Surf Club - Angelo's

"Nice of you to finally make it." Kyle smirks at Casey as he joins him, Victoria and Denny at one of the tables.

"Sorry I'm late, John was in my ear about the gym and I couldn't get away." Casey says.

They were all on a double date together, something they had started doing not long after Kyle and Victoria went official with their relationship. At the start it was to bring them together within their relationships, but now they were really happy with their partners. They used it as time to hang out, especially after hard days at work. Sometimes they couldn't even believe how happy they were in their relationships after meeting in such a small town and felt lucky that they could make life for themselves in the Bay.

"What did John have to say about the gym this time?" Denny asks.

"It was more a complaint about how busy it gets in the gym considering he doesn't get many people to go to his juice bar. He was saying how he wants to make leaflets offering people with a gym membership a 5% discount on juices." Casey rolls his eyes. "I told him no one would do that when he's being so stingy and then made a run for it up here." He smirks, knowing that Heath was still working in the gym, so would probably be next on John's list to annoy.

"I think it would be more popular if he introduced new flavours to the menu. I went to have a look the other day and it's just plain boring ones that people aren't interested in." Victoria says.

"And he's got the bar right here that a lot of people come to. We make a huge range of drinks that they prefer and I've even heard people say they're better than the juice bar for the price." Kyle says.

"Anyway, what have you been talking about up here?" Casey asks, hoping he didn't miss all the good conversations.

"Just about our dreams for the future and how mine is travelling the world. We only just started when you walked in, so you haven't missed much." Denny says.

"What sort of places do you want to travel around in particular?" Casey asks, having wanted to go travelling at times as well when he was younger, but it was more of an escape from his parents back then.

"So many places but I think Europe is top of the list so far." Denny says.

"Well we could go someday if you wanted to. We can visit all of your favourite places together." Casey suggests.

"I'd love that! For now I'm happy living in the Bay for a bit but travelling with you one day sounds perfect." Denny smiles, pulling him in for a kiss.

"I'd love to visit a few countries some days as well. They'd be perfect for us to go to together." Victoria says before taking a sip of her wine.

"I've already heard of the places you want to visit. Are you trying to make me bankrupt?" Kyle scoffs.

"Come on, they're not that expensive!" Victoria laughs. "Okay, so maybe some of them are, but we can make them affordable. Or maybe one day when we get married, we can go to them for our honeymoon. But I don't mind not going on holiday, I'm happy here with you."

"You keep mentioning getting married and now I'm starting to worry that you were being serious." Kyle jokes.

"I wasn't, Kyle, but surely you can see us both getting married one day?"

"Well yeah, but I don't want to jinx things." Kyle shrugs, turning to Casey and Denny. "Do you two talk about marriage?"

"Yeah, we've spoken about it a few times." Denny nods. "We've been together a lot longer than you, but I thought it was normal to have conversations about it."

"Oh." Kyle lightly frowns. "Well just because I don't talk about it, it doesn't mean I don't want to marry you. I'm so lucky to have a girl like you wanting to be with me."

"You need to stop putting yourself down, you're perfect in so many ways." Victoria says.

"Aw, you two are so great together." Denny smiles.

"And you know what's also great?" Victoria asks.

"What's that?" Kyle asks.

"Us girls are going for another spa day in a few days. The spa had a special deal on so we've decided to take it up and that means you boys have another day to yourselves. What are you going to get up to?" Victoria asks.

"Well I guess it will be another day hanging out on the beach." Kyle says, looking at Casey who nods.

"Although I'm not paying for dinner again, so you and Brax can for a change." Casey says.

"Just because you're a sore loser. Although I don't think we're going to get a day without a fight starting." Kyle says.

"You actually might have a peaceful day if things go to plan." Denny says, noticing the boy's faces. "Bianca heard about the fights Heath tried starting on your last day out, and how he's been basically ignoring you every chance he gets. She's going to try and make him apologise to you before they try and work through their difficulties."

"Pigs will fly before Heath apologises for anything." Casey says. "I've never heard him say the word sorry in my entire life and he's done some bad stuff before. He'll just shrug it off and expect everyone to be fine with it."

"I'm not bothered anyway. If he wants to act like that, that's his problem." Kyle says.

"You had a panic attack because of him, you need an apology from him for causing stress like that." Victoria says.

"I was having a bad day and everything got on top of me, I can't blame Heath for it when he wasn't the main reason for me having one."

"But he was a reason." Casey says.

"Well if he apologises, then that's great, but the world's not going to end if it doesn't. It wouldn't even change anything. It's clear Heath isn't the type of person to apologise for anything, so why should we expect him to change just because Bianca is asking him to?" Kyle says, them all knowing it was true.

"I think it won't do well for their relationship if Bianca doesn't think she can trust him anymore, but at least the truth it out there so he can't use us as excuses anymore." Casey says. "Heath never even said why he wouldn't go to the work night's with Bianca."

"It's got something to do with Zac and Bianca's past fling. I figured out that Heath's really jealous that they still work together and decided to still be friends for the sake of their colleagues." Kyle says.

"But Zac is married to Leah now?" Denny frowns.

"Heath doesn't care. He just knows that he was interested in Bianca once before, and now doesn't trust him." Kyle says.

"But surely that would mean he doesn't trust Bianca either?" Victoria frowns.

"He says he does, but I can never work him out." Kyle shrugs.

"If he didn't trust Bianca, everyone would know about it. And Bianca wouldn't put up with it, she made it clear at the start of their relationship that if Heath wouldn't trust her, she was out. They've come this far and if Heath's got troubles, then he needs to sort it out before he loses her. One thing I do not want to deal with is the aftermath if they do break up." Casey says, knowing it would be taken out on all of them whether they tried stopping it or not.

"I won't be getting involved in it. I can't be dealing with any problems Heath has, but if he doesn't trust Bianca, then they need to talk about whether being together is the right thing." Kyle says. "Bianca was there for him after they lost Rocco, so he needs to repay the favour and be there for her during her career as a teacher."

"I couldn't have said it better myself." Victoria says. "But your brother needs to make his own decisions, even if it leads to him making mistakes."

"And he will only try making an argument out of it if you tell him this, so it's best to keep out of it and hope he realises before his relationship with Bianca comes to an end." Denny says.

"All I know for a fact is that I'm not getting involved. If there's one person who might be able to get through to Heath without a fight breaking out, it's Brax." Casey says.

"I agree, and I'm not just saying that so I don't have to get involved. Heath already hates me for telling Bianca about him lying to her about his excuses, I don't need anything else to be used against me. And I'm happy focusing on just my relationship rather than anyone else's." Kyle says, smiling at Victoria.

"Not that we've got any issues in our relationship, apart from the fact that I'm now starving!" Victoria says before laughing.
