Ekans followed. A few seconds later, Jessie, James, and Meowth also arrived.

"Pikachu, to the battlefront!" Ash hollered. "Does the pipsqueak think he can take us with such a pathetic pokemon?" questioned Jessie. "Pikachu, use Thunderbolt!" Pikachu let out a massive discharge of electricity. Pikachu completely electrocuted Team Rocket. The attack hit everyone but Meowth. "Pikachu chu!" A horde of Pikachu jumped from the other room and landed on Pikachu. They all used Thunderbolt or Thunder Shock. Thanks to Pikachu's abilities, he was unharmed.

'All that electricity has me supercharged!' Pikachu thought. 'All right, Pikachu, use all your electricity! Use a super Thunderbolt!' Ash told Pikachu.

Pikachu sent out a massive bolt of electricity. It continually shocked Team Rocket for a good seventeen seconds. Pikachu's electricity ignited Koffing's smog and created a huge explosion. The top of the pokemon center was annihilated.

Officer Jenny just arrived outside of the pokecenter. "Too late! But not for the fireworks!" she said.

"Spearow, to the battlefront!" commanded Ash. "Use Whirlwind to send them flying!" Spearow flapped his wings very hard and the wind started to blow against Team Rocket. Soon, they were flying away.

Spearow started to glow white. Spearow's beak grew a lot longer. His wings grew larger. He gained beige, spiky, feathers on his back. On his head, he gained spiky, crimson, feathers.

"Wow, Spearow, you evolved into a Fearow!" Ash said in awe. "Fearow fear!" Fearow let out a happy cry. Ash continued to look at Fearow in awe for the next while.

Team Rocket could be seen hanging onto a rope that they were climbing to get back into their hot air balloon. "Great, a cat losing to a mouse." Jessie said frustrated. "Dat Pikachu is no ordinary Pikachu!" exclaimed Meowth. "It's certainly very rare, a perfect prize." added James. "Let's catch it!" yelled Jessie. "Perhaps we will." replied Meowth.

A hole in the balloon appeared. Team Rocket's hot air balloon lost control and flew away with them in it and they were nothing more than a twinkle in the sky. "Team Rocket's blasting off for the first time!" cried James and Jessie. "Meowth, that's right!"

"Hey, Misty, let's spend the night at the hotel." Ash suggested. "Sure." replied Misty. The two checked into the nearest hotel for one night. They got separate rooms.

Ash remembered something. Ash brought out one of his pokeballs and released his pokemon. Pikachu let out a cry of confusion. "I'm just bringing out Fearow. I realized I never checked him out with Dexter." Ash said while bringing out his pokedex. Pikachu nodded his head.

"Fearow, I brought you out to scan you with Dexter." said Ash. "Fear!" Fearow said while nodding his head.

Fearow, the beak pokemon. Fearow is a flying and normal type. It's tough and has excellent stamina. It has no problem flying continuously for a whole day carrying a heavy load. This Fearow is male. This pokemon is incredibly large. This pokemon is 9'09 or 3m. It weighs 209.5lbs or 95kg. It has the ability Keen Eye and the hidden ability Sniper. This Fearow knows the attacks Peck, Leer, Fury Attack, Mirror Move, Pursuit, Gust, Pluck, Ariel Ace, Whirlwind, Steel Wing, Assurance, Agility, Drill Run, Wing Attack, Take Down, Faint Attack, Quick Attack, Tri Attack, Astonish, Sky Attack, Uproar, and Razor Wind. Note: Faint Attack, Quick Attack, Tri Attack, Astonish, Sky Attack, Uproar, and Razor Wind are egg moves.

"You already know Drill Run and Steel Wing! You will be a big help against the Pewter City gym leader!" Ash exclaimed. Fearow let out a cry of joy.

It was now morning. The pokemon center was completely demolished. The front half was blown up by Pikachu's attack; the other half had many visible cracks and looked as if it could break at any moment.

"Your Viridian City pokemon were transported safely." said the Nurse Joy from Pewter City over the computer. "Thanks sis! Ash, Misty, Pikachu, and Fearow are heading your way to Pewter City! If they can get safely through the Viridian forest" said the Nurse Joy from Viridian City.

"Don't worry; from what I've seen, those four can take pretty good care of themselves." said Officer Jenny. "Well, I hope you're right." said Nurse Joy.

Ash and Misty could be seen leaving Viridian City. Ash had Pikachu on his shoulder. Soon, the path grew slightly rockier. "I wonder what type of pokemon we will encounter there." Ash said. "Hopefully not bugs." replied Misty.

Team Rocket had landed in the forest. "Stupid hot air balloon!" Jessie yelled. "This is all your fault James. You made this poorly." "It's not my fault! Meowth got me shaudy tools and materials!" James said back. "Hey, hey, stop blaming me! Besides you said dos tools were okay; so, dat's your fault James! Meowth." retorted Meowth.

"Well, if we're going by that logic, then it's Jessie's fault because she approved my work." Team Rocket continued to argue for a few hours. Finally they just decided to blame Meowth though, Meowth wasn't happy about that decision.

"So, dat twerps got some pretty strong pokemon. Dat Spearow is no joke! It will be a powerhouse when it evolves. Should we swipe it too?" Meowth asked. "You idiot, we'll just steal all his pokemon." said Jessie. "Precisely." added James. "Fine, fine. I just wanted to ask. Meowth."

So, what did you think of this chapter? Hope it was good! Also, I noticed a glitch with fanfiction. With underlines, it will only underline the first letter; I am looking for a fix for that. Just know, telepathy/Aura in flashbacks are supposed to have underlines under the whole thing!

Was this chapter good? Was it bad? Please leave a review! Thanks for reading.

EXTRA NOTE: As you can see, I add moves I think will make sense. I make certain moves not egg moves. I have come to the conclusion that I want to give certain pokemon abilities they do not normally have. So, please re-read the pokedex sections! Thank you ^^!

Au revoir~
