A taste for hatred
The girl stood before the golden slab, the various runes and glyphs pulsing with mystical power that she had never seen before.
"Brick, this will definitely het me to the top of the school's treasure hunt"
The cinderace however didn't share his trainer's love for dusty old rocks with strange things on them...give him a fight over that stuff any day of the week. Still, he stood next to the girl protectively as she did her silly studying stuff...why humans got so interested in old things never made any sense to the brawler type cinderace.
"wow, look at these designs Brick...this must date back over a thousand years...Ms. Raifort would be losing her mind over this"
Again, the cinderace could only just sigh and nod...history was history, who cares what happened yesterday?
"now, if only I knew what it was?"
That is not for humans to know
Brick's ears went rigid as the cinderace growled and turned to spot two pokemon on a cliff nearby...though the pokemon were nothing the cinderace had ever seen before. The girl herself was nervous...yet curious, a pokemon that could talk?
"who...what are you?"

The girl recoiled at the harsh voice from the creature of stone as the other slowly slid forward
we are the punishment for this world...we live to see this world in ruin...to punish humanity and pokemon alike for their hubris
"but...why? We never did anything to you"
Wo-chien tilted its head as it slowly crawled down the side of the cliff towards the girl, Brick angrily growling as the dark grass type crept closer
whether or not you are guilty is irrelevant...no human is exempt from the suffering we bring
And then a pyro ball shot through the air, burning through several vines and branches that suddenly shot from the ground towards the girl...Brick bouncing from one paw to the other as he glared at the strange pokemon
"but that's not fair...how can we be guilty of something that never was our fault?"

Ting-lu struck his head against the ground shattering it and causing a wave of stone spikes to be sent towards the girl her cinderace
"Brick, bounce!"
And with a hop, both the Cinderace and the girl were airborne
"high jump kick!"
Tossing her to the ground safely, the fire rabbit twisted in air and came down upon Ting-lu with a firey meteor, the high jump kick striking the vessel of fear squarely in its head...the 4 times weakness to fighting causing Ting-lu to stumble and wrack its head in agony. Wo-chien narrowed its eyes before lashing out wtih several vines at the girl in hopes to break the cinderace...only to blink as some more fire burned away its attack
"Brick, return...Barric...get us out of here!"
The cinderace meanwhile bounced back before returning to his pokeball as the fire flying type charizard grabbed his trainer and took to the sky, leaving Ting-lu and Wo-chien to their lonesome

Ting-lu growled and shook its head before ramming the golden slab and shattering it instantly before gust of cold wind blew from the cave...beautiful white fur, glistening frozen fangs, and eyes burning with the most intense hatred anyone ever seen
Chein-Pao

The white dark ice type, Chein-pao, gracefully exited the cave and looked bearily at the sun before snarling as a cold blizzard shot through the area, jagged ice forming over trees...snow blanketing the area in seconds...and a frozen wind freezing the air

Chein-pao scowled at its brothers before glaring more at the sky, the blades of hatred then climbed to teh top of the cliff where it beheld several pokemon happily enjoying the sunlight...it wasn't fair...so many suffered unjustly...wrongfully...IT WASN'T FAIR, WHY DID THEY HAVE TO DIE?!

With a roar that shook the entire area, Chein-pao fired off a cold blast of wind...the area suddenly becoming a frozen tundra wit several grass types struggling to escape the cold grasp of Chein-pao's hatred. Wo-chien slowly approached its colder sibling while staring at the frozen death Chein-pao had unleashed
save your strength dear sister, you will need it for when we finally free Chi-yu and bury the humans under the weight of their sins
