Hello, heroes and villains. Centurion Maximo reporting back in and welcome back to Young Justice: Their War, Our World. It's been a little while, but I'm back with this DC/Transformers crossover. This is the second part of A New Conspiracy. In the last part, Bitterfang and Killer Frost made contact with Count Vertigo, Red Tornado's mind is being plagued from what T.O Morrow said to him, and a new Transformer had landed on Earth.

Now, let's jump back into the action!

*Vlatava. 19:11 pm*

Vlatava was investigating a newly formed crater from last night. They had heard rumors that craters had appeared, but they weren't expecting to have one on their own soil. At the moment, they were officially stumped, but they didn't relay this to the people as they didn't want to cause a panic. While this was going on, a purple, hot pink, and metallic copper F-15 Eagle Jet was flying over the country spreading a light blue dust across the countryside. This dust had immediate effects. People were coughing roughly, feeling pain in their joints among other effects.

"Good to see you again, Plaguewing." Stormwing said as he flew up beside her.

"Stormwing?" Plaguewing asked. "It's good to hear your voice again!"

"Same to you. Fortunately, your actions here fit into our plan here rather nicely." Stormwing continued, but Plaguewing interrupted him.

"Plan? What plan?" Plaguewing was confused.

"Come with me and I'll explain everything." Stormwing assured. Plaguewing did just that.

*Isla Santa Prisca. Professor Ivo, Amazo, Blightshot, Hellcrest, Lucas Boomer. 20:01 pm*

Ivo and the small Machination/Decepticon group still on the island seemed quite pleased with themselves. Ivo, most of all. Not only did Amazo perform great for his first time since being rebuilt, but they'd also perfected their very first defense system. "I must say, Lucas, you and Hellcrest are a commendable pair when it comes to thievery." Ivo complimented.

"Why, thank you, Professor." Lucas bowed. "It is my specialty after all."

"Thanks to that and our open attack on Happy Harbor, it allowed us to create the Smart Mine Deployer!" Ivo announced, revealing a type of turret with three feet with a circular front end with a smart mine already loaded. "This isn't even the prototype. It's the improved version."

"We've already begun mass production of this thing?" Hellcrest asked, a little shocked.

"Indeed." Blightshot answered. "Ivo and T.O Morrow working together, their minds are unparalleled."

"Why, thank you" Ivo smiled. "I must thank you and your Decepticon comrades as you helped me give upgrades to Amazo." Suddenly, the group heard an engine approaching the island. They got ready for combat until Blightshot saw the Decepticon symbol on the approaching hovercraft.

"It's friendly! Another Decepticon!" Blightshot exclaimed. Hearing that, the rest stood down. When the hovercraft made it to the island, it transformed to robot mode. "Storm Surge!"

"Good to see you again, Blightshot!" Storm Surge exclaimed back. "Hellcrest, is that you?"

"It is indeed, Storm Surge." Hellcrest grinned.

"Who are these humans with you?" Storm Surge pointed.

"These are Professor Ivo and Lucas Boomer." Blightshot introduced. "They've been actually very beneficial allies to us on Earth. We have formed the Machination and we've begun to spread out."

"Interesting. Very interesting." Storm Surge put his hand to his chin. "Are there any other Decepticons on this planet?"

"Yes. Quite a few, actually, including Wreckage." Blightshot answered.

"That is excellent news. Where is Wreckage?" Storm Surge asked.

"He's with another of our allies." Hellcrest responded. "We are putting plans into motion."

"What kind of plans?" Storm Surge's cranial chamber was filled with more questions.

*Andes Mountains. Aconcagua Peak. 22:54 pm*

Amidst the high winds on the highest peak in the Andes stood a lone figure. This figure was a woman with dark brown skin, strange markings on her arms and legs, blue eyes, white hair, and a small scar on her neck wearing a serape/robe blend and sandals. "The planet cries in pain from all these meteors crashing down. It must be investigated if the world has any chance of healing." The figure then went into a meditative position, letting the wind pass over her body.

*Vlatava. Vlatava Castle. Megan Guigilone. 23:12 pm*

"This is Megan Guigilone in Vlatava with some interesting news! It seems that Count Vertigo of Vlatava has heard of the sudden sickness that's been plaguing this country for the last week and has been actually helping the people of Vlatava! This is an extraordinary feat for a known criminal! However, Count Vertigo seems to be finally taking steps in the path to redemption!" Megan announced. "Here he is now!"

At that moment, Count Vertigo stepped onto the podium. "Thank you, Ms. Guigilone. Now, I know I have been called a criminal, but the truth is, I only want what's best for Vlatava. When I heard of a poison spreading across my country, I was compelled to help my people. While I know Queen Perdita is in America lying in a hospital bed which is very regrettable, but right now, Vlatava needs a leader who is present and can take immediate action if another situation like this one arises."

The people of Vlatava cheered at Count Vertigo's words. They believed he was actually reforming and doing good. The distinguished count waved to the adoring crowd. Finally, he was getting the recognition he deserved.

*Seattle. Seattle Hospital. Queen Perdita's Room. 00:34 am*

A young girl with blond hair and green eyes was watching this news report and couldn't find anything to say. She was just too damn astonished with what she was witnessing on the TV to comprehend words. Her eyes were wide like dinner plates, her jaw dropped to the floor. Her bodyguards were the same in their minds.

*Happy Harbor. Mount Justice. The Team. 00:45 am*

The team may have gotten back up a few minutes ago, but they were just as shocked. "Are you freaking serious?!" Artemis screamed.

"Believe it. Count Vertigo is now being hailed as the 'Savior of Vlatava.'" Conner answered.

"This is insanity." Wally put his hands to his head. "What about the queen?"

"From what I was able to find out, the queen isn't doing so good." Dick answered.

"Count Vertigo must be brought to justice." Kaldur clenched his fist.

"That'll be hard. Remember, he does have diplomatic immunity." M'gann reminded.

"Then what can we do?" Wally asked. "We have to look into this."

"We should ask the League first for this mission proposal." Kaldur stated.

*Happy Harbor. Neola Madison. 1:41 am*

Neola had followed a trail only she could see. It had led her to an abandoned warehouse where she could see T.O Morrow and a tank sitting to the side. "What are you working on?"

"That is something you'll never find out." A robotic voice uttered. Neola turned around to see two red robots with yellow to their color scheme. One had a masculine figure while the other was more feminine. The masculine robot sent a torrent of water her way while the feminine one shot out a blast of fire. Neola was doing her best to dodge water and fire blasts left and right until she got to her motorbike. Even then, she had to continue evading the attacks.

Just before she reached her motorbike, she got knocked down by a fire being started right beside her. She saw the two robots walking towards her. Extending her left hand which started glowing a light blue, she brought an abandoned car off the ground and threw it at them. The masculine robot blasted water at the car, knocking it away with ease. "Damn it." Neola groaned out. She then made a nearby electrical cable blow, shocking the robots temporarily, giving her time to escape.

When she sped off, the two robots were about to pursue until a voice stopped them. "Let her go, Red Inferno and Red Torpedo. She's not worthy of being fought by you two." T.O Morrow said.

"But she saw us and you." Red Inferno reminded.

"So?" T.O Morrow asked back. "Even though she saw me, I highly doubt she'll be able to connect anything to the Machination."

"Your point is logical." Red Torpedo commented.

"Indeed." T.O Morrow agreed. "Now, let us return. We have work to do."

Hello, everyone. I hope you all liked part 2 of A New Conspiracy. Seems a Decepticon named Plaguewing has landed on Earth in Vlatava, and is already at work spreading poison across the country. Luckily or unluckily depending on how you want to look at it, Count Vertigo and the Machination are aware of this and are already taking measures to counteract the poison. In the end, Count Vertigo is actually hailed as the 'Savior of Vlatava'! WHAT?! Queen Perdita has seen this and is completely shocked.

We see Megan Guigilone again in Vlatava doing a report on Count Vertigo.

On Isla Santa Prisca, Ivo and others have begun mass production of the Smart Mine Deployer turret. Who knows what they'll make next.

Not only that, but we also pay a visit to the Andes Mountains in South America, specifically the peak of Aconcagua where a lone figure is contemplating the meteors crashing on Earth. Who could this figure be?

Also, we finally get back to Neola Madison who finally gets attacked by the Machination for snooping, resulting in the debut of Red Torpedo and Red Inferno. Before anyone asks, no, that's not T.O Morrow's main base, but a forward one. If you haven't guessed, Neola has tech based powers: A technopath.
