Hello, heroes and villains. Centurion Maximo checking in and welcome back to Young Justice: Their War, Our World. In the last chapter, Neola Madison/Techwerx has joined up with the team after a confrontation with the Decepticon Strobe.

I'm very sorry that getting back to this took me a long while, but work in reality has been hectic for me, but things have finally slowed down for now.

Once again, I'd like to thank Moonview for inspiring me to write this story.

As usual, let's jump right into the action!

*Isla Santa Prisca. The Machination. 01:21 am*

Admiral Hook and his crew with the Stormtide decided to make a little pit stop to see how the Machination's operations on solid ground were going, only to discover that one of the Decepticons had lost. "You're telling us that Strobe, a highly agile Decepticon lost to a metahuman." Admiral Hook commented dryly.

"Indeed. A young female metahuman with the power to mechashift technology whether it's broken or not." T.O Morrow responded.

"Interesting. Too bad she decided to join those brats." Ivo stated. "She would've done great with us."

"Spilled milk, I say." T.O Morrow said. "We can always compensate."

"The best method is to find more members and Decepticons to grow our forces." Ragebyte voiced.

"Aye! Agreed, laddy!" Hammerstrike added.

"What concerns me is this Atlantis. I kept intercepting chatter about an underwater city." Storm Surge brought up.

"Oh, you mean the fabled Atlantis, the home of the Justice League member: Aquaman." T.O Morrow said. "Leave it be for now."

"Really?" Dr. Desmond asked, raising an eyebrow. "What brings you to this decision, T.O Morrow?"

"We simply don't have the resources to head to Atlantis for the time being." T.O Morrow reasoned. "First off, Ivo needs to continue building his forces."

"I've already started my second brilliant creation, my friend. However, I've created a ton more M.O.N.Q.I.S." Ivo stated.

"Always good news, Ivo." T.O Morrow stated with a grin. "Your second project interests me greatly."

*Happy Harbor. Mount Justice. 3:34 am*

"Wow. Honestly, thanks, guys." Neola smiled.

"No problem." Wally smiled back, to which Neola rolled her eyes with a deadpan look.

"So, if you guys are working with the Autobots, then you must know Blurr, right?" Neola asked.

"Oh, we know him. He beat Wally here in a couple races which he's still salty over." Dick snickered.

"I am not!" Wally shouted back, embarrassed.

Neola giggled cutely at Wally's saltiness. "I'm just surprised these Decepticons are working with people on Earth."

"Not only that, but they form the Machination and attack Happy Harbor in the open." Conner reminded.

"Maybe it's a diversion from their real tactic." Kaldur pondered out loud.

A minute later, Batman, Superman, Wonder Woman, Aquaman, Flash, and Martian Manhunter came through the zeta tubes. "We heard what happened in Happy Harbor. Are you alright, everyone?" Diana asked in concern.

"We're good, but Red Tornado's not doing so well." Conner admitted.

"Is he damaged?" J'onn asked.

"No, Uncle J'onn." M'gann said. "More like, he's questioning his very existence."

"Questioning his existence?" Dinah asked with an eyebrow raised as she walked over to the group.

"T.O Morrow was involved with the attack in Happy Harbor and said some things that affected Tornado." Artemis clarified.

"Not only that, but Amazo's back and got a couple upgrades." Conner grimaced.

"Amazo's been rebuilt?" Flash's eyes widened. "Ivo must've been one of the ones that got broken out of Belle Reve."

"Just like Count Vertigo." Aquaman added. "We have heard about his saving Vlatava."

"Worse so, no one knows where Queen Perdita went as her two bodyguards were killed in the hospital." Batman added.

*Happy Harbor. Mount Justice. Red Tornado's Quarters. 4:00 am*

Red Tornado hadn't moved from his spot for a few days just continuing to ponder until now. He got up and walked to another spot in his quarters. "I don't believe it." He whispered to himself. "Did I join the League and protect humanity of my own will, or was I just programmed to do so?"

Needless to say, Tornado was being plagued by these questions, unable to really decide what to do next. Suddenly, there was a knock on the door. He answered it. "Hello, Martian Manhunter."

"How are you faring, Tornado?" J'onn asked.

"I do not understand your question." Tornado said in monotone.

"The team informed us of what T.O Morrow said to you when the Machination attacked Happy Harbor." J'onn continued.

"I do admit, it was unsettling to see my creator after all this time." Red Tornado admitted. "My central processor is plagued with thoughts."

"If your purpose was to destroy the Justice League, wouldn't your programming have dictated you have already done that a long time?" J'onn questioned.

Tornado actually pondered that for a few seconds. Finding an answer in his processor, he managed a response. "I suppose so, yes. Thank you, Martian Manhunter." With that, Red Tornado ended the conversation.

*Unknown Location. T.O Morrow & Wreckage. 6:43 am*

T.O Morrow was working on two more robots. One looked like a more muscular version of Red Tornado, but a darker shade of red while the other was the same color as Tornado, Inferno, Torpedo, but with purple and gray mixed in along with gray metal boots, gloves, a mean looking maw, and helmet.

"You work fast, Morrow. Two new robots soon after Red Inferno and Torpedo." Wreckage commented.

"Thank you, Wreckage. Meet Red Volcano and Tornado Tyrant!" T.O Morrow declared as he threw a switch that activated the two of them. Seconds later, both their eyes glowed a bright red and they stood up. "Welcome to the world, you two."

"Yes, sir." Red Volcano said in a deep voice.

"What are your orders?" Tornado Tyrant asked.

"Whoa. Let's slow down a bit, Tornado Tyrant. You and Red Volcano have just come online. You'll both be sent on your first missions in time, but now, you two must meet your three older siblings." As Morrow introduced Red Volcano and Tornado Tyrant to the others, the communication signal started going off. He answered and saw it was Ivo again.

"T.O Morrow, I bring news!" Ivo exclaimed.

"I wasn't expecting another communication from you so soon, Ivo. What news?" T.O Morrow asked with a raised eyebrow.

"During a sojourn with Blightshot, Amazo found something." Ivo took a couple minutes to bring out Amazo's find. What he showed Morrow was a large emerald crystal. Morrow's eyes widened. "Is that…"

"Indeed: Reactilyene." Ivo grinned. "You should know the potential of this crystal."

"Of course I do!" T.O Morrow shouted, excitement clear in his voice. "The only sample was found back in 1862 by Dr. Houghton. No one has found any since then. You may have rediscovered a new element. Congratulations."

Suddenly, alarms were going off. Morrow looked and saw it was Count Vertigo. "Seems Vertigo wants to join our conversation. Bring him up." Seconds later, Vertigo had joined.

"My friends, I would like to inform you that the plan has gone off without a hitch. I am the Savior of Vlatava." Vertigo informed.

"Excellent." T.O Morrow grinned.

*Happy Harbor. Mount Justice. Entrance. 7;12am*

Red Tornado was standing outside the entrance, still contemplating his decision. He was conflicted on whether or not he should really be doing this. Ultimately, he pressed a button and the entrance began to open. Unfortunately for him, everyone had heard this and was no doubt running to the entrance. He had to leave quickly. "Red Tornado! Stop!" Green Arrow shouted, but it fell on deaf audio receptors as Red Tornado finally took off.

The League and Team were just stunned at what just occurred. "What the hell could've possessed him to just do that?!" Black Canary screamed.

"Who knows." Aquaman didn't really have an answer. "You'd think he'd know better than to be reckless like this."

"So, he's just… gone." Dick breathed.

"What's gonna happen now?" M'gann asked, but no one had an answer.

Hello, everyone. I hope you all liked this chapter of Young Justice: Their War, Our World. Neola is welcomed to the Team as Techwerx and they converse with the League about what happened in Happy Harbor, as well as Red Tornado's status.

Speaking of, Red Tornado has been in his quarters for the last few days. Poor guy. Honestly, Red Tornado is one of my favorite characters in DC and I have plans forming for him. I gave him a small conversation with Martian Manhunter.

With T.O Morrow, he has already completed Red Volcano and Tornado Tyrant. Tornado Tyrant is an older DC character that has only two incarnations in his entirety: One was a world conquering being from a parallel Earth-1 where an encounter with Adam Strange left him with doubts, resulting in him splitting into two separate beings. The second is from Batman: The Brave And The Bold where he started out as a robot created by Red Tornado called Tornado Champion that went rogue. Does this mean Tornado Champion will make an appearance in this story? We'll have to wait and see. Anyway, in this story, Tornado Tyrant will be another creation of T.O Morrow.

Speaking more of T.O Morrow, he is informed by Professor Ivo that he has actually found Reactilyene. Now, this is something from the Transformers material Rescue Bots. I'm tweaking it a bit for this story.

Back at Mount Justice, Red Tornado has just taken off, shocking everyone present.
